I ordered a bedroom set for my son, the furniture arrived without any damage, it was perfect. Delivery went smoothly was on time and they communicated with us when they were getting close. I would buy from BisonOffice again. They had the best price and I was able to get more for my $$$

I purchased the Tuscany Reclaimed Pine End Table for my home. I needed a table wide enough to hold the weight of my varidesk. It arrived very well packaged, had all the tools and screws necessary, clear instructions, easily constructed and a truly great piece of furniture. This isn't cheap wood, it is thick, chunky and sturdy. I had an issue with delivery from fedex that I was unable to resolve. One quick call to their customer service dept who remedied the issue right away and I received the package in a day. Thank you! I will definitely come back for any future needs.

This dresser was available from various sellers and ranged in price from $208 to $500 for exact same model. I purchased from Bison for $220 I believe and it was delivered very quickly. There were some issues initially with assembly and the customer service was responsive, patient and completely resolved the issue. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Like a personal concierge they, kept in touch constantly until their orders were successfully delivered. I initially ordered from them for their great prices but the impeccable customer service was a pleasant surprise. I ordered a loft full size bed in the color Espresso for my child. She feel in love with it and so did we so we decided to invest and get it for her. The first one we got had the dresser show up damaged. We were bummed but totally understand that these things happen and reached out to Customer Service. Right away I heard back from a Customer Service Rep called Joshua. He was helpful, courteous and assisted the whole way through. I never doubted things would be taken care of. He immediately put things in motion and was even apologetic about the whole thing. He was a real class act! About 2 or 3 weeks later we got our replacement in mint condition. The item is absolutely worth the price. I recommend Bison Office for furniture, they have quality pieces that are stunning!

I usually don't write reviews but we were so happy with the receipt of the 4 Tobias Black & White Rattan Counter Stools for our newly renovated kitchen that I felt I had to. They are of high quality, packaged beautifully and securely and surprisingly "rattan" convincing! I did a great deal of comparison shopping and these did nothing but satisfy us in pricing, appearance, company communications etc. Recommend them highly!

Unless you are ordering something small from this company that can be easily returned without eating the cost, I will warn you to NEVER order anything from this company like furniture. Their return policy does not allow you to refuse a shipment, cancel an order and you have to pay for shipment. I spent $600 on an item that is going to cost me $300 + to ship back plus I'll lose money for a restocking fee. I didn't realize how bad they were until after I made my purchase and then got my shipment that was damaged. I even took pictures and sent them. No regard at all and they refused to send me a shipping label.
