I ordered deluxe pink roses which were terrible!
30% of the buds were rotten. I asked for a refund but they said it was just "guard pedals" which met their quality control as to description and colour. No refund.
I was too embarrassed to give this to my loved one.
I definitely don't recommend using this company!
Bloomex offers premium delivery service (9 - 12 am next day) for a premium price. I paid for it and found out the actual delivery only happened in late afternoon. I complained to customer service and they said they subcontracted to some third parties and so don't have any control, but still charge me for premium service. To add insult to injuries, they delivered some cheap cheap flowers totally different from what I ordered on-line. I have pictures of what I ordered on-line with receipt; and picture of what was actually delivered as proof. The customer service said they could offer store credit, but what is the point of issuing store credits when customers are so pissed off and have already decided not to do business with you again...? I also have printout record of the conversation between me and the customer service, to fully detail how terrible and ridiculous this company is...My advice for everyone is "Avoid at all cost".
I placed a $100 order but was instead delivered $20 roses. The company has refused to provide a refund and instead said they are allowed to send what they wish depending on availability for the day. Absolutely awful customer service
Flowers were broken and dead. Looked nothing like the picture showed. Company has the worst customer service. I was hung up on yelled at and got no where with them. Had to approach my bank to get a refund. Buyer beware! Picture shows what I ordered and what I received.
Terrible service! The order was made on February 13. Waiting for an order for 2 days is normal? Information about "same day delivery" on social networks is a LIE! 👎
The consultants with whom I spoke in the chat allow themselves not to respond to the client's message! She insisted that it be brought today, although it should have been brought yesterday! But neither yesterday nor today I received anything! Is this the norm for you too? Your services ruined my yesterday and today! 😡 Immediate clarification and full refund required!
I ordered an arrangement that was two dozen long stemmed roses. When it was delivered there were one dozen roses with a lot of green leaves to bulk up the bouquet.
I email Bloomex and provided a photo of what was delivered. The response was the arrangement was in accordance with their policy and item description.
Please don't use this company as the pictures & descriptions of their arrangements are not what is delivered.
Totally wasted good money!
Had two orders in and confirmed - neither delivered and best I can get is a chat person telling me a manager will call me in 48 hours - and their phone line says leave a message and we will call you within 48 hours. Thats great, party was today, they are going to call me in two days from now. Was told to refer to their refund policy? JUst wrote off 185 - wished I had given it to charity instead of an incompetent hustler.
I ordered an arrangement for a funeral. The order arrived as scheduled - the only good thing with this order and that gave them a 1 rating. The arrangement did not look remotely like the photo on the website. I was so embarrassed. The arrangement looked like someone had pulled a few flowers from the compost heap and stuck them in a pot with green stuff. I called Bloomex customer service and their response was "too bad, so sad, bye now".
Gave me the run around on the quality of the arrangements! Skimpy flowers even paid for " super sized". Paid for full size greeting cards, only got notes! Very disappointed! Never order from them again!

This company is the biggest joke! I don't even know how they are able to keep their doors open with all of the $#*!ty flowers they deliver and about 2% refunds they do. Thousands of angry customers! I'd purchase a pile of $#*! before I would buy flowers from this company!
Flowers were delivered and left outside in freezing weather. No one called.
3 out of 6 flowers already had brown spots. Buy the next day they were fully brown and wilted. It was obvious they were frozen.
I MADE 3 complaints. I am still waiting for an answer.
I wish I could give a 0 star review. Advertised same day shipping 6 days a week for the town of Antigonish, and it is a complete lie. It took dozens of phone calls with abysmal customer service representatives to get my order shipped 4 days later. Not only that, but the survey links sent to me after each phone call went to a dead website. Just pathetic, I'm disgusted with Bloomex's disregard for the law in Canada of deceitful advertising, I never would have ordered from them if I had known what I was in for. Customer service doesn't listen to the words coming out of your mouth. Save yourself the trouble and do not order from this company, shop local.

Great service, large variety of products, deliver orders everywhere and without delays. They also have some kind of loyalty program with discounts for regular clients. Never had any problems with the delivery or an order. Just once flowers to my girlfriend arrived one hour later but for the last 4 years it was the only issue. So I highly recommend Bloomex and wish the company to flourish!
Recipient said flowers were lovely. They arrived same day as ordered. The Florist phoned me immediately after online order to discuss availability of specific flowers, which I was very pleased with. Will definately use again.
After receiving a bouquet from my daughter, which was absolutely superb, there was no hesitation in using Octagon Flowers when I needed to send a funeral wreath. First class service, can't recommend highly enough. Thank you so much
I asked for delivery early afternoon and they arrived just before 2. P.m. The actual flowers were superb. In my experience it is rare for every flower to "come out" but that is what happened. Indeed a week later they are showing little sign of wear. Excellent service. Will definitely use you again.
I've already ordered several bouquets from Bloomex and I'm quite satisfied with the service. Whatever I order (roses, daisies, lilies or mixed bouquets) they are just fascinating! Last time I made an order for my wife (wanted to surprise her), I chose a bunch of classic red roses and some chocolates. The company did its job perfectly as usual. I could see Wow in my wife's eyes, she was more than happy.
I had a very solid experience dealing with Bloomex. There was an initial mistake upon delivery (likely not their fault) and after I notified them they re-sent my mother a bouquet of flowers for Mothers Day.
They come fresh from the grower. Very clean! Just get our your vase and arrange! I go no where else for flowers and have been buying them for years! The biggest problem is that not everyone knows about this wonderful resource!

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
