Very fair pricing, and all recipients have been very happy with their deliveries. I have made multiple orders from Bloomex, as their prices are most competitive, their selection is great and the website is convenient.
I sent flower for mothers day on may 14th and she never received them. When I contacted the website, they where not at all understanding and simply said that the managing team would get back to me. With no news from them, I had to call them again. Customer service said they could re-send the flowers. Of course, the harm is done, I paid extra money to have i delivered the same day and they never did it, so what is the point of resending flowers 2 weeks later. Anyways, worst service, worst customer service, just a big scam.
Ordered the gift basket two days prior to delivery date. When asked why it wasn't delivered they said that the courier they used was outside local area which doesn't make sense cause they had two days prior to guarantee the delivery.
They offered the shipped fee back for next day delivery which wasn't received so they lied.
3rd the gift basket was totally wrong we purchased a basket with wine and cheese and some chocolate but the arrangement was all chocolate not impressed as they should have know better as the card stated it was for a 60th anniversary not a kids party.
Got a run around when called back to inquire why the total mess-up.
Still waiting for this poor excuse of a company to make amends.
My mother ordered two bouquets for my father's memorial. She paid an extra ($10 per vase) for clear GLASS vases and the flowers arrived in cheap silver plastic vases. She also paid extra for supersize but judging from the bouquet it was not supersized and I guess she should have requested blooming flowers. What the receipt shows and states is different from what was delivered. Very disappointed with what was received as there were few blooming flowers and were not in the vases that were paid for in the order. Three days later the flowers have still not bloomed. Response from Bloomex is that received what ordered. To me, hard to understand how cheap plastic vases are equivalent to glass. As well, should have informed prior to delivery that roses and lilies would not be in bloom. What was received was a very green bouquet, with majority of flowers not blooming, in a cheap plastic vase. Would not recommend ordering from this company.
Order ******* was delivered to my sister yesterday. She sent me a picture of the arrangement. It was not what I ordered. It was very disappointing. I ordered an arrangement of yellow cheery flowers in a yellow vase. She received fresh white and mauve flowers in a box. She does not even like the color mauve.
I shall not use Bloomex ever again
I have used Bloomex in a few occasions in different cities and they never disappoint. There is a lot of option to choose from for very reasonable prices. It is my go to for spoiling friends and family who live in different cities from me.
Do not buy from these people. They are not florists. They are scammers. They charged me the quoted 74.06 dollarsCanadian amount in 74.06 US dollars.
They refuse to acknowledge their mistake and fix it. Also the flowered received are pure garbage. Below are pictures of what I ordered versus what was actually received which is pure GARBAGE. Stay away.
I ordered a flower arrangement on Sept 1st for my mother's birthday to be delivered on the 19th. On the 19th I get a email my address is too far to arrive on that date. So they offered me a "complimentary sweet basket" for not getting my flowers to my mom on time. Fast forward 4 days, my order finally arrives at my moms.
NO FLOWERS... just teddy bear, and Ballon, and the complimentary basket. I'm so not impressed with this company and advise anyone not to deal with this crooked company.
I needed to order some flowers for a friend and landed on Bloomex. I ordered a large bouquet, next day delivery. There was a little issue in the delivery, but they have solved this. The bouquet was gorgeous and unique.
The worst experience ever. Ordered flowers for a birthday 6 days ahead and on the day received that they were delivered but were not received. The company cannot confirm the delievery and ditching replying overall. Two days got nothing out of them. What a special treat
Enjoyed Bloomex. Very nice selection of flowers and gift baskets for all occasions. I always find the perfect gift on the page. Three days ago my grandfather had his birthday, I couldn't congratulate him in person (I was out of town), so I ordered him a present online. I went for a tea basket because my grandfather a tea lover. Eventually, everything was great, the basket was delivered on time. He was very happy.
I order their 'Snapdragons in Mason Jar' for a friend and it showed up NOTHING like what I had thought I paid for. I even paid an extra $12 for the supersize but all was added was extra cheap looking greenery. I reached to them to address the issue and they told me it looked to be in accordance with their policies. Do yourself a favour: avoid the embarrassment of sending garbage to your loved one and contact a local florist, even if it costs a little extra.
My friend of many years wanted to surprise me with a lovely floral boutique she ordered from Bloomex as a thank you…this lovely gesture turned out to be a terrible experience not only for her but myself for her it was a waste of her money and was treated to very very poor customer service when she reached out to Bloomex and for me very sad to have flowers delivered to me crushed dead and broken and have to explain to my friend who only wanted to send me flowers as a lovely thought… my friend reached out to Bloomex via email and they said that customer service would get back to her in 24 hours two days later she reached out to them yet again via live chat and they said customer service would be in touch then they offered her a resend bouquet to myself which was three days ago and yet to receive it and she should've been giving a full refund at the very least which they didn't even offer. Can't believe a company that has such bad customer service is even in business…
The worst experience with this flower shop. They scam their customers. It is mentioned in their policy that orders using international credit cards will be charged in USD. Totally agree with this policy if they do the conversion. But to charge me $60 USD for an Item that is $60 Canadian is pure scam.
Legally it is not right. They should change their policy to "Prices in our website is in Canadian dollars. If you are using an international credit card then the prices will be in USD" rather than scamming their customers. And the disaster was when receiving the item. It was our anniversary and my wife got really disappointed with the flowers. They are not worth $10. Very bad arranged and not that fresh. It was my worst experience with them and will avoid them and in the future. Will order from a respective place who value their customers not scam them.
Ordered 2 bouquets for my sister's wedding. Paid 200$ for both. We put on all the extras; extras size (the biggest) and some special vase. Disastrous result and a catastrophy.

Sending a gift to a child studying overseas can be difficult but it was made easy with this service. The flowers were beautiful, just as pictured and the follow-up service was terrific. A reliable and trustworthy service.
Customer service is a joke. Will send a completely different bouquet of flowers than from what you asked. Won't refund you. Will gaslight you if you inform them you're not happy. Do not order from this company.
Bloomex Flowers are absolute my favorite florist. Every time I have used them for flowers for my wife she is totally blown away and the whole office buzzes about them. I think they are worth every penny.
Despite not actually speaking with anyone at the shop to express my wishes the display delivered was very beautiful. It was very difficult for me to pick up the phone to discuss a flower arrangement for a family members funeral therefore the online facility made it much easier for me to cope with.
Exceptional service. I can't thank you enough for informing me that my Dad would get his flowers on the Monday. I use this service all the time, it's easy and I know that the flowers I order will get to my family. Thankyou guys

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
