Brilliant! It's difficult to send flowers from mainstream companies when family members live in such remote areas. This website connected me with local florists who could deliver flowers just before Christmas. If communication with the florists themselves was a little easier, it would be a perfect experience.
Delivery was going to be delayed by one day, on the second day, delivery did not occur, called 6 times on the third day, told its onboard for delivery at 11am, not delivered, told it is onboard for deliver at 3pm, not delivered, rang at 4 and they said, oh it was delivered yesterday, it was not, oh we need to conducted an investigations. Do NOT use this company. Shame on you and your $#*! show.

The best looking bouquets of flowers! When I've ordered in the past from other services, I'm always disappointed by the quality of the flowers. They are the only company that I trust to deliver the best quality on the correct date!
Very poor customer service and item never delivered. No response or warning that item wasn't coming.
Ordered flowers for my partner's first Valentine's Day, called customer service as it hadn't arrived and they rudely told me I was stupid and it would be delivered by 9pm. Attempted to call back after no delivery and had no response from customer service. Save your money and use a better service with customer service in Australia.
I made 2 orders at the same time, to 2 different addresses, both for delivery on the 24/12.
1 got cancelled
1 got delivered on the 21/12 with a note not to open the flowers till the 24/12!
I rang them (very hard to hear them as there was lots of background noise) and they said that the once that got cancelled the people in the area could not deliver them so they refunded the money, and the other order they said that the people could not deliver on the day I wanted, so they delivered them early.
I buy from Bloomex because the flowers come from sustainable farms. Bloomex does a great job of updating the delivery of the flowers. And the flowers are beautiful. All my gift recipients have been very happy with them.
I ordered flowers and only after chasing bloomex up every day I got them delivered. But then they must have been the same flowers they had from day one as they were almost dead and the driver wouldn't take them back and customer service on the phone, chat and the wecare customer service email would not refund. Do not order through this business, it is a complete scam

The florist was unable to fulfil ll my order so they found a florist that could. Easy transaction. Delivery same day was very fast. My only gripe is the flowers I ordered were standing in a pink box like bag with pink rope handles. When my surprise flowers for my mum arrived they stood in a paper brown small bag with beige rope handles, the bag was awful as it was supposed to match the pinks in the flowers. It made the beautiful flowers I ordered look very cheap and they weren't at ВЈ38 I'm not happy about this it may only be a bag to some people but it spoilt the Whole presentation. I may as well gone to a super market if I want cheap. Xx
It's great to use local florists and I was impressed with the prompt communication when my choice wasn't available immediately. I also appreciated Bloomex sourced an alternative provider to ensure my selection was available and the Recipient was super happy with the beautiful flower arrangement and chocolates. Very reasonably priced too, I will certainly use again.
This company ripped off my mother and then actively ignored her (very valid) requests for a refund. They delivered flowers late, and then sent them to the wrong address. By the time they finally reached the intended they were dead. And now they have the nerve to ignore her. They are an utter disgrace. Off to the ACCC we go!

The Bloomex is great - i've used them so many times and even when i've had a bit of trouble with the flowers (being a bit wilted) they've come through with new flowers or a credit to my account. I wouldn't use anyone else ever again! LOVE Bloomex - i even send myself flowers that's how much i love them.
Lovely! My only letdown is the flowers look much fuller in your photos than when they arrived. My suggestion is not photograh from top of bouquet. Doing that makes the giver think that the the delivery will be much more ' lush'
First i'd like to say that I will never make the mistake of using (or recommending) this business ever again! I ordered from the 'Australian' site and it came to $99 - I have experienced the WORST exchange rate EVER - and in GB£ I ended up paying £116.00. I ordered the huge bouquet and by the looks of the bouquet there was more greenery than flowers. The card I was invoiced for wasn't even the card I chose, or was invoiced for, and it was definitely not a card I would have chosen, as the flowers on the front were her grans favourite - and her gran has just passed away! Talk about tactless. I was not contacted (as they say they do) before any changes are made. Happy Birthday, I think not - this had the complete opposite effect for my daughter-in-law. I will never, ever recommend or use them again! I only left one star because I had to to leave the post - I wouldn't even give them half a star!
I have used Bloomex on numerous occasions. The selection and ordering process is extremely straightforward. I have used the same florist each time: delivery has always been faultless; the quality of the flowers has been excellent and the recipient has always been delighted with the service. I highly recommend this service.
I ordered a bouquet two weeks in advance, the day before it wasn't showing it had shipped. Bloomex chat had no idea what had happened but offered a free replacement that should be there the next day. The next we received two bouquets. The original one I ordered looked sad and old but perked up. Bloomex has not been the most fluid service but they have unique bouquets that aren't easily found locally.
I ordered orchids for my mom for Mother's Day. I wasn't expecting much, and I thought they might arrive late because of COVID-19 and problems with shipments, but everything was perfect. The flowers were even more beautiful than I expected, they got there on time. It was great.
This arrangement was superb. Every aspect of my order was really perfect. This company far exceeded my expectations and at all times communication was key. In future when sending flowers l shall always consider this option first and will highly recommend this company even the card was beautifully written. Sincere thanks for 5star service. So I was not getting far with Bloomex, who refused to give me a refund and would only speak to my via emails. I took my complaint to Fair Trading and have been since issued a full refund from Bloomex. This would not have been achieved without Fair Trading who acted on my behalf.
I paid extra to have my order sent on a certain day. We are now heading into day 3 and no order has been received. They just blamed the courier company. Manager will not phone and only done via email. Don't offer higher prices if you can't achieve deliver on requested days. Company will not refund my money. Only suggestion is to resend order or give a credit note. I've lost my money. Not good enough. I paid for a service and product...
Beware of this company. Google and you'll see even newspaper articles written about what a scam they are. Ordered flowers for a birthday. They never arrived and company refusing to refund. There are many people who have been scammed in this way. Needs to be reported to consumer affairs and ACCC.
I ordered a gift on 20/04 for my girlfriend's birthday on 22/04. It was informed the order changed on 22/04 and delivery would be delay to 24/04 without any reasons. All service phone and website couldn't be contacted after that. After ANZAC Day I was informed through email again on 27/04 It was said the gift could'nd be delivered because without room number in delivered address. But there is it on the order confirmation!
It was said if I need re-delivery I will be asked to pay another post fee. If you want complain you would be asked to website on service phone, and on the website all response from roberts. Order cancellation fee would be charged if you want and you have to wait their sale manger make decision. Then the sales Manager never contact you later. Do you want order any gifts on this website again? Never!
Sent flowers from florist to daughter in Chelmsford. I live in Australia so I had to have complete trust that what I was paying for was exactly as I wanted it. My daughter sent a photo of the arrangement and it couldn't have been better. Thanks Bloomex
I have a dear friend in Australia, which I wanted to send a birthday gift as a surprise. Now I sit here, and the person havent recieved anything. What a let down feeling, 125 USD down the drain to surprise someone on thier birthday. I´m so dissappointed.
I ordered a bunch of flowers in good faith to be delivered on a certain date. Payment was taken however on the day in question I get an email to state they can't deliver because the address is out of their range, but, they can deliver 3 days later! WTF? Then, despite me using an Aus card from an Aus bank on their Aus website, the fact I was overseas when I ordered, they charged me in US dollars, so the bunch which I bought as advertised for AU$110 cost me AU$160! All for a bunch of flowers so pathetic that my 8 yo daughter was so upset and embarrassed, she went and picked flowers from the garden to try and improve the display. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Ordered flowers 5 Feb 2022 for a late morning funeral service 8 Feb 2022 in the same suburb as Bloomex Melbourne. Received SMS at 1:26pm 8 Feb 2022 courier might not be able to deliver order. Flowers were ordered to arrive at the church by 11:30am and they called at 1:26pm the same day! Absolute disgrace as funeral service had now finished. Special instructions were not followed. This was to be a final parting gift, I'm heartbroken. Avoid using this company at all costs.

Lovely bunch of flowers presented well came on delivery date :) would recommend only thing negative I would say is that I tried to call the store on the day to see what time delivery would be as there was no allocated time slot and there was no answer, it would of been helpful to provide a time slot so I could of planned around it but happy with the service overall :)
I live in Australia and I recently used this website to order flowers for a very special birthday for a relative that lives in the UK. I found the website easy to use and I was able to use a florist that was based close to the relative, so I felt I was supporting a small business in her area. I received a text to confirm my order and once delivered I received an email. Very happy with the service and I would use it again.
