Brilliant! It's difficult to send flowers from mainstream companies when family members live in such remote areas. This website connected me with local florists who could deliver flowers just before Christmas. If communication with the florists themselves was a little easier, it would be a perfect experience.

Delivery was going to be delayed by one day, on the second day, delivery did not occur, called 6 times on the third day, told its onboard for delivery at 11am, not delivered, told it is onboard for deliver at 3pm, not delivered, rang at 4 and they said, oh it was delivered yesterday, it was not, oh we need to conducted an investigations. Do NOT use this company. Shame on you and your $#*! show.

I ordered flowers for Valentine's day and they weren't delivered at the time and place stipulated. My Valentine did not get the flowers on a very important day. I had placed the order online and followed up with a phone call to Bloomex customer service to stipulate time and place of delivery. They still did not get it right.

I ordered flowers through this company for my mothers birthday. On the day of her birthday they contacted me to say that they did not have the flowers in stock and that they could not send something else. I asked for them to send me a picture of the sort of thing they would replace it with and was told that they could not send pictures. Fair enough. I then asked if they could direct me to a product on their website so I could see what they would send instead. Without giving a reason despite me asking a number of times I was told they couldn't.

They offered me my money back to which I told them that was no good because I would not be able to organise for another company to deliver in time.

We settled on (I was forced basically) Bloomex delivering flowers of their choice which I was not able to see.

Stay away from this company.

Ordered flowers from Canada to be delivered to mum on the 11th May for Mothers day / birthday. Still hasnt arrived and they not answering emails after offering me a store credit that doesnt even cover cost i already spent on a non delivered order( i cant call since in different country)
And i see im not the only one. They need to be closed down. Scammers

My husband, a FIFO worker ordered flowers on 11/2 for 14/2 Valentine's Day delivery. It is now 15/2 and no delivery after being told it was in transit and would be delivered at 9pm at night. Attended the Malaga warehouse to be told the order had not been processed. We asked for a refund. This was denied. The man at the desk then proceeded to call the police stating there was a situation (it was myself, my mother and my 11 week old baby - NO SITUATION)! The police informed us this was a civil matter - so I have now taken it to Australian Consumer Affairs with a formal complaint and will also be taking this to media outlets and seeking further legal advice. Absolutely disgusting! How can this company continue to operate.
I additionally have reported them to WA Police for failure to have a WA Govt Sign in code, manual sign in and refusal to wear a mask.

I love Bloomex and their gorgeous, unique arrangements. I've been a long-term customer and I've always been satisfied by their products and services. Any occasion I can, I will send a Bouq arrangement. They're my go-to! It can't be helped; they're too good.

I live in NZ and ordered my niece flowers, chocolates and a card. The day came and I was told they had no chocolates. I emailed and suggested they go, out and buy some but no I was credited with AUD15 to an account with them. I have told Bloomex I do, not want a credit as I will not be using them again. I would have thought they could have added more flowers at the very least. So far nothing. Very disappointed they did not deliver what they advertise.

I sent flowers to my Granddaughter for her 13th birthday, half of them were dead! I complained and was asked to subbmit photos, which did, they then said I needed more photos!. I can now understand why they won "The Shonky Award" this year. Do not buy from this company, you get better flowers from the Servo and cheaper.

Have used Bloomex before and normally got great results but this year (2020), the flowers we got were NO WHERE near what was advertised on the website. There is a note that says local artisan interpretation but I'm not spending 100$+ for DAISIES. This was straight bs. After I contacted customer support, sent them some pictures, they did offer to resend new flowers or provide an account credit. I went for the credit and will give them another try.

Another excellent experience with Direct2flowers. Ordered at very last minute and the shop I use was closed on a Saturday. Got quick phone call from Direct2flowers informing me of this. I wasn't in a hurry and let them know Monday would be okay for delivery. This was passed on to the florist. My friend was absolutely delighted with the flowers and on seeing photographs I was not disappointed. I have used the same florist on many occassions and always get a 5-star service. Thanks to Direct2flowers for the very friendly, polite and efficient service they provide.

I've been using Bloomexusa only a year. For the first time I ordered a bouquet of yellow roses for my mom's birthday. The flowers were very beautiful, none of the roses was wilted. In May I ordered her gerberas for Mother's Day. She loved the vibrant colors of the arrangement! My dad sent me a photo of her with the flowers. Thanks Bloomex for making my mom smile!

Ordered an expensive bunch of flowers for a funeral. Not only did they not arrive but the staff had the audacity to claim it was Covid related!

No I ordered and paid for a bouquet of $200, Bloomex choose to use a warehouse 300 kms away from the delivery address and dispatched it via Australia Post to be delivered 5 days after the due date.

I ended up ordering another bunch of flowers from a florist 9 km away from the venue and it was delivered within 1.5 hours.

Now I am being offered 50% refund.

Scam artists. I have now joined the myriad of Bloomex Sux and other Facebook groups. Seems it is a common scam occurance.

I have contacted the ACCC and my bank.

Placed order on 20 Feb. Called 2PM the next day to be told flowers had not been delivered but will be later on that day. Called again today, 22 Feb and was told order was missed. Seriously? When asked when I would be notified about this, they advised I will not be because they do not generally know about ithings like these until there is an enquiry from the customer. Not great customer service guys. They offered a refund, hopefully will get my money back. Customer service does not understand/speak English properly, which adds to the frustration when trying to get more information on why my order was missed. Definitely do NOT order from these people!

I ordered flowers for my mum on Mother's Day and they never arrived! They took my money even charge me $20 for delivery to deliver for Mother's Day 2020 and they didn't show up and no replies or phone call! Scammers! Shouldn't be allowed to trade. I will be contacting the ACCC

1. They offered same day delivery then turned around after I paid for it and said it wasn't an option in the delivery area...

2. I ordered a beautiful, tasteful arrangement for a friend and what I go was a cheap tacky fuel station bunch. Awful.

Picture 1 is what I ordered, picture 2 is what I got - I also paid for "Supersized" and was told I would get a second upsize due to the error with delivery. If that bunch is double supersized then I would hate to see what the standard bouquet looks like!

As always, the service is great! The latest purchase arrived a day early but one of the more amazing deliveries I've ordered for family/friends was to a friend who lives on a 200 acre ranch in very rural Texas in a town (population 158) that doesn't even have USPS delivery so no address. They only have a PO Box so I called Bloomex Customer Service and the very excellent service rep was able to find how the shipping address should be filled out and voila!

I used Bloo for years, bringin me no disappointment. But there is more lottery than service level. As retailer they use local florists and deliveries to travel goods which lead us to understand tanot resp for tragedies. Other chance given to deliver arrangement for a party has been done E

Flowers received looked NOTHING like what was ordered. Complained twice but the company insisted they supplied "in accordance to their policy". Total waste of money and an embarrassing experience to have flowers like that turn up. NEVER USE BLOOMEX.

I bought Sweet Blossoms for a friend's birthday. The delivery was late and the flowers were chrysanthemum; nothing like in the website! Do not buy from Bloomex; it is fraud.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy.

If you do, follow up on the flowers delivered and ensure it is as described in their website.

They won’t call you even if you leave messages to follow up. Just call the ordering line and go from there.
Give feedback on other sites cos their survey or care line do not give a damn what you think. They are just a franchise trying to make fast buck!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Worst service ever. No flowers just greenery. Which was wilted and had blemishes. Wish I had of read reviews before placing my order.

I got sick so I couldn't visit my mother in law for birthday. I decided to order flowersonline and came across this company when I was looking for an online flower delivery company. I liked the wide range of arrangements they had, and the pricing was quite reasonable. I went for a rose and alstroemeria bouquet and it was adorable. My mother in law called me and said how delighted she was. I'll use Bloomex again.

DO NOT USE BLOOMEX! I don't know who is putting arrangements together for Melbourne deliveries, but twice now I've received flowers from a friend via Bloomex that have been dead, dying or mouldy. Does Bloomex feel it's appropriate to send decrepit flowers when they're being sent with condolences for my deceased mother?

My friend had to fight to chase the order she placed after taking Bloomex two weeks to deliver, tried to cancel, then obviously had a new (dead) bouquet of flowers sent to replace the first bouquet and broken vase, knowing I was going to receive dead flowers in sympathy for my dead mum.

This is shameful. Bloomex better refund my friend in full for this disaster they call a business. If I could give negative stars I would. They don't even deserve one star.

The photos are of both bouquets and smashed vase. People need to see the disgusting product these people are peddling.

The straw that broke the camel's back was the sympathy note from my friend printed on the back of a coupon. What, they can't afford proper cards to include? Tacky.

When I selected same day delivery I was dubious... given that I was asking for a same day delivery to a place of work that would therefore only be open until 5pm I was double dubious but direct2flowers came through! Delivered a beautiful bouquet around lunchtime and both recipient and sender were ecstatic. Thank you so much!

Ordered the Magical Mixture bouquet for $75 and paid an extra $20 for same day delivery for mum's birthday. It arrived very late in the evening after following up the delivery twice to be told it's in transit. The bouquet looked nothing like what I ordered online. It looked like a small bouquet you may purchase for $15-20 at Woolworths or the petrol station. It consisted of 2 roses, 2 lilies, a lot of cheap looking foliage and some faded purple flowers, delivered in a cardboard box! The company tried to say this was worth $75 and the flowers were buds hence bouquet small. It has 2 roses and 2 lilies! That's what they charged me $75 for! This company does not deliver what it promises, it delivers it late and it has bad customer service. To avoid being ripped off please stay away. They won't make it right if you complain. No one can tell me that 2 roses and 2 lilies are a bouquet worth $75! Oh, I should mention that on their website this bouquet was listed at $95 and was discounted to $75 I've had the most awful experience with them. Not only was I ripped off but I was so embarrassed in front of my mum by the cheap looking flowers!

Tip for consumers:
The product does not look like the picture, the company overcharges customers and does not deliver a quality value product for the money they charge you. You will be extremely disappointed.

Delivery was 2 days late. Flowers were bruised and wilted
Half the flowers were missing. Chocolates I paid for were not delivered. Gift card I purchased was not delivered.
No customer service reply via phone, email or onlinechat. Disgusting. DO NOT BUY FROM BLOOMEX
