Brilliant! It's difficult to send flowers from mainstream companies when family members live in such remote areas. This website connected me with local florists who could deliver flowers just before Christmas. If communication with the florists themselves was a little easier, it would be a perfect experience.
Delivery was going to be delayed by one day, on the second day, delivery did not occur, called 6 times on the third day, told its onboard for delivery at 11am, not delivered, told it is onboard for deliver at 3pm, not delivered, rang at 4 and they said, oh it was delivered yesterday, it was not, oh we need to conducted an investigations. Do NOT use this company. Shame on you and your $#*! show.

My order was delivered on a friday morning, they were beautiful quality gerberas - really happy with my purchase, would recommend & definitely buy from bloomex again.
It was a lucky find! I couldn't believe how much cheaper the prices were than other florists. The website is easy to manage, add on, take off, build your own little masterpiece.
Always has wonderful things that fit in my budget... not just a few items, if i don't want to spend alot, they have a really wide selection. And no one has ever been disappointed in the gifts.

I ordered a dozen long stem roses with premium chocolates and a fruit hamper for a 21st Birthday present in South Brisbane with 2 weeks lead time. OMG! The flowers were brown and wilting, the chocolates are not the premium chocolates they advertise and the fruit basket was terrible. Supposed to be 10 nice pieces of fruit. Received 9 pieces of cheap apples, pears and mandarins and a rotten honeydew melon (replacing the pineapple and grapes). I emailed them asking for a replacement or refund and they offered me $30 credit on their website! What a joke! I understand the pineapple might be swapped for another piece of fruit but seriously a rotten honeydew melon. I was so embarrassed. Warning: Their 50% off special means flowers that are rotten! I have never come across a company that would not replace a product which so obviously do not look like their advertisement or their product description. I will be making a formal complaint. Please do not buy from Bloomex.
I was contacted my Bloomex this morning and they advised me that they would replace my order today. Guess what? It's 9:42pm and there has been NO DELIVERY! Honestly, Bloomex, surely you can do better than this?

Placed an order on 10/03/22 for delivery on 15/03/22 (mil's birthday). Received an email on 15/03/22 saying "we regret to inform you that we have had to reschedule the delivery of your order". No date advised as to when they would be delivered. I tried phoning Bloomex and had to leave a voicemail with my name and number for someone to phone me back. No one returned my call.
Went to their live chat on 16/03/22. Advised the flowers were not delivered. Was told that "We regret to inform you that we have to reschedule the delivery of your order". I advised that this was unacceptable as they were birthday flowers and her birthday was yesterday and that I wanted a refund.
They advised that "we can put your order on hold or issue a store credit for your future use. I reiterated that I wanted a refund as I did not intend to use their services ever again. Bloomex then advised that they will not be able to issue a refund.
I've since had to lodge a complaint with my credit card company in the hopes of being refunded.
DO NOT ORDER THROUGH BLOOMEX!

Ordered birthday flowers to be delivered to my 80 yr old mum the next day to eastern suburbs. Flowers didn't show up until 10PM at night they were wilted and my mother was asleep at 10pm as her birthday was finished. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT RECOMMEND

Don't order from bloom box they are unreliable, unprofessional and untrustworthy. I wish I can give 0 stars to this company but there's no option for zero. I have never ever seen in my life an unprofessional company like Boombox. I would say the worst flower company and I made a mistake ordering the flowers for delivery from this company. There's no communication no reply to my emails. I feel like I have been conned. I ordered the flower for delivery on 19/08/23 they sent an email to me the day after cant do delivery because our courier company don't work on weekends. So I sent an email about why they have an option for weekend delivery on your website calendar. No reply back. They told me will deliver the flowers on Tuesday with a huge upgrade again didn't send the delivery on Tuesday either. Sent an email again about why the flower had not been delivered on Tuesday again no reply to my email. They delivered the flowers on Wednesday without any upgrade 4 days after the birthday. I would definitely not recommend this company. Stay away if you don't wanna get con.

Excellent service. Online meant that I didn't need to go around various shops to find what I wanted. The flowers were a present and the recipient loved them.

I love these flowers! They last SO long! Always a week, and sometimes even longer. I had one bouquet last month that was pretty for two whole weeks. They brighten my living room and my day.
I ordered flowers for my daughters anniversary to be delivered this coming Monday, they arrived yesterday (Saturday) and the flowers were nothing like I ordered. I did "live chat" three times before I ordered, (which is terrible), then rang & spoke to someone overseas who I couldn't understand. The woman did not want to listen to me & tried to finish the conversation with "well, thanks for ringing". Seriously, is this a professional company? I then rang, as I was having trouble with the website, and spoke to someone else who was very helpful & assured me the flowers would be delivered Monday. Customer service is appalling. After I saw the flowers they delivered I emailed them, they offered me 15% discount from my next order, are they kidding, I will not use them again.
Their replies to emails seem to have a generated reply on both emails, example of part of their reply: "The florist did maintain the style and color scheme of the arrangement. The arrangement seemed quite lovely and the flowers were fresh". MAYBE, BUT NOTHING LIKE I ORDERED! And less flowers.
Also you can not write a negative review on their review page, it refuses anything less then 4 stars.

I purchased flowers for delivery to a friend at $55. I was charged an additional $19.95 for same day Delivery. I then receive an email at the end of said day saying I "no longer qualify for same day delivery". I emailed back immediately saying to cancel my order and refund the money as the flowers needed to go THAT DAY. I then called them to be told that they could not refund my money but a manager would call me in 24 hours to issue refund. The next night the flowers were delivered any way, still no word from the manager. And worst of all they were not even close to what I ordered, it was a bunch of daisys that you would pick from your neighbours back yard! I sent a photo in of what I ordered and what I received even after I cancelled the other that I paid for same day delivery on - to be told the fine print says that the flowers "may not be exactly the same" and I am not entitled to any money back! So not only did they charge me for same day delivery and not deliver on the same day, they also think it's okay to advertise a certain standard of flower and deliver a disgraceful bunch! I understand flowers may vary to what is advertised but this is just a joke! $75 dollars for this, it's disgusting! Even worse, they were found guilty and fined for the very same thing by the department of fair trading just last year! Look on the fair trading website for yourself to see! I've also just noticed that they charged me an additional $2 from what the invoice says just for fun it seems!

The T&Cs are extremely misleading. It's states that international buyers would be charged in USD, I assumed this meant the total in AUD would be converted to USD then charged. But no, the total was just charged as if it was USD meaning I nearly paid DOUBLE for my order. My bunch of flowers and small box of chocolates were definitely not worth £70! If your overseas and wish to send flowers to your loved ones in OZ, keep looking!

The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous as usual, however, the foliage and leaves were awful. They had a lot of black spots on them which indicates that they were on their way out. Such a shame!
