I ordered flowers for my mother who lives away and because of covid we cannot visit. So throughout the whole ordering process to payment there was not one mention that it may be too late or they didn't have the product I ordered. They even sent an email to say it had been processed. Two days later they sent an email that order had been cancelled and a refund would be sent out. Two days before mother's day. Unacceptable disappointing and never again will I use this company.

Bloomex processed my payment for a bereavement bouquet, and did not even attempt delivery. They notified me 9 days later and I agreed to allow them to deliver free of charge that day to make up for the 'glitch'. The next day I was contacted again and discovered the delivery was again not even attempted.
All contact with them has been extremely unsatisfactory, phone calls overseas that sound like the person is wandering in a busy street, not even in a call centre, and they stick to a script. Emails to two separate addresses have received a scripted reply every time.
They have taken my money, provided no product or service and are now basically unable to be contacted. I call this THEFT and a SCAM.
They are set up to auto reply on every review site to make themselves look good but it's all words, nothing comes of it.
I intend to pursue with ACCC and any other means, the refund of my $140.

Card was left blank no supersize as requested was delivered 3 days prior to selected date and customer service is $#*! may as well be non existent existent two separate chats and same response for both it's just automated

These flowers were Beautiful and my Mother loves them. They also last a long time. First order lasted over 2 weeks. We are now on second order of flowers and are very satirized with delivery and products.

Ordered flowers to be delivered today. Had to keep following up with them via chat and I have been constantly given the run around on the delivery status. I'm placing the order from overseas and I cant even track the delivery order. I really wish I had read the reviews first. It is now 9pm, which is their so called cut off time for residential delivery. I doubt it was delivered because the recipient has not informed me. Really really regret going thru this company and I'm going to call my bank to cancel this transaction. What a poorly run business!

Ordered flowers for my sister-in-law and asked for them to be delivered on 22/12/20. They were delivered on the 18/12 and they were completely trashed as you see in the picture. Have emailed, phoned and tried to use their Live Chat but no-one wants to talk to me.

The most terrible company. DO NOT use this company, let me down on Valentines Day of all days, blamed the courier but only let me know this at 7pm so I could make no alternate arrangements. OK I got a full refund, however my partner got no flowers and then I had to beg forgiveness. My mistake as I usually use Interflora, who I shall be using for now and forever as they have always delivered. Bloomex even had the cheek to offer 15% off my next order, there shall be no next order

First time I've used Bloomex. I had forgotten to order flowers for someone's birthday, searched for a same-day delivery and was amazed to find this site which listed companies that could support such a request. I ordered some flowers, but was later alerted to the fact that the order could not go through with that particular supplier however Bloomex found someone else who could carry out my request. This was done with minimal fuss (I didn't have to do anything!) and the order was delivered wthin about 2 hours! I didn't see the flowers but the recipient said they were "fabulous"! The service did not appear to incur more-than-normal delivery charges despite the fact this was so last minute. I would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!

Sending flowers internationally can be challenging, but you guys always come through for me! Even when the recipient is out of town, you got the flowers delivered. I am very impressed & very grateful. Receiving a fresh bouquet of flowers is a beautiful experience that I love sharing. Thank you so very much for being available around the world!

I ordered flowers for someone dear to me who was very sick. The flowers delivered we're half dead & pocked with black marks. What a shock!
The company was really difficult to deal with. I will need use them again.

Gave my mother-in-law a monthly subscription last year. She enjoyed it so much, she asked us to get it for her again this year! During this crazy time, it's nice that she receives a little brightness each month! Thank you!

I used Bloomex services last summer for my sister's birthday. They had some of the best pricing I saw and the customer service was great! The flowers we ordered arrived fresh and were even more beautiful than I expected! Thank you Bloomex for your job. You did my day!

I ordered a day before even though it says same day delivery, it never happened! The rudest customer service, they delivered the wrong flowers too and i paid the bonus size it was small and not what I had ordered. They delivered the next day at night, at night at 10 PM! The have not even apologised for their mistake, instead when I called them they said there is nothing we can do I only work for bloomex it is not my company! You guys don‘t deserve not even one star. You have made a day that was planned to be happy become so upsetting.

My order isn't delivered yet and yesterday was my anniversary. I called 3 times and they told me nothing but lies and their live chat is another piece of $#*!. They should be shame for their business and for cheating people. Do not order anything ever!

Delivered was nothing like it. I was embarrassed. When I complained they were not interested in making amends. They offered a 15 % on the next order. As if I would use them again... Never!

Recently bought my mother some flowers from Bloomex. She said she they were beautiful and she liked them a lot. The service is perfect. Never had an issue with them. It counts because I like pleasing my girls (mother and sister) with some fresh cuts now and then. The pricing is quite good and, as a regular customer, I have a permanent discount. So good job Bloomex.

Love this service. Thank you for always providing excellent service and selection. The flowers and plants are arranged beautifully for every occasion with color selections and combinations that are complimentary to every decor. Delivery is timely and courteous. I have never been disappointed.

Bought a wreath for funeral for a really close friends dad but being over 300 miles away bought from the Internet, so wasn't able to see what I was paying for, but my friend took a picture and they were lovely she also said how beautiful they were so was really pleased. I was kept informed about the delivery of the flowers and notified once they'd been delivered. It was super easy from start to finish and I will be using them again and would highly recommend to others.

Whilst away in central NSW we were able to order and send flowers to our daughter to celebrate her birthday it was so easy and uncomplicated and made our birthday wishes a lot nicer. They were delivered to he place of work and made her cry.

The flowers were beautiful, however the greenery was wilted and some nec=ver recovered. I think it may be that with the Christmas shipping rush they were late and did not survive the trip well. Looking forward to my next delivery to see how they do without the issue of Christmas shipping!

Flowers were delivered next day before lunchtime and the recipient was over the moon with them and also I got to see them for myself later that day and they were beautiful! Fantastic value for money and great online service provided Would definitely recommend and use in the near future 😊

Please do not use this company. I ordered flowers for an elderly couple's 61st wedding anniversary, several days before delivery was due. A fee of close to $100 was charged to my credit card.
The day of delivery, no flowers were received. I phoned Bloomex around 4pm and was given a Australia Post tracking number. Once I tracked this number, the order was mot even scanned into Australia Post system. Alarm bells were ringing by this stage, Australia Post delivering fresh flowers? Consequently Sunday afternoon and my moment to celebrate with my elderly relatives their momentous achievement of a relationship has passed. I have donated to a scam company and no flowers to celebrate my loved one's wonderful achievement. Congratulations Bloomex on preying on our relationships with our loved ones. If this what it takes to get rich, well done, you do it so well.

Great experience, I bought flowers from my wife for Valentine's Day while I was away in another city. I managed to go through the browsing and payment process on my mobile phone in the morning while heading off to work, took 5 minutes, and my wife got the flowers by 4 pm. Very happy with the end result, but even happier was my wife
