Brilliant! It's difficult to send flowers from mainstream companies when family members live in such remote areas. This website connected me with local florists who could deliver flowers just before Christmas. If communication with the florists themselves was a little easier, it would be a perfect experience.
Delivery was going to be delayed by one day, on the second day, delivery did not occur, called 6 times on the third day, told its onboard for delivery at 11am, not delivered, told it is onboard for deliver at 3pm, not delivered, rang at 4 and they said, oh it was delivered yesterday, it was not, oh we need to conducted an investigations. Do NOT use this company. Shame on you and your $#*! show.
Ordered large red roses. Received phone call on day of delivery to say, cant deliver roses but offered other flowers. I was ok with this. Then received phone call at 3pm to say they could not deliver at all. I've request multiple times for a refund. Have been given every excuse under the sun not to refund. Its now been lodged with the department of fair trade. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN
I choose a bunch of "colourful" flowers for my aunty. The picture online shown red, purple, & yellow with 4 different varieties of flowers. Very pretty & colourful. BUT the flowers delivered weren't anything like what I ordered. It was a bunch of white & yellow flower. So disappointed
When I contacted bloomex they said they can only use what they have in store to the same of higher value. Wow, I've never know a florist to only have white & yellow flowers. Don't think I'll ever ordered from here again.

If I could give a negative rating I would. I order flowers with sufficient time for delivery. My credit card was billed same day as order was placed. Flowers were not sent, I contacted customer service, they advised they would look into it. I was then sent an email saying I would receive a credit plus an additional $20, being processed immediately. Flowers have suddenly arrived at church, 3 days after delivery date and funeral service, to add insult to injury my Aunt (the now widow) called me ( I am in the States, funeral in Australia) and told me that they had arrived at church, but were DEAD. Guess what when I went on line to my account to check about credit I found it had not been processed. I contacted the online customer service who advise that they are escalating my enquiry to a manager and it will take 2 days before they could get back to me. To say that I am annoyed is beyond my emotional scale at present. Given circumstances to-date I would not recommend Bloomex; s services.
They are not worthy of yours or anyone's business and you'll get a better arrangement from your local supermarket then wasting your time waiting for them to arrive. They don't care about customers or your concerns
Sent a family member a floral arrangement for their new home. I was sent a picture when they arrived; and although not exactly as I ordered, they surpassed the arrangement I saw on-line. The recipients were absolutely thrilled. So will definitely use you again and trust whatever florist is used to send something stunning.
I have used Bloomex on many occasions and the flowers are always beautiful. Even the Christmas plant was presented just like the photo as well as the special message I wrote and instructions followed. Many thanks to the florist in Portsmouth who were surprised to be delivering to one of their friends. Small world from Australia to England and very reasonable. Lyn
Ordered a pink & white daisy bouquet (photo) for my daughter's on the birth of my granddaughter in Brisbane. I am in the UK and these were flowers with a loving gesture. There was a 50% sale, with delivery added and a surcharge total $45.36. They have taken this from my account in UK pounds thus nearly DOUBLE the amount. They have told me they take their money in US Dollars! Hence the increased payment from my bank. I am contacting my bank.
The flowers that were delivered late were only 2 single stems of Chythasymums wilted and damaged and a single piece of greenery. (photos) Nothing like the advertised flowers at all. As per their returns policy I should get a replacement BUT they have given me advice on cutting stems! And a credit of $20 dollars to use their company again. Not a chance! This is false advertising and contravenes trading standards and consumer rights. Do not use this company. I am reporting this company.

Recipient absolutely delighted. Said it was the loveliest freshest floral arrangement I'd ever sent them it was for my daughter and she deserved the best after a rather tumultuous year last year. Communication was excellent as was the delivery service. Many thanks will peruse this florist again.
I was very disappointed with the flowers that was delivered. What I ordered and what I got is two completely different. I will not use their services again. This was for a Birthday day and it a disaster. Spoke to customer service and confirm is that It should have been 8 roses with baby breath and leather leaves, got 7 Roses, wrong vase

We had a family member pass and I ordered a wreath online since I live overseas. My family members said it was beautiful and I did receive an email notification saying it was delivered. When ordering from outside the UK and paying by credit card, your card may be denied. This happened to me but a quick phone call to the credit card company resolved my checkout issue.
Excellent way of finding a florist who is local to the person you're sending flowers to, which means the flowers arrive fresh and you can support independent high street businesses. It's also helpful that you can find florists who offer same day delivery.
Pathetic quality rip off hamper worth under $20 and paid close to $80 for crap including $20 same day delivery, didn't have what was described, rip off crap disappointing beyond words, no reply to emails and called the number to be hung up on pathetic. Do not buy from this company! 0 stars and delivery service pathetic too
Anniversary flowers ordered 3 days in advance were delivered 3 days late and the flowers were dead. The company refused to cancel the order or provide a refund even though they acknowledge the shocking service. Dont ever buy from these people
I've made 2 purchases from Bloomex now. The first one was delayed by a few days due to weather, and customer service was very responsive and helpful. The second order went perfectly, and both times, the quality of flowers was impressive. I will definitely order again.
The flowers were beautiful, the mason jar and packaging were elegant. They arrived exactly on time. The roses in the bouquet only lasted a week, but that's pretty good and a hard thing to improve upon given all the variables of shipping them from another country.
Terrible company to deal with. For starters they offer fresh deliveries to Adelaide. They come in a box by Australia Post from interstate! Mine arrived 6 days after ordered. They will not refund. As if I need store credit? DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I tried to order through a local florist online only to be directed to this site, thinking they use these guys to deliver i proceeded with my purchase for next day delivery.
3 days later and still no flowers.

First order they did not supply for date required so I cancelled order and I had a credit left. Thought I would treat myself and ordered a $150 arrangement to use up the credit and this is what I have received. Not only did I order for a different day, but they arrived upside down, flowers broken, very old and poor quality flowers - will never use this company again.
I received a bunch of flowers from Bloomex. They arrived upside down in a box and all squashed with one piece of tissue paper that did not fit the bunch stapled.

I sent an email to bloomex and was told they were an acceptable condition and that the outter petals need removed as the flowers arrive dehydrated.
I actually cannot believe a company would be happy to see this condition as acceptable.

I typed in port Hedland flowers you guys were the first to come up! Told me you had an agent in town so not true your agent is delivery through post!
I've waited over 10 days for theses flowers to be delivered told I would have to drop them back at the warehouse! Disgusting service never again I will be making everyone aware in the town not to order through you guys us you are not local and don't have a local agent and deliver dead flowers!
Waste of money breath and time!
Totally disappointed & angry, nothing even close to what I ordered. I wanted the enchanted cottage flowers & vase & they delivered a bunch of lilies & a totally different cheap & nasty looking vase, and I would have got better at Coles or Woolworths. Unfortunately my mother totally hates lilies, hence I ordered nothing like it & wanted to surprise her for her birthday, instead I have insulted her. But when I complained about my order they only said, sorry your order didn't meet your expectations, but our policies state we can change to a similar or different colour or to a higher value (which is understandable) & we will give you a 15% discount on a future order. Can't believe they think lilies is similar to cottage like flowers or that I will ever order anything from them again is beyond me. Save your money and use someone else!

Bloomex has a track record of accepting orders, in advance, for delivery on a specific date, then failing to deliver as promised and paid for. Meaning that the recipient receives flowers either before or after the specific date and the sender is left disappointed.

My cousin lost her daughter passed away a 51yrs of age
sent her flowers through Bloomex and should have been delivered the next dat but 3 days later she still hasn't received them. Rang many times to make a complaint and all I got was we will give you half the delivery fee back.
