The worst business I ever had the misfortune to buy from. Flowers were half dead, delivery late, noone at the company cares. They seem to make up their policy as they go because I was given a different response for the same questions. No way will I ever buy anything from them again. My advice to all, use another company. Don't take a chance with this one.

You should be ashamed of yourself sending flowers to loved ones when people pay very good money to send a prison like a beautiful bunch of flowers only for the person to receive them, And they are absolutely rotting look like they're been sitting in vase for a weeks before
You Bloomex sent them to me for my birthday, I feel sorry for the person that sent them to me they pay good money for them.

Horrible experience

Ordered birthday flowers to be delivered to my 80 yr old mum the next day to eastern suburbs. Flowers didn't show up until 10PM at night they were wilted and my mother was asleep at 10pm as her birthday was finished. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT RECOMMEND

DO NOT USE BLOOMEX

Blamed the early delivery on the floods of 3 weeks ago! All roads are now open! If I assume correctly the Virginia store did the delivery & all roads are clear to Red Hill
That excuse is as pathetic as your flowers.

You have falsely advertised when the product received has no resemblance to the product I ordered.
You state the Crimson Swirl bouquet has:
"Express your passion with the eloquence of Shakespeare thanks to these roses, lilies and other classic flowers of love. Your lady will be wowed!
This elegant bouquet includes roses, spray roses, oriental lilies, carnations and miniature carnations"

I don't know what you sent me but it was not Crimson Swirl as it had no carnations, no spray roses, & no mini carnations & only 4 small roses. The rest are chrysanthemums, the cheapest flower you can get. There was 4 daisies but in no way was this bouquet worth $125. Also these flowers were supposed to be all mainly red or pink, most in there were white. Bloomex response was "the flowers were lovely & fresh" & offered a $40 store credit which I will never use as I will never deal with them again. Should have been delivered today on the birthday... pathetic service & product!

WARNING WARNING WARNING - BLOOMEX ARE SCAMMERS

Placed an order on 10/03/22 for delivery on 15/03/22 (mil's birthday). Received an email on 15/03/22 saying "we regret to inform you that we have had to reschedule the delivery of your order". No date advised as to when they would be delivered. I tried phoning Bloomex and had to leave a voicemail with my name and number for someone to phone me back. No one returned my call.

Went to their live chat on 16/03/22. Advised the flowers were not delivered. Was told that "We regret to inform you that we have to reschedule the delivery of your order". I advised that this was unacceptable as they were birthday flowers and her birthday was yesterday and that I wanted a refund.

They advised that "we can put your order on hold or issue a store credit for your future use. I reiterated that I wanted a refund as I did not intend to use their services ever again. Bloomex then advised that they will not be able to issue a refund.

I've since had to lodge a complaint with my credit card company in the hopes of being refunded.

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH BLOOMEX!

Ordered flowers for valentine's day 5 days before hand. Didn't turn up at my wife's work. Despite being reported as delivered. Attempted to deal with Bloomex customer service (based in CANADA. WTF?). Have been nothing but difficult. Was told to check with her reception. Told them she work on the reception. Was told they were deliver to a 'Martin' but there is no Martin at her work! Flowers are still missing and no offer of a refund. I had to run to a local florist (should have done this originally!)... Refused to refund. Just an offer to redeliver Valentines day flowers a week later. WTF?! Won't be using this company again! Ruined valentines day... AVOID AND GO TO YOUR LOCAL FLORIST

DISGUSTING

My husband, a FIFO worker ordered flowers on 11/2 for 14/2 Valentine's Day delivery. It is now 15/2 and no delivery after being told it was in transit and would be delivered at 9pm at night. Attended the Malaga warehouse to be told the order had not been processed. We asked for a refund. This was denied. The man at the desk then proceeded to call the police stating there was a situation (it was myself, my mother and my 11 week old baby - NO SITUATION)! The police informed us this was a civil matter - so I have now taken it to Australian Consumer Affairs with a formal complaint and will also be taking this to media outlets and seeking further legal advice. Absolutely disgusting! How can this company continue to operate.
I additionally have reported them to WA Police for failure to have a WA Govt Sign in code, manual sign in and refusal to wear a mask.

What a disappointment
February 14, 2022

Our first Valentines Day. Order placed nearly 2 weeks ago. Much anticipation and avoidance of queries about gifts for the day by my partner. Late afternoon on the day I called Bloomex and they told me that delivery could be as late as 9:30pm which is totally ridiculous. I call my partner at 9:30pm - still no delivery. I then have to fess up and tell her what I had ordered therefore ruining the surprise. I called Bloomex again the next day and they tell me that it was delivered! Unbelievable. I will be seeking a full refund and vow to NEVER use Bloomex again.

Ordered flowers 5 Feb 2022 for a late morning funeral service 8 Feb 2022 in the same suburb as Bloomex Melbourne. Received SMS at 1:26pm 8 Feb 2022 courier might not be able to deliver order. Flowers were ordered to arrive at the church by 11:30am and they called at 1:26pm the same day! Absolute disgrace as funeral service had now finished. Special instructions were not followed. This was to be a final parting gift, I'm heartbroken. Avoid using this company at all costs.

These flowers were Beautiful and my Mother loves them. They also last a long time. First order lasted over 2 weeks. We are now on second order of flowers and are very satirized with delivery and products.

Terrible company to deal with. For starters they offer fresh deliveries to Adelaide. They come in a box by Australia Post from interstate! Mine arrived 6 days after ordered. They will not refund. As if I need store credit? DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered flowers to be delivered today. Had to keep following up with them via chat and I have been constantly given the run around on the delivery status. I'm placing the order from overseas and I cant even track the delivery order. I really wish I had read the reviews first. It is now 9pm, which is their so called cut off time for residential delivery. I doubt it was delivered because the recipient has not informed me. Really really regret going thru this company and I'm going to call my bank to cancel this transaction. What a poorly run business!

I ordered (expensive!) flowers for my mothers birthday to be delivered the next day, and was charged an extra fee for the privilege.

The flowers did not arrive for two days after the day they were supposed to (ruining the point of birthday flowers!). When they did arrive they came with the regular post in a carboard box. Who delivers fresh flowers in a cardboard box?! The flowers were wilted and already dying as they had probably been left in a box for days. See pictures attached.

I have asked numerous times for a refund but they continually refuse!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY as they are scammers with no customer support.

I choose a bunch of "colourful" flowers for my aunty. The picture online shown red, purple, & yellow with 4 different varieties of flowers. Very pretty & colourful. BUT the flowers delivered weren't anything like what I ordered. It was a bunch of white & yellow flower. So disappointed
When I contacted bloomex they said they can only use what they have in store to the same of higher value. Wow, I've never know a florist to only have white & yellow flowers. Don't think I'll ever ordered from here again.

Flowers ordered on Sunday still have not arrived and when I enquired where they were I just got lies. Eventually I got notification with Australia Post tracking (yes! Aust Post!) which showed the flowers didn't leave the Victoria warehouse until after my phone call. I am in South Australia and thought they were being delivered from Adelaide. They are apparently still in transit. I placed a second order for a fruit basket which they say they can't deliver until January (it's now 21st Dec) because the couriers are busy. Their website still says next day delivery. No customer service, and no success in getting refund as yet. Do not ever use this company.

This site is terrible. They don't respond to your messages - they give you bot messages. And the flowers were less than what was pictured. I even boosted the flowers and it was less the base flowers. The site claimed they were sale but the flowers they give you is less if you actually went to real florist in the city for the same price.
I used to order from them in the past and they were great, but the quality and quantity has really decreased.
Recommend you go elsewhere.
