Brilliant! It's difficult to send flowers from mainstream companies when family members live in such remote areas. This website connected me with local florists who could deliver flowers just before Christmas. If communication with the florists themselves was a little easier, it would be a perfect experience.
Delivery was going to be delayed by one day, on the second day, delivery did not occur, called 6 times on the third day, told its onboard for delivery at 11am, not delivered, told it is onboard for deliver at 3pm, not delivered, rang at 4 and they said, oh it was delivered yesterday, it was not, oh we need to conducted an investigations. Do NOT use this company. Shame on you and your $#*! show.
The worst customer experience of my life. Ordered flowers for a sick loved one, and they didnt arrive anywhere near agreed time. Refund refused as they blamed couriers not being in their control. Ghastly chat and phone service. Has clear intent of frustrating you out of demanding a refund, so here writing bad reviews on every site i can. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. At their own admission, they cant ensure your order arrives in timely fashion

My cousin lost her daughter passed away a 51yrs of age
sent her flowers through Bloomex and should have been delivered the next dat but 3 days later she still hasn't received them. Rang many times to make a complaint and all I got was we will give you half the delivery fee back.
Arrangements look beautiful and are basically priced reasonable, but uonce you add 15.00 extra on for the delivery fee and then another 7.00 or more for taxes it gets very pricey. Will think again before using.
Ordered from New Zealand for my sick mother back in the UK. Easy to use website and great communication. Shame I couldn't get flowers delivered directly to the hospital, however they arrived at family members address promptly. They looked fantastic and she got them before she passed away. Many thanks.
Delux fruit basket and chocolates delivered two days late. Was small pineapple with few small overripe apples and box truffle biscuits(imported from Thailand). Blamed everything on COVID. Not interested in addressing issue.
Rant warning... DO NOT ever order anything from Bloomex. I ordered roses to be delivered in time for the recipient to return home from hospital to, only to have it changed to a supposed 'gourmet basket'. I get it; covid has meant a lot of give and take, so I agreed. What arrived almost a week late was utter rubbish. The contents of the plastic basket added up to just over $10, and consisted solely of crappy biscuits; some that the recipient couldn't even eat due to gluten intolerance.
My message was printed on a scrappy receipt that was barely big enough to read, and the whole thing looked as though it had been wrapped by a 5 year old.
I emailed my complaint (and this is not something I do often) which ultimately ended in being told that the change was in their policy and I got what I paid for. I'm furious. I send baskets and flowers regularly and have never been dissatisfied before. The fact that there are anti Bloomex groups on Facebook says it all.
Great service, most importantly good 'personal' communication over delivery. Many companies in my opinion today, do not put the customer first or comunicate directly to the customer, of which sadly for them have lost my custom. Usually these are companies using call centres who abruptly cut you off even though you are polite and have a query.
After spending $114 on flowers, they delivered half dead flowers from Woolworths/Coles and a bar of lindt chocolate. What was supposed to be a joyful gift for a new baby was embarrassing and plain awful.
I have lodged a complaint and their response was that "the arrangement you received was in accordance with our policy. Fraudsters running the show from an overseas call centre. DO NOT USE
Ordered some flowers for my friend in Australia. Worked all the calculations as per the set out fees from AUS Dollars to British Pound. $59 to 30 pounds. They later added on $40 a further 20 pound as they couldn't deliver from their forest so had to pay someone else. No email no nothing. I wouldnt have minded but the flowers she received are awful - not many flowers, a lot of greenery. Not worth the money. Avoid this florist!
It now become annoying to know that until this time at 14:50 (+0800GMT Singapore) my recipient has received my above subject order.
The situation prompted me reading reviews relating to your delivery performances in Melbourne area and writing a review of my own.
It is becoming a disappointment knowing my Valentine's gift haven't reached or scared of thinking may not reach my family in Melbourne today. Or worst, won't reach at all.
I was trying to contact them from Singapore but to no avail. Further i also recipient to contact them as well but faced with similar fate.
Anyways, at last it reached at 20:00 (+1100GMT) which made me changed my review.

I should have read the reviews before I used this florist. So many bad reviews! My elderly friend had an accident, so I wanted to order a fruit basket and a bouquet of flowers to cheer her up. I don't have much time but still search through the website to find what I want. And I found Bloomex which provide fruits basket. I happily placed the order of 1 Fruits Basket and a bouquet of Native Flowers. And to my surprise they delivered chocolates and not Native but some cheap looking flowers. I rang and email Bloomex, they replied and said its their policy and they have the right to replace what we ordered. I'm so surprise to learn that they can't find fruits in Epping!
It's a worse experience I had with this florist. I've learnt my lesson, never ever used a chain florist.
Got sent a basket of apples and mandarins, was told I was ordering a range of 11 different fruits when I ordered it. $85 for a basket of apples and mandarins, $8 per piece. Ridiculous! Could only offer a store credit of $30, even though we won't be using this company again!

A fruit basket I ordered was delivered containing substandard and mouldy fruit. They offered me a 30% voucher against a future order which I declined as I would never use this company again. I asked for a 30% refund at least but instead they offered me a measly 10% refund which I reluctantly accepted. If you are looking to send someone a fruit gift my advice would be to look elsewhere. I would rather pay a bit more so the recipient receives something that is at least edible.
Placed an order six days prior to event, got a confirmation three days prior. But no delivery on the day.
When I rang to enquire about the non delivery, all they could say was sorry, NOT GOOD ENOUGH. It says in their adverts same day delivery, I very much doubt this as they could not deliver with six days notice. I would not recommend this company. - Peter Hayes
Flowers from Bloomex majority of the time are excellent, fresh, and delivered on time! I've encountered some issues with a few orders and their customer service was great in fixing my issues. Overall, I've been ordering from this company for a while and love my flowers and suggested them to friends as well.
I used this service for the first time last week. I live in Italy and had flowers delivered to London. Excellent choice of plants, flowers, arrangements, etc at all price ranges. Was very satisfied and highly recommend this service to others.
After spending over 24 hours arguing with a customer service officer on their Live Chat, you can absolutely forget about chatting with an actual manager. We were promised a refund of the difference between AUD 120 and USD 120. Refund was also calculated in US dollars. Conveniently they can do this when it suits them, but we still ended up short of what we should have received. Refund came over 24 hours later than we were promised and when we queried this, the person replying was not very friendly.
This company put us through hell at a time when we were already under a lot of stress. Will never use them again.
We ordered flowers for a family member's funeral in Australia, but as we weren't in the country at the time, we searched online for a local Brisbane florist. We specifically chose an online florist with a. com.au address as we intended to pay with an Australian Debit Card with a prominent Australian Bank.
Nowhere on their page does it show that the prices are in anything but Australian dollars. Image our shock and horror when the amount deducted from our Australian account was for almost AUD $60 more than we were expecting. It turns out, that even if you make this purchase from an Australian business, the system is set up so that if you order from outside Australia, you are charged in US dollars. So we were expecting AUD 120, but were charged USD 120. If that was the case, what we should have been charged is USD 82 (exchange rates at the time).
All attempts to resolve this have fallen on deaf, stupid or incompetent ears. They just keep re-sending the link to their terms and conditions where it states that all orders from outside of Australia are charged in US dollars. What they don't tell you is that they use the same price but add it to a different currency. This has put an extreme amount of stress on the family who are already grieving the sudden loss of a loved one.
Live Chat is a complete waste of time and you can forget about communicating with a manager because every single manager is out of the office all the time.
I will be reporting them to the ACCC, The International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network and I will be sending the Brisbane franchisee a letter so that when they are out of business, they will know why.
This business is fraudulent, unethical and a disgrace. You try and arrange flowers so you have a presence at a loved one's funeral and you get completely screwed over. Talk about taking advantage of people during the darkest times they are facing.
I ordered a bouquet of roses for my mother on this site on May 12. The site is very user-friendly interface, it is easy to find and choose exactly the bouquet that you want. Delivery worked great, mom was very pleased.
Ordered a bouquet on a Monday, requesting delivery on the Thursday for a special occasion. Ended up arriving at 9:30pm when my elderly relative was already in bed! Aggressive door knocking woke her up and terrified her. Then, to make matters worse, the flowers were half dead and ready to be thrown straight in the bin. I don't know who is responsible for this, but they should be ashamed of themselves. I'll be demanding a refund. Spend the extra $10 and go to a reputable company.
My children saved for quite some time to buy me what they thought would be a beautiful hamper seeing as we are in lockdown they spent $115 for something that was missing half the items wasn't even premium packaged like they ordered and the gourmet items were coles brand and cheap crackers pretzels and peanuts. And it was just dumped on the front step in the rain with no wrapping. As for customer service that is a joke just a whole lot of being passed off and sending more emails and photos in

Just been sending cheer to my friends and family during these trying times and self-isolation. These bouquets were easy to order with the 25HUG promotion, it's a bit of savings, especially while we need it.
Although they didn't manage to deliver the flowers requested (Other internet based company cancelled my order on Valenties day at mid-day) that day which was a big ask, they were exceptional in their response. Beautiful bouquet delivered in the end.
Thank-you so much to Tracey, So kind of her to take the time for a thorough explanation of the process. Our minds were put at ease. It was also thoughtful of her to send condolences. My husband's aunt - his mother's sister - was a much loved person and the last of her generation in this family. Tracey is certainly very good at her job! It was a great pleasure corresponding with her.:)We will certainly recommend Bloomex to others!
Very poor service. Arrived a day late for my mum's 92nd birthday. One single rose which was fully open & ready drop all it's petals, some chrysanthemums & a lot of greeny. Altogether very disappointing & not worth the money.
Bloomex are dishonest!
Their flowers online are absolutely nothing like what is delivered!
Pastel pretty flowers and roses are substituted with ugly green daisies carnations and red flowers!
Vase ordered was long and rectangular what was delivered was round and squat! They claim flowers may VARY! Crap there was not ONE flower similiar!
DO NOT ORDER from them!
Numerous emails and a piddly 15%off next order. I'm not that dumb to order off you again! Absolutely crap! The sooner you are out of business the better! Absolute scam! BE WARNED! Check out bloomex sucks on Facebook! Many disgruntled customers
