I gave 1 star for delivery but that's it!
Today I received a box of dead and mouldy flowers from Bloomex Australia. I was so disappointed that I phoned them up at 10.54am today, immediately after picking them up from the P. O. to complain and to give them a chance for them to rectify the problem.
I sent them pictures and also complained on their chat service, but all to no avail. Still waiting for the manager to phone me.
I suggest if you want to send beautiful flowers to your loved ones, KEEP AWAY FROM BLOOMEX, what a disgraceful company, sending dead mouldy flowers.

Used Bloomex for the first time whe I was in Spain, and unfortunately my friend's father passed away! I used the website and found everything really easy! My friend sent me a picture of the flowers and they looked truly beautiful рџ'ђ

I love being a member of Direct 2 Florist! It gives me so many benefits - the access to merchandising brochures, the knowledge that orders I send to other parts of the country will be executed well & to a value that I know my customers will love, and the operating system, that I use in my shop as well as for Direct 2 Florist orders. It allows me to give all my customers the amazing service they expect from us!

I would advise to not deal with this company. The picture on the left is what is advertised on their website and the one on the right is what was received. I also paid extra and upgraded to a bigger bunch then pictured. As you can see it is not what I paid for ($89.90). I have spoken to the company and keep getting the run around. They say they will be intouch within 24 hours but you never hear from them. Very disappointed

I love this concept- the arrangement I sent my Mom arrived fresh and beautiful. The downside is that an 84 year old couldn't put it all together quite like the photo and the filler greenery "drooped". Still, she was happy.

I always order flowers for my mum for her birthday through direct 2 florist. I usually order them at Shirley's but they are no longer around and so gave Maria's a go and wow I'm so glad I did. What s lovely bouquet they did for her. I have never been disappointed with the florists through direct 2 florist. The flowers are still going strong even after a week.

My daughter and son in law gifted me a generous gift certificate at Christmas. I ordered 3 dozen roses for my Easter table. Tracking and arrival time were precise and when I opened the box the fragrance and stunning colours brought happy years to my eyes. My daughter and my son in law could not join us but the roses were a beautiful reminder of their presencr. At the end of the day 5 ladies (including my 90 year old mother in law) brought some home to enjoy. They were thrilled and I am enjoying mine!

I ordered (expensive!) flowers for my mothers birthday to be delivered the next day, and was charged an extra fee for the privilege.

The flowers did not arrive for two days after the day they were supposed to (ruining the point of birthday flowers!). When they did arrive they came with the regular post in a carboard box. Who delivers fresh flowers in a cardboard box?! The flowers were wilted and already dying as they had probably been left in a box for days. See pictures attached.

I have asked numerous times for a refund but they continually refuse!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY as they are scammers with no customer support.

I live in the USA and my daughter is attending school in Canterbury. I sent her flowers and candy when she was very ill and flowers to her friend and flatmate that took such good care of her. Website was easy to navigate, placing and paying for order was so easy, arrived as promised, and they loved the flowers and candy. Said they'd rate florist a 5! :) Will definitely order from them again! Being that I'm so far away, I so appreciate such excellent flowers and service :)

I ordered flowers for my mother in law's 70th birthday. They were never delivered. I realised that Bloomex was the terrible company that my mum used to buy me flowers last year. Three weeks later the flowers were delivered dead. Save yourself heartache by avoiding this company.

Beautiful arrangement delivered within hours for a friend's father's funeral. They loved the plant and fresh cut flowers. Something nice to take home and plant for memories to continue to grow. Great service, thank you!

The funeral spray I ordered was delivered timely and was absolutely beautiful. The family even took it from the funeral home to the church. Thank you so much for making a sad occasion somewhat brighter.

The biggest scammers! Dead flowers arrived at my friends doorstep 5 days late! They stunk! She threw them straight in the bin, when I called for a refund they said they had to receive the flowers back in the mail! A photo of the dead flowers was not enough! Do not waste your money

Flowers were nothing like what I ordered. My 4 year old could make a nicer arrangement! See the photos below. First photo was what I ordered, second photo was what was delivered. I ordered the deluxe arrangement for well over 100 dollars and feel completely ripped off! The first photo is what showed up, the next is what I ordered.

I'm a real estate agent and I give flowers to my clients who purchase new homes. So any time I need a flower arrangement I call Bloomex. I order mixed bouquets and try to match it to the room it's supposed to be placed. Normally, I choose Alstroemerias since they are one of the flowers with the longest life span. Bloomex, you have a customer for life. Thanks!

I love Bloomex! Every person I send a bouquet to comments on how beautiful the arrangements are. They always arrive looking great and last a long time. The online store is easy to use and I love that it saves addresses and previous orders.

I ordered the flowers from Australia for my sister & mum in the UK so I was hoping that they would turn out to be as nice as in the description and photo. Ordering was easy, I was directed to a lovely local florist, and the flowers were delivered by the florist on the requested date. My mum & sister both said the flowers were lovely so all in all I have only good things to say about Bloomex. Thanks, Nicky.

Awesome flowers, so fresh, and last 2 weeks or longer. Everyone that I have sent flowers to from Bloomex just rant and rave about them. Thank you The Bloomex Company for giving us a great place to shop for fresh flowers!

Only used twice now but their ordering process is straight forward and simple. Easy to use. Now saved to my favourites list and have become a member so I have the one place to go when sending pressies interstate..

We have been using Bloomex for a few months now and they are extremely well priced and always upgrade the delivery if there is every any issue. We have been really pleased to use Bloomex to send gifts to our customers.

The florist who processed and delivered my order provided an excellent service. The recipient of the flowers was thrilled with them and made contact to say how beautiful and fresh they were. I live in Australia and the flowers were for a friend in the UK. I gave 24 hours notice so the florist could order fresh flowers for my order. Will definitely use again. Very satisfied.

I have just received a boxed bouquet of flowers from Bloomex which had been 'packaged' upside down so all the flowers were squashed. They were left leaning on our letterbox in full view of the street eventhough someone was home and could have taken delivery. There was no fragile sticker on the box and the glass vase included was totally smashed even the oasis in which the flowers were sitting was smashed. I have tried to contact the company to demand that the sender have their money refunded there is no way to actually speak to a customer service person and only an online chat service which doesn't reply and the website won't even accept my review. I am fuming.

I love the fresh flowers and greenery that Bloomex provides. Flowers are never cheep and spending a little extra to ensure supporting small growers and green practices is worth it. And the choices are beautiful, varied and creative. I really feel good sending gifts from Bloomex!
