If I could make this rating a minus I would. Ordered flowers for my daughter in law in Australia I'm in NZ.
By 4pm their time flowers had not arrived, was told it wasn't their fault it was the couriers, they would arrive the next day, they didn't arrive. After numerous expensive phone calls and emails was offered a credit (yeah right as if I'ld use them again) or another lot of flowers or a gourmet basket that was double the value of my flowers, I chose the basket because they wouldn't die if not delivered. One week to the day of the original order the basket arrived...PATHETIC a few packets of chocolate biscuits supposedly worth 69.00

I have always been pleased with this company. The product and service they provide is consistent and of high quality. The flowers always come on time and my friends, family, and I are always impressed with the display. Gone are the days of receiving flowers that lack luster and look nothing like the online photos. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are worth the price tag.

As a florist shop owner and customer sending flowers to family and friends across the country, I cannot fault any of the direct to florist services I have used. The feed back I have received from customers and friends and family has always been first class. I have been using this company since I bought my shop several years ago & would definitely not use any other relay service.

I ordered flowered to be delivered on Valentine's Day. I received a email saying they wouldn't be there for that day. It said do you want to have delivered next day or cancel, I responded cancel. On the next day I received another email saying your order is on the way. 2 days later my partner called saying she received the flowers but they were dead. The number to call is one digit short and received no response via email.

Very fast and efficient service! Fresh flower, quick delivery, good communication, good price. I used discount coupon and it helped me save my money. If anyone going to use Bloomex I can advice to use discount coupons.

I have used the service twice and loved it. Easy to use and best the recipients are still gushing about the flowers. My mom said they lasted two weeks. I learned about the organization from shark tank and was intrigued.

The ordering on line was easy and straight forward the choices were excellent and most importantly of all the the flowers were absolutely fantastic ( recipient's words) which can only be put down to the choice of florist in my area.

The bouq was beautiful. My wife loved them. I like that they are are unique, beautiful and I didn't have to pick out any flowers. They do all the work for me. Only thing is that we both wish they would last a bit longer.

I've used Bloomex on a number of occasions - the service is excellent with a user friendly website and great email communication on the status of the order. I've had thank you messages with photos from the recipients and can therefore confirm that the flowers have always been beautiful and fresh.

Purchased a bunch of flowers, incorrect flowers sent (see first picture) of much lesser quality. When a complaint was put forth recieved an email from "customer support" saying that a replacement would be sent (second picture). Over a month later and am yet to reveive what was promised.

I bought flowers and a card for a friends funeral but they never arrived. When I contacted Bloomex they blamed the courier for the delay. Finally I asked for a refund but they sent the flowers to me. The flowers had been in transit for 5 days and when they arrived they were dead. When I complained Bloomex said I could get 20% on another order but no refund. Apparently they have been scamming everyone, I'm not the only one. Google should be ashamed of supporting scams like this one.

Ordering was very straightforward, the website was easy to use and understand. I liked that it was a local florist that would be making up the order. The florist sent me photographs of the completed bouquet, which was a nice touch, that I could see the flowers that were actually delivered. Communication was really good, I got a message to tell me that the flowers were safely delivered. I would certainly recommend this service

My Mom got her flowers all year, regularly. She loved getting them. Especially during 2020, COVID and the shut down. Who could have ever predicted that a year ago. I lucked out by getting her thus subscription.

Ordered flowers for delivery, message was written on a loose bit of paper, flowers I ordered were not delivered and were a completely different bouquet. Ordered to arrive in a vase instead came not in a vase but smelly green water, flowers were dry, wilted and some were dead. Definately will not be using this service again, absolutely disgusted.

Ordered a gift for a birthday on 1st Sept for delivery on 5th Sept and checked my log in account on 6th Sept and my order status was Investigation. Emailed them asking why it was not delivered and they said recipient was not home. They left no card or note for her and they are now asking for a re delivery fee. Asked for a refund and they said we don't do that. The gift was champagne and chocolates which are non perishables. I will never use this rip off business again. Tried to talk to a manager but they refused to put me through.

Very convenient service to use for ordering flowers. Very easy to order & choose from a great selection. The flowers delivered were fresh. Beautiful & exactly as shown in the on line selection. Very good prices includes delivery too.

Been using Bloomex for several years. Only once had a delivery replaced, no company is perfect. The customer service is great! Manager Victoria answered quickly and solved the problem. In April sent colorful Alstroemerias to my granny for her birthday and she loved them! The flowers were delivered on time and were absolutely fresh and lasted long.

Arrived at the perfect time of day for her to receive them at her job! She was absolutely thrilled and the flowers were exquisite! One of the best experiences I've had ordering flowers online. Thank you!

I will certainly use Bloomex again as they were efficient and friendly throughout the process. Easy to navigate site, great prices and very easy to communicate with. Delivery was on time and the Flowers were gorgeous.

Just cancelled our order we have had placed for ten days the day before mothers day! Impossible for us to get an order now unless paying double anywhere else.
Really upset, has ruined our mothers day.

Nobody answered the phone, nobody responded to the email.
The flowers were meant to be a special treat for my daughter to uplift her at a time when an unfulfilled family gathering (due to Covid-19 isolation) cannot occur.

I really like that you can support local, small businesses in your area. Bloomex makes it easy to find and choose a florist and exactly what you are looking for. The prices are reasonable and the florist I chose, close to my parents, delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The man who delivered them was very friendly, "a local chap" as my mother said, and that alone can brighten an older couples 60th anniversary day. I'll only be using Bloomex in future for the above reasons and because thay can be trusted. Thank you for a great service.

Flowers were received, next day delivery, excellent condition and exactly as shown in photograph. Needless to say my friend was totally delighted with the selection. The chocolates that we also ordered with the flowers also deserve special mention, according to my friend, the recipient of the order, claims to have never tasted such fantastic confectionery. I am totally satisfied with the way my order was handled and I can say with complete confidence in "Cocoa Flower" that I consider them a real class act. Would I deal with this florist again, you betcha. I have retained "Cocoa Flower" in my travel journey and the next time I am in the UK I will know who to call. Many Thanks, Absolute excellent service.
