Brilliant! It's difficult to send flowers from mainstream companies when family members live in such remote areas. This website connected me with local florists who could deliver flowers just before Christmas. If communication with the florists themselves was a little easier, it would be a perfect experience.
Delivery was going to be delayed by one day, on the second day, delivery did not occur, called 6 times on the third day, told its onboard for delivery at 11am, not delivered, told it is onboard for deliver at 3pm, not delivered, rang at 4 and they said, oh it was delivered yesterday, it was not, oh we need to conducted an investigations. Do NOT use this company. Shame on you and your $#*! show.
I placed a last minute order from Australia for flowers to be delivered to a funeral service. The order was dealt with promptly and I was informed quickly when it had been delivered. Thank you. Excellent service. рџ'ђ
I ordered an arrangement from Canada to be delivered for a funeral in the UK. I am always concerned about ordering online. I couldn't have been more pleased! The flower shops I was directed to were outstanding and I chose the one with the highest rating. The flowers were stunning and delivered on time. A picture was also emailed to me to show me the arrangements. I will definitely be using this website again!
This is the second time I've used Bloomex to order flowers from my desk in Canada for delivery to a relative in England. I had noted on the order that the recipient may not answer the door and requested that the bouquet be left at the front door (weather permitting) if unable to deliver. The florist's delivery service left the flowers with a neighbour, left a note on my relative's door, and sent me a couple of photos of the arrangement at the time of delivery. This level of service exceeded my expectations! Thank you Bromborough Flowers and Bloomex!

It works for everyone - Florist, Customer and the Company - I can highly recommend this service. I was happy I ordered my mother a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day. I ordered the small bouquet and was quite surprised that my Mom received a nice size bouquet. Everything was fresh, and it came with instructions. I recommend Bloomex Company. I had a good experience.
Bright yellow flowers sent for funeral, paid for $146 worth of flowers and got: 3 fully blown roses, 2 sticks of stock and yellow and white chrysanthemums. Could not get any service when i tried to complain and operator actually hung up on me twice when i said i wished to make a complaint. After 24hours your complaint is not longer valid. Don't buy from these people - it's a shonk!

Not to believe their advertising, their photographs, and don't expect any service - they hang up if you say you have a problem. Just don't buy from them

Otdered flowers for my Mum for mothers day. My uncle dies this morning and she will now be flying interstate on Saturday. Tried contacting Bloomex and they said too bad, cant change the date or do anything and they thanked me for my understanding. What a joke!
They might as well bin the flowers as she wont get them. No compasion or consideration at all.

You never know what to expect from an online order but my friend loved them and the photo she sent me showed that what she got was exactly what I had ordered. The flowers and foliage looked fresh and the coloust were vibrant.
The original florist chosen was unable to fill my order, I was informed straight away, given options, as I was ordering from New Zealand and sending to the UK this was absolutely brilliant service, I received emails to say my order had been received and also had been delivered. My elderly aunt just loved the flowers. This was a very easy site to use, and will definitely use again with confidence.
I ordered flowers for my friends funeral 4days prior. On the day that they were to deliver I received an email saying that it had been changed to 2 days later. It is now 3days later and my flowers have not been delivered. Now I can't even get onto anyone to discuss this matter. I will never order through Bloomex again. I'm so upset

I arranged for flowers to be delivered to my friend Lynne for her 70th birthday. In my notes I explained that Lynne loves autumn colours, especially reds, yellows, lime and purple. She cried with happiness when they arrived as they were just what she would've chosen herself. Well done! Flowers were ordered (very bright colourful bunch). Paid for them to be delivered Saturday and instead they were delivered Friday. Flowers received were two colours, that was it. Nothing like the bunch ordered and descripted as Summer Blooms. I know that flowers vary due to season but there are a plethora of colours available this time of the year and to just go with two colours and a small bunch when I paid extra for deluxe was a joke. Couldn't be more disappointed. Bloomex did not apologise for the day early delivery and said the blooms were fresh and fit the description (they must have eye problems). Disgusted with typical bug business response as they just don't care. Will not go back. Do yourself a favour and try hard to find a local small business that will actually care about service.
I had a great experience. The flowers were fresh and lasted a long time. It was easy to order and have delivered, They were reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend them to anyone ordering flowers.
I chose this company as they claimed they could deliver on the date I required so I ordered 4 days in advance. They called me at 9am on the day of delivery, from a weird US number, to say that they could not deliver on the promised day after all. I asked them to cancel the order and refund as the next day was not an option and I'd only ordered through them because they said they could deliver on that specific day. They refused. This was the most horrible, stressful exchange with a company I have ever experienced. I would never use them again and urge others not to either.
Absolutely Perfect! I have never used this service before but I will definitely use it again. I had a look at the florists in the area linked to Bloomex, selected the one I wanted to use and placed the order. I needed the flowers delivered the same day but after a specific time. I called the florist direct after the order was confirmed, they were very friendly and helpful and when the flowers arrived they were absolutely beautiful. Thank you.
Our first Valentines Day. Order placed nearly 2 weeks ago. Much anticipation and avoidance of queries about gifts for the day by my partner. Late afternoon on the day I called Bloomex and they told me that delivery could be as late as 9:30pm which is totally ridiculous. I call my partner at 9:30pm - still no delivery. I then have to fess up and tell her what I had ordered therefore ruining the surprise. I called Bloomex again the next day and they tell me that it was delivered! Unbelievable. I will be seeking a full refund and vow to NEVER use Bloomex again.

I ordered flowers as a surprise for my grandmother as I was supposed to visit her (I live in Portugal) for the first time in 6 years on her birthday but obviously could not due to COVID-19. I contacted them and made purchase to only be told that part of my gift they no longer had in stock and would not be refunding me part of what was spent. On top of that the "24hr online help" is absolute lies - have been waiting in the chat room there for over 4 hours now to just confirm the status of the gift and to see if the rest of the gift is now available - during these times we look to the support and dependability of online services and this is definitely not a company I would recommend or ever use again. Absolutely disappointed.

Ive been promised a refund because you couldn't provide the service I paid for – ive been waiting over a week for any funds or correspondence
And then to be told today – that you cancelled my order but just didn't refund or provide an alternative
This is the WORST experience of my life and im horrified that you promote yourself as ‘fresh – fast – fair' when infact you are none of those things
Please provide my refund immediately. The matter is being taken further.

I have ordered a few times from Bloomex and have found them to be good quality. I have sent flowers to Canada and Australia. I like to order the ones on sale, but they have always been delivered on time and of a good quality. I would recommend them.
This is a very reliable company that has quality merchandise and flowers. I have been using their service for a long time and I am very pleased. Also, their customer service and communication are excellent.
This site is terrible. They don't respond to your messages - they give you bot messages. And the flowers were less than what was pictured. I even boosted the flowers and it was less the base flowers. The site claimed they were sale but the flowers they give you is less if you actually went to real florist in the city for the same price.
I used to order from them in the past and they were great, but the quality and quantity has really decreased.
Recommend you go elsewhere.
