I don't know why I bother with this place. I keep hoping they'll redeem themselves and provide on time deliver, but the never do. Even after paying extra to have items delivered at a specific time, the fail to meet their promised date and time. Always a disappointment with their service.
I sent flowers to my sister for Christmas. They were knocked over in the rain left on her front porch. I wrote to report, and got nowhere. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get help. The most they could refund me was 20%. The flowers were a complete mess! I've never had this issue with any other company.
They tried three times to deliver flowers in a town with 30 miles of roads and the delivery driver said he delivered the flowers three times in a row wrong address. I'm thinking he's on drugs or has $#*! for brains.

My order was never delivered on Valentines day. Could not contact anyone to get information. Only AI responds when you call, text, chat or email. I chose them because they had good reviews however, I believe the reviews are also by AI. Misleading, expensive and unprofessional service. Haven't received a refund yet. Do not recommend.

I realize too late that I should have read the reviews before ordering flowers from this service! Specifically asked the flowers to be delivered today, then once this was confirmed, I ordered them and added a tip for the driver on top of the flower charge. I ordered them just after 8 am thinking my aunt would receive them sometime in the afternoon. Was greatly surprised when I received an email saying that they couldn't be delivered today and would have to be rescheduled for a possible delivery tomorrow. I called to speak with customer service only to find out that they couldn't find a supplier for the basket or type of flowers I ordered. When I asked why I wasn't notified so I could change my order, she couldn't answer me. I was only offered a $5 refund. I felt at this point just to cancel my order as they couldn't even guarantee the flowers would be delivered tomorrow.
I wouldn't advise or recommend this flower delivery service to anyone - especially if your flowers need to be delivered on a certain day!

The worst experience I have had with a flower delivery company. They did not confirm order after receiving full payment, they did not deliver my order on arranged time (after I paid an extra fee for guaranteed express delivery), they did not even attempt delivery on the arranged day nevermind the arranged time frame, they did not even try to contact me to let me know they were not going to make my delivery on guaranteed time/day, no email updates at all as promised, hard to reach and long waits for customer service, they offered me nothing to make up for the 2 day delivery delay I am hoping will still happen, and customer service would not let me speak to management; the operator stated she was in charge for that day. At this point I'm not sure my order will be delivered at all, if so great as I did pay them over $100! Heartbreaking the special occasion day has passed, so incredibly disappointing 😞

I am so sorry I didn't check this review sections before I did. Flowers never delivered. Lots of useless emails by some stupid AI automated replies. I cannot believe so many people have been ripped off by this company. Flowers were supposed to arrive by Valentine's Day. They never did. I got an email letting me know that they will be delivered the next day, which obviously weren't delivered either. At the end, I never got the flowers delivered. After seeing hundreds of horrible reviews from other people, I realize this whole thing is a rip off. Never buy from them. You are going to lose a lot of money and your order will never be delivered.

I received flowers from my mother in law for having surgery from this company and what a disappointment. The flowers were pathetic and seen better days for sure. They used already dying flowers, the roses they took off a bunch of petals to make them look "new" again. Some flowers were broken off the stem when I got them, some flowers 3 of them had mold on them. She complained and sent these pics to them and out of the $70 she spent they only refunded her $7! Other businesses were nice and had the decency to tell her they were short on flowers and could not complete the order where as this company threw together crap and sent it. Don't use this company!

I ordered flowers for delivery on Thursday, the 21st. At 8pm on the 22nd I was contacted by email that they could not get the flowers I ordered, but could for an extra $30. Of course, being the good company that they are, they would cut that in half and only charge me an extra $15. The email said to let them know when was a good time to call me tomorrow…which was Saturday.
Nobody contacted me. I spent over three hours trying to get a hold of customer service, only to get someone that said they could deliver the flowers I ordered next Wednesday, or for $15 they could deliver them today. They were already two days late!
Being a weekend, I had a difficult time finding another florist. If they had contacted me the day they were to be delivered, I could have called someone else. This was for a funeral! I told them it's like delivering a brides bouquet AFTER the wedding, or a Christmas tree on New Years.
I still don't know if I will ever see my $100 plus delivery ever again.

When dealing with a family funeral you don't necessary think to read reviews. My Fault. They contacted me 2 hours before the service and said they had to change both of my orders. They didn't have any easels for the spray. They wanted me to agree to just flowers in a vase, an because of the time frame, I didn't have a choice. On the plant order they wanted me to pay an extra $65 and they would have another florist handle it. NO WAY. After calling them the plant did not get delivered for the service but will be delivered the following day to the family. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

Just stay away and spread the word. So many people have problems. They hand wrote a note with my flowers. I never asked them to handwrite. It literally looked like a child wrote it. Not exaggerating at all. Flowers were also not the premium configuration I paid for (there's 3 levels and premium was the most expensive). Filing a dispute with my credit card company.

They look legit they act legit but it's a pure scam. They're super quick to take your information and your money but the second it comes to customer service forget about it. It doesn't exist except their AI responses. Once a refund is mentioned even the AI goes full retreat mode and stops responding. When I typed in google flower delivery they were the first company to pop up rating themselves a 4.4 star. Obviously I obliged and proceeded only to be charged 166$ for a Valentine's Day gift that never showed up. Spent an hour on the phone trying to get to customer service only to speak to their answering machine to leave a message. I won't go into more details but BE AWARE THIS ARE SCAMMERS!

I have attached the chat conversation, I had with you being told that my order refund was initiated and that I a representative from the billing department will assist you with the refund process. Now you are charging me for this. That is my complaint. How is this my fault when one you told me in the email you did not have the supplies to fill the order and then after I initiate the cancellation you still fill the order, that is not my fault nor should I have to pay.

Stay away from ordering from this company! I ordered the flowers for my mother's birthday, and after discussions and selecting what to deliver and e-mail confirmation, nothing was eventually delivered, plus it took me hours on hold to figure this out! And I was not notified during the day that there are some issues with delivery, so I could have ordered somewhere else!

I have never written a negative review in my life, but I feel like I need to save others from the experience I had. I ordered a lovely bouquet of pink lilies and roses in a nice vase for my in-laws. When my MIL sent a photo to thank me for the flowers, I was stunned that they looked nothing like what I ordered. The flowers she received were red carnations and roses in a tiny vase. She lives on a tropical island, so I am quite certain the florist could have found nicer flowers if they were out of lilies. I contacted Blossom Florist immediately. I received an AI-generated response saying they'd get back to me within 24-48 hours. They did not. I called again, requesting they either refund my money or send the original bouquet. Their reply was, "The best we can do for you is refund you 15% of the cost of the arrangement." This amount would only cover the tip I left for the driver. I would advise you to avoid Blossom Florist.

I ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my mom and not only were they never delivered, but their site says it was and after waiting over an hour to speak to a customer service rep, I got dumped into a voicemail box and have absolutely no idea if an actual human will listen to my message and respond. I feel like this site is not legit and I got scammed out of $148. Please… don't trust this site! I should have read these reviews before selecting Blossom Flower Delivery. They appeared to have a good selection and a reasonable service charge fee, so I went with them. Flowers were to be delivered on a Tuesday, but at 6:40 that night, I received an email stating that they had very limited supplies and will be delivering flowers on Thursday. Oh, and the requested arrangement was not available. I called Support and was on hold for at least 15 mins. The wait message kept saying that I had a 15-second wait time….more than a half dozen times. Not sure why they were so busy because it was not a holiday. I had picked my delivery date for a reason and would have appreciated much earlier notice so I could go elsewhere. They claimed a delivery truck had not arrived, which is certainly possible but way too late to notify me, IMO. They could not tell me what the arrangement would look like. I requested a picture of the arrangement when they had put it together. I had purposely selected colorful daisies. They did deliver on Thurs as promised, but even though the flowers were very nice, there was no color in the arrangement. I also did not receive a photo to know what was delivered. I did get a photo from the recipient. I will not be using Blossom Flower Delivery again.

The flowers were nothing like what I ordered. I was so embarrassed by the flowers that were delivered for my wife's birthday. I ordered a dozen red roses and paid extra for delivery before 11 am. Two the of the flowers were red roses. The rest were pathetic wilted red and other flowers of different colors. The flower were not delivered until 6 pm. They offered credit for a future purchase. So. First. Read some reviews while I was attempting to calm down from the two hour long run around….Your company has quite the reputation online and I, for one, cannot wait to put my two cents worth in.
My friends beloved mother passed. I was put in charge by our group of friends(all of whom have wonderful taste, especially on the realm of flowers and garden plants), to order our friend a plant basket for her home, and a floral arrangement for the funeral services. I chose your company. There was my first error. Second error was, as arrangements for the funeral became available, I then ordered a second arrangement with your company. Silly me. Grand total of around 170$.
I was informed through email that some changes had to be made to the plant basket that I ordered. I was assured it would still look very similar to what I ordered despite the one change. One.
What came was hideous. I will send pics just so you can see exactly what I'm talking about.
Your customer service. Let meJust say wow. Driving in my car back to our home, 7 hours away, I have now wasted three on dealing with this nightmare. (Oh! And I was blamed for accepting a change by two of your employees. I WAS BLAMED!-the customer- I was blamed!)I was offered- hold your horses- a whopping 10 percent refund. Grand total, wait for it, 8$That was only after I demanded a phone number that was reluctantly given to me(and even told by the lady on the phone "how'd you get this number?"

The last thing I thought I would have to deal with when trying to procure a little bit of happiness to our friend during the loss of her mother. They will change the delivery date more than once in want even notify you that it has been changed. You have to call them wait 10-20mins just to be told that your order was pushed back another day. So unprofessional in not worth your time or money!
