I don't know why I bother with this place. I keep hoping they'll redeem themselves and provide on time deliver, but the never do. Even after paying extra to have items delivered at a specific time, the fail to meet their promised date and time. Always a disappointment with their service.
I sent flowers to my sister for Christmas. They were knocked over in the rain left on her front porch. I wrote to report, and got nowhere. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get help. The most they could refund me was 20%. The flowers were a complete mess! I've never had this issue with any other company.
Ordered a bouquet for a colleague and had it delivered to work. The initial delivery date was pushed back because they didn't have the bouquet I wanted so I was understanding and ordered a different one for a later date. It never arrived. When I contacted customer service they said it had, and take it up with the delivery company. They were in no way helpful. They didn't offer any solutions. The delivery company needed an initial confirmation number which I didn't have so I was out $80. Would not recommend.

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday which was today. At the end of the day I was informed that they did not have any stock to send to here. Even substitutes and it would be at least 2 days before they could deliver anything. They didn't know that at the beginning of the day and let me know so I could have made different arrangements. Go somewhere else!

Totally failed to delivery on mothers day even though I asked for delivery on the Friday before. Called on Friday and they promised next day. Never happened. Been on hold for over 90 minutes just trying to get a refund. They made us think it was a local flower company but these are just some kind of scam call center.

The fact that a recipient I was trying to thank and do not know very well received this from me embarassed and mortified me! I can't even believe this shop would think these were acceptable. They could not refund me on the spot or make it right that day and send another arrangement. They said it was "under investigation". I am so disappointed and angry.

Ordered flowers for a funeral 3 days ago. Was just notified they cannot fulfill my order…the day of the viewing! They blamed it on the supplier which seems to be the excuse they use for several other negative reviews. Stay away! If I could give them negative stars, I would.

My mother order sunflowers for me. I received gerber daisies and other yellow daisies. Tried to rectify it through customer service. They refused to help me. Their website descriptions are wrong and their customer service stinks. They also charged an exorbitant amount! Eliminate the middle man and google a local florist and call them directly so you won't be overcharged and given the wrong product.

Called florist to ensure that if I ordered the arrangement it would be delivered in time for a family funeral. The employee guaranteed delivery if I paid extra. Sadly no flowers arrived and when I called to ask why, I found out they knew they wouldn't be able to deliver the flowers early that morning but never had the common decency to call me.
Employee I spoke too was rude and dismissive without apology not sure if I didn't call they wouldn't have just kept the money.

We ordered a standing wreath and paid extra to have it hand delivered to the funeral home. The next morning I awoke to an email stating they needed to know the phone number to the funeral. The next morning (day of the service) I again awoke to an email from Blossom stating they were have supply issues and had reached out to one of their partners to have the arrangement made however, it would cost us another $75. I ask who the partner was but they refused to tell me. It was roughly an hour on the phone with them asking, " How will know the flowers were delivered"? I was informed I would receive conformation of delivery. Well, the service was 6 hours ago and still no conformation. Us rest assure they kept our money. Gave them 1 star because it makes you, but they are not deserving of even that.

I'd give them NEGATIVE STARS if I could. Did not deliver flowers as promised. Then two days later, still no flowers. Was told those flowers were not in their inventory. Would have appreciated a phone call offering another arrangement so my order could be delivered on time. Then I was offered $5 off an $80 order and a coupon so that I would not cancel. I had to tell the guy (could barely understand him) a big no. $5 off an order that they didn't deliver is not okay. Then I got the run-around and lied to during the cancellation process. Was told up to 6 days for a refund. Two hours later, they are still asking to deliver the flowers. I finally went to my credit card to dispute as I have zero confidence that they will return my money.

I ordered Flowers for my daughter and received a message from Blossom Flowers saying their supplies were low and they didn't have what they needed to send the flowers. But for another $66 more they could hire another florist to make the arrangement and the delivery. I said "No"! I received a message saying they had everything needed.
I had my daughter send a picture once the flowers arrived and was totally shocked at the simplicity of the bouquet.
I took the pictures to a local florist, and he told me "You got Screwed."
I went back and forth with customer service with them offering me 5% then 10% refund...I just wanted them to do the right thing and re-deliver the correct bouquet. They just flat out lied and denied my request.

We ordered a lovely bouquet to be sent to a funeral in another town. First off, we had to pay an extra delivery fee to ensure that the flowers would arrive more that 20 minutes before the service. What a rip off, that's ridiculous! Then, the flowers that were delivered looked NOTHING like what we ordered. SO embarrassing to have 'sent ' such a tacky display! Customer service refunded 25% of the price only after I argued forever. Won't use them again!

I ordered flowers for Mother's day, an instant charge to my credit card followed by no confirmation info or email, and no flower delivery! Without a confirm order number there's no way to follow up online, and the tele help line just drops calls as soon as connected. Will follow up for a rebate from my credit card co., but save the hassle and avoid this scam!

Well I wish I read reviews before I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. I had to use this service because my mother was in another state. Needless to day they never came. I paid $95 for nothing. I am still waiting for a refund, while those a**wholes are researching where did the bouquet go. Was there even a bouquet? Scam, they don't even deserve one star.

I ordered a large Calming Comfort - Premium arrangement for a friend who just traveled to New York to bury her mother after a long and painful illness. I paid for the largest premium upgrade, shipping service fee, handling fee, expedited delivery fee and gave a nice tip (even after all these additional charges). Totaled $117.22. When I received a photo of the flowers I was highly embarrassed and disappointed with the size of what was delivered to my friend who was having a very difficult time. What I paid for was nothing like the photo they used to advertise the arrangement, it was much much smaller (Photos attached). I contact their customer service for a refund for the difference in size arrangement, they offered me a very small refund and multiple copied and pasted apologies that were not genuine. Shop else where, this company clearly takes advantage of people ordering from out of state, you will not get what you pay for.

Blossom Flower delivery destroyed the birthday of a very special person, never delivered flowers I ordered, never let me know they not going to. Completely ignored, late in the evening they texted that they are out of flowers.
If you want the worst experience ever choose them.

Placed my order the tracker still shows as order received even after it was delivered. Order got there late only because I called about the tracker I paid an additional charge for expedited and to top it off the order was incomplete but of course the person receiving it don't know that until I as the person who ordered it saw what came. The person who answered when I called said they were well aware of the online tracker for the order didn't always work so a problem they haven't fixed yet! Won't be recommending this company!

I ordered flowers for my mom on Mother's Day and they never showed up. I called the next day to see what happened, they explained that they would get the log from the delivery driver, and contact me before the end of the day. I never heard from them and called back a couple days later. My mom lives thousands of miles away from me, so it's not like I can fix this and just bring her flowers myself. She still has not received the flowers. The customer service is useless. Do not waste your time or money with this place!

I ordered a flower arrangement for my wife (anniversary). I opted for the "premium" upgrade, with a Mylar balloon and expedited delivery. $110.00. What was delivered 2.5 hours late with no balloon, was a few stems of absolute crap! Looked nothing like the picture advertised, not even close. It was an embarrassment and complete ripoff. Stay clear of these thieves

Not only did the flowers arrive late, they looked absolutely nothing like the image on the website. Wrong color, random nonsensical hydrangeas thrown in the middle. They were supposed to be 3 dozen variegated roses. We got 3 dozen old, yellow and a few strange peach colored roses.

Wish I had checked reviews first. This company came up when I searched for Chilliwack florists in BC. Didn't see it was American dollars. I changed the bouquet to a $70 bouquet. Crap was sent. I was humiliated. The company tried to say they already refunded me --yeah the difference between the two bouquets. Now they want to refund a lousy 30 percent. No. CLASS ACTION?

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I order a flower arrangement online, scheduled delivery, and this company came back and told me that there was a problem with my arrangement: "We are writing to inform you that we are having issues locating a driver and supplies going to this area. The good news is we found a supplier who can send us the products. Their prices are higher than expected.
We are writing to ask for an additional $25. We actually need $50 and as compensation, we just rendered our profit for this order and only needed the remaining $25 to proceed and substitute your order with a beautiful Designer's Choice." This company is a scam!

Don't order especially if something happens and you have to try and cancel it on the same day! Was sending a gift to a friend who ended up having a family emergency happen and had to go out of town last minute, ridiculous!

After ordering received an email in regards that the flowers were out of stock and would not be in till next day. I agreed to wait. I ordered a beautiful white and Blue bouquet. Instead I received multi colored flowers plus over priced.

Would have been nice to know it was US site. Would be nice to know that they had no intention of delivering what I ordered. Would be nice to know why they are still in business with this many complaints
