I don't know why I bother with this place. I keep hoping they'll redeem themselves and provide on time deliver, but the never do. Even after paying extra to have items delivered at a specific time, the fail to meet their promised date and time. Always a disappointment with their service.
I sent flowers to my sister for Christmas. They were knocked over in the rain left on her front porch. I wrote to report, and got nowhere. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get help. The most they could refund me was 20%. The flowers were a complete mess! I've never had this issue with any other company.
I went online to order an arrangement for my mother in law for the passing of her mother. I paid for expedited service for the following day. I waited for confirmation of delivery and received a text saying I need to pay another $38.00 dollar's for them to be delivered the next day. I agreed just so she would get them. I then waited for confirmation of delivery and then got a phone call from them saying it will be another day out for the delivery. I am beyond upset and disappointed. I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary. Wanted them delivered to a resturant for when we arrived. They assured me this could happen. The flowers never showed up. Four days later I received a text saying that they would be delivered the following day. I cancelled my order. Waiting now to see if I will get the refund that they said was coming.

Took an order and schedule for delivery, email and said it is delay. I called and cancel the order, but it is sent anyway. Said will give $5 for credit. What is that credit do any way? Will not order any from them anymore.

I would not recommend this florist. After they missed the delivery date, they texted me and asked me for more money so they could have someone else deliver the flowers because they did not have the proper flowers. When i returned the call the wanted to give me 5.00 off my next delivery! I said no and said that my friend now thinks I missed her bday and they should be refunding me more than 5.00. They also got my name wrong in the text! It is 7:15 pm and I have NO IDEA if my friend received her flowers. I will never order from this florist again and after reading their reviews many others do not. I wished I had read them before i ordered! I tried to include pics of the text and the receipt which got coded as groceries, but the program wont accept them. UGH! SOO DISAPPOINTED.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. A scam.the flowers I ordered were delivered one week after paid for delivery and that's only AFTER I reached out two times. Would not cancel or refund my $70 after flowers were not delivered on 7/10 as ordered OR 7/14 as promised. Delivered a pathetic bunch of flowers on 7/17.

I placed an order on 9/14 to be delivered on the same day. The next day I received a message that the flowers weren't delivered because of a late notice from their supplier, but they would deliver that day (9/15).
I had no problem with that and thanked them for the update (maybe that was my mistake). The following message came on Monday 9/18, again apologizing: "late notice from our supplier about delayed delivery." They said that they would deliver the next day 9/19. I told them that if any way possible I would need the delivery to happen that day or 'no later' than the next day (that would be 9/20).
On 9/20 they called me with the same message. Still no delivery! We told them that this was the last chance they were given. If no delivery on 9/21, we need a full refund.
They had the gall to reply in an email that 'all changes or cancellations of the order are no longer an option.'
I can't wait to see a picture of the arrangement.
I will never do business with them again.

Blossom flowers guaranteed that they would deliver the flowers on the day of a funeral. They sent me an email saying that they were delivered. Then 2 days later they called me to say that they were NOT delivered because they could not reach the person by phone, so they never delivered the flowers. The flowers never reached the recipient on the day of the funeral. I would never use them again. They are not reliable and they are very expensive. If there was an option for no stars, that's what I would have given them.

My mother in law ordered flowers here for a birthday present. Never delivered flowers and when I called on her behalf I was told they would look into it. 7 days later no returned call. When I called again was told they are still looking into it. Called my mother in law's credit card company and told them and they were not going to pay. Do not use this company it's a rip off

I ordered a $109.00 deluxe arrangement to be sent the next day and paid an extra $18 to have it expedited the next morning. 2 days later and still not delivered. I have called 4x and am transferred to a different agent in China every time and they will not allow me to speak with a manager nor reimburse any portion that was paid. Placed an order for flowers for a funeral. The next day they said they couldn't do the arrangement due to "low supplies", so they'd make something else up. They said they'd send the confirmation email that the order was delivered, & no email was received. Nothing. Ended up calling & the flowers were not delivered for the funeral. We had to call to find this out. Nobody reached out or anything to disclose this information. They are now saying we have to wait 2-6 business days for a refund since no flowers were delivered. After reading all these reviews, I feel there will be no refund, & am well aware of the scam of a "company" this is. They even quoted a price for the mastercard transaction, & added an extra charge of $30 for the US exchange rate & did not make any mention of so. DO NOT order ANYTHING from these bs scammers. This is not a company, it's a joke stealing so many peoples money.

I ordered my Wife a dozen red roses for our Anniversary and paid extra for expedited delivery. Ordered flowers off their website. Delivery was suppose to be within 1 day. Got a message and The excuse they gave me as to why my daughter was not getting them was that the supplier was short on supplies. Then they said they couldn't find her house. What no GPS! Then they said the delivery would be the next day. (The day after her birthday). I expressed how unsatisfied I was. The flowers were suppose to come with a birthday mylar balloon and didn't. They had a tiny teddy bear instead. She's 45 years old. I will find someplace else to go to for my next flower delivery. One more thing, even tho the flowers were late, the arrangement was pretty. Doesn't make up tho for the fact that she didn't get them on her birthday as promised.

I wish that I had taken the time to research reviews on this company prior to placing my order. Unfortunately I did not, and I fell for the same scam as many other reviewers, here on Yelp.
Blossom Flower Delivery did not deliver the arrangement that I ordered for my mother (even after paying an extra fee for expedited delivery) and then called to reschedule delivery for a different day. On the day they were supposed to be delivered, they called asking me to make an additional $25 payment to complete my order.
Blossom Flower Delivery is a fraudulent website, you will not receive what you paid for, and the likelihood of seeing a refund is not great.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I wished I had read the reviews before ordering! My son and I ordered the "Loving Harmony - Deluxe" more than a week before Valentine's Day for his girlfriend and paid $138. The Loving Harmony is a beautiful bouquet of roses and lilies. Someone knocked on my door tonight and ran to their car leaving a small vase of carnations and yellow pom poms! My 17 year old son works very hard for his money just as I do and this was absolutely ridiculous! He went to Kroger and bought a beautiful arrangement for $25 that looked so much nicer. I called this company and sent an email letting them know what a joke the flowers were. They offered me a 10% refund and I was still so furious that they offered me a 30% refund! They wanted my card number to add the 30% back to my card but I do not trust these people! It is so sad that there are people like this in the world that take advantage of innocent people! The pictures below show what I received verses what I ordered!

I should have done a better job checking this awful company. That's a scam and I will never use them again and I would warn anyone to use them. My delivery was dropped at the wrong address. When I called, I was put on hold then the phone call was dropped without explanation.

I asked them days in advance to send a picture of the floral arrangements before they were sent out, I had them make note of that and yet they still did not do the one thing I asked. I also asked for peonies days in advance and was told day before that they could not do that flower even though I made sure before placing the order. My order was over 100$ and was told because peonies are expensive flowers and then I had to have them substituted with something for cheaper. I will not shop with them again.

The company failed to honour a cancellation request after they could not meet the order requirements and made the delivery of flowers after that date futile. Instead, after I already saw my friend and gave her a different gift to offer my condolences, I received notification the company contacted her directly and arranged to deliver to a different address and bill me without notice to me. This breach of contract is unacceptable.
