I don't know why I bother with this place. I keep hoping they'll redeem themselves and provide on time deliver, but the never do. Even after paying extra to have items delivered at a specific time, the fail to meet their promised date and time. Always a disappointment with their service.
I sent flowers to my sister for Christmas. They were knocked over in the rain left on her front porch. I wrote to report, and got nowhere. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get help. The most they could refund me was 20%. The flowers were a complete mess! I've never had this issue with any other company.
Paid for early delivery. Called because it wasn't delivered and they lied and said it was being delivered right then. Checked after the funeral and still not delivered. Supposedly they are refunding. Going to challenge it through credit card.

Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day. I was assured that they would be delivered to my wifes job before 3pm. They were delivered after 8pm and no one is at the job to receive them. When she get's them the next day. It is a totally different arrangement with chocolates and no 3 balloons that also ordered. I have places two tickets and get the run around on the phone. Will not recommend and will not purchase from again. Waste of time and money. You WILL be disappointed. I ordered flowers on the left, flowers on right was sent.

Horrible flowers horrible customer service, ypthey just don't care.send dead flowers will not respond…beautiful picture flowers arrive with no similarity and mostly dead. Needed for internment so no possibility of even getting something from reputable company. This company needs to be stopped. Class Action suit needs to be filed

If I could leave a -1 star review I would. The most rude customer service to a problem THEY created. My husband ordered me flowers and they were not delivered on the day which was disappointing enough especially after he paid EXTRA so they would be! They told my husband they would make up for not delivering on the day by adding more to the present and they lied, they did not add anything in fact they did not even send the balloon he paid extra for! They called me (the one receiving the flowers) to tell me they were a flowershop delivering flowers to me and to expect it, completely ruining his surprise. When I told them they ruined his surprise the owner was extremely rude telling me she 'cant understand why I am so upset about this'. Order from anywhere else but here!

I was talked into upgrading my order into a larger arrangement. I was told it would be delivered that day. Called me late afternoon not having all of the plants on hand. Promised me priority delivery the following day. I asked for a picture. No picture. Delivered very late the following day telling me I would receive a picture when delivered on Friday. I finally called them on Monday morning as i had no picture or receipt. Finally got a receipt. I was and am skeptical that the arrangement and the price I paid was not as quoted as to why there was no picture. There ad says they are #1 florist in Lawrence, KS. If they are #1, I sure would not want to see what the others florist were rated. Very poor Customer Service!

Not a flower shop! Do not use! They hijack orders from the internet posing as a local florist shop. They farm orders out to floral shops at grocery stores because actual florist will not deal with them and you get whatever they have access to and Not what you ordered. They do not provide adequate refunds. In addition the plants delivered were poisonous to children and pets. Very dissapointed!

I ordered flowers for my moms birthday and I chose flourist choice for $50 because all of the pictured bouquets on the website for $50 looked great. What I actually got was what appeared to be the SCRAPS from all of the other days bouquets that were made. None of the flowers matched or went together at all, they were the ugliest cheapest flowers you could even find, and they were thrown into the vase without a care in the world. I have emailed the company now several times trying to get my money back to no avail and have not even gotten a response. I would NOT recommend at all!

Ordered flowers for my sisters 80th birthday. Paid $5.99 for early morning delivery, she got them at 6.40pm!
I paid $14.99 for addition of a box of chocolates, she received two bars of chocolate!
I paid $5 for a tip for the driver to wish my sister a happy birthday, my nephew answered the door and he said nothing! My sisters day was spoiled as I had to tell her they were coming so she couldn't leave the house. Absolutely disgusted. Have emailed them and asked for the money paid for extras be refunded but haven't heard back. Don't order from them, shocking company.

I ordered flowers to someone in the hospital. The site said they could be delivered that day. But then I got an email saying they didn't have the exact arrangement I'd requested and could they provide a similar one. I approved that but it was clear it wouldn't get there that day. The next morning, I woke up to an email saying that they were having supply issues and that it would need to be delivered by a partner florist but that they'd need an additional $15 to complete the order! At this point they had me over a barrel so I actually paid the money but called to complain and ask for a guarantee that they'd be delivered that morning which they were not able to give me. I have NEVER had a business require extra money for something after an order has gone through. And the fact that the help center on the phone was able to do nothing to compensate me is insane. DON'T USE this service.

The customer service is awful and the product is 'meh'. My order took over a week to be delivered and they told me day after day that I should be assured it would be delivered that day. Over a week late. I called to cancel and they refused to do so, each time telling me the delivery was out already (even though that was on a Monday, Tuesday and then Wednesday. Product was order the previous Wednesday and did not arrive until the following Friday. When it arrived the vase was shattered and when I reported it broken they wanted me to call to discuss, instead of just a partial refund or full. I even sent a photo. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I spent $90 for a large deluxe sympathy basket for my friend who lost her husband. She was surprised and sent me a picture. I did not tell her that was not what I ordered as I did not want to upset her. I called the local florist who made it, she said all she got was $55 and $10 of that was for delivery. Blossom kept the rest. All the instructions were just a basket of greens and one flower. It was so small, the size of a hand. My friend probable thinks I'm a cheap skate. Blossom charged a deliver and a tip and kept it all. Do not use this company.

I'm so mad at myself for not checking the reviews first. I placed my order in the morning and paid extra for delivery by 1 PM. I got an email from the company at 12:42 PM (4 hours later) stating that they couldn't make the arrangement because they didn't receive deliveries. They said that they decided to have another florist make the arrangement. The other florist needs an additional $20, but they decided to be nice and pay $10 of it for me, so just owed an extra $10. I needed the arrangement needed to be delivered same day, but they said they won't be able to deliver for 4 MORE days. They did not offer to remove the $5.99 fee. I told them it won't work and to refund my money, but I see that others are saying it takes 6 business days. Absolutely ridiculous. I see that they have done the same thing to others. DO NOT ORDER.

Buyer beware...this is not a real shop, it is what is called an order gatherer, so they use a website to gather your orders and send them through wire services such as FTD and Teleflora, Bloomnet, etc whaere your orde is wired to an actual florist local to the area minus about 45% of the money you spent. So if you spent 80 bucks the florist only gets about $56. Do yourself a favor and call your florist locally. I learned the hard.

I ordered the Calming Comfort Delux for a family funeral that I wasn't able to attend. The picture of the arrangement on their website was beautiful, so I placed the order. The arrangement that was delivered wasn't anything like the picture so I sent an email requesting a refund. After not hearing anything from the company, I called today to inquire why I didn't receive any response regarding my emails. I was offered a refund of $14.99 on a $75.00 arrangement that I didn't order. The gentleman James that I spoke with kept saying one think then retract what he said. The offered 50% refund then retracted the offer. He admitted they knew the incorrect arrangement was sent then denied he said it. Please, nobody should order from this company. They are SCAMMERS!

I ordered flowers from this company for a dear friend. They never delivered the flowers. I called to report this to the company and they told me that they were delivered. I stated that they had not, but they rely only on their driver's feedback. It was apparent to me through the call that it does not matter if the customer states that the flowers did not get delivered to the loved one. This is not a customer driven business or they would fix the issue. I was left with the answer of no refund and I can call back to see what the driver said! I called the bank to start a dispute to have the money refunded. Beware!

I ordered a $175.00 arrangement for my sisters wake/funeral. Two days before the wake I received a text stating that they needed another $175 because of some third party crap. I figured that was certainly a scam so I ignored it. I went to the wake and no flowers and I kept getting these texts for more money. Trying to call this company and talking to a person was impossible and I'm dealing with well wishers. Now I'm hoping the flowers will arrive for the funeral. Nope! Next day I get a text saying they will deliver to my sisters house. I was furious. I was as put on hold for over an hour until I finally talked to someone and after a lengthy back and for trying to explain that delivering flowers to the house wasn't going to work! My sisters is now in the ground! They said they would reimburse my money. I'm not holding my breath. I have also made a complaint to the BBB. Not surprising there was a long list of complaints against this company.

The flower arrangement delivered was completely different than picture on their website. Website picture has pink stargazer lilies and red roses amongst the filler flowers in a glass vase. Arrangement delivered was red carnations and white daisies. This is not even close as substitute. They took my money and swicthed it with carnations and daisies. It is not worth $70. I can get better flowers at Traders Joe for far much less than $70!
The glass vase was switched to 'can' looking container.
Then they offered 20% discount for not meeting expectation. This is pretty much scammer operating as business, not even close to 'not meeting expectations'. They won't even try to solve the problem other than sorry here's your 20% discount.

This is a horrible service. I ordered flowers for next day delivery and not only did they not have the flowers they went ahead and delivered some bouquet without the message I sent so the receiver had no clue I sent them. They refused to cancel the order when I asked and when I responded to customer service they asked me to send a picture of the flowers the recipient received.
Tip for consumers:
I question where the store is located. I wanted a local florist shop and it took them days to connect with their delivery team and had no clue they were delivered.
