I don't know why I bother with this place. I keep hoping they'll redeem themselves and provide on time deliver, but the never do. Even after paying extra to have items delivered at a specific time, the fail to meet their promised date and time. Always a disappointment with their service.
I sent flowers to my sister for Christmas. They were knocked over in the rain left on her front porch. I wrote to report, and got nowhere. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get help. The most they could refund me was 20%. The flowers were a complete mess! I've never had this issue with any other company.
I bought flowers and what came to my home wasn't even a dozen flowers. The flowers looked horrible, it wasn't what I ordered at all. I was so disappointed at what they delivered. I will post a pic of what I bought and what was delivered. It didn't look close to what I ordered

Ordered flowers that said they would be delivered in four hours, and did not show up for two days. When they did arrive, they looked nothing like the picture and were wilted and awful. The considerate note I had carefully composed, simply said to Taffy love, X. When I tried to reach out to the company the first day, they were helpful. Then I sent pictures about what I received and the issues I had, and suddenly they stopped communicating with me. I think they saved my number as some sort of unhappy customer, which made it impossible to reach them on customer service. I would call and the line said it would call me back and then it would ring once and before I could even answer it disconnect. When I waited independently for customer service, they pretended they couldn't hear me and said they will call me back, but never did. I had to go to my bank with a dispute to get my money back.

My wife's Birthday flowers arrived too late. They were to be delivered by 1pm pst. They arrived at 4pm. The entire point was to have them by 1pm. Now they will sit in her office until she returns. She Returned to work on 07/11/2023 to find the flowers were all dead. This was a major disaster that I paid a lot of money for. This is unacceptable and needs to be made right with a full refund. I should have gone to Costco and got flowers but having them delivered was to be very special for her Birthday. I paid a lot for a big disaster.

The order was for a funeral. They arrived after the service. They were bug infested, slimy and rotten. Although I had ordered to be delivered on a Friday they arrived on a Monday. I am assuming the condition of the order is because they sat on a truck for 3 extra days. I was on hold for customer service 2 times for over 20 minutes and the issue is not resolved. Customer Service hung up on me bacause I yelled (ok, that might be justifiable but please help instead of "filing a report"! The issue has not been resolved

I can't believe I'm even having to write this. They did not deliver the flowers on the original date and then promised me next day delivery instead. The next day comes and goes with no updates from them and no delivery. Then they call me on Day 3 and offer to deliver of Day 4, if I waive my right to a refund even if they don't deliver. I had to have them repeat that last part multiple times because I couldn't even believe they were saying that. Obviously, I cancelled immediately. I'll be filing a fraud claim with my credit card if I don't receive the refund.

This company is not a florist they are a order gatherin California or New York they send ordersto florist and they take extra charges for tipping Driver or Early delivery but they keep for themselves. Sophie and her gang of crooks, will lie and say driver needed to go get more flowers or no you cant come into our shop we dont let people in,,,thats cause they dont have a store in that town anywhere.

I placed an important same day flower order on Friday 9/29. Late in the day I received an email that my order couldn't be delivered that day but would be next day
At noon, they called to say they had no pick roses (the entire basis of the arrangement) asking that I pick a different color, so I did.
At 3pm, I received an email saying they were unable to deliver the flowers today.
Called customer service to verify and inquire as to why. No reason could be provided, instead I was told they couldn't be there now until Monday.
The delivery was sentimentality time sensitive and these repeated delays were unforeseen, very disappointed and not acceptable. Future buyers beware that this florist did not prove to be dependable at a time it mattered most.

Placed an order and paid extra for early delivery by 1pm. Got a call confirming delivery address the morning of the delivery. I called when it didn't deliver by 1pm and they said it would be there end of day. 6:30pm they called and said the address was outside of their delivery zone. Their sponsored ad claimed to be the "#1 florist" in the area. What a joke. Poor customer service. There are so many options out there for flower delivery… pick another company if you want your flowers to arrive… this company is laughable.

Do not use this service under any circumstances! They are a scam company. They are just a call center and usually no flowers are actually delivered. You order, they take your money and then they only deliver flowers (late) if you follow up with them. The call center contacts a local florist, again only if they get caught in the scam. If you have used their services and been scammed, dispute the charges on your credit card to get your money back.

I went online to order a plant for a friend that was recovering from a colon cancer surgery. I should have read the reviews first instead of just looking at the pictures. #myfault I wanted the African Violet plant on the left. What I got looks like weeds on the right with a lopsided eye Teddy Bear! They didn't call me to tell me they didn't have the plant. I called the next day at 4pm when I was told it would arrive by 6pm. They then told me they didn't have it and would send a plant that looked similar. (IT DOES NOT) They told me they would send me a picture before shipping. (THEY DID NOT) This office was in Houston, TX. I paid $95 and this looks like a $50 arrangement if that. After reading about 7 reviews this seems to be how they make money by putting up pretty pictures and shipping something with a lesser quality. SHAMEFUL! I learned a lesson and I will NEVER purchase from them again! How do you substitute African Violets for weed growing Daisy's? ANNOYED!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered a large bouquet of flowers called the Flower Power Basket to be sent to my mom for Mother's Day, but she instead received a small bouquet that I could have bought at a grocery store for $15.00. When I contacted customer service, they refused to acknowledge that this was a completely lack-luster bouquet and nothing like what I paid for, even though talked them through the exact amount of flowers in the bouquet showed online versus the bouquet received, sent them pictures of the bouquet, etc. They only offered a 20% refund, even though the bouquet was missing at least 50% of flowers ordered. I'm not even sure if I will receive that refund, seeing how sleazy their business practices are. I echo what was stated in the other reviews -- this company is a scam.

I paid over $100 for Lillies for Mother's Day delivery. They weren't delivered until over a week later. I was told their vendors were severely back ordered so they changed my order to a very simple, cheap and generic looking substitute. Did not give me any refund or discount. When you call customer service it hangs up on you or goes to voicemail. I left 2 messages and it took them days to call me back. Absolutely unacceptable. Hope they go out of business as they are using unethical tactics to generate revenue.

I ordered flowers on a Thursday to be delivered that day for a special occasion. They did not deliver that day, and did not notify me until 11 pm via email. I found out they were low on supply, and could not deliver until Monday. Again, they were not able to deliver on Monday and did not notify me until 11pm via email. My friend has still not received her flowers. They offered 10 dollars off my next order. There will NEVER be a next order. I should've read reviews. I'm incredibly disappointed and will never deliver from here again.

If there was a way to give less than one star, I would do it. I wanted to impress my wife by having flowers delivered to her at the School where she teaches for her birthday. The flowers that she got were a complete embarrassment.
It looked like they took a bunch of flowers from a display that was hours from going into the garbage or raided a funeral home and gave those to her. They had zero flower smell. They were not wrapped. They looked like they had freezer burn on them. Nothing about this delivery was acceptable.
I sent a message to them to try to get some kind of resolution and got a couple emails back that they were looking into it and I have heard nothing back from them in about a week now. This was on April 3rd and it is now April 14th.
I would not recommend this flower delivery service to anyone for any reason at all and I consider the money I spent there a complete waste of resources.

I purchased a sympathy bouquet for a close friend and purchased based on the offer of same day delivery. 2 days later I got a message requesting more money (said it cost them $60 more but they were "only" requesting $30 more from me), and that they could not complete the order without this. They requested I respond allowing them to further charge my card quickly so they could "make my order a priority." What a SCAM and complete disgrace. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Joke of a business with horrible service and no regard for their customers.

Sympathy flower order was never delivered. When I tracked the order it kept saying was going to be delivered by end of day. Chat said even though past the 6 pm delivery it was still going to be delivered. Never was. Then when I tracked it said delivered and it wasn't. When I left a message they said I would receive a call back in 2-8 minutes that was 36 hours ago and still have not heard back. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I placed an order and paid a premium for same day delivery only to have my order cancelled for no reason and still have not received a refund after 2 weeks has passed. It is very difficult to get in touch with customer service and once I did, they are very unapologetic and blamed the delay i the refund on my bank and took no responsibility. I have been out this money for over 2 weeks and they do not care. Do yourself a favour and choose a different delivery service. This company is a scam.

I ordered a dozen roses on valentines day. Half pink and half red but they only gave 8 flowers and ordered a teddy worth 50 bucks but the teddy they gave is not even 5 bucks. They gave a key chain teddy. Aweful. Never ordering again from this place. Total garbage.

My delivery never happened, spoke to someone in California for a delivery that was suppose to be out of a shop in Hadley...she would not give me the phone number of the local shop. I placed an order of over $100 to be delivered to best friend on anniversary of a family member's death. Was assured that they were IN the town near small town where delivery to be made. Delivery fee of over $20 charged. I asked several times if they actually were in this town as had been told by her brother that their mother always used "Blossom Florist" in that town. 4 days later and no delivery and it has been charged to my card. As someone else said. Try to call and you get nothing if questioning why delivery not made. Obviously NOT a florist in the town. Will be telling the bank that this is a fraud business. Bank of America is great about reverseing charges... so have no doubt they will do so in this instance. DO NOT USE THIS RIDICULOUS SCAM ONLINE COMPANY., Unable to furnish photo as no delivery. And was told reciept would be emailed... nothing but another add on email... no receipt!

I paid for the expedited delivery for the flowers to be delivered in the morning, and I have been lied to by the staff when I called to ask about the delivery as the flowers were eventually delivered late in the evening. I had been trying for more than a week to at least get a refund for the expedited delivery and was being told that the flowers were delivered on time - a straigh-out lie. After several emails and phone calls, I was finally told that I will get the refund, so I am waiting to see if it really happens.
