I don't know why I bother with this place. I keep hoping they'll redeem themselves and provide on time deliver, but the never do. Even after paying extra to have items delivered at a specific time, the fail to meet their promised date and time. Always a disappointment with their service.
I sent flowers to my sister for Christmas. They were knocked over in the rain left on her front porch. I wrote to report, and got nowhere. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get help. The most they could refund me was 20%. The flowers were a complete mess! I've never had this issue with any other company.
I ordered the premium Calming Comfort arrangement for my daughter (over $140C). What was received was scraggly, sparse and pathetic.

They reply, but with no actual facts on "designers choice" substitutions, delayed delivery or refunds on what you ordered and expedited delivery. DON'T ORDER WITH THEM! It's a scam, and the place I was sending it to was a Police Station! They don't give a fcuk. Pay the extra and go to FTD to know it is done right. My bad for making the choice I made. It was a rural area, with not many of options.

The flowers I ordered were never delivered. Their customer service email about non deliveries does not work and I spoke to a person that sounded like a robot who put me on hold forever only to tell me that they needed to reach out to the driver for proof of delivery and ti would take 48 hours to get back to me. Their tracking sight never moved past "order placed" and does not say it was delivered but they did manage to charge my credit card. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My experience is a reflection of all others. I too, thought I was contacting a local company. It's apparently rigged to come up on line this way. I ordered an $89 fresh cut deluxe bouquet for same day delivery. Total charge $120.96. Flowers ordered were not delivered. The next day after 4pm, a "potted orchid" was delivered to my brother in rehab. I was not contacted in regards to the substitution, or given the option to make a substitution choice myself. All the same excuses- supply chain issues, they fulfilled the order, their substitution was "an upgrade". A JOKE. A BLATANT LIE. My local grocery store sells the EXACT SAME plant all day long for $19.98, and I still would not have purchased this. 4 emails and 4 calls to them. 2 of the calls resulted in being put on hold to "see what they could do", then disconnected. Last email from them "We appreciate your understanding on this matter". "We treasure your valued business". And, "They will close this ticket for now" and instructed me to reply to their email "once I have changed my mind to accept a 20% discount" on a site that states "100% Satisfaction Guarantee ". BTW, I placed the order with Sunny Flowers, and Blossom billed for them. "Customer rep" stated they were the SAME company, so they have doubled up on their chances to receive orders and scam. I have filed a charge dispute claim with my credit card provider. In the mean time- Cause and effect, Karma is a b****. Hopefully Karma will include criminal fraud charges.

I will NEVER use Blossom Flower Delivery again! They don't even deserve a star in my opinion. I'm very disappointed, upset, and hurt by this poor service. I ordered $70 worth of flowers on Dec. 21stc to be delivered on the 22nd, was assured via phone on the 22nd they would be delivered before Christmas. Now as of this morning Dec.26th they're assuring me they will be delivered by 1:30EST on 12/27/22. I send flowers every year to my Aunt and this is the first year they were not delivered on time. Very sad and upsetting. This company will not get my business ever again! They don't stand by their word.

No delivery yet so I canceled order but they refused to refund. Talked to receiving party and no one had contacted them. This business is poorly run and is borderline fraud

This company took an order to deliver roses Valentine's Day and never did. Sent a text at 5:30 pm saying they were short drivers and could not deliver on time but would deliver asap. Today they called and said the only way they could deliver the roses was if I paid another $25. I told them they were the worst flower company I have ever dealt with and cancelled the order. I called their customer service number and held on what they said would be a 4 minute wait, over 30 minutes later they hung up on me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I ordered the Champagne bouquet and they had emailed me saying they had to make a SLIGHT adjustment and was going to make it "more beautiful", my friend had received the flowers and sent me a picture and it was NOT AT ALL similar to what I had ordered. She got daises and 4 carnations. I can literally go outside and pick daisies out of the ground if that's what i wanted, the bouquet looked like it was $10.00 on the sale rack from Loblaws. I then contacted support and she said i would get a 10% refund, a whole $12.00, thanks for paying for my next mcdonalds order!
This is hands down the worst place i have ever done business with, i am not one to complain as i understand things can happen but this is unacceptable.
I wish nothing but for this business to shut down.

Ordered funeral flowers that NEVER got delivered. They emailed me (rather than call the listed phone number) a day late and still didn't manage to deliver a day late. I paid extra to have them delivered by a certain time, and they couldn't contact me to let me know they couldn't get delivered until the following week! Never an apology either. ABSOLUTE worst service EVER!

I thought this was a reputable company. I placed an order days in advance of my daughter's birthday. I also paid extra to for expedited delivery between 9 AM - 1 PM, so she could enjoy the flowers. I was unable to see her due to Covid, so this meant something to me. Flowers were not delivered. I called several times and did connect with customer service. Finally, at 6:35 PM an arrangement was left on her doorstep. A dozen roses set in a small mason jar. My daughter called me and told me to get my money back as the floral design was unacceptable. My daughter sent me a pic of the arrangement and I couldn't believe how bad it was. Trying to get a refund is a joke. After numerous emails, I can only get back 15% of the actual floral arrangement. Forget, the delivery charge. I spent over $95 in total. I am getting a refund of $9.75. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP OFF. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE. DO NOT USE THEM.

I purchased a flower arrangement and upgraded to premium, which promised even more flowers than what was shown on the website. I paid for express shipping to receive the flowers before 1PM to coincide with plans I had for my wife to receive the flowers. They not only failed to deliver the flowers before 1PM, but they also delivered an arrangement that didn't look as good as the arrangement being sold on their website. The flowers and overall arrangement did not look as good and not as much flowers. I spent 1-2 hours yesterday and today trying to reach customer support, on hold, and talking to people who do not understand the issue at hand. They're choosing to hide behind a limited refund limit on their website, even though they failed to deliver on the product they were selling and on the expectations they set. I would HIGHLY ENCOURAGE anyone thinking about using these guys to just go somewhere else. If you're trying to plan for something special, do you really want to take a chance with buying flowers from these guys? You'll be spending more time talking to customer support and your bank to dispute the charge after. STAY AWAY!

I ordered a flower bouquet for someone's 25th wedding anniversary. The Delivery Date was specific to this occasion. This Blossom Flower delivery calls very late in the afternoon saying the delivery can not be made and will be delivered three days later! Totally UNACCEPTABLE. When I asked for immediate credit back to my credit card, I was told the customer service is closed during the weekend!

I paid extra for my mom's birthday flowers to be delivered on her hands at her home in April 6th (the order was on April 4th). My mom never got her flowers on her birthday. The company didn't even call me and explain what happened.
Due to easter's holiday - the customer service wasn't working - I was able to call on April 8th. The person who answered the phone was very nice but the image of Blossom's was already damaged. I went to buy flowers myself and deliver in hands to my mom. What made me upset was the fact the flowers was my family gift (and I have family who live very far away and they were very excited about the flowers).
It was not only about the flowers and the service, was the disappointment that brought to my family.
Current status: I asked to cancel the service and reimburse my money.

I made the mistake of not looking up the reviews before I ordered. I hope others are able to read every review before buying from this disgrace of a business. They sent 3 emails asking to confirm delivery! Not confirming the address, or place of business, but to confirm if they can go ahead a deliver. And the flowers were despicable! The flowers looked like they were found in the trash then put together into a bouquet. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

The company promotes next-day delivery, but this claim is inaccurate. I bought flowers, and the delivery date was postponed twice. Although I was assured and given a "confirmed" delivery date, the flowers were not delivered as promised. Despite sending multiple chat messages the day after the "supposed" delivery date, my messages were read throughout the day without any response confirming the delivery status. Frustrated, I eventually decided to call, but I was transferred several times. The person I eventually spoke to provided poor customer service, merely stating, "We appreciate your patience with your order." This response is insufficient, considering the company's two delivery delays and failure to meet a third "confirmed delivery date." There was no refund or reduction in charges for my order. This company needs to improve its customer service tremendously! I will NEVER use this company again to purchase anything - EVER. Before selecting this company as your florist delivery service, I suggest you read the reviews - I did not, and that was my mistake.

Please be aware of this company. My experience has been the same as others. They called me back and asked for more money as they were having trouble locating a driver. They also claimed to forfeit their profit for the inconvenience, so I agreed to the additional charge in order to get the flowers on time. The flowers did not arrive on time and were over two days late for a funeral. I phone them 6 times to follow up on status. Each time they said they were following up and would call me back. They NEVER called me back. Each time I reached back out to them they gave me excused and lied to me twice. I also asked for a refund, and they refused saying that they needed more time to investigate the issue. They proceeded to hang up on me. I ended up finding the flowers myself by calling the local florist and never heard back from Blossom Flower Delivery. The flowers delivered looked like they were picked up at the grocery store and likely didn't cost more than $40. I was charged $168. Also note this company is located in California but selling their services as a local vendor. Finally, the reviews and 4.5-star rating on the website seems to be fake reviews based on the reviews and experience from all the previous customers here. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I order flowers from this company for my mothers 75 birthday and they said same day deliver. Well at 4:31pm they still haven't delivered and when I called to check on them they told me that they had not been made due they didnt have the flowers in stock. They said that the arrangement would be delivered the next day. I didn't order flowers to be delivered on another day that wasn't my mothers birthday. I have been in the florist industries for over 30 years and this is not how you take care of your customer. No phone calls, emails, or text messages to confirm this with me. I canceled my order and went to HEB and made my own arrangement to deliver to my Mother. Never again will I use this company.

Delivery driver lied and said that he tried to deliver the flowers I ordered for my wife on Valentine's Day and she refused the delivery...one big problem with his story, my wife kept thevoicemail message of him saying that he would not be able to make the delivery. I called the company the next day to cancel the order and request a refund. The company refused due to the cost of the flowers and the driver's attempt to deliver, even after I explained the evidence of the driver's lie, they srill refused.
