I don't know why I bother with this place. I keep hoping they'll redeem themselves and provide on time deliver, but the never do. Even after paying extra to have items delivered at a specific time, the fail to meet their promised date and time. Always a disappointment with their service.
I sent flowers to my sister for Christmas. They were knocked over in the rain left on her front porch. I wrote to report, and got nowhere. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get help. The most they could refund me was 20%. The flowers were a complete mess! I've never had this issue with any other company.
Purchased and tipped for a Cherished Farewell Funeral Basket for $111.21 and found out they delivered a vase with 8 carnations and 5 roses! I was offered 10% refund and told that I need to be understanding that they need to make a profit!

Scam company. Will not refund after they were not delivered. Order *******. Told her to stop payment on card. Order was placed 12/17. Did not get delivered the 20th as stated. She has been told they would be delivered everyday since then. Customer serv flat lies. They were for her mothers 96th Birthday and Christmas. Hope yours get's ruined like you did to her. The only good thing to say about this company is they are great with excuses. Promised my delivery for a friend's birthday on March 21. 'Supplier had no flowers', 'supplier had no flowers', and so on committing to delivery for March 24rd, March 28th... Finally delivered March 29th. Eight days late. Thought $5 rebate would make me feel better. Not so much.

I'm not sure how blossom flower and sunny flower are related. But, I ordered a sympathy bouquet as shown on the website. First off it took a week to get delivered. And was not a bouquet delivered by a florist. It was a FedEx box of flowers. The website offers you the ability to tip the alleged driver which I did, however there is no driver, there is no florist, it is a dropship of flowers via FedEx. I asked to be credited back as this was misrepresentation and they refused. I will have to take this up with Visa.

I order a sympathy plant and they could not deliver what I ordered, they never informed me that wasn't available. They sent something called Bird of Paradise in a very cheap basket. I was also told it was in Canada funds but it's U S funds. Ask for a refund but they only gave 30 percent refund. I asked to talk to a manager but he said they were in a meeting, they are alway in a meeting. This company is a scam and rip off

I tried ordering my 18 year old grandson balloons for his birthday. I thought I was ordering from a local flower shop but somehow I guess the order went through Bloosom Flower Delivery. I gave my information and the check order came up as $30. Additional dollars so I went no further to the final checkout. My grandson ends up getting a bouquet of flowers with no card. Almost two months later I get a charge for $70. I called the Blossom number and she wanted to give me a ten percent off next purchase,but I needed to send a picture of the flowers whick he of course didn't have a picture since he got rid of them. No card, receipt or anything. Needless to say, beware of ordering online. I will make sure to only order on the phone.

They pretended to be a local florist and then failed to deliver on the day promised. They clearly never intended to deliver on the date promised. No apologies. $5 discount to deliver late? No thanks. It's going to take a week to get my refund. Total scammers.
They could make a lucrative business off taking orders and your money and getting interest off the money for a week after you cancel.

They took my money, including the extra charge to have sent before 1pm, took 2 days before saying they couldn't fill it and had the audacity to ask me for more money. Everytime I used the tracker online it said in transit when they didn't even have it on site, they order deliveries as they come and everytime I called I was hung up on.

We called Blossom Flower Delivery this morning for flowers and were told they would be delivered today. We also asked if they were a local florist or a service that used other florists for the actual delivery. We were told they were the florist that would make the delivery.
Well, the flowers were never delivered, and they refused to tell us where they are located, leading us to conclude they are not the florist that makes the actual delivery. We should have investigated them before contacting them. What a scam.

This site is a scam! I ordered flowers, paid extra to have them delivered before 1pm, and they decided they were not going to follow any of my instructions including the delivery time or even delivery day. Placed order for my Anniversary,but they decide they would just do it the next day. Not tell me or anything g, just decided themselves. Terrible scam of a site, be better off hiring a crackhead to buy and deliver them for you! Awful.

The product that was delivered was nowhere near what was described to me as what was being purchased. I ordered a balloon to go with the bouquet I sent out and it was not delivered. They tried to offer me a $10 refund of the bouquet- I said no. They then said they would refund me 10% of the bouquet and the missing balloon- which was not acceptable to me at all. I am very dissatisfied with this company and will never use them again or recommend this company to anyone else. Customer service reps were not helpful at all. A complete disgrace of a company!

Wow. The birthday bouquet my friend received for the $81.00+ I paid were terrible. Old, wilting, lilies, old light pink roses that were browning at the tips, and the hydrangeas replaced with tacky carnations.
WHAT A RIP OFF! TERRIBLE!
Customer service was supposed to call me back. I finally reached 'Sunshine', who I believe must have been in India somewhere (I mistakenly thought I was ordering from a local florist in Raleigh, NC). She told me to email the photo of the flowers received. No doubt they'll get back to me saying they found noting wrong with them. I live in NYC and I could have gone out and bought a better looking bouquet for $15.00 DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I purchased a flower arrangement for my wife's birthday and just before the delivery time, they cancel my order arguing security reasons and telling me that my bank canceled the order which is a total lie. They just didn't want to accomplish my order. Never allow me to verify the purchase and just told me that I have to talk to my bank. I called my bank and guess what? They told me everything was in order and the transaction was valid. Blossom Flowers, I would never buy from you again and never suggest your services.

I wish I could give this company negative stars. They took my credit card then said they were changing my order and the flowers were never delivered. This is absolutely the WORST company EVER.
Stay far away from this company unless you like to get ripped off. The customer service is horrible at best.
I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they returned my money. I will be reporting this company to the BBB and any and all social media websites.

I wanted to give them no stars but it would not let me. I ordered flowers that would be delivered the next day. In the evening of the next day I recieved an email stating they could not fill the orderr because of supply demands and would I like to substitute different flowers of the same value to fullfill the order that would be delivered 3 days later. Delivery was a complete disaster. Delivered wrong order- wrong recipient from the wrong address and wrong person! Called and told me they delivered- co worker declined because it was her name or delivery. They are calling the delivery person to find out and they called my co worker to see if she received anything so much for a surprise- the only surprise is they charged me and it's going to take them 24 - 48 hours to figure out there delivery issue. How embarrassing for me and not an apology just a email saying they have a ticket open. Very DISAPPOINTING

I paid for same morning delivery for a special occasion. Flowers were delivered days later and had to be left because intended recipient wasn't even there. As an apology company offered me a $15 coupon. The coupon expired before I could even use it the next month. When I advised them the $15 coupon expired and I couldn't use it they sent me a 7 % coupon to replace it. Of course $15 was more valuable than 7% on most any order. This is not a reliable vendor I will never use them again.

I ordered flowers. Their website says they offer same day delivery even. Flowers did not arrive when they were supposed to and I got an email saying they were delayed a day. The following day I was called and when I called back I was on hold for over 30 min. I will not order from this establishment again EVER. I highly recommend Bruce Phelp Florist in Windsor. Perfect service ALL the time.

Horrible company! Ordered flowers for her babies heavenly birthday. The flowers weren't delivered when I ordered them to be due to a mix up in the address. Then when they were delivered the delivery lady handed them and said "they fell over you might want to add some water to them" the flowers were damaged. When I contacted them about it I was offered 10% refund/credit. I wasn't expecting a full refund but really!
