I don't know why I bother with this place. I keep hoping they'll redeem themselves and provide on time deliver, but the never do. Even after paying extra to have items delivered at a specific time, the fail to meet their promised date and time. Always a disappointment with their service.
I sent flowers to my sister for Christmas. They were knocked over in the rain left on her front porch. I wrote to report, and got nowhere. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get help. The most they could refund me was 20%. The flowers were a complete mess! I've never had this issue with any other company.
I placed an order two days in advance of delivery. On delivery day they called to say their supplier could not provide the flowers but if I gave them an additional $20 they could use another supplier. As I had already spent 90$ I told them I would not and they said they would send an arrangement close to what I had asked for. I called back to ensure the delivery was going to happen and they assured me there were going to deliver that day. Later that day I received an email saying they could not deliver until the following day. I canceled my order and used another florist...now let's see if i receive my refund. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I was sending flowers to an ill friend and before the flowers arrived she passed away. I called and ask that the flowers not be delivered because she had passed and I had a note to her and a get well card that I thought would be hard on the family that was still at her house. I was told nothing could be done because they were out on the truck. I told them I didn't want my money back if someone could just call the driver and stop the delivery and I was told no they couldn't do that. These are some sorry people with no morals at all. And I'm sure it starts at the top!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The arrangements online are NOT representative of what you actually receive! I ordered the Snowy Delight arrangement for a friend's birthday and she received an arrangement that looked NOTHING like the picture. It actually looked like a grocery store arrangement. Between the cost of the arrangement and all of the fees attached to the order, you should get what you order. There are too many other floral delivery companies that do a MUCH better job! The green vase is what was advertised.

Terrible. I ordered flowers and they were to be delivered Saturday by 1pm as I paid for expedited shipping. They sent me an email at 2:31pm that day and said they would not be able to deliver because of a supplier issue. They had to know this when I ordered. These were for a funeral which was on that Sunday. I was very upset. They offered to send on Monday which is too late. Then they told me I had to wait 2-6 business days for a refund. WTF Bad customer service.

I called and they said it would be there on the third. The third came and went with no flowers. They called me on the fourth to say that they were delayed. I canceled the order and gave up. In an effort to keep this review short, I got the same level of fraudulent service as many of the reviewers here. On Tuesday I was in a bind needing to send a quick sympathy arrangement to my mother in law for the loss of my father in law. I called to order the 'loving harmony' arrangement for $80+ in deluxe. I was assured by the agent that they could deliver it same day and had the astromelia and stargazing lies in stock. A few hours later I get an automated email saying it'll be delayed two days to get the flowers and I needed to call them back. I call and get offered a $10 refund for the issue but it'll still be two days. I'm mad, but in a bind so ok, we'll they decided to send my mother in law 11 (not even a dozen) pitiful looking white roses, not a deluxe arrangement nor what I ordered. You can literally get a better arrangement at your local grocery store.
I called and send pictures because I was upset and specifically told them multiple times that I wouldn't approve any 'florist decided' arrangement I would wait for what was ordered.
They gave me a sob story about being a small business and because they delivered the wrong flowers they could only give me a refund of 20%, which they send me $4 back… which isn't 20%
This company is fraudulent… do not use them!

I can't even describe in words the aggravation! I ordered my Flowers over a month in advance for Valintines day, Paid their extra fee for expedited shipping. Valentine comes around and they aren't there! It even says they are their on the site! I had to re order them for 2 days later! I couldn't get a hold of customer service and it totally ruined the surprise! To my girlfriend it looked like I just forgot. Custom service sends me like an email a week! We finally talk about the situation and they say they can give me $5 back because they didn't expedite it! They will not give me a refund and they didn't delivery flowers on time or even notify me! In fact their website lied to me. They suck! Their customer service sucks!

NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR! Delayed delivery then still didn't deliver--YET CHARGED MY ACCOUNT and is not responding to my questions via email.
They finally made a delivery after the second delay and it was not what I ordered. They offered a "partial refund" of $10 on an order that was almost $80 after saying they could not refund. NEVER AGAIN--and I am contesting the charge to my card.

I order a bouquet for a friends mothers funeral. I ordered a premium that was $132.00. I found out that they called Albertsons and had them make a bouquet that was a complete joke $20 value. It didn't look anything like the picture I ordered from. They use a St George number and make you think they are a local florist. When I called to complain they were only willing to return $30 on a $132 dollar purchase.

I ordered flowers for a special friend just because I was thinking of them. I paid for same day delivery. Well actually delivery for by 1pm. Well they was never delivered that day at all. They said they tried to contact me but they did not. They said the flowers were out for delivery and never was. Next morning I call to see why they weren't delivered at all and they said they ran out of supplies but found some at another florist store but it would be 20 extra! I paid it because I wanted my friend with the flowers. I will never use these people again and I advise you not too either. Thank God it wasn't for a funeral!

Called to complain and they they were so incredibly rude and refused a solution. CALLED THE RECIPIENT MULTIPLE TIMES TO LET THEM KNOW I COMPLAINED.

I requested a delivery the next day (Wed.) after order placed. I received an email on Thursday night stating that they tried to deliver that day, when it should have been delivered Wednesday, but had the wrong address. Which they didn't. They wanted another $20 to redeliver. I told them to cancel the order and they said they couldn't. I was on the phone with them for a good hour or so and all they cared about was redelivering. They said they could delivery the following Tuesday. A week late! Are you kidding me? I kept insisting that they cancel my order but they wouldn't and kept talking over me. That's the short version. I had to call my CC company to dispute the charges. They had no problem billing me before they were even delivered. Who does that! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T USE THEM! The worst customer service ever. All they care about is the money.

Ordered rush delivery of flowers for the 2nd of June. They marked them delivered. Ended up calling the client and asking if they saw them. They informed us that there were no flowers. The email the next day was that they were unable to deliver them but marked delivered anyway. Spent 4 hours on the phone yesterday (June 5th) reassured they'd be delivered by 9pm. Spoiler alert, They were not delivered and the order hasn't even been made. Took our money, have not delivered product and are giving us the run around. You'd have better luck ordering from the other side of the country than using this business. They're trash, their customer service is trash, response is trash and communication is trash at best.

I was surprising my sister who is recovering from Cancer. I paid the expedited fee and gave a tip. My order was not delivered I called from 11am to 8pm for update was told it was out for delivery. After 8pm then I was told the driver did not deliver and they don't know why. It was my sister birthday today not tomorrow I'm truly sadden and disappointed wishing I knew the delivery was not going to get delivered. I could have sent something else from a better company. No one called. Now I don't know when I will get my money back. Do not order from The Blossom site.

Tried to send thank you flowers to our very good friends in Kailua. It's been over a week and their response is the same...WE'LL GET BACK TO YOU! I've been fed this lie for well over a week by these people. They have no qualms about taking your money and lying to you. I'm gobsmacked on how this company is still in business and hasn't been dropped by FTD. I'm contacting the Hawaii State Attorney General's Office and the BBB and filing formal complaints. Now let's see if they give us our refund. They deserve zero stars!

I ordered through here by accident as it had the same name as our local flower shop. The website and receipt were all very similar. The flowers were never delivered and late that night I recieved a notice that they were delayed. I contacted them by email to cancel and recieved no response. I called them the following morning and couldn't get ahold of anyone. It was strange as when I called they immediately send an email saying they required me to send more money as they needed to make a profit (an additional $22 usd after I had already paid 65 USD). I replied to ask them to cancel again and no response.

They phoned the day before delivery to tell me that they wouldn't have a driver but if I would pay an additional $23 and change they could get them delivered- I asked why their emergency should be my extra expense- then they offered to deliver an upgraded bouquet the day After for no extra charge - well doesn't matter how nice it is if it's not delivered on the date they were meant for - I better see a refund- they shouldn't be in business

I tried to send my mom flowers for her birthday yesterday and they canceled my first order and told me it was due to not having any of the items in stock and that I would be refunded. So then I put in a second order and it took them 4 hours and after she had already left her office for the day to tell me they wouldn't be sending her flowers but would complete the order the following day upon my approval. Then I received a phone call that they wanted an additional $30 on an $87 order for someone else to deliver it for them because they couldn't do it. I told them that my entire experience with them had been a hassle and I didn't really feel I should have to pay anything extra. So they said they'd pay 1/2 of the extra costs or "maybe" be able to deliver it tomorrow for no cost.

Ordered and found deliver time and date to be deceptive, were not delivered on day requested, 2 hours on phone with CS was no help, seemed driver had no GPS and may have gone to wrong address, so were rescheduled for delivery the following day. They did arrive the next day, I'd already paid another florist as I could not get answers from Blossom, so $220 later, I got 2 deliveries sent to her for the following day. Was difficult as the following day she was not at home, she'd been home all day the day of promised deivery, flowers were nice though once they did arrive.

I spent $256.00 total for my Sister's birthday. I paid for early delivery before 1pm she didn't get it until around 5pm. My sister sat in her car looking out for the flowers. She recorded the driver getting the roses out of her trunk, turned over, no water, 90 plus degree temp in Florida. Not 30 roses... In a small vase... No baby breath... Several of the 24 roses instead of 30 were bruised and damaged. NEVER USE THEM! I WISH I HAD RESEARCHED! I KNOW BETTER NOW! She got 1st picture... I paid for 2nd...
