I don't know why I bother with this place. I keep hoping they'll redeem themselves and provide on time deliver, but the never do. Even after paying extra to have items delivered at a specific time, the fail to meet their promised date and time. Always a disappointment with their service.
I sent flowers to my sister for Christmas. They were knocked over in the rain left on her front porch. I wrote to report, and got nowhere. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get help. The most they could refund me was 20%. The flowers were a complete mess! I've never had this issue with any other company.

I called and was on hold for 45 minutes, was put on hold by them and they hung up on me. They had then sent an email saying they would not deliver and would be put on hold until I got back to them. I immediately tried to email them back but got response that they were closed for the weekend and to call on Tuesday. I was livid. Our poor Mom got nothing from us all that day. They cancelled at the last minute. What a horrible horrible company to do that to people at the last minute like that and have no way to get ahold of them. Save yourself the heartache and DO NOT go with this company. Unorganized, uncaring and thoughtless.

I ordered my flowers for aunt memorial services for 6/30 I paid extra for the flowers to be delivered@ 9am when I made it to the church the flowers wasn't there I called & called & finally the next day they stated the flowers was deliver that day@ 7:15 pm they want give me a refund the church never received the flowers pls never use this place they are scammers.

I specified the delivery date. They delivered the DAY BEFORE. The recipients were at the funeral that day. I specified the DAY AFTER because I knew they would be home to recieve the delivery.
What I ordered included flowers and a bow. What was delivered DID NOT include any flowers and there was no bow.
Item delivered was NOTHING LIKE THE ITEM ORDERED. Additionally, there were DEAD LEAVES on the plant! HOW DO YOU DELIVER SOMETHING WITH DEAD LEAVES!?
They offered to go and pick up the defective delivery and then send a substitute. NO THANK YOU. DONE with this company. HORRIBLE.

I ordered flowers for a family birthday and choose Blossom because they promised same day delivery. When I heard that the flowers had not been delivered and it was after 5 pm, I called to check on the order. The automatic service-no one to talk to of course-told me that delivery was scheduled for the next day, not the day of the birthday. When I tried to talk through the chat service, they never answered me back after I described the problem. And I can't believe I left them a 20% tip.
BOTTOM LINE: DON'T USE BLOSSOM FLOWER DELIVERY.

I ordered flowers for a funeral and called the day of the service to make sure the flowers would be delivered on time and paid the expedited shipping fee. This truly is the worst experience I have had with any florist. I requested a peace lilly for a friend whose father passed away and I immediately received an email requesting to substitute my order which I immediately wrote back and said absolutely not, please cancel my order. And I will add, they actually state and I quote "Your order is on hold until we hear back from you." I then went somewhere else and ordered the peace lilly which was delivered. A day later I receive an email indicating they went ahead and sent flowers anyway and charged my credit card. I called them to indicate that I should not be charged this because I had already cancelled and went elsewhere due to the fact that I did not want a replacement and customer service said there was nothing they could do. I will NEVER go on their website again and I recommend to you all, do not order anything from them, they are not truthful and it is fraud when they use your credit card a day later when I had asked them to cancel the order because they could not supply what I wanted.

I guess I should have read the reviews before I placed an order for a birthday flower delivery. However I ordered flowers to be delivered to a sweet 92-year-old lady on a friday. It was guaranteed they would be delivered by 5:00 p.m. at 8:30 that evening I got an email that due to low inventory they would not be delivered until Monday and please confirm that was acceptable. I was told they would add some extra designers choice flowers at no additional cost. This was completely unacceptable as they knew when I placed the order they had low inventory but did not tell me or offer me the option to switch my order to something else. They also waited until they were closed so when I responded I got an automated email. I asked them to yes please deliver the flowers but that this customer service was atrocious. On Sunday I received an email stating that they still needed confirmation to deliver my flowers. I had already given them confirmation but I told them again to please deliver the flowers that I had already paid for. Their solution to being late was to give me a $5 refund which was only one third of the delivery fee let alone the price of the flowers and offer me a $5 coupon code off of future orders. I assure you there will be no future orders.

This fraudulent company scammed my elderly mother out of $88 and had a dollar store cup filled with overflowing dry dirt and some plant clippings shoved in it. They refused to refund her money. Possibly the most incompetent, rude and uncaring company around. Ordered flowers for Easter for aging mother in-law, was told it would be delivered between good Friday and Easter Sunday at the very latest. On Easter Sunday in the afternoon they sent email saying they needed to make a substitution, my wife called and they said would not be able to make a delivery until Tuesday. They were insulting and disregarded the importance of the timing of the delivery. My wife conceded to the later delivery. Today, Tuesday the flowers did not get delivered again. NO COMMUNICATION, my wife called, the did not apologize they simply said they didn't have a driver. A assume their plan was to steal our money and not deliver the flowers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Flowers were not delivered on the date they were supposed to be, on a Saturday, IT WAS FOR A BIRTHDAY! Then they said they would be delivered the next business day (Monday) and they are still not delivered. I was NOT notified of either delay and only found out when I called that they would not be delivered again. They claim it is a supply issue, then why wasn't I told that at the time of ordering? I did not get good service and paid lots of money for a very special 25th birthday gift to my daughter. No help over the phone and conveniently the Supervisor was not there to speak to. Super frustrated with still no delivery! And of course my card has been charged!

PLEASE do not use this company. When a family friend passed I ordered flowers from Blossom Flower Delivery. The website confirmed flowers to be delivered the next day to the funeral home which would have been in time for the Friday viewing. After receiving a message that the delivery is delayed until Monday I called customer service because OBVIOUSLY the family would not be there to receive the flowers on Monday. I got the runaround, promised they would help but didn't follow through and when I called to follow up the last time to see what could be done, I was told the notes show I cancelled the order so nothing is scheduled to be delivered at all. To make it right they offered to issue a refund. WHAT? A refund for WHAT? You took my order, confirmed a delivery date but had no intention to fill it, charged me anyway, and now you are kind enough to issue me a refund? Which by the way can take up to 2 weeks to process. I'm skeptical I will get that back. And now I see a 1-star rating for this company with many similar experiences. I'm giving them 1 star for the lesson this taught me to check reviews first!

DO NOT PURCHASE FLOWERS from BLOSSOM. $96 flowers ordered and promised by blossom for Mother's Day, the 13-14. Flowers finally came Friday, May 19th after I canceled the order and my mom refused them by phone call and text. Now, Blossom is saying that they will give me a $5.00 refund for the flowers being 5-6 days late. Their excuses are it being a busy holiday and not enough drivers, both of which were problems they know about all along. They should have never allowed me to make an order they could not fill.

I never write reviews. However, I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Blossom Flower that I feel compelled to share. Despite spending a significant amount of $251, I never received the flowers I ordered for my mom's special day, which turned out to be a complete disaster.
Not only did Blossom Flower fail to deliver the flowers, thus ruining my mom's celebration, but their customer service was absolutely abysmal. When I requested a refund for the undelivered order, they only returned $238, conveniently forgetting the remaining $13.
To add insult to injury, their customer service was nothing short of a nightmare. I was forced to endure an excruciatingly long wait on hold for over an hour, all in an attempt to reclaim the measly $13 they owed me. The lack of care and consideration from their support team was astounding.
In conclusion, my experience with Blossom Flower was a complete disaster. They not only failed to deliver the flowers I paid for but also proved incapable of providing a satisfactory refund. Additionally, their customer service was exceptionally poor, subjecting me to a lengthy and frustrating ordeal.
I strongly advise against entrusting Blossom Flower with your special occasions or hard-earned money. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by seeking out a more reliable and customer-focused florist.

Do NOT order flowers from this service. It's a complete scam. I ordered a Premium bouquet and paid an expedited delivery fee, and not only were they delivered a day late, but the flowers themselves were AWFUL.
Below LEFT is what I ordered for $110, and below right is what was delivered.
Their customer service is a complete sham as well. After holding 25 minutes, the lady said she was reaching out to the delivery driver and the order was "on the truck for jASAP delivery."
Save your money and frustration and CHOOSE ANOTHER FLORIST..

I want to start by saying I'm writing this review while angry but I indeed mean every word of it. This has to be the absolute worst flower delivery service in the continental U.S. I place an order for Valentines Day to be delivered to a school. I contacted the company directly to ensure the flowers would be delivered before the school closed and was assured that they'd be there by 1600 CST, no questions asked. Not a maybe, not a "we are super swamped and we will try, a definitive yes." Fast forward to day of Valentine's Day; 1600 rolls around, no flowers, 1700…again, no flowers. I again contact the company who "attempts to contact the delivery driver" and surprisingly are unable to do so (shocker). Their resolution was that they could get it out for delivery tomorrow…I didn't pay for day after Valentine's Day flowers, I paid for day of Valentine's Day flowers. What a joke. If you're looking to get that special someone in your life flowers for ANY occasion, I beg of you, please seek them out elsewhere. This company is in no position to handle any significant business if they aren't prepared for the single busiest flower buying day of the year.
