I don't know why I bother with this place. I keep hoping they'll redeem themselves and provide on time deliver, but the never do. Even after paying extra to have items delivered at a specific time, the fail to meet their promised date and time. Always a disappointment with their service.

I sent flowers to my sister for Christmas. They were knocked over in the rain left on her front porch. I wrote to report, and got nowhere. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get help. The most they could refund me was 20%. The flowers were a complete mess! I've never had this issue with any other company.

I ordered flowers for my sister's retirement party, paid extra for expedited delivery, and purchased three add-ons: greeting card, chocolates, and balloon. The company claimed the flowers were delivered on Friday (the promised date), and the flowers did not arrive until the following MONDAY after 5 PM. The flowers were drooping; There were no chocolates, no card, and no balloons. Trying to get through on their customer service number is impossible. The wait was excessive, and when the automated operator said I was next in line, it would start the wait cycle over again. NEVER use this company. Horrible.

On August 8,2024, I paid a total of $203.72 for a pink standing spray (174.99) with a sympathy banner (9.99) to be delivered to a funeral home in Washington, Indiana.

When I arrived for the funeral on August 10th, I was dismayed to discover that in place of the standing spray with banner, a basket of flowers had been substituted. It was clearly of lesser value than the spray I ordered. Adding insult to injury, the message on the card was also incorrect.

I contacted the local florist that had filled the order (Myers Flower Shop in Washington, IN) and sent them a photograph of the basket that had been delivered. Myers verified that the basket substituted had a retail price of $90, significantly lower than the $174.99 I had paid (and let's not forget the 9.99 banner that was also omitted).

I have made multiple complaints to Blossom, and offered to send written documentation from Myers regarding the actual price of the item delivered. They have continued to maintain that the basket was of equivalent value, which is a blatant lie easily disproved. They refuse to offer more than a 15% refund, which is insulting given the magnitude of the discrepancy. Furthermore, it was deeply upsetting as I wanted a spectacular arrangement to demonstrate my regard for a close and beloved friend. I was beside myself when I saw what had been delivered.

After multiple conversations with Blossom and complete intransigence on their part, I accepted the 15% refund as better than nothing. However, I am deeply angered by their poor customer service and blatant lie. I should have been refunded the difference in price between the two arrangements plus the 9.99 for the missing banners, or 84.99 plus 9.99.

I called to the Blossom Flower Delivery to place an order, they didn't answer instead I heard a message stating that it was a high volume of calls, I hung up. And immediately a received a call back from them asking me if I wanted to place an order so they can help me, I proceed with the order not knowing what they are a SCAM, because the order a receive was not even close with the picture on the internet, I was charged extra money if I wanted to receive it by noon, the flowers were delivered by 3 o'clock. When I called to check the status of the order, the guy told me that they were delivered at noon, but surprise when I told him that was in the building and nothing was delivered yet, when finally the flowers were delivered, Surprised to see that it was not what I paid for it and wasn't even close to the picture on the internet, on the back of the arrangement the foam block was all out instead inside of the paper vase that they used, when I called back to complain about it they kept me for an hour in the Q and supposedly I was caller number 16 and when it was my turn they hung up on me. They have so many different phone numbers and I tried to call back from the number they called me and it answered as a medical center. DONT BUY FROM THAT PLACE.

Really disappointed with the quality of the product for the price I paid. False advertisement.

Review of Blossom Flower Delivery: A Disappointing Experience

I regretfully have to leave a negative review for Blossom Flower Delivery after an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday, and the entire process turned into a nightmare. The company failed to notify me in a timely manner that they would not be able to deliver the flowers as promised, leaving me scrambling on an important day.

Attempting to resolve the issue was even worse. I tried calling their customer service multiple times, only to be put on hold for hours. When I finally got through, the representative informed me that she was no longer available and asked me to leave a message—completely unacceptable. Following their suggestion, I tried to resolve the issue through their online customer service, but each attempt only redirected me back to the phone number, where the cycle of endless hold times would start again.

Adding to the confusion, I received calls from strange phone numbers with voicemails claiming they were trying to reach me about my delivery. However, when I answered or called back, the number belonged to a medical facility—completely unrelated to the flower delivery. This added unnecessary stress to an already chaotic situation.

In the end, I decided to cancel the order online, only to be informed that it would take five days for a refund. Given my experience with this company, I have serious doubts that they will follow through on this promise. Frankly, I feel like I've been scammed.

I strongly urge potential customers to avoid Blossom Flower Delivery at all costs. Instead, support a local flower shop where your business will be appreciated and handled with care. Blossom Flower Delivery takes your money and runs, offering nothing but frustration and disappointment in return. Save yourself the hassle and choose a company that values its customers.

I ordered flowers for a funeral and confirmed they would be delivered the day of the funeral. No flowers ever arrived and I did not receive a phone call that there was an issue. I called the next day to find out why and was told they had supply issues, so they just did nothing. I requested a full refund, and they kept offering me a $5 credit and would deliver something to the family after the funeral.

Business is a scam. I ordered flowers for a special university graduation and the flowers were not delivered. I contacted them via their website and sent 3 emails requesting a credit to my credit card and have not heard from them, even though they say 48 hour contact. It's been 2 weeks. VERY disappointed with this company and I was VERY upset the graduate didn't receive her well deserved flowers from out of town family. 1 star rating is one too many. Don't believe reviews on their own website. Scam!

Who ever I spoke to on the phone has terrible customer service. I will NEVER EVER intentionally use this service again. I did not intentionally use them. I went to a LOCAL florist website. AFTER I PROCESSED THE order with the local florist it redirected me to this company (third party). It took over 24 hours to get a receipt. This company attempted to call me but came up as SPAM on my cell so I did not answer at work. I then attempted to call them multiple times and was put on hold for 20 minutes. After finally getting through after 3 attempts, I spoke to a representative. Not a problem initially other than she was little hard to understand. These flowers were for my mother for bereavement as I can not be there local to take her flowers or be with her on this day. However, the flowers I ordered were valued at 48.99, after taxes, delivery fees and tip it was $77.28. Which I was okay with because it was me being willing to pay extra to get to my mom who is across the country and to her on time. They call me the day of the delivery to explain they need $10 more to be able to cover supplies to make this order. I can either wait another 4 days until supplies come or I can pay extra to have this delivered today as originally promised. So, you can't fulfill what was posted on the florist website (did not display any shortages or lack of supplies on their site) and I was already paying WAY MORE than the original value of the bouquet I ordered. Again, if I had known at the time of the order this was going to flip to a third party, I would have just called the local florist instead. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Save money, save time, save the heartache. I explained what the flowers were for and the entire situation and was met with NO sympathy and was asked, "do you want the order or not? If so, pay more, if not we will credit you" NO apologies for the confusion, no apologies for the situation the flowers were even needed for. COLD HEARTED and not helpful at all.

No sympathy, no apologies, they should not be allowed to be a 3rd party rep for any FLORIST

Flowers were ordered and paid for on line. For delivery to an Anchorage hospital. I received an email indicating that the arrangement ordered was delivered. When I contacted a family member of the hospitalized individual the flowers were never received. I contacted "customer service" via email as this was the only method of contact available. I received a cryptic response that they would investigate the matter. I have heard nothing back from the "florist" I have heard nothing further. No flowers no refund

Blossom Flower Delivery business is a scam and probably not a actual business. their customer service is ineffective and non existent. No resolution to flowers not being delivered. NO Flowers and NO Refund !!!

This is a foreign company that fraudulently uses the the names of other florists in their headline to fool people into using there website instead of the using the site of the florist they intended to us. Very high fees. DO NOT USE!

So I ordered my friend an orchid plant to be delivered at her work for her birthday...never showed up. I paid for express delivery. I spent HOURS + HOURS trying to get a human on the phone as well as trying this virtual rep thing. When I finally got ahold of them they said they could deliver it 2 days later than what was paid for. Like come on... a birthday is a birth Day. Needless to say, I was perturbed. I asked for a refund & they offered me all kind of "options". Options that did not include a refund. I gave up on that & disputed it on my credit card & was eventually refunded. The problems I had with this company were Hella ridiculous. DON'T DO IT!

Ordered 5/28/24 flowers to be delivered 6/6/24, called 6/11 said they were working on the delivery, called again 6/13 was told flowers were delivered, have to check with the person I sent them to. Wow what a run around this company is a big SCAM. They tell you anything but don't give you a time or any delivery confirmatioin.

Horrible company, to deal with they tell you anything, but don't follow through, to contact you or anything else. Out $70.00 for nothing. BIG SCAM

I made the mistake of clicking Blossom Flower Delivery to order potted flowers for my mothers birthday. They appeared as the first selection after a Google search. Thanks Google, you're promoting a terrible company.
- I ordered a potted floral arrangement, and received a call approximately noon on delivery day to tell me that the local florist can't make a potted arrangement and my order would be substituted for a cut flower arrangement of a higher quality to make up for the inconvenience
- My order was $70. The arrangement that was delivered was awful and looked like something picked up from the grocery store for $15.
- I am in Canada and searched through Google.ca where I was led to Blossom Flower Delivery where I was not notified that I was being charged in US DOLLARS.
- I reached out twice to Blossom Flower Delivery customer service to give them a chance to make this right and over 1 week they have no responded.

First of all, they spend a fortune on advertising to make it seem as if they're local, and they're not. I ordered flowers for my wife to thank her after a very bad personal injury that I suffered. They promised delivery the same day, which of course did not happen. And then they had the audacity to offer a $5 discount if I would accept delivery 3 days later, DO NOT EVER USETHIS COMPANY.

HORRIBLE. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND GO WITH A LOCAL COMPANY. I ordered flowers first thing in the morning the day prior to delivery. It was a weekday and non-holiday. They offer same day delivery (allegedly), so I thought it would not be a problem. It was my 10th anniversary, and I was on shift, so I wanted to surprise my wife on the actual anniversary. They never called to give a time. The tracking system did not work. By 3 in the afternoon, I had not heard anything and wanted to make sure they were coming. I called and there were 42 people in the Q ahead of me. I left my number for the call back. It took 3 hours. When they called back, they assured me the flowers were out for delivery. By 8 pm they still had not come, and I ended up chatting with their AI online chat bot. Chatt bot said they were still coming. They never showed, ruining the surprise I wanted to give my wife. I then told the bot I wanted to cancel the order for a refund. The bot said someone in finance would call me back very soon. I tried to cancel online but again, it could not pull up my order. The next day I still had not heard anything. I called again and the wait was even longer. They ended up dropping them off on the porch without even ringing the doorbell. I spent hours calling them back and they refused to refund me. He offered me 10-dollar discount on the 90-dollar bouquet. I said that was not even close and asked for a manager. After waiting a long while, he came back and said there were no managers available, and one would call me back in 48 hours. I never got the call. Worst service I have ever experienced. Ruined my gift and kept the money.

We picked a beautiful floral plant for a friend who had just lost her father. They sent a "money" tree instead. Who send a money tree for a person who just lost her father. I placed an order on Thursday for a Friday delivery. They were not until the following Tuesday. They gave no information about this. I had to cell them because the recipient let us know they never got the flowers. When they arrived this is what they looked like (see attached photo). When they finally responded to my request for info, they sent me someone else's info. They did nothing right and I finally had to call the credit card company to dispute the payment. DON'T USE THESE CROOKS.

They are not a florist and they will not help if there is a problem.

Placed an order on June 1 for delivery THAT DAY BEFORE 6 PM. Got a call today, June 3, saying they need an additional $15 and it will NOT BE WHAT I ORDERED, but rather a "designers choice" arrangement. This was a Sympathy arrangement for my brother's family and the funeral is tomorrow. They can't even tell me WHAT FLORIST will fill it - over 48 hours after the order was placed! Totally unacceptable, misleading, fraudulent website

This is a US based service that poses as a local florist. For Canadians this means hefty exchange. I could not find anywhere that the prices were listed in US dollars and I thought they were a local Red Deer, AB florsit. Buyer Beware. My $93 order, is now $133. NEVER USE THEM AS A CANADIAN.

Ordered flowers on Monday for a funeral on Tuesday. Never got delivered. Tried to get a refund. They offered me $5.00 refund. Each time they say the flowers are, "out for delivery". Every time I call to talk to someone, Thier English is so broken I can't understand what they are saying. First time I called I waited on hold for an hour and got cut off. This is definitely a scam. There site says they are "family owned and operated". Sure they are! BUYER BEWARE!

I had ordered a bouquet for my mother for mother's day. They did not have enough drivers on the day and it was not delivered with no prior warning. This was upsetting as I don't live in the country and was very excited to give this to my mom for her day. They then kept sending emails about delays. It was delivered 2 days later, and my mother is no longer home to receive them. I did make them aware to not deliver this as she will not be home. They have yet to refund my order and I've only been in communication with an AI customer service. This was also a very expensive purchase for me.
