I don't know why I bother with this place. I keep hoping they'll redeem themselves and provide on time deliver, but the never do. Even after paying extra to have items delivered at a specific time, the fail to meet their promised date and time. Always a disappointment with their service.
I sent flowers to my sister for Christmas. They were knocked over in the rain left on her front porch. I wrote to report, and got nowhere. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get help. The most they could refund me was 20%. The flowers were a complete mess! I've never had this issue with any other company.
This company is completely unreliable. Don't buy anything from this website and expect it to arrive. I ordered a funeral arrangement for my family, and after ordering I read some reviews, and began to get worried so I called to check on my order. I was assured there would be no issues, they verified all the details and I hung up the phone thinking it was fine. Then the day of I checked on my order, and it didn't look like it had been delivered so I called again, the lady assured me 100% it had been delivered. So I again hung up and felt relieved. Later that night, after the funeral, I found out my flowers had not been delivered.
The thing is, this company plans to not deliver your flowers. I checked my email and had received a stupid email asking to verify details of my order…this is their planned excuse to "not be able to deliver" your flowers. I just happened to have called multiple times which then didn't allow them to get away with not delivering. However this company takes NO responsibility for ruining your events. They don't care. They don't do anything they promise. You'll have to file complaints and spend hours on the phone waiting to talk to someone who will do nothing to help. Don't use them

Ordered online for my daughter's 50th birthday, kinda a big deal right! Ordered well in advance of the day to prevent any complications. Waited until 4:30-5 to hear that my daughter had received flowers. When I didn't I checked the tracking which said they were out for delivery before "end of day". At this point I emailed blossoms to inquire what end of day meant and when to expect delivery. It took quite sometime to hear back and when I finally did they informed me that the delivery man was ill and would be unable to deliver. Sent another email complaining that I should have been informed early in the day so other(and apparently more dependable) florist arrangements could be made. Next text said that chat had been discontinued due to the time (closing time are you kidding me!). They are going to send a refund, we'll see how that goes. But after reading the reviews here I feel lucky that my daughter never received her substandard flowers. This place is a joke and should be shut down. They DO NOT know anything about quality, customer service or how we run a business in Canada. Buyer beware!

That one star I gave has a negative sign in front of it! I ordered calla lillies and the local florist, who delivered, told me this company said to substitute the calla lillies with other flowers. They wouldn't even respond to my email! HORRIBLE COMPANY!

My son ordered flowers for me on the 22nd of December. At 4:46 pm on the 23rd I get a text saying order got delayed. The operative is I got a text. At 4:20 pm on the 23rd still no flowers so after calling twice and promptly being hung up on, I go ahead and call their 800# *******903 and a young girl answers and proceeds to tell me that they tried to reach my son to get an approval to deliver on the 23rd, which he did not get, and they also emailed him, no email. They had my phone #, they texted ME. I promptly responded to their text - Thank you for the update, no problem... I told them to cancel the order, she politely told me my son would have to do it... SO DISAPPOINTED. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Worst flower service I have ever experienced. Flowers are old and wilted. Bouquets are sparse and very cheaply made. Do not adhere to any time quotes and if you pay for early delivery it does not happen. Reporting to Amex and BBB. So disappointed they ruined what was to be a very special thank you! NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!

I thought I was ordering a Sympathy plant from a local Florist but it turned out to be a non-local company, Blossom. The internet ad was very misleading to me. The plant did not get delivered on the day they promised 04/11/23. They e-mailed me the next morning assuring me it would be delivered on this day 04/12/23. It is now 6:09 PM and I called them and they cannot confirm delivery. This was for a very sensitive issue and I didn't need the aggravation of fighting with a bunch of morons to try to track down the delivery. My best friends just lost their son who was only 31. The Blossom Phone Rep had the nerve to ask me to call them to see if they received the plant, which I refused to do. They are already very upset and don't need me calling them to see if a plant got delivered. I am still waiting on a call-back but will probably dispute the change on my credit card tomorrow. I would never ever use Blossom again! Lesson learned, always look at the ad carefully and only call a local phone number.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my Daughters Birthday on July 28th to be delivered on July 29th. It was not delivered, nor was it delivered the following day. I called customer service on July 31 and was given nothing but excuses. Flexible Holiday, Delayed Delivery, etc; none of which pertained my delivery. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that she was the Supervisor. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told there was no one. She said she apologized for late delivery and was because of supply issues. (then don't promise s delivery date by!) I said I wanted a partial refund and she said she could offer me a coupon for $10 on my next order. I said, "why would I order from you again, when you couldn't get the first order correct." I told her I was going to do reviews on the company website, and social media sites. She wasn't fazed by this, and I now know why, this seems to be the norm for this company.

Recommend you use a site other than this one. I've never had such a bad flower company/delivery experience as I did with Blossom Flower Delivery.

The flowers delivered looked nothing like the arrangement paid for - $100 for a pink & white basket decorated with pink & white ribbon-filled with DELUXE pink and white roses and hydrangeas. What was delivered is a BROWN basket with 4 pink roses and one red one, two brownish white hydrangeas & the rest was big, ugly yellow berries and green ferns, no ribbon at all …Also, so embarrassed that my niece received these UGLY flowers!

I live on Ontario and my sister lives in New Brunswick. I found this company and wanted to send flowers to my sister for a 60th birthday. I was emailing them all day and they said that the delivery is scheduled to be on time. I asked for a delivery at 1 PM, it was 8:30 PM and my sister still had not received her flowers. I couldn't speak to anybody finally the customer service number I pressed one to place an order and I received some customer service lady saying that they didn't have the supply to deliver in that area, however, I was receiving email saying that the delivery is on schedule, and that my sister oversee her flowers, all lies! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WHATEVER YOU DO! Also, the email is AI. It's not a real person disgusting. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

They charged me $140.00 usd for what's supposed to be a huge bouquet and on top of it not showing up on the date it said it would. Plus when I contacted them to inform them, they gave me such a hard time. It was a sympathy piece and the lady could only question me about my personal life detail such as my relationship to the recepion and accused me of lying. I'm so taken back by the customer service. She also admitted that they had a short supply problem with the flowers I ordered but the company never contacted me. Instead took my money and essentially ran and not provided their service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

* You enjoy holding on the phone for 30 min to an hour for them to check on your order that was NOT delivered when promised! In my case NOT AT ALL after 9 days & it was local!
* You enjoy having people telling you that your order will be delivered each day for a week & it doesn't get delivered.
* You enjoy people that couldn't really care less about whether you are happy with them or not!

Military son ordered flowers for the first time ever for his mother for Mother's Day. It's July and no flowers have ever arrived; he's been told 2 different times they were delivered but they weren't. I (the mom) asked them to credit his account but they have to 'speak' to the delivery driver first and would let me know by phone/email; not surprisingly I did not hear a word back from them. It's DISGUSTING that they are allowed to continue operating in this manner as I have read many awful, similar reviews on the BBB site as well.

Never use this company. I have had a horrific experience. None of the promised professionalism or customer service actually exists. My $200 flower order has disappeared. My son is alone in the infirmary for his 16th birthday without a gift from his parents. None of the promises of the company were upheld. Everyone went home for the day and couldn't care less: 1. The automated line says the flowers were delivered 2. The flowers were not delivered, they are lost somewhere 3. The instructions were not followed 4. I was not called nor was I emailed when the order was delivered, as promised 5. I called customer service and was told by Jay that he cannot reach anyone, no one can help me, nothing can be done, it does not matter that $200 of flowers are lost and my son is without a 16th birthday gift from his parents, that the owner and the company does not care and is not reachable, and that it will be dealt with in the morning.
I would advise against using this company for anything important. They are unable to follow instructions, follow through, make a delivery, or provide any meaningful customer service or caring. This is not who you want handling your important life events, choose another company.

It's all been said before. Placed an order 5/24 morning for same day delivery. Was told it would be delivered the next day, the 25th. Then today, received an email that they are still "out of flower" and would deliver on May 31st - ONE WEEK AFTER MY ORIGINAL ORDER. Hold times are ridiculous and chat people never respond. I just wasted 40 minutes of my day on this $#*!hole "store" which is most likely a virtual front for a total scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.
Many things went wrong with a simple order request.
1. The flowers were not delivered on the day of birthday even when ordered with plenty of time to spare.
2. Customer service rep LIED to me about changing the delivery to the next day. When I called, another customer service rep said it was not true. Even though the transcripts clearly show they stated the delivery would happen.
3. The next day saw a ate delivery with no knock on the front door or doorbell to showcase they delivered the flowers--because the vase they delivered it in was broken. So, they KNEW they delivered a broken vase and did not replace it nor change it out for a new one. The lazy folks just said..."you deserve a broken vase". The vase was thin and cheap as hell by the way.
4. The broken vase in the box cut my Aunt's hand. Luckily, she does not need stitches, or we litigations would have occurred.
5. There was no card. I had wrote a Happy Birthday card.even though it was late. But the lazy folks didn't even bother to include it in the delivery.
6. The flower arrangement was smaller than it should have been, as customer service assured to make up for the lateness, they would increase the size of the arrangement.
7. The flowers were wilted and drooped over like lifeless bodies. They delivered dead flowers!
When asking for refund after all of this information and knowing the broken vase cut my Aunt's hand, was late and the flowers were dead. They only offered me a 50% refund and a $10 coupon. I'm not ordering from those thieves again. Why would I want a coupon?

Yea they are pretty terrible. I gave them way too many chances that they did not deserve. If you order a big bear, which is a lot more, they will send a small one without reimbursement for how much you paid for what you originally wanted. Flowers are never what they are advertising. I used them 4 different times in about three years, just overall terrible. This last time I used them was for my sisters birthday, ordered them right away in the morning, paid extra for them to be delivered by 1:00 to her job. Just for them to be hard to get ahold of when the end of the day was nearing and she still didn't receive them. Their live chat was useless along with their number. They finally called me a half hour before my sister gets off work and their drop off time to tell me they did not receive their flower shipment and if I would be fine with them delivering them the next day… after my sister's birthday. I told them I rather had been told about their issue right away, rather than when the day is over with and it's too late. I could of figured something else out with a different company. They tried to talk me into the next day delivery with a 5% discount. (Ha! Come on now!) I declined and demanded my refund. He didn't sound too happy, but they can't be upset with customers when they are the ones who are failing to please us. They are definitely a scam.
