I don't know why I bother with this place. I keep hoping they'll redeem themselves and provide on time deliver, but the never do. Even after paying extra to have items delivered at a specific time, the fail to meet their promised date and time. Always a disappointment with their service.
I sent flowers to my sister for Christmas. They were knocked over in the rain left on her front porch. I wrote to report, and got nowhere. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get help. The most they could refund me was 20%. The flowers were a complete mess! I've never had this issue with any other company.

This is a horrible company. I was trying to get a flower arrangement for a funeral for a loved one. They say same day delivery. When I called I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. By the time I got someone 13 after 3:00 they said I missed the deadline to get the flowers delivered. They continued to be evasive and rude. And then the girl hung up on me. I thought we got cut off and called back-put on hold for 15 minutes and got another person who just said sorry and couldn't help me. Asked for owner or someone else but they kept giving excuses and would do nothing to accommodate. It is horrible to be treated this way when you are going through a death in the accommodate. It is horrible to be treated this way when you are going through a death in the family. Also, the music while you were on hold was so terrible it made you want to pull your hair out. I called another local florist-they were nice, kind, sympathetic and got the flowers ordered immediately. No wait or rudeness-just kindness. Thank you Ginger's Flower Shop.

I ordered flowers for a friend for her birthday. What she received looked NOTHING like what I ordered. I emailed them and they called and offered me a refund of 10% I told them that was ridiculous because the difference between what I paid and what was delivered was way more than 10%. Then she said well, the most we can offer is 20% and was I interested in that. I said no, I will just tell everyone I know not to order from you. TERRIBLE PRODUCTS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered flowers on a Friday morning to be delivered the following day for a family member.(It was important to me to have the flowers delivered on the birthday of our family member, because I was going to be out of town and unable to visit on that day in person). I paid extra for the delivery to be made prior to 1pm. I received a text message and phone call after 1:30 pm that Saturday stating there were "supply issues" & the earliest they could deliver the order would be on Tuesday. (Yes, they wanted to deliver a birthday bouquet 3 days late). I will never attempt to do business with them again.
Of note, the florist that I usually use had that Saturday date blocked out for delivery. (This is how a business website should function.) The site for Blossom flower delivery indicated no such issue with the requested delivery date. To make matters even more appalling, their zip code is the same zip code that was requested for the set delivery. (Very close to one another.)
Please do not waste your time with this business.

I was so disappointed in the arrangement that my daughter received. I ordered them through blossom flowers but had no idea they had no physical location near my daughter so according to them at first they couldn't do the order and then they said they could do the order through another florist however what I found out later was that my daughter didn't receive the arrangement that I had ordered and that because of a different location and a different company had delivered the flowers for blossom flowers that the value of the flowers and delivery had to be reduced to adjust for blossom flowers having to go through a second source. For 8 weeks now I have been having a discussion with them going back-and-forth about the quality my daughter received and what I had purchased and over and over. I just asked them to do the right thing and send the arrangement as I purchased it from them They have told me over and over again they could not give me a full refund and could not deliver the correct arrangement because it had already been done. When in fact it was never done correctly. I own a business and I experience customers with different views often and you always try to make it right. But if you give bad service sometimes you have to concede and start fresh, in this case sending the correct arrangement would have fixed everything. I have given them more than two months and 30 messages between us to fix this, now I am done. Look for yourself at the pics, what was advertised vs. What I got.

I highly suggest you not order from Blossom Flower Delivery. In following up on an order, I received an automatically generated message that the flower delivery was "delayed". Since the anniversary was on a specific date, delayed flowers are not an option. Then I received an email stating that they had not received their deliveries, they opted to use another florist and that I would need to pay an additional $58. Total scam. DO NOT USE BLOSSOM FLOWER DELIVERY.

This has to be one of the worst flower companies out there. They are glad to answer your phone call if you are spending money. The customer service side does not exist. Had a delivery scheduled for a two day window date (per their web site). Received an email on second day stating it would not be delivered until the third day (after event). Waited on the phone for 1 hour and 10 minutes and was then sent to a mailbox to leave message. Was able to go online and cancel the order and received a cancellation notice. Then received an email on third day stating I couldn't cancel because the flowers were out for delivery. I responded that I canceled the day before and no one would respond. Waited on phone for 40 minutes and was hung up on when I was 1st in line. I've been upset with other companies and never wrote a review. I just felt others should be warned that this company does not care and will refuse to speak with you after they have taken your money. Wished I would have done more research before ordering from this company. It appears others have felt the same way about this company. Definitely a buyer beware company. I would have given 0 stars, but unfortunately it would not allow it. Don't spend your money with this company!

I found these guys searching the internet and clicked on their page, they said if I give them my email I will get $12.00 off my first order so I did, looked for the perfect flowers to send a family member and it took me 30 minutes, when I went to check out the coupon had expired, I called customer service to order them and ask why my coupon had expired after only 30 minutes, after all I needed time to look for the flower arrangement I wanted to send and she said let me try and when she tried it also said expired, she said she could offer me $10.00 off, I said but the coupon was for $12.00 and she said sorry all she could offer was $10.00, I placed my order and 3 times during ordering I asked if they would be delivered today and she assured me they would, I placed my order at 10:00 am, just after 7:00 pm I get an email saying my flower delivery has been rescheduled for not the next day but the following day after that! Also when I just went onto their website it said if I placed and order within 57 minutes it could still be delivered today? So why can't mine still be delivered? I will never use them again!

These people are very concise in taking your order and money but thats where the courtesy stops there is no way at all to receive any kind of accurate update without calling and waiting on hold the website gives a vague "in transit" you get one email when the order is placed and the automated system hangs up on you when you click the check status option after waiting 5 hours for any kind of update or my wife rexting from work thanking me i was finally able to get a hold of someone who served me a load of BS that they were about to call me when i called then to say the order wouldnt arrive that day AFTER i was told it would be delivered that afternoon AFTER i clicked an ad for free shipping which was another lie i do not believe there was ever going to be any flowers delivered that today or any day at all

We ordered a deluxe plant for our grieving employee who lost her mother and the plant that arrived as dead and dry. I call to ask for a replacement, not evena refund) and they took 2 weeks to finally allow me to get a replacement delivered...
The replacement plant was delivered and the lady who delivered it confirmed this was a $30 plant and not an $80 deluxe plant we ordered.
The receipt I have shows our purchase was $88.23... THEY CHARGED OUR CREDIT CARD $120.18 -- THAT IS $40 MORE THAN MY CONFIRMATION RECEIPT.
Anna, at their customer service did not help and kept repeating I would need to s sesnd a a photo for them toto discuss how to handle it... why would i need to send an image to the COMPANY WHO SUPPLIED IT

This is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with, it actually blew my mind how terrible the customer service is. The company does not care about your business, you spend a lot of time on call back, on hold and being redirected to different people. After 4 days of trying to place my order and pay for my vow renewal ceremony bouquets and boutonnières. I received a call on the day of delivery hours before the event to say they were unable to fulfill my order and that I would receive a full refund. Left scrambling to find somewhere else last minute. I never did receive the refund I am still trying to fight for my money back. They have since emailed me saying they have cancelled my order as per my request- which I had never done as I had not asked for it to be cancelled I was told they couldn't deliver. I don't understand how hard it is to issue a refund when it's so easy to take your money when ordering. I can imagine it will take me days and a million phone calls to even try to fight for my refund. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I would give them 0 stars if I could. If you want flowers done right with a company who cares about your events and business contact Wild Bloom Floral Design Tofino they will not disappoint.

I had ordered a small but very expensive birthday arrangement for my wife who is is currently working in another city. I chose blossom because my normal flower delivery company doesn't work in that city. The arrangement arrived on the day that was requested, it was the correct arrangement, but Blossom indicated that the delivery was complete hours before it was actually delivered. My primary complaint is the mis-reporting of delivery. When I was told they had been delivered I called my wife to wish her a happy birthday and hoped that she enjoyed the flowers. What flowers? She hadn't received any. It then took several minutes and three attempts to contact Blossom. I was placed in a phone queue each time and the first two times I was disconnected as the operator finally picked up. The third time they were able to contact the florist and stated that it was typical to mis-report delivery. I have since received several emails and a phone call from the company stating that the flowers had been delivered. Yes. I know. At 5pm. Not at 2pm as initially indicated which led to me blowing the surprise. Thanks. The next time I spend my money on a floral delivery it won't be with blossom. I am not submitting my proof of purchase because I don't share personal info. This is just a caveat emptor. If you do business with Blossom I hope it works out better than it did for me.

Ordered a coworker an arrangement for her birthday to be delivered on Monday. Called late afternoon Monday to see if delivery was made and csr claimed that they wouldn't be able to deliver that day due to high volume of deliveries. The next day I called back to see if they had delivered on Tuesday and rude woman claims they had tried calling me twice the day before. They didn't call. I called them. She said that they wouldn't deliver Tuesday because that particular arrangement was now out of stock and will be delivered today. Today my coworker called to see what was going on with these people. Got the same rude woman saying she told me yesterday that that they tried to deliver but no one was home. So they've changed their story and a flat out lie because the person they were delivering to works from home. We called and asked the person we ordered for if they were home and in fact we're home both Monday and Tuesday all day. The woman said they would deliver today and will call when it was done…. Still no phone call. Absolute garbage company. This is the first and last time I deal with these con artists. Don't even bother wasting your time or money on this pathetic trash business.

Ordered flower delivery for Vday, they delayed my delivery two days because of driver issues. Silly me I decided to try them again thinking this was just a holiday rush thing. Ordered first thing in the am for same day delivery, they tell me there's a problem with the driver and it'll be delivered first thing next morning. No update the next morning so I call and they tell me there's another issue and they have to deliver the next day again. Would be a negative review - but that's not an option, so I guess 1 star is as low as I can go. I called (3:34 pm) and placed an order for a $100 order for a dish garden, no problem - will be delivered the next day between 9 am and 6pm, perfect. Got a text message (8:04 pm) stating they don't have what I wanted, was going to substitute all fresh flowers - definitely not what I want. I called immediately after receiving the text and was told they don't have what I ordered, they would replace with just live flowers (again - absolutely not what I want) so I want to cancel the order. They then told me I would receive a refund in 6 business days, plus told me I was calling late to talk bout this - was a few min after I received text (8:10pm). Seriously, they took the money out of my account in minutes - they messed up, their error and can't deliver what I ordered and I have to wait 6 days for a refund? I would HIGHLY recommend you avoid using this company. Was on the phone for 42 minutes with a rep and still couldn't resolve the issue. They have no business sense and don't know how to take care of customers.

On Dec 17, I ordered a Christmas arrangement using Blossom's very sluggish website, and likely because the website didn't provide feedback as I repeatedly tried to submit the order, there was a duplicate order. Blossom caught the error and refunded it. That's the only good thing I can say about them. The arrangement was a gift, so I repeatedly checked on delivery. Once it got to the 21st, "they" were unable to confirm delivery, so on the 22nd I canceled the delivery and asked for a refund. "They" confirmed it had not been delivered and initiated a refund. On the 30th, 5th, and again today (the 10th), I asked about the refund, and each time "they" said it would be expedited. But I could tell "they" was AI, so I found the email for a live Blossom representative and learned the arrangement was delivered on the 21st! In addition to that gem, I got an apology for the confusion and inconvenience and was asked to disregard the messages from "the Virtual Assistant"... all 11 of them, apparently! Terrible business!

I placed a large expensive order (over $160) for a family funeral with this company and even paid extra for early delivery. I arrived early with family to the funeral home and the flowers were not there. I immediately got on the phone to find out where the flowers were and the representative told me they would have to check and would right back with me - the line then went dead. I attempted to call again with no result. After the service I spoke with the director and he confirmed no flowers were delivered with my name on the card. I called back and explained to another representative who was evidently in another country (imagine that) who said they would check. I told her the service was over and it was pointless for the flowers to be delivered after the fact and I would be contacting my credit card company to reverse the charges to which she asked me not to do that they would find the flowers. I was frustrated at this point and told her again - pointless now the service is over. She told me someone would be calling me back - NEVER HAPPENED. This place is a joke - I should have called the florist directly. Lesson learned. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY.

I needed to order flowers quickly and didn't research Blossom prior to ordering. Big mistake. First, I was contacted via voicemail and email that my selection was not available and that approval was needed to substitute the selection. Fine. I emailed approval. When the flowers were not delivered by the promised timeframe, I called their CS line. I was offered a $5.00 coupon on a future order and told that the next delivery timeframe would be two days later ("no deliveries on Sunday"). While on hold, I read some very negative reviews and kicked myself that I didn't spent two minutes to research prior to purchase. I got off the phone as quickly as possible and used their online portal (speaking on the phone with the rep was torture) to cancel the order outright.
One minute later my phone rang and my Caller ID displayed that my local hospital was calling. I answered to see what these jokers wanted now and the rep wanted to make sure I didn't want the awesome coupon offer instead of cancelling. I demanded cancellation and received an email confirmation of such which I will use as evidence with my cc company should it come to that. Blossom spoofs phone numbers, don't deliver as advertised, and currently have an 'F' rating on BBB. Take heed!

SCAM ARTIST: Never delivered flowers and refused a refund. Called three times and three times my status was OUT FOR DELIVERY so they couldn't confirm the flowers were never delivered and no refund could be granted. Paid extra for EXPEDITED DELIVERY before 1pm. They wouldn't refunded me that fee either. The unknown Florist they teamed up with wouldn't answer their phone calls or texts. Completely ruined my mothers birthday waiting at the house for flowers that never came.

This is the worst florist that I have ever personally encountered. First, I ordered a plant for deliver on 3/15 and it was not delivered until the next day. I called them on 3/15 to check and see what time the delivery would occur because I did not receive any confirmation. I found out after much time on the that the deliveryman had left for the day. Therefore, my delivery would not go out. This company takes along time to answer the phone. My first call was a wait of 30 plus minutes and a total of 43 minutes.
When the plant was delivered, the recipient took a picture of it and sent it to me. I was totally surprise that this was a completely different plant than I had ordered. No comparison whatsoever. I called the company and informed them of this. They wanted to see pictures so I sent them pictures. We emailed back and forth about my dissatisfaction with the plant to no avail. I felt like this was a bait and switch operation. They did not offer to send another plant; they offered a credit for 10%. When this wasn't accepted, they went up to 15%. I was informed that this was all they could do. I asked for their address because I was going to take the plant back. However, they refused to give me an address. The worker just said they are a small florist in St. Peters. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Also, I suggest anyone thinking about using this company review their ratings.
