I don't know why I bother with this place. I keep hoping they'll redeem themselves and provide on time deliver, but the never do. Even after paying extra to have items delivered at a specific time, the fail to meet their promised date and time. Always a disappointment with their service.
I sent flowers to my sister for Christmas. They were knocked over in the rain left on her front porch. I wrote to report, and got nowhere. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get help. The most they could refund me was 20%. The flowers were a complete mess! I've never had this issue with any other company.
Ordered love plants and flower in a basket. They sent a small, small vase with flowers. Refused refund!

This seems to be a recurring theme...customer orders the flowers, pays for expedited delivery and delivery doesn't happen. I received the "Low Inventory" email. In my situation there wasn't anyone to speak to, by the time there was someone, she could careless, she would only refund the fraudulent "expedited delivery fee." Customer service doesn't care about the inconvenience of the receiver of the flowers. I regret using this company so much! It only made what was suppose to be a nice gesture into anxiety.
This is so funny, the review keeps asking for a picture of proof of purchase. The proof hasn't arrived YET!

I very rarely post negative reviews, but this website is a SCAM. The arrangement I ordered for $75+ arrived half-dead, didn't include the flowers that were pictured and wasn't even the correct color scheme.
When I contacted their customer service, I was asked to provide a photo, which I did and received an auto-response from LunaAI stating that a replacement arrangement would be sent, which would have been fine. However, after almost a week with no delivery, I reached out to customer service a second time and was told that the best they could do was a 50% refund and that the offer from LunaAI wasn't valid because it was an automated chat.
So, basically, I paid $35, lost over an hour of my time on the phone and my mother who just had heart surgery received a crummy bouquet of daises and some roses. I would have done better getting grocery store flowers.
Avoid this place at all costs.

If I could give this place NO stars, I certainly would. Ordered flower delivery 2 days before event. Day of the event I called to see if flowers were delivered. Didn't have flowers or balloons in stock so I was promised substitutions would be made & guaranteed delivery by 1pm. Called at 4pm still no delivery. Next day after the event, still nothing. Called to get a refund & got ripped off due to American exchange. Every call was put on hold for minimum 1/2 hour each time. TOTAL JOKE! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE your time & money on this horrid excuse for flower delivery!

Ordered from Blossom Flowers in Grand Rapids over the phone and needed flowers the next day for a funeral out of town. The man on the phone was incredibly rude, I should have hung up but I was in a time crunch. The bouquet I ordered was very different from the picture on their website. It was a joke! Embarrassing that it was given to friends at her Mom's funeral. They wouldn't send me pictures ahead of time either! I should have read reviews and taken more time. So disgusted with this place! Never buy flowers from them, you will need very disappointed! Look at the difference. I could have made that bouquet myself!

I ordered online and was contacted quickly to ensure working phone number. Then flowers never showed up and I contacted the company via email, phone call, and text. They went silent. Further investigation shows this is not a reputable company. Do not buy or share information with this company or subsidiaries.

My flowers were not delivered on the date promised, and not on the second date promised. And the price was ridiculous! Reaching customer service was an absolute nightmare. And when you finally do reach customer service, they are less than interested in actually helping you. Just the attitude of "oh well". Would definitely not recommend for any occasion! Your flowers would arrive faster if sent by carrier pigeons.

When I called the the florist the day before I wanted an arrangement delivered to a friend who just got home from the hospital, I paid extra to have next day delivery. They said they could not contact the delivery guy and said he was not able to be reached...Not only were they NOT delivered (until 2 days later), but delivery guy posted that they were dropped off. The arrangement that was delivered was NOT what I ordered...no one called me from the florist, I had to find out all of this on my own.I will NEVER use this florist again. They even misspelled her last name! After the flower charge, the delivery charge, the early delivery charge and the tip, it cost me over $35 extra. Total rip off florist! Oh, they did say they would refund my next day delivery charge...we will see.

I ordered flowers on Sunday to be delivered today (Tuesday). Got a call at 4:30 PM today saying the flowers had not been delivered because they needed to know if the recent was a teacher or student. (Why?) They wanted to deliver the flowers on Thursday…not tomorrow, but Thursday! I assumed they had been delivered earlier today. Then when I asked the address of the florist they gave me the school address where flowers were to be delivered. Then I get a email saying the flowers HAD been hand delivered today.
Sketchy at best. Dishonest for sure.

I ordered flowers for my best friends fathers funeral. I chose this place because of all the reviews. The flowers I ordered were nothing like what the website showed. While I realize the pictures can vary somewhat, these were pathetic looking. I was so embarrassed. I contacted them to work something out. We exchanged emails and after they said they'd get back to me, two weeks went by. I emailed several times w no response. I called back and they offered me a $10 refund on a $70 order saying that they find the arrangement they sent acceptable. You tell me? These were pathetic and I felt so bad. I wouldn't use this company again for anything. Several comments were made about the flowers they sent and I was so embarrassed. Buyer beware!

I ordered flowers for a funeral of a relative in PA since I could not travel to the funeral. I paid for expedited delivery so the flowers would arrive for the family viewing, the order was accepted. They were delivered a day late. Customer service was terrible they kept saying their on line tracking was not working and couldn't tell me if they were delivered or not when I called and chatted and emailed. Calling took 30 minutes and system kept saying it was a 15 second wait in line of 26 persons. They agreed to refund my expedited delivery and now I have been charged by my bank twice and have to wait 5 business days to get the funds back. I do note the flowers were beautiful. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company.

My partner paid $191 Australian ($124.48 Cdn) for a DELUXE Pink arrangement- I received a small arrangement that had 3 carnations, 2 pink roses, 1 red rose, 2 small cabbage flowers and lots of greenery - maybe $7.99 at a grocery store- when I sent him a pic he lost it as not only did it look nothing like the pic he chose but it was Small- he emailed a few times and called - waited in que for 45 minutes only to receive " please leave a message" at the end ….
