I don't know why I bother with this place. I keep hoping they'll redeem themselves and provide on time deliver, but the never do. Even after paying extra to have items delivered at a specific time, the fail to meet their promised date and time. Always a disappointment with their service.
I sent flowers to my sister for Christmas. They were knocked over in the rain left on her front porch. I wrote to report, and got nowhere. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get help. The most they could refund me was 20%. The flowers were a complete mess! I've never had this issue with any other company.
I ordered an 115.00 arrangement with a white basket with a handle a teddy bear and one foil balloon and 2 latex balloons
The arrangement had only one flower that had bloomed the rest was greenery
The tacky $#*! blue balloon says FEEL WELL the basket was a cheap square brown basket
To say I'm disappointed is an understatement had I seen these reviews I would have never ordered through them. And to get my money back I would have to return this. When you don't know who the third party is how do you do this. I got nothing that even looked close to the picture. BUYER BE WERE the photo that shows pretty bloomed flowers and a white basket is what I ordered the picture with the greenery and brown basket is what I got

My husband ordered a flower bouquet for my birthday paid extra for same day delivery. (We were in 2 different states at the time) After waiting all day and telling him they were out for delivery finally at approximately 6pm he received notification that the store did not have the flowers in stock and the "bouquet" would arrive 2 days later. They finally arrived not the "bouquet" he ordered but a sad heap of half dead roses, no water, vase not even big enough to hold the roses without almost falling over (paint can holding them up in picture) He ordered from them based on the picture that was shown, not the heap of crap that was sent. The pink and red bouquet was what was ordered the thorny limp roses was what was sent.

I wonder how I didn't read reviews before.
I'v been simply Scammed. Never got the flowers. My money is in their account (99$) and I got 2 people disapointed. My girlfriend who never got the chance to get her flowers for the valentine's day and me who is still wondering how i can get caught so easily.
To clarify, i'm living in France and couldn't give flowers to my girlfriend myself.
Today i need to dispute the purchase with my bank even though i'm really ashamed to gete caught by these scammers.
I ask you guys to not get fooled by this non flower company. Their IA Email system is nothing but a way to get away without having to involve physical people into the scam.
Blossom Flowers you are disgrace and I hope google will at some point stop you and unable your website to work. I'm fed up and will never trust any flowers company ever.
I wish i could had pictures but i got NONE so i will had some screenshots of these fake emails they send you.

I needed to send urgently a flower arrangement to a person going into palliative care. I called Blossom delivery thinking it was an actual florist. It is a third party that made the arranging and charged $127 cdn for a very simple flower arrangement. Nothing special. They issued me "tickets" saying they were working on it and would be delivered the next day. Then more emails to advise they couldn't get the flowers, and need my approval for substitutions. Then another email, to say they needed my approval for the "revised" delivery date! Never got a photo of the arrangement that I requested, and they only offered $5 reduction for the 3 -4 day delay. I actually don't know when it got there and never got reduction or photo. Not recommend since it's not a real florist. They wouldn't answer my questions if they were the actual florist.

I had the misfortune to order flowers for a
Funeral from this awful company. Not realizing it wasn't a local florist. The arrangement was a joke with less flowers than a grocery store bouquet and over $100. Then when I called to complain they told me to take a photo of the flowers ( the service was the day before) and offered me a 10% refund. I told them to keep their refund that I would get more than $10 of satisfaction from writing this review.

Had a major surgery! A dear friend from CA who also had a major surgery sent me flowers to cheer me! This unethical business, left the flowers in a mangled box on our porch, did not ring the bell and we would not have even known they had been thrown there if the dog hadn't barked. They were already brown and wilting when we placed them in a vase. Completely browned by day two. Were delivered several days late. They charged her for flowers then charged her a separate delivery fee after the sale and had the nerve to request more for a tip! Unethical and completely unprofessional!

The arrangement I ordered is nothing like the photo online. I was completely embarrassed when my mother in law sent a pic of the flowers to me. I was humiliated! Never order from this company. They placed a large now in the arrangement in lieu of flowers, plus the arrangement delivered has 1/2 the amount of flowers. Extremely horrible job! My 1 year old grandson could have done better!

My daughter bought flowers and I had them scheduled for delivery to our home after my discharge from the hospital. I never received them and they made not attempts at redelivery, explaining what happened or rectifying the situation. I wish my daughter had read the reviews and gone somewhere else.

I placed an order for flowers on February 7th to be delivered between the dates of February 12-14th. The flowers did not show up (I had no flowers for Valentines day) and customer service had no idea what to do. In the end, they promised to deliver it the next day and ended up delivering broken flowers on February 17th.
I have been trying to contact them for a refund for about a week now and I have not received a response... I would not recommend them for any occasion. Save your money and time and do not buy flowers from them.

My credit card was charged, the flowers weren't delivered and after 5 phone calls to customer service (where they kept telling me they were checking into it) and a week later, I got a refund (but still no flowers delivered). They also called my friend and bothered her with their nonsense, putting her on hold to ask about the flowers.

I saved my energies for my Better Business Bureau complaint, but feel the need to share my warning every place that I can. Do not trust this company with any floral orders of importance. After 10 days of dealing with this company for a very simple floral order for a funeral--the family of the deceased has no flowers, I am out $100, and I am completely exhausted by the run around I have been given. Placed an order day before funeral w/instructions to be delivered at specific time. Everything fine until night before, then AI bot kept texting me that they didn't have the specific arrangement, could they sub something. I responded repeated yes, with anything. Bot could not understand that, wanted specific item number. Gave 5 or 6. Bot said each one not available. Next day, AT THE FUNERAL, got phone call that they were waiting for me to finalize the order! Told them to forget it, cancel the order, that they had the worst service ever. Caller would not stop talking, trying to sell me an arrangement to go to the family. Had to finally hang up on her! Never experienced such bad service. This is a SCAM!

DO NOT ORDER! Same as with other reviewers: ordered the flowers because the Blossom Flower Delivery makes it look like they work through a local florist. Of course the flowers were never delivered, but customer service (calling from spoofed numbers with PA area code, while the calls are actually coming from overseas) claimed that it was because of the COVID-19 restrictions. Nice try, but those haven't been in effect for a year now. Anyway, demanded full refund and was offered a $5 credit instead. Had to laugh, even though it's not really funny. Filing a BBB complaint, AG complaint and a consumer protection suit in PA.

I ordered a floral spray for my late sister's coffin on 1/3. You contact me 2 days later saying "supply difficulties" and demand another $55. Call me up the night before the funeral, haven't delivered it to the home, demand another $100. Your company is sub-human. I am totally humiliated.

Ordered a dozen carnations for my wife for our month long stay on Jekyll Island. Got a email stating they needed a valid phone number, sent that again and got a 2nd email they still needed a valid phone number. Decided to call. After a very long wait on hold was told they could not fulfill my order but for $40.00 dollars more could send a similar order to be delivered in 5 days.Cancelled my order. This business is a scam! They deliver substandard flowers, arrangements that you don't ask for, and refuse to answer their phone for weeks. When you finally get them on the phone, they refuse to refund your money, except for a few dollars. I can't tell you how angry I am at spending $100.00 for a sick friend, and being ripped off!

I ordered flowers last night, and today I tracked delivery. It said delivery in progress. Then at 5:00 I got an email stating the order was canceled. My credit card WAS CHARGED. I called their customer service line and was put on hold for 50 minutes, with zero assistance.

I ordered flowers for my friend in St Augustine to be delivered the next day.
She sent me a picture of what was delivered. I was so disappointed. I asked for a mixed bouquet so it would last longer. It was a few carnations with greenery. Certainly not much for almost a $100. Flowers plus delivery.

The bouquet was terrible, as was the service. And all of this costs a lot of money. I don't understand how you can have the conscience to charge so much for such poor service

I ordered Orchids for my daughter's 40th Birthday. The picture advertised was a beautiful full bouquet. The arrangement that arrived looked as if it was prepared for a funeral. I contacted them the same day and was told another arrangement would be sent. It never arrived after 3 wks and multiple attempts I was told they could refund 15% of my $120 purchase. After attempting to find a resolution I was told that they would not replace the arrangement due to being unable to get from flowers from their supplier. Their final offer was 20% or nothing which I did not accept.

This "company" is a complete scam. I ordered flowers for my fiancée and even payed for the quick delivery. The flowers were not delivered when I payed for them to be. In fact, they were not delivered at all. I emailed them to which I got an AI bot reply that provided zero information. After 2 weeks of constantly emailing and calling their number, I made a claim through my bank. Only then did I get a response from an actual person. I then called them and asked for a name and an address of the company. They refused to provide any information. 3 weeks later they have finally refunded my order. However not a full refund because of exchange rate.
In short, do not use this company. If you already have, make a claim with you bank. That seemed to be the only thing to work.

I ordered these flowers 2 days before the funeral and paid extra for the expedited delivery as I wanted to be sure that they arrived the morning of the funeral. There tracking site online was useless, so I called customer service twice, and I could not get an answer if they would be delivered on time. I also called 1 hour before the service to find out the status, and waited on hold for 20 minutes. When I did speak to someone they tried calling the deliverer, but he would not answer. They assured me that they would contact me as soon as they knew, and I never did hear back from them.
The flowers were delivered and they were nothing at all like the description that I had ordered….no lilies, or many of the other flowers that should have been included. I was also assured that it would be a blue vase. I had requested the largest bouquet, and it was the smallest bouquet at the funeral. I have included photos. I will never use Blossom again!
