I don't know why I bother with this place. I keep hoping they'll redeem themselves and provide on time deliver, but the never do. Even after paying extra to have items delivered at a specific time, the fail to meet their promised date and time. Always a disappointment with their service.
I sent flowers to my sister for Christmas. They were knocked over in the rain left on her front porch. I wrote to report, and got nowhere. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get help. The most they could refund me was 20%. The flowers were a complete mess! I've never had this issue with any other company.
This company is advertising as a local florist and boasts same day deliveries with speedy and guaranteed service. I ordered an anniversary bouquet on Feb 22,2024 at 10am paying for same day delivery and they sent me an email after 3pm to say they could not deliver that day but would schedule them for the next day. I explained they were for this specific day because it was my one year anniversary and I expressed my upset that they didn't contact me in a reasonable amount of time that would allow me to book from a local florist so that would of course not help me. I asked them to cancel my order and they apologized but didn't offer any compensation. I booked a second order this time for my partners birthday March 2,2024 early in the morning and again paid for same day delivery and this time I did not receive an email or any information that the order was delayed or un-deliverable so I called at 6pm when I still had not heard from my partner and they said they were unable to deliver the flowers due to lack of supply. The reality is they can't actually deliver on the days they say and they are not a local flower shop but an online booking service that arranges local deliveries based on their orders but often cannot get orders processed through the shops in time. I wish I had checked reviews to know this company is a scam. They offered their apologies and a $5-10 discount but I will not order through them again. I cancelled my order and told them I would write a negative review.

While these flowers were actually nice, the delivery was a complete boch job. I ordered them for delivery on February 6th for a Celebration of Life event on February 7th. They delivered on February 2nd, my concern being would they even still be nice by February 7th? When I reached out they first apologized for the late delivery. When I pointed out they were not late, but 4 days early for a Celebration of Life event, they said the were so sorry and would re-deliver on February 6th as ordered. Well, I reached out multiple times and you guessed it... no new flowers and the event is now past. A joke of a company. Never again.My next step is to dispute the purchase with Visa. So tired of mediocre customer service.

Requested floral delivery to a very sick friend coming out of the hospital. Since placing the order, I have received 3 updates from Blossom Flower Delivery that they apparently have been shorted by their supplier (a Floral company with no flowers?), and although they advertise "next day delivery," best estimate now will be 11 days later for estimated delivery. It should be noted that the delay is even with my approval to substitute whatever flowers they deem appropriate or available as opposed to the arrangement I originally selected. This is a terrible service with a customer service team who seems to care very little about the timeliness & quality of their service beyond canned email responses apologizing for their general lack of ability to provide what they advertise.

I ordered $90 arrangement and even paid extra to upgrade to "deluxe" which was supposed to have more flowers and a bigger vase for our anniversary. My wife received what looked like $20 worth. It was one big flower instead of 4 and all green filler. It was less flowers than what the website showed as the cheap option. Called and emailed pics with my complaint. Was offered $11 in compensation. Going to have to dispute with Amex and will get all my money back. DO NOT order from these people.

I ordered flowers and candy for my bed ridden aunt. The flowers came without the candy. Left callback number with customer service several times. Each time I was called the phone was disconnected. I called another customer service number, waited half an hour and was disconnected. Finally someone answered who left a message with the delivery people. I have little faith they will get in touch with me. They had no trouble taking the order and charging me. Order from elsewhere...anywhere else.

Never use this site. Called my local florist n and reported them however, my Mom did not get flowers for her 98TH!

My man ordered 12 red roses with babies breath in a nice vase. $115.00 later I got a pitiful bouquet of basically mums and 1 rose. He paid extra for the roses because they were sold out and had to go pick them up. The actual florist said called and said blossom flowers said the order was for a $50.00 bouquet. How many roses and babies breath do you see.? Does this look like $115.00 worth of red roses?

I ordered flowers for my mother in law to be delivered on her birthday. They assured me they were local (not true) first they said they were in Prescott --then they said they were in Surprise, AZ. They are actually based in CA--with customer service in a different country. I spent 3 hours of my life trying to get this resolved/ refunded. They told me it was delivered-- but they had no proof. I asked to speak to a manager-- they told me 2X on 2 different days that the manager had "just left for the day". % days later--I spoke to a rep-- and after them investigating and finding no proof of delivery--they told me they would refund in 5-6 business days. We shall see. Buyer beware.

Was then email stating they couldn't do it til Monday. Today got a message they can't deliver and it is doing to cost me an extra $20 and still not delivered today.
This place is not a good place. Save your money. Call a local florist whether it is near you or the city you are trying to get flowers to. It also came up with Sunny Flowers Delivery

I ordered from this company because of their same day delivery policy. It took 3 days for them to arrive. The flowers were not even close to the arrangement I had ordered. Worst of all the flower were wilted and brown from being frozen. Words can not describe how awful they were. What a total embarrassment that I sent them to someone. Only Mortician from the Adam's Family would like flowers from this company.

That is a lie and bull$#*!. They send a wrong order to my friend and I informed them in the same moment, they asked for a photo that I have sent right away to them. No call backs, no response to my emails, no correction, no compensation, no apology, and even the price difference never been offered to me however they delivered a cheaper product

I ordered a dozen roses for my wife's birthday, to be delivered Nov. 30, and paid $115 (CDN), with tax, for them. I got a call from one of their representatives late in the day telling me the roses were unavailable and that I would get an assortment of equal value. Instead, I got two roses, a few carnations and some lilies stuffed into what looks like an old mason jar (see attached photo).
When I called to complain, I was told the best they could do was a 20 per cent refund ($13), which means that this pathetic little display cost me $100 – at least twice its value.
The woman I spoke to apologized profusely, but that doesn't mitigate the fact that they cheated me and ruined my wife's birthday gift.
Avoid these crooks like the plague they are. They'll take your money, welch on the delivery, and then stonewall you. Pure scumbags.

This was the worst experience for delivery of flowers. I paid for guaranteed delivery. Didn't happen! The company tried to claim I didn't pay them. They told me my flowers were out for delivery and the family I was sending them to never received them. I get a text message telling me they will attempt delivery on the next available delivery date. When is that?! No additional information. Do not use this company! In my book they are LIARS!

I tried ordering sympathy flowers which were never delivered. I know that, because I was at the home of the location they were supposed to arrive at. There was no attempts in any way to contact the person they were intended for, no proof that anyone even tried, like a photo of them left on a doorstep. When I tried talking to a live person, two different asian women made up two completely different delivery times when these flowers supposedly arrived. The company responds to my emails only to say "we are working on your ticket, thanks" Then never does anything.

Oh my gosh. I ordered Blossoms' "Exquisite Sunflowers" specifically because we live where they are currently very plentiful. I paid over $100 and what was delivered was FIVE average looking sunflowers with a touch of greenery. - Customer support has not replied. - I am crying! My first time not being able to spend my daughter's birthday with her due to illness so I wanted the flowers to be super special. I am so sad. This looks like somebody ran into the local grocery store and grabbed this arrangement, went through checkout and brought to my daughter's workplace. - BUYER BEWARE!

Fraudsters. Sympathy flowers never delivered as claimed. Email was not helping to get the matter so I resolved so I called and demanded a refund. They confirmed on the phone and via email I would be refunded. I received no refund. I wrote again and they said the refund went to the florist and the flowers were going to be delivered (three weeks late)?!?! No thanks. Let's see if I get the refund this time. Not holding my breath. I should have hung up the phone when the first order taker was a bufoon and very hard to understand. Don't do it!

The people who run this place are incompetent.
Do NOT shop here. I paid extra for next day service with a nice delivery tip. Flowers were delivered 4 days late. And they refused to give me a refund during those 4 days we didn't receive the flowers.

Not sure if this is an outright scam but I would not order from this company. First, they take the order and guarantee delivery on Mother's Day. Then, they say it will be late but are working to deliver in next 1-2 days. Now, their tracking system shows flowers were delivered on Monday but absolutely nothing was delivered. Requesting my money back before I go through AMEX for a refund.
