I don't know why I bother with this place. I keep hoping they'll redeem themselves and provide on time deliver, but the never do. Even after paying extra to have items delivered at a specific time, the fail to meet their promised date and time. Always a disappointment with their service.
I sent flowers to my sister for Christmas. They were knocked over in the rain left on her front porch. I wrote to report, and got nowhere. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get help. The most they could refund me was 20%. The flowers were a complete mess! I've never had this issue with any other company.
The funeral flowers delivered were NOTHING like what I ordered based on what was pictured on the website. The order was for a "Rustic basket of daisies," but cheap, ugly, overpriced mums were delivered in a vase (see picture below). I was offered a 10% refund, and upon complaining further, a 30% "final offer," excluding fees, was applied. Certainly not adequate for this clear breech of my trust. This contributed considerably to my sadness over the passing of my relative, rather than alleviate it. I only wish I had read all the negative reviews before proceeding with my offer, but I was so excited to find what I thought was exactly what I was looking for. Blossom flower delivery should be put out of business, not to mention ashamed.

This service is efficient and delivered on time but otherwise, completely misleading. I paid for a full bouquet of pink flowers, roses and whatever was in season, the greenery, minimal. Price including delivery totalling $151 CAD which I think is reasonable. My mother received 7 pink roses, way more green than flowers. They are nice roses, she said they smell lovely but this bouquet in no way resembles what was advertised. I'll never use this flower (sham) website again. Buyer beware.

I placed an order, then on the day of delivery they called and asked for more money, which I paid because I didn't have time to find another. Two days later the most pathetic arrangement arrived, I was embarrassed as hell. Don't ever use them! This is what I ordered, and what they got, not even a basket!

This company is a joke. Did not deliver the plant to the funeral home as promised and when I called they said it had been delivered. On further investigation they said it had not been sent and was just now being processed 2 days later. Finally got the plant to my friend but took their time and pretty sure I was speaking to someone in India.

I bought a flower with a balloon and paid extra to have it delivery within days. Not only the flower didn't get there until 10 days later. But they have the happy birthday balloon. What's more discussing is that the flower totally looked different...it looks like something my 5 year old put together...they look dead flower to me.
This company is discussing and should be out of business. The 4.5 reviews they have from their website are from fake customers... there is no way in hell this company is even rated higher than 2. Stay away people and you will not get a refund. They are telling you they're sorry...but sorry won't change the fact that the company sucks.

Avoid at all costs. Placed an order for 'Same Day Delivery'. It is 3 days later and flowers still not received. They take up to 6 business days to process a return. Every time I called in, I was told something different (supplier didn't come through, order was out for delivery, etc). Nothing, nada, zilch has been received. Take your money elsewhere.

I ordered an 80 dollar arrangement for my anniversary. Not only did they not deliver on time, when they finally delivered two days later, it was a house plant. No flowers to be found. Their customer service offered me a paltry 20% refund for their colossal failure. When I said that was inadequate, they hung up and ceased any communication. Use someone else, they're not worth your time.

Unbelievable just contacted credit company and police they can't sell product and take your money and deliver dead flowers and false advertising. They claim they were sending a partial refund email never got it but happy my friend is a lawyer this place needs to shut down stay away we work too hard for our money and i let my poor elderly down for Mother's Day so sad,

Ordered Mother's Day flowers on a Thursday for Saturday delivery. No show, monday I received an email apologizing for the delay and that it would come that day. They did not. Tuesday I received another email saying it would come Wednesday.
Calling their support line was a joke. #2 was to check status, it disconnected after 2 rings - 3 x. Their portal to self manage my order also did not work.
In short, I have reported them as suspected fraud to my credit card company. Be warned, this is a scam

I ordered flowers for my sick friend in the hospital, they " Attempted" a delivery. Then said he was not in the hospital! And wanted $15 more dollars! To try again! After a 3 day fiasco of badgering phone calls, dropped calls and back and forth nonsense! I paid the fee! Again! Just so they would deliver the gift, to the same exact location as before. Just now got a call again, saying they can't deliver it today…. So 4 days out, my friend who's heart had all ready stopped once! And these people are jerking me around about a return fee! I ordered a deluxe flower arrangement as a thank you gift for my Mom from a group of us. It was the saddest looking arrangement and was nothing like the photo on their website. I called to voice my complaint and all they would give me was 15 percent off which amounted to 10.49. On a 90.00 arrangement that is disgusting, Stay away from this company, I could have done a better job myself if I did not live in another state.

I ordered my flowers to be delivered yesterday. Never got a confirmation email. It's been a nightmare trying to confirm over the website. Waited over an hour to chat with one of their representatives who told me my flowers would be delivered today by 6 pm today and they got there an hour later. Same day flowers ordered, what was delivered was not as described in the photo on the website. An arrangement showed up for my mothers birthday, supposed be pink, mostly, but was purple and orange. Flowers wilted. 1st box flowers in mail then Bouquet came with balloons. Both wilted. Requested full refund & offered 15% then 20% before told could not offer any further refund.

I placed 2 orders going to the same house. 1 was delivered and the other one was not. No notification! This was for my daughter on her prom day. The customer service representative Maria offered me a $10.00 off coupon off my next order. This was by far the absolute worst service I have ever seen. I would not recommend this company for anyone even if they were giving something away free. Horrible, unprofessional!

My boyfriend ordered me flowers, teddy bear. Supposedly was to arrive Dec 29th no delivery, then being delivered Jan 3rd, still no delivery!
We will never ever order through you again. Thank you for ruining what was left of the holidays. Then we check to see when it was coming only to find it was cancelled but not by us. This is very disappointing.
