I don't know why I bother with this place. I keep hoping they'll redeem themselves and provide on time deliver, but the never do. Even after paying extra to have items delivered at a specific time, the fail to meet their promised date and time. Always a disappointment with their service.
I sent flowers to my sister for Christmas. They were knocked over in the rain left on her front porch. I wrote to report, and got nowhere. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get help. The most they could refund me was 20%. The flowers were a complete mess! I've never had this issue with any other company.
I ordered an expensive arrangement I specifically wanted to send and even provided a photo. I asked if they were a local biz as thats who I prefer: local! When my niece sent me the photo of what she received, I was mortified! Nothing close to what I ordered! And these looked like old bouquet from Raleys marked on sale. It was delivered by Miracle Flower shop which has terrible reviews, too. Not Blossom. After 10 days they finally offered a small credit. Forget it! They are a deplorable business. Wish I could give no star. I will pursue a refund. Cost over $130.

Wow am I the only person that had a good experience with Blossom?
Purchased an anniversary bouquet and it was delivered exactly as blossom promised, actually looked better than website photos.
Dealt with customer service twice via telephone and e-mail- their response was prompt, courteous and accurate.
Perhaps order quality depends on the local shop used to fulfill the order? IDK.

Do not use. Paid for an $84 arrangement and they contacted Meijers in Traverse City, MI, who delivered their cheapest $15 arrangement. (I mistakenly thought I was ordering from a florist in TC whose name is Blossoms.)

I wish I had googled them prior to ordering. They missed the Mother's Day weekend Delivery guaranteed date and then just cancelled my order 5 days later. This is not where you want to order flowers from.

They take your money, charge multiple fees, deliver days after the agreed date (5 days late in my case), cannot offer the arrangements displayed on their website, characterize the delivery as successful, do not answer their phone, and send auto email responses.

This company is a liar first they called me to ask additional $15 to process my order so they can deliver on time which it didn't happened then second they sent me email that my mother in law received the order with message. But when i called her to confirmed she said she haven't receive the gift and knowing her she wouldn't write or leave a message like that! She never use word cheers OMG. Really! I am very disappointed plus refunding my money will took 2-6 business day how's that! Never use this service!

This is a terrible business. I ordered flowers. They did not arrive on the date schedule. I spent many hours on the phone with their customer service. I received conflicting reports about whether the flowers have been delivered. It took several days to sort this out. They continually sent me text messages and emails with conflicting information. Buyer beware. There must be better floral shops in the area.

Apologies for an error 100% on your part with absolutely no offer to appease is actually absurd. As I stated many times in these correspondences, I did everything I could, and you failed. I cancelled within a half hour. I sat on hold for a very long time for the rep to ensure the order was indeed cancelled. It was confirmed and I was assured that I would be receiving a refund onto my VISA card in 5-7 days.
How can the order have been completed AFTER it was confirmed as cancelled. Any errors in this process fall 100% on t=you and your processes and in no way should cost me a dime.
I expect something more that an "I am sorry, but it's gonna cost ya $100"
Huge fail on your part that will now be blasted onto every review site I can find.

I feel the need to warn everyone about this terrible service. The company is not locally based but farms out its service to local florists. They have ZERO accountability and they don't care about pleasing customers. We placed an order for same-day delivery for a funeral service and the arrangement arrived four days later. We spent hours with "customer service" which is just a call centre and staff with no authority to help you. As an apology, they sent us a $10 voucher for a future order. That's the most they could do. Please give your business to local florists who are hard-working and deserve your support.

I order flowers on Wednesday to be delivered on Thursday. They were not delivered until Sunday. Despite how many times I contacted them, and they continually told me that "They were out for delivery" on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Then they tried to tell me it was a "supply" issue. They offered $5 for the inconvenience. That's insulting. I don't think these people really understand why people send flowers to others on specific days/occasions. It's a lost concept with them. They are Cleary in the wrong business. I will never order flowers from them again.

I ordered flowers for my friends birthday for a delivery one Friday. No delivery, no calls, no emails. I contact them via website at 8pm. I get an email that they are short staffed and short supplies so they will deliver the next day. Saturday comes and goes and still no delivery and no communication. Conveniently their customer service is closed until Monday. They charged my credit card with no problems but can't seem to deliver the product. Fraud! Theft! Don't use this company. There are plenty of other florists out there.

Placed order for same day (Nov 15) delivery (but did not pay extra for guaranteed delivery). Flowers were not delivered. Links in email to check order status were non functional. Next day (Nov 16) called customer service and automated system said flowers were delivered. Spoke with customer service representative and they admitted flowers were not yet delivered but that they would deliver the flowers the next day (Nov 17, two days late). I agreed to this scenario. On new promised delivery date (Nov 17) received a text and phone message informing me that the flowers could be delivered but an additional $10.00 would be required. I cancelled the order and asked for a full refund, which they agreed to do.

Wow I wish I found this 1 star review before I wasted my time and money trying to send my 85 year old grandmother flowers for her birthday! What a disaster! It's been 3 days and she still has not received her flowers. The customer service department is awful and has no clue what is going on and blames the designer and their lack of supplies. I'm sorry if the order I placed was not in stock are there no other flowers in the entire shop?
Mind you. They have a ticking clock guarantee same day delivery? 3 days later and still waiting and the sad part is that the company shares the same zip code in Utah!
Can you imagine international order.

I ordered a deluxe size Peace Lily for a dear friend, her brother passed away. The delivery driver dropped it off outside of the garage and left. The next day I find out that it had been stolen but the driver lied and said it was handed to the recipient. Once Blossom found out she has a ring camera and nothing was handed to her, they delivered a much smaller one ( 4 1/2 inch pot). I contacted them and they made me jump through hoops basically to prove it and that meant asking my grieving friend to send pics and a clip of the camera footage only to be offered an apology and a $10 refund. I am left pretty disappointed and will not be using them again any time in the future.

Just revisiting a terrible experience with eflorist. Unfortunately, there is not a no star selection. I'm in Australia and my 92-year-old mother in Milton Keynes UK had a serious fall and was taken to hospital. I ordered flowers not knowing hospitals were not accepting deliveries at the time! Eflorist would have known that, but when i sought my money back I was told it was between me and the courier. In other words they were simply not interested in negotiating my complaint. Shame on you, never again!

Scam artists. I placed a mother's day order the Sunday before. They emailed me on Wednesday saying they had to find a more expensive vendor and that I would be responsible for covering the cost, knowing full well at this point it's too late find another vendor. I own a small business. When I quote a price and agree upon it with a customer, if it costs more to fulfill the order, you eat the cost! That's business.
Do NOT order from these scam artists. They will wait until you are desperate and then slap you with an additional charge. Thank you to Maria and Pamela for ruining mother's day.

If I could rate a "0", I would! I wish I read reviews before using this company. Order delivered was not at all what I requested. They didn't provide the details of my request to the 3rd party company, therefore receiving nothing like I requested. Website states they will collect and send a new arrangement if notified within 2 days. They don't stand by this statement. Ordered for Valentine's Day, that showed up 6 days later. Called to say they would refund my money. Then decided ( on their own) to deliver flowers on the 20 th. Not 15 th or 16 th when I emailed, but after a refund was agreed upon. Then they decided I would get a 10 dollar refund, because I work 0645 to 1940 and could not take a call. THE ARROGANCE OF THERE PEOPLE WAS ASTOUNDING. Never an apology…. Ever. They botched the written card so bad, that they put? Through out the messages. It was as if he/ she was attempting to remember off of there head how it read. But you could barely even read it. This place just is the absolute worst place for something important. Maybe a potted plant or artificial plant that you will pick up your self. It makes sense this is a family owned business. No corporation would run a business like this.

I had just received news of a death in the family and wanted flowers to get to a certain special person ASAP. After I ordered them and hung up the phone they were delivered within the hour! That was amazing in itself but the arrangement ("The Secret Garden") was just beautiful! Thank you to Lizzie for your patient and kind help. (Lizzie took my info and she got it all correct first time I said it-and my info is unusual-great job!)

Absurd! Disgusting! Stinking Scam.
Placed an order on 11/28 for a 12/1 delivery. Was contacted on 11/30 saying they needed more money because the supplier in the area was more expensive.
YEAH RIGHT! A national flower company that approved the zip code for my order needs me to pay more to complete what they already sold me.
I looked up Google and BBB reviews TOO late.
Apparently this company is known for terribly dead/small/plastic bouquets in place of pictures of large bouquets.
I cancelled and requested a refund. I reported to BBB and am working with my credit card company.

The flowers arrived and you're essentially buying leaves. I paid extra for a teddy bear that never got delivered and when attempting to fix the situation with customer service the dropped over 7 times. They said they will offer me a refund and it will be in my account in 2-6 business days but it's day 18 with no money in sight. I'm not going to fight for 35 dollars because I know when to take a loss. But my problem is that they have no problem taking my money for it but when it's time to pay me back for a product they did not even provide. I have to jump thought 4 rings of fire in shark infested water. Roses were okay, next time I'll do my research before purchasing from a flower delivery service

I ordered a daisy bouquet and the recipient got two daisies in a small vase. Not only that, it arrived a day late! I was very sad because this was given to someone that had just had surgery for cancer and is not doing well. Don't use this company!
