I don't know why I bother with this place. I keep hoping they'll redeem themselves and provide on time deliver, but the never do. Even after paying extra to have items delivered at a specific time, the fail to meet their promised date and time. Always a disappointment with their service.
I sent flowers to my sister for Christmas. They were knocked over in the rain left on her front porch. I wrote to report, and got nowhere. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get help. The most they could refund me was 20%. The flowers were a complete mess! I've never had this issue with any other company.
I can't believe this place is still in business! They lied about being more local. Flowers were scimpy and shriveled up. Did not look a bit close to what I ordered. I demanded my money back After a very long time on the phone it came to 30%. It's a racket! The responses from these people are rehearsed! Like a robot. Overpriced and very very very poor customer service. They SUCK! I wish they could be put out of business! I even gave them a $7 tip This is what I got for almost $100.

This company is a complete scam operation. A dozen red roses ordered on Nov. 1, finally delivered on the 7th, and this after 4 or 5 calls to a line that appears to have been a call center in India. (Two of the women we spoke to pronounced the state of Oregon, where they claimed to be living, as in the spice "oregano.") They lied at least 3 times to say the flowers were out for delivery. When the roses finally arrived, they were wilted and some had the stems broken. My guess is they buy them at a grocery story right before they get thrown out, and send some poor schmuck to deliver them. Avoid these crooks at all costs.

Ordered flowers for delivery on 6/15 for my Mother's 70th birthday and they failed to deliver. Called customer service and they were no help and could not provide a status of any kind. The customer service representative sounded like he was on his personal cell phone outside and I could hear a rooster crowing in the background. Not the type of service expected and regretting I did not order from a trustworthy company.

I choose this florist because I needed flowers delivered to a hospital the same day. They were supposed to deliver by 6:30pm and did not. To make matters worse I received an email from them asking me for another $15 saying they had to get the flowers from another florist because they didn't get their deliveries that day. If this place isn't a scam they are doing a great job of impersonating one.

3 hours to the funeral service i was notified that they could not do my arrangement i spent $150 on. They then refused to send a picture of other options that could be done refused to tell me the local florist that was making it so i could work directly with them. According to the family nothing arrived from us. They refuse to send proof of delivery or give a refund.

DO NOT use this company. I do not believe they are a real florist. My order was not delivered when it was supposed to be. I called/email and got the run around from multiple people who sounded like they were from another country. They state that they are a local florist. I strongly suggest if anyone has had a bad experience with them to report them to the BBB, Federal Trade Commission and Internal Crime Complaint. If you look at their reviews on Facebook you will see how many people have been taken advantage of by this company. Their positive reviews are most likely fake. Save yourself the time, money and aggravation and do not us them.

Ordered flowers for a birthday and the pic was stunning online! So excited for my friend to send me the picture when it arrived and so disappointed! The flowers were half open, sparse and thrown together. Do not order from them-I am still waiting for my refund 1 week later. I am not sure I will even get a refund but if I do not-I am contacting the better business bureau.

I do not live in Jenison, so I relied on the website claim that they are the #1 Florist in Jenison. They advertised same day delivery so I ordered a nice bouquet and filled out the order form and paid by credit card. They posted an order tracker. I received an e-mail from them hours later (at 5:45 pm) saying they had very limited supplies and they would "attempt" to deliver in two days with the value of my chosen arrangement…whatever that means. I'm guessing they didn't contact me until 5:45 so that I couldn't make other arrangements.

I ordered a $160.00 double-sized bunch of daisies in a glass vase to be sent to my friend's Celebration of Life. Instead, they sent a half dead plant that had to be removed from the service given its ugly appearance (and the charge was $CA162.53). I am Canadian yet this company charged me in $US - you will see that reflected in the difference between the $119.72 quoted on the Invoice versus my VISA charge of $162.53! I was not warned of that in advance! The company has been totally uncooperative! Note that I have cut the ID section out of the Invoice for privacy purposes.

Beware, you are not getting same day delivery. If you cancel your order due to an email after they take your money that it will be 2 days, you will get offered a deal to move forward with the purchase. If you still cancel out of principal you will wait 5-6 business days for the refund! Yikes.

With the time lapsed it was almost impossible to find a service to deliver the same day. It is my first and last time using them.

This company is CRAP! Paid for same-day expedited service by 1PM. They didn't even tell me it was going to be late or the next day. The promo code did not work (from my email entry and my Anti-Virus blocked 8 tracking attempts from them). They called to say my phone number was not right (yeah, called me). I looked and it was correct on the order email. I used their chat option but nobody ever replied (hours) even though it said they read it. Their order email had a tracking option but the hyperlink did not work. Customer service was very nice but what's the point if the product and other service options stink. My order was for an anniversary and not I have to figure out another method. SIGH. Where do I give this company 0 stars?

Horrible customer service. I ordered these sympathy flowers for someone and it was not even close to what is shown in their pictures. I understand it will not be exact or even as full but this is bad. They couldn't even get the names on the card right! I am very embarassed about this and they were not concerned and did not fix this by any means. They sent an email stating "We are terribly sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the 20% refund we offered. Unfortunately, that is the maximum we can offer for this order since this was delivered and was filled to value."

Soo. This is what happened, we ordered and paid for a bunch of flowers for our daughters 30 th birthday. We live in Australia she lives In America. Then got email from blossom that they couldn't deliver because supply issues. So asked if it would be good the deliver a few days later. Didn't like it but sure and I replayed. Then they said replay was too late and it was going to be delivered a week later! That's what happened. I sent them a few emails and asked them how they could solve this and give a refund maybe. Didn't hear from them, o yes ones. Saying that there store was closed for the week end and I had to email them on Monday?! Absolutely ridiculous… Didn't hear from them after that. So if u like to sent your loved one flowers that come a week late, use blossom, guarantee you it will work out fine. If you want your flowers delivered on time please don't use them. $100,00 Australian dollars down the drain for us! How many stars do they get? What do u recon? NONE!

HORRIBLE! I ordered flowers for a Friday delivery. They called on Fri and said they had to substitute what I wanted. No discount offered. I was told my delivery would still be Fri. Late in day, message that it will be Saturday. I called and women on phone was unbelievable rude. Sat is only a day late. Saturday evening got a message saying Tuesday. We are 5 days out from the day. This was important to me. Phone lady rude again. It took me 20 minutes to cancel. I still don't have the refund ($75) but they finally offered me $5 discount, I had to order from another sight so niw I'm $147 in and Blossom could care less. STAY AWAY

I ordered flowers for a funeral for my best friend's family. They never confirmed delivery after I called repeatedly. I was on hold for a very long time, spoke to two different people and was then guaranteed I'd receive a call back - never did. Their links on their email confirmation do not work, their email address is not valid. I am out $90 and more importantly, wasn't able to show the family I was there in spirit. This supposed business should have charges filed against them for fraud.

I wish I had read the reviews before using this business. It is dreadful! They said on the website that they would deliver flowers to a certain address, the flowers never arrived yet they charged my credit card 103.35$. I complained and they said they would refund my order but only refunded a portion. Simply dreadful...what a scam!

I ordered an arrangement for my GF for valentines day and they delivered a day and a half late and what arrived looked nothing like the picture. Instead of a beautiful modern arrangement she was sent something that looked like funeral flowers. I filed a complaint with their customer service and they offered me a 10% discount instead of a full refund. Do not do business with these crooks!

Ordered a plant for a funeral service to be delivered, received notification they could not complete delivery after the service was over. I provided an address for the plant to be delivered two days later, and the plant 6 days later still has not been delivered. Called to request a refund and was told they would have to investigate. Finally got frustrated so I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. The only reason I rated one star is because zero stars was not an option.
