Ordered floral delivery to be delivered express before 1pm at additional cost only for order never to arrive and calling the customer service line put me in queue for an hour only to get a chance to leave a voicemail. Horrible.
Ordered flowers on Feb 11 to be delivered for Valentine's Day. Never arrived. Try calling their customer service, one hour on the phone waiting for an agent, no one ever picked up. Left multiple messages on their website. Two days later, they called back. Told us they would investigate…we said do not bother, we want a refund. Today, (Feb 17) they attempted to make delivery, I wasn't at home, they called me, I told the delivery person we canceled the order which they insisted was just placed today. They then saw one of my neighbors, tried to delivery the flowers to her for me, I told my neighbor not to accept.
This is a bogus operation, we are out over $125 and appears we will never get it back. I'm going to report them, they deserve to be shut down,
I placed an order in 2/19 in the morning for next day delivery. It is now 2/21 and order still has not been delivered! I keep being told it is out for delivery and it is not happening nor can they get in touch with the delivery driver etc. Told them I want a refund and they said they don't know if they can do that. I paid over $80 for the arrangement and now I am out of the money and flowers are not being delivered! Stay clear!
Ordered flowers for a funeral taking place the next day. Spoke to agent on phone at which time she assured me that they would be able to deliver on time. Funeral was a Saturday. When I spoke to a member of the family on the following Monday I was told the flowers never arrived! Blossom never informed me by phone, text, or email! I called them and informed them. They tried to keep the sale by saying they could send the flowers to the house. NOT INTERESTED. They reluctantly said they would give me a refund. I was totally embarrassed by the situation and very upset.
I ordered same day delivery flowers on a Friday for a Saturday evening holiday. Late Friday I got an email saying there was a delay and would be delivered Saturday. NO FLOWERS. They are closed on Sunday. Monday morning I was told delivery will be that day. NO FLOWERS After calling and being on hold for 75 minutes I got to someone named Hattie. When I asked when the delivery was going to be made, she hung up on me. I worked in customer service for over 40 and have never seen anything that compares to the service at this company. BEWARE
Yes the pictures & $ are great. What you receive at your door are horrible. Sent a complaint with pictures of what was ordered and received. Their AI CS Rep say "sorry" will we make a new arrangement and our logistics team will get this new arrangement redelivered. Its a lie, CS real rep laughed at the email I received and stated we will offer 10% refund. I was so embarrassed on what was delivered. My local grocery store sells nicer flowers. Find a florists local or use the 1800flowers. Stay clear of this company.
They won't even honor the emails they send you. I ordered an arrangement that contained 30+flowers. The flowers received was mostly greenery for filling, did have 3 iris's but was missing the purple daisy, white daisy, and about 20 flowers. So disappointed with what was received and the lack CS.
Your are playing the lottery, at least in hat you know your losing out.

I purchased in advance buke for my mother's birthday and after chasing and tracing it, flowers have been delivered one day after her birthday. Blossom Flowers refused to acknowledge responsibility for failure of their commitment. I thought that was one time glitch and use them again for Valentines Day.
I placed my purchase in advance and Blossom Flowers committed and charged me for hand delivery and day before or on Valantine day. Well, they fail all their commitments again. Flowers had been delivered by FedEx and left outside of my house and on freezing temperature. It was next day after Valentine Day.
They fearlessly declining failure on their service and refused to provide full refund. This company providing unethical business. Do not ever use them.
My experience was the same as so many other duped customers. What is being delivered is nothing like the advertised product. I just wonder who is putting together these arrangements. Pitiful on so many levels. Lesson learned.
My flowers never got delivered. I ordered the 3 days in advance. The refused a refund and sent them 7 days later. I couldn't get anyone to call me back for days. Worst customer service. Over 100.order
Order not delivered on time. I ordered sympathy because I liked that arrangement better. I gave specifics that the flowers were for a funeral. I had delivered to my uncles house because you said that they couldn't be delivered to where the funeral was. I expect my money back please! Ordered flowers for my wife's 50th Bday, even paying extra to have them delivered by 1:00pm. Flowers never arrived, never received an email or notification until a day later that they would not be delivered. When I did receive an email, they stated their flower delivery did not arrive to fulfill the order, which I had ordered 3 days in advance of the delivery date.
Their web site is also deceptive, making you think you are ordering from one company, and they hijack the companies name. Buyer Beware - I will never order from them again.
The balloon order was delivered half a day late with several balloons paid for that were missing in the order. The balloons that were delivered were filled with air and deflated half a day later and were in the garbage. They were defective and not even filled with helium. Cheap product and misleading. Custom service would not refund anything and denied despite picture proof with time stamps. Do not order from this company. They should be investigated for scamming customers.
Read the Yelp reviews. This company is a scam. Everyone has the same issue - you get charged, no confirmation email, the flowers never arrive, and you can't get through on customer service to get a refund to cancel. STAY AWAY!

I made an order for flowers and they were delivered late to my friend with a message that said they were from someone we don't know to someone we don't know! Completely ruined my gift! Furthermore I have been in touch with their so-called customer service for several days trying to get a refund. They say they need an order number from me but they never gave me one, something I hadn't noticed at the time. I've seen from other reviews of them that other customers have experienced this. Shame on them for ruining people's special occasions and then stealing our money!

They charged me an astronomical price for flowers and they look like they were purchased at the grocery store. I called the company and sent a picture and they offered me $20.00 off. Don't Order from these folks. Placed an order before 12:00pm on 2/14/2025 and I am still waiting for the flowers. No update on the tracker. Customer service is SCRIPTED and or a BOT. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from these folks. I wish I didn't have to put a star because one is still toooo much.
Placed an oder on Friday for delivery on Saturday. Paid the expedited fees. I followed up several times on Saturday and was told the flowers are being prepared. The tracker for their website does not work. These flowers were sympathy flowers, for my friend. I called and spoke to a person on Saturday evening, I told this man that if these flowers were not delivered but Sunday morning at the latest to cancel the order. He told me he needed 48 hours to get back to me. I followed up again on Sunday to find out where these flowers were. I was advised in the process of being prepared. Told them again to cancel and provide me with a full refund. Finally get a call today (Tuesday) saying they were delivered and they would only refund my expedited fee and a $10 coupon or credit. They said they tried to deli er several times. This is not true, my friend was home both on Saturday and all day Sunday. If they had any issues, they could have contacted me by telephone or email, nothing. To say there service was unacceptable is an understatement.

This website looks legit, but it's not. It's designed to take your money only. When I placed my order, I did not receive a confirmation email. I place an order on 1/29/2025 to be delivered on 2/1/2025. The sent me an email asking for more money because the local florist was out of stock in the very basic flowers I selected. I immediately call the customer service number they provided in the email to explain that the local florist could use the flowers they had on-hand. The customer service person was not engaged in the conversation and I didn't feel confident my message was being received. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited. The delivery date came and went with no flowers delivered; however, my card was charged. I called the customer service number I had and waited 45 minutes to speak with someone, only for them to tell me all the local flower shops were closed and they would send the flowers first thing when they opened. Monday 2/3 came and no flowers. All efforts to communicate were avoided by this company. I realize now they have fake customer service people to help string you along and make it seem like a real service. No flowers were ever delivered. They never sent confirmation of delivery.
