I don't know why I bother with this place. I keep hoping they'll redeem themselves and provide on time deliver, but the never do. Even after paying extra to have items delivered at a specific time, the fail to meet their promised date and time. Always a disappointment with their service.
I sent flowers to my sister for Christmas. They were knocked over in the rain left on her front porch. I wrote to report, and got nowhere. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get help. The most they could refund me was 20%. The flowers were a complete mess! I've never had this issue with any other company.

Last year I learned of Blossom Flowers and for my mother in law's birthday ordered flowers for her in Wallace NC. The order didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to, and I was compensated for the delay in the delivery by receiving a discounted cost for the flowers. Over a year later, I opted to try the company again, except this time is was a fiasco. I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day on 2/13/23 for a 2/14/23 delivery. On Valentine's Day i attempted calling the company at the end of the day, once I knew the flowers likely wouldn't be delivered. I have either called or emailed costumer service for the last five days, and still have not received or resolved the delivery of the flowers, and it's been over 5 days now. To date on 2/19/23, I have no flowers and the money I spent, $119.00+ has still not been refunded. DO NOT USE BLOSSOM FLOWERS. I AM GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT IN THE. DC ATTORNEYS OFFICE IN HOPES THEY WILL BE RESTRICTED FROM DOING BUSINESS IN THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. No one should be treated like this and certainly no one should have to wait for a resolution for in excess of 5 days to settle this matter

This has been by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had! Furthermore the flowers I ordered came extremely late after I was promised on the phone they would be delivered within a 4 hour window. Now my wife was upset and thought I forgot about her on this day. After 7 plus hours of trying to get ahold of someone, arguing with these a$$ clown$. Getting hung up on and disconnected. But if you call the number to place an order they are right there. If you call and ask for a refund you're on hold for close to an hour and then it gets disconnected. I made them earn the over priced flowers. It was almost worth the $200 for me because the entertainment. They ruined my day I took off from work now I'm going to ruin theirs. Upon researching I came across this review page and realized yes way over priced! It's a scam worse than listening to a used car salesman. I don't even think have these women have citizenship. Or they are running a front for a rub and tug massage pallor. ANY ONE WHO READS THIS JUST GO TO THE LOCAL STORE EVEN THE BIG BOX STORES AND BUY THE BEST ONE YOU CAN FIND. You will save yourself $170 and they might last longer too. My order looks like it will die in 2 days. Flowers look like something they picked up at Walmart and put them in a cheep dollar store water pitcher and filled it with toilet water. These have a really funky stench to them. These look nothing like the picture. I am sure these lack of skilled customer service agents get yelled and threatened all the time for ripping off hard working Americans. Such a shame to run a scam like this and get away with it! I think the only reason I got my delivery 7 hours later is because I harassed them for a good part of 8 hours straight. Ruin my day I will ruin yours!

So my boyfriend tried to order an arrangement for me as a gift for my first day back to classes, paid for the expedited shipping and everything. I had NO idea about the gift (keep this in mind) I was told yesterday my "surprise" was coming. NOTHING. So he called and they said it was delayed until today before 6pm. It is 7:21pm as i am writing this. They did not give him a refund for the shipping costs first off. So today, again, nothing is delivered, BUT now it says "hand delivered" like what? I was home all day and nothing came? It wasn't anywhere outside. So my boyfriend calls multiple times and each time it is another excuse. First it is "our delivery driver is not answering" then its "this is a hard job sorry" and on and on and on like what? Keep in mind I still did not know what the gift was, and it was explained to the lady who THEN called me (my boyfriend was talking to her as well) that it was a surprise. SHE THEN CALLS ME AND ASKS ME IF IF I HAD GOTTEN ANY FLOWERS TODAY. Like, really? You can't believe the person who ordered from you? I got the surprise completely ruined, and ZERO flowers came to my house. My boyfriend is doing a chargeback as we speak. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They literally don't know how to run a company. Let these bad reviews speak for themselves.

This company is HORRIBLE. DO NOT get flowers from them. I ordered my flowers early, gave them two working numbers and precise delivery information, and not only did they not provide the arrangement add-ons (I mean, seriously what florist in the US does not keep mylar balloons that say Happy Birthday) that I asked for. They asked for a 'working number' by 'urgent' email, to which I promptly replied and gave them the same numbers I had originally provided. I sent this email twice for good measure. Then my 85 year old terminally ill father had to call the company to ask where the flowers were, from his WORKING phone (the number I had provided) to give them the number I originally gave them (HIS number and the recipient's number), because they said they did not have a working number. THEN they did not even deliver the flowers after these multiple attempts to give them the correct numbers, WHICH they already had been provided on multiple attempts, so the day after the recipient's birthday, I did not need the flowers/chocolates any more so I called to get a refund and they said 'we need to investigate the issue' and hung up on me! SERIOUSLY?!?!? This place is horrible. DO not order from them unless you just want to dump your $100 in the toilet. And no, I cannot post a photo of the arrangement because as I mentioned, it was never received...** Update** after I called them yesterday to cancel the order to get a refund, apparently their 'research' regarding the refund was not research but to call the local florist and have them not only deliver the items after I cancelled but I specifically told them to give the items directly to the recipient because my Dad lives in a building where people steal anything left in a public area. They did receive them but that is actually not good because they were late (after birthday) and the item had been cancelled and a refund requested. I'm sorry the florist screwed up but that is not my problem.

My elderly 82 YO mom tried to call ************* in ******, *****. When she looked up their phone number on her iPhone for ****** Florist, she was deceivingly shown a pop-up phone number of *************. The person on the phone repeatedly told her,when she asked, that they were ****** Florist. In retrospect,they were Blossom Flower Delivery. The person on the phone spoke with a very heavy, possibly, Persian accent.She went ahead and ordered a funeral large spray for my 1st cousin's funeral for ****** to arrive on the 21st of December at 3:00. They called the morning of the 21st to tell her they would have to substitute it for something else; that they did not have the flowers to fulfill the original order. Then they called a few hours later and said they would not be able to deliver it at 3:00; that it would be delivered by 6-8, which was past the service that was to be held between 3:00-6:00 that evening. After multiple calls to the funeral home, they never received the flowers.After multiple phone calls to the "company" to try and get a refund, they would just send you on a constant,never-ending hold loop telling me they would send me to someone that would help me and explain what happened. I was hung up on twice after waiting for no less than 40 minutes each time. The recording while you are on hold says something like this: "You are caller number 23. Your wait time is 15 seconds." It is always 15 seconds no matter what caller number you are. I looked at the reviews after my mother was scammed, and they are TERRIBLE! It is literally one complaint after another, non-ending. Our poor reputable local florists are getting ripped off by this company by intervening their phone number and stating fraudulently that they are the florist you are in fact trying to reach in the first place. They need to be investigated and SHUT DOWN! The reviews are hidden so that poor unsuspecting people are scammed into thinking this is a reputable company. They lie and deceive. I have reported them to the Attorney General, BBB, and other review sites. Everyone needs to stay on this fraudulent "business" to shut them down!

The other reviews are right... This company IS a scam. I placed an order for my neighbor on May 20th. Apparently, when I placed that order, I somehow entered an incorrect address. (Blossom Flower claims I selected the "auto fill" option on my device.) Even if that were the case, and that is what happened, (which is totally on me if I did), I didn't receive a copy of the invoice showing my purchase and the details of my order until a day AFTER the bouquet was supposed to be delivered, which was scheduled for May 22nd, and AFTER I had to email AND place a phone call to Blossom Delivery following up on the order because I didn't know if the order was received or not. (I didn't want to text my neighbor and ask her in case she hadn't received them and ruin the surprise.)
After finally getting someone on the phone, it was only then that Blossom indicated to me that the delivery had been delivered. But when I asked them to confirm the address, it was then that I discovered they had the wrong address all the time. When I asked them how that address was inputted, they claimed it was what they had on file. I asked them to prove it. The invoice I should have received immediately after making the purchase suddenly and magically appeared in my email inbox... 4 days later. When I asked them why I didn't receive this invoice immediately after placing the order on May 20th, all they repeated was "our records show this email was sent to you on May 20th" but they couldn't prove it. Nor would they when I asked them to.
If ALL that isn't bad enough, they offered to do nothing to help rectify the situation. NOTHING at all. As a business owner myself, this absolutely baffles me. This company is a joke and I will NEVER purchase from them again.

This is unacceptable! I used your website because you falsely advertised same day service in Alvin Texas, I was promised same day delivery within 4 hours on Wednesday 11/23! I paid extra for expedited service!
When I purchased said arrangement the delivery date was then changed to Thursday, without my knowledge, permission or asking if me if that was acceptable. Then the date changed to Friday, then Saturday. It is now Sunday. This 88 year old woman, my mother in law has lost her husband the day before Thanksgiving. I have made over 16 calls to your substandard establishment with absolutely no answers or satisfaction.
I have had a plethora of ridiculous excuses, for instance Your team asked me to hold for a minute while they would reach out to your delivery team. That happened 9 times. No one answered I was told I would get a call back with in an hour several times and never ever did. I was told your delivery people were unable to answer the phone because they were too busy. This is not my problem, if you are too busy and can't offer satisfactory service as promised then you should not be over promising and under delivering! Or in the customer service industry at all. This was already a terrible situation losing my father in law and your company has embarrassed me to my family and caused me a lot of unnecessary time & stress!I have no idea why this is taking so long to resolve. I am a Senior Marketing Director for Marriott Hotels International, and frequently have to resolve guest service issues. The customer is always right. Your customer service is disgusting and needs drastic improvement. The last thing I should have to deal with when my father in law has just passed away is my family not receiving the flowers and your complete hoax of customer service. I want a resolution no later than tomorrow morning. My best friend is a successful attorney and if I do not hear back, you will be hearing from her office for location false advertising, unnecessary stress, false service promises, lying, and theft! After further investigation you advertise you're a local florist in Texas, when in reality your office is in Portland!. At this point it's theft. I have given you $126 and no one can tell me where these illusive flowers are. I have received absolutely nothing in return except awful service, total stress and no flowers!

If I could give this "0" stars I would. I'm in the customer service business and have NEVER had this kind of experience. The flowers I ordered for my daughter's birthday were never delivered - only to find out that the yellow tulips weren't even delivered to the "design team" before the day they were to be delivered. I understood and we rescheduled for delivery the NEXT day - a Saturday. I was assured they would be delivered by 1:00 pm. By 9:00 PM they still weren't delivered and an email stated they were looking into the problem. Assured me they would reschedule. Come Sunday, no flowers, no email, no customer service rep answering phones, NADA. I waited until Monday around 4:00 pm and still no flowers and I was put on hold on the phone and was #15 with a "15 second wait." Then the clock ticked and I was #11 with 15 second wait, all the way to #1 with a 15 second wait, REALLY? When I talked to a person I was told they needed to talk to the delivery team. That set me off and I canceled the order and wanted a FULL refund only to be met with the representative telling me they needed 24-48 hours to look into the order. FORGET THAT - the clock started for me last Friday. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company right away. This was an awful experience.
