Do not buy! Was checking a painting that is valued at $******* and they have it for $600
Guess why? It's counterfeit!
Beware!
I spent two days putting in photos and listings they never activated my account
What a waste of time

Bonanza is horrible to sellers. It wasn't always this way, but the past year or two has shown them to be irresponsible, unreasonable and downright thieving. I was a long time, top-rated, trusted seller, with paid membership and money in my shipping fund, One - note that, ONE sale went south with a seller who threatened me, lied to me and sent me back an item that was chewed up by an animal. I offered a partial refund and they just booted me off the site with ZERO explanation. When I inquired they said, and I quote, "Due to security restrictions, our team is unable to provide further details involved with this action. " So that's that. They refuse to respond to further queries. How can a person know how to fix a problem when they don't know what it is? What about my shipping funds sitting in my account? What about sales I'd recently made and any potential issues those buyers may have? Usually there aren't any, but you never know. Now those buyers cannot contact me. In short, Bonanza's business practices have become god-awful, are actually against some fair business practices in the U.S. and they make no move to further discuss an issue. They just ignore you. Strongly urge sellers to avoid this site. They used to be a friendly, fun place with nice management. Now they act like a gestapo-wanna-be. To be so irresponsible, inadequate and unreasonable begs the question, just how old are these people running this site and do they have any experience in business other than bilking sellers out of their money with false promises of traffic if you "just pay for the gold/titan membership..."? Speaking of false promises, they're filled with those, too. They should be charged with false advertisement and their horrible business practices should be looked into by someone who can do something about them.

My product came and was even more awesome than what I thought it was going to be. I ordered from the seller FrogAndBearCreations.
I though I bought a camera from usbargains at Bonanza.com. The vendor took my money and no word yet on the status of my order.

I ordered a mass air flow sensor for a 1994 Nissan hard body truck with a 2.4L engine from PGauto. I visited the site a number of times to make sure the part was the correct one. It arrived, I put it on the truck and the truck would not produce RPMs higher than 2000 RPM and would vary by 200 rpm up then down and so on. Which was the problem with the old MAF, however with the old one the truck would get to 3000 rpm before the up and down of rpm. I broke one of the two sensors so I could not return the product. The folks at bonanza sounded like they would have done that but... the original part was made by Hitachi. The part that did not work was a "replacement" for the Hitachi part. Bottom line it did not work out of the box! The next day I ordered a Hitachi MAF! When it arrived I put it on and no more fluctuating! The only thing I can concluded is either the part from pgauto is defective OR the web page at pgauto says this part is a replacement part for the Hitachi is wrong. Either way I will never order anything through bonanza and certainly not from Pgauto again. The part number from Hitachi is AFH55M10. Pgauto replacement is *******. I just visited their site and it said their part fits 1990 -1996. Cannot be! I should have paid better attention! Poor poor product! I compared the ******* with the AFH55M10. The sensors on the 74 part were black like they had a coating. The AFH sensors were white. The old AFH PART Were black until I cleaned them with MAF cleaner. Then they were white.
I love the product fas shipping, Great prices to I Will order again from Bonanza.com Great costumer service thank you so much :)
Zero traffic on this website for sellers. Have been a member for over a year and have only sold 4 things. I am a Silver Level eBay Powerseller.
I received the message below from Bonanza.com 3 days after I made a purchase online through their website. They informed me that the vendor was suspended from website for violation of user agreement. Where is the due diligence being performed on their vendors before they accept them on their website? It looks like I'm screwed because the vendor has not answered my message to cancel the order and refund me and as Bonanza suggested, I have started a dispute with Paypal, however, it does not look promising that I will get any sort of refund. I am extremely disappointed in Bonanza.com lack of responsibility and procedures in performing their due diligence on prospective vendors. Will never use Bonanza.com again. They owe me the refund. I shouldn't have to chase after the vendor located in Beijing China.
Here's the message from Bonanza.com to me:

They were on ETSY. Com as RareShpping. Total scam. Same items being sold on Bonanza. You will never receive the items you buy!

Is running by arrogant and ignorant people. They have no clue the merchandises and let bully buyers are running the show now.
It's a scam. Sadly I tried it twice and both times no items are being sent out and sellers are uncooperative and non-responsive. SCAM! DO NOT BUY!
Bonanza has great deals on all sorts of unique items. Such as these rare ariocarpus sp. And other fantastic succelents

Answer: Bonanza has an internal customer service department that can be contacted directly at support@bonanza.com, or you can click on the "Contact" link found on the footer of any page on Bonanza.com
Answer: Not fake but not a good site to do business
Answer: Ebay. I always get great customer service from ebay... as a seller. Bonanza provides no customer service; if you have an issue, they just keep sending the same "canned" response over and over... and I had one sale on Bonanza for which they charged me a 17% fee... then they took $25 more out of my bank account... I have addressed both of these issues with Bonanza... Regarding the huge 17% fee... they sent me about seven (7) of the same "canned" response. I wanted a lesser % fee since their website claims they always charge the "lowest fee possible"... just one "canned" response after another... If they would have offered a more reasonable % fee in order to provide me with satisfactory customer service. I would have been satisfied; but they did not... after the seventh "canned" response... I closed my booth... And NOW... EVEN WORSE... they took an additional $25.00 out of my bank account... and for what I have no idea. I called the phone number which was listed with the transaction on my bank account and of course got a recording. I left my information, and it has been four days... and still no response. When you call ebay, you speak to a live person who works to solve your concerns... I HATE BONANZA... and you would think that BONANZA would not want RIDICULOUSLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS... but they do not care. I moved all my ebay items to Bonanza to see if it was a better experience than ebay... ebay's fees are 10%... and they have a much larger shopping audience... and they have real customer service people that you can talk to. Bonanza has a much smaller shopping audience, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and their goal appears to be to charge sellers the most enormous fees that they can get away with. I never get online to post negative reviews... I generally get online to post about great customer service and great products... I like to keep things on the POSITIVE... but this is just not possible with BONANZA... they are like a Phantom Selling Platform... totally disgusted. I will be reporting BONANZA to the BBB and to the US Attorney General's Office. Very disappointing experience.
Answer: Sellers can create and offer coupons with zero limitations ("Sell on Bonanza > Edit booth options > Discounts & Coupons").
Answer: I set up my account with Bonanza and their platform is pretty much the same as setting up an account with eBay, Etsy, Amazon, etc. What problems are you having?
Answer: I have never seen any benefit to paying extra for advertising. Bonanza just doesnt do it like ebay does. Have you ever seen a Bonanza ad on TV? Nope. And therein lies the problem. Nobody will shop there if they havent heard of it. True many sellers are leaving ebay (or sadly being kicked off by the BS) but nearly everyone goes to Bonanza to SELL not to buy.
Answer: Yes and the answer be sure if ya are absent minded of being taken advantage of..
