I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.
Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana
I ordered 3 items from this company. They were allegedly sent in two different packages. One package with two of the three items never arrived. After multiple calls with FedEx, FedEx determined the package had been lost and stated the company should initiate their "lost package procedures" and issue me a refund. The company responded to my initial request for a refund by telling me to "look around the neighborhood" for the package. When I reiterated that FedEx had declared this a lost package and asked to be refunded, they stopped responding to emails. I emailed them 8 times over 3 weeks and have yet to receive a response or a refund. I'm assuming they never actually sent the second package and just used a dummy tracking number. I recommend avoiding this company.
Ordered a jumpsuit for my birthday. The material was so cheap and it was even longer than me like 2 times. And am like 5'7 but it was still lolling on the ground. And can't even think of returning because its expensive like crazy. Will never shop here. Watch out.

First impression? I was so skeptical about online shopping and using the size generator but let me tell you! That tool is my saving grace! Like it's my personal assistant and all the outfits (only the first package out of four hehe) fit PERFECTLY! I've always hated trying things on and hated my body so much. But the sizes and clothes just fit my body and compliment it perfectly! Quality is better than fashion nova, I had pretty low standards but it was surprisingly comfy. Little tip if you're 5'7+ order from their tall collection. Other than that I loved it. Shipping was about $10 and slow but it gets processed quick. They're available through Instagram and reply quick to customer support

I am a very frequent customer. I returned a full parcel over $200 worth of clothing and they claimed it never made it. I printed the return label from there company and they claim to have no knowledge of the shipping information...
I will not be shopping at boohoo again.
This site is disgusting. Ordered a skirt using next day delivery. 9 days later still not been received, sent numerous emails and what a surprise got NO reply to any of them in a week! Their is no number to ring. Eventually used facebook to contact them and was told their was a technical fault meaning my order hadn't reached the warehouse, and also that their having trouble receiving emails at the moment. I was then told that I can get my order reordered and to be " rest assured I wont be charged for this" too right! You should be refunding me -.-
I was charged double of the total price and contacted them immediately, hoping for an immediate refund of the money, but I was very disappointed. At first they said they would get onto it straight away and I was hopeful. It has now been over a month and absolutely nothing has been done... I will never be shopping here again.
Ordered goods that didn't arrive. When I complained Boohoo fraudulently claimed that delivery attempts were made but no-one was home. I know for a fact that's a lie as I'm currently housebound following a car accident.
They are refusing to issue a refund, based on the dishonest assertion that the goods are 'in transit'.
I feel like I have been well and truly scammed by dishonest thieves. I have had to raise a PayPal dispute in an attempt to get my money back.

I usually don't write reviews but this company was definitely worth writing one for. I got my dress within two weeks and it was perfect! Although it was a little big on me, the material was nice and good quality. The delivery was fast, the customer service was amazing, especially when tracking my order. I also had 25% off my order and free shipping. The only problem I had with it was that some lace bits looked like they had been cut off and wasn't sewn properly. I have ordered from this site before and didn't have any problems at all. This company deserves more business. 5/5 marks!
I paid for next day delivery but waiting already 6 days and nothing. They refused to return delivery fee too as they claim that they has made delivery attempt. I'm been siting at home all these days waiting my time for no good reason.

Couldn't cancel an order within minutes of being placed. We thought they'd sent us the wrong size. My daughter then placed another ordering not realizing that they are UK sizes, but there is no number to call. We emailed and they said they couldn't cancel the order. Bad business practice, and very disappointed. Now we'll have to pay shipping on 2 orders to return. Crazy!

I just wanted to update you on my experience with boohoo. As previously stated, my first order arrived on time (next day delivery), but unfortunately I had to send the clothes back. The clothes were of a reasonable quality so no complaints.
I sent the items back yesterday via the post office and I have received an e-mail to say that my refund will be back in my account.
I can honestly say that I have had a very good experience with this company.
I Ordered some clothes in 28th of December. Waited for over 1 month to receive anything and then I contacted them through email. They said the parcel had been lost and most of the items are now out of stock. I told them to send the available items and refund the rest.The refund process was pretty fast which is a
Positive. I waited another 4 weeks hoping I would at least receive my clothes but I lost all hope. When I asked them what the heck is going on, they said once again that "the parcel has been lost on the way to the courier". I waited 2 damn months for NOTHING. Worse experience in my life. Only good thing is that i received the refund within an hour.Other than that, a huge disappointment.

Simply do not order from this site..If you already did the mistake and made an order do not be polite with them..They will leave you waiting days for a respond.Just stand your ground and you will receive your refund.

Sizes are not true to size and material is cheap! They made me pay for shipping back even though I explained that the only reason i was returning was because their sizes weren't accurate. They have terrible customer service!
Please do not buy from this site. There is a reason this lined coat is $40. Look at the crooked topstitching. The two top buttons do not align with the others and actually land right on top of the chest area. When I asked the site to send me a return label at their cost because of the faulty stitching, their answer was to ask me to keep the coat for $5 off. That is not customer service for such poor quality and deceptive sales.
Made the mistake of choosing next day delivery but it's clearly a scam as they charge you £5.99 but use Hermes as couriers who send you an email saying your package will be "delayed".
So it's not next day, will probably have to wait a few days but they've got an extra £6 out of you.
Will never use Boohoo again. Disgusting

I ordered from boohoo for the first time a few weeks ago, despite the reviews. I placed a big order with several items. I was surprised that my order came relatively fast, however when I opened the box only part of my order was in the package. I contacted customer service immediately alerting them of this situation and they responded three days later telling me that there is footage of them putting all of my clothes into the order and therefore they will not send me the items that I am missing. I am super mad because I paid for those items and never received them.

Been waiting on my refund, for almost a month. After reading these reviews, I've noticed people have experienced the same as I have. I purchased my items in November, I had to return 2 of the four items because of fitting. I've emailed them about this several times, & they asked for a receipt from the postal office, I've sent it twice. I've yet to get my refund & it's going on a month.
Paid for Premium delivery which is supposed to ensure free delivery for a year but this is a scam. No reply from customer services on email or any social media platform. Discount offers are also a sham!
The customer service is so bad. They give you manufactured answers and don't try to resolve the problem. My order did not arrive and I've spent 3 weeks with them telling me it's on the way, then it's missing and now I have to continue to wait before they will refund me, I'm sure on that date they will give another excuse. I gave them the option of resending the items, but nope, they would rather have me contact them every 2-3 days to see if it's arrived yet. Beyond ridiculous. There's plenty of online sites that have much better service.
I am highly disappointed with my order! Every single item was incorrect! I order a US size 8 in two pairs of shoes but instead I received a size 6 and a size 7. I ordered a 3 pack of regular belts. No where in the description did it mention that the belts were skinny! I ordered a black long sleeve turtle neck in a US size 8. Instead, I received a size 12, cropped, and 3/4 sleeve turtle neck. That is not what I ordered at all! The two buckle belt appeared to be silver online, but when I received it the belt was silver.
I am extremely upset that they blatantly disregarded my requests that I paid for. This order as a huge inconvenience. I really thought they had trendy, fashionable pieces for a great price. Not the case at all! Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing ANYTHING from BooHoo anymore!
I ordered a pair of joggers and I wore them and placed them in the wash. After one wash they were already pilling. On top of that, they were super thin, and not warm at all. They felt like they were worth one dollar. I emailed customer service and told them I was not satisfied with this product and they simply sent me a link to get rid of the pilling, completely disregarding the fact that I just bought them and they were already pilling. Other companies like lululemon will literally give you a brand new pair of leggings if they are pilling, so it just goes to show you how much boohoo does not care about their customer satisfaction. Truly disappointed because I had high hopes for this online store.
This company is awful I would give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered my clothes over 2 weeks ago and they gave me one update on it exactly one week ago that it was "shipped". I am switching adressss in 2 days and shipping said it would take no more than a week. They have not replied to my angry email so I decided to give them a $#*!ty review on here. I will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone. They are disorganized and not worth it if you want to receive your clothes within the next year.
