I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.
Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana
Don´t buy anything on this site... you order site 8 they send you size 10... and then when u send the item back the ask you to buy the posting slip 5 euros and they tell paypal you have never sent it back.
They wait till last day so telling you that you have to wait 28 days for the payment to be processed... they tell you that they processed the payment back to your paypal and you will have it in 24 hours and i am still waiting... Horrible experience

I ordered for the first time form Boohoo and am very disappointed. First I paid for fast shipping and it was late, this is most likely post office error however.
The skirt I ordered was the wrong item inside. The shirt I ordered when I opened the package reeked like perfume and when I put it on it is obvious it was worn, washed, and shrunk then sent to me. The sleeves were so short and it was shrunk up in the body but very wide in the torso. This really gross me out, the smell especially!
I have started a return which I have to pay 15$ for. Not to impressed!

Great quality material my dress was awesome & my two piece suit says white but it was more of an ivory. I still enjoyed my birthday pics l paid for express on one outfit & they came like a day apart so I wouldnt recommend express. Eveything was great Thanks Boohoo

I reviewed Boohoo and was highly upset over the delay of my package. It arrived today, a little over a week and a half of when it was expected to arrive, and while the wait was not enjoyable, the shoes are absolutely wonderful. Bought a pair of Chelsea boots and they're gorgeous, comfortable and everything I could want. If you don't mind playing a waiting game with the company, the quality for shoes at least is definitely there.
One thing: DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered a dress on a next day delivery but haven't received anything and you can't get any support as customer service is not helping at all. My bank account has been charged of course. This has been done quickly! It is simply theft! I will definitely report them as it is simply not acceptable. They gave me a tracking number that is not working. I am even wondering if they actually sent anything.
Also, you can't call them, you can contact them only by email, facebook or twitter wich is also unacceptable. How is that allowed? They dont reply or when they do, it is to tell you to send a private message even when you have already done it 2, 3, 4 times and didn't get any reply!
I will definitely report them and even use the Ombudsman association if I have to.
I am beyond disgusted from this website. It is NOT trustworthy to shop here. Don't believe me? Go to their website and see for yourself. They advertise that "they pay for duties and taxes" and that there "will be no surprise charges". However, I am being SLAMMED with duties and taxes (I live in Canada). I am beyond livid because that is the whole purpose I shopped there, and spent over $100 which isn't pretty with taxes and duties. Under their terms and conditions it says that the customer is responsible for duties and taxes. So how come they are advertising that THEY pay for them? Who runs a business like this?! Their customer service is horrible as well, I have sent 5 e-mails regarding my purchase and have not had one back in at least 2 weeks. I feel like I'm being scammed. I hate boohoo.
Abysmal service. Late deliveries. Rude staff. A CEO who can't be bothered to acknowledge emails with a resolution. No customer care whatsoever. I sent my items right back without bothering to open the package due to the poor service I received from them when I wanted an item for my birthday and paid extra for this. Their website allowed me to book the day I wanted the item to arrive, to only be told later it would arrive late - so why did the website give the option for this and it wasn't mention in the Covid-19 banner that there would be a delay! I will never shop there again - this is further reinforced by the cold emails I keep getting from them that don't look at what I've communicated!
My sister has been ordering from them for a while now- i ordered almost 100.00 worth clothes and noticed that there was something not accurate for my shipping info- i have tried contacting customer service and no one has responded. Returned items over 2 months ago, no refunds no emails to say they received my items when i question they said they got them, refunds not processed. Then told refunds processed 5 days later no money, again i contacted said failed again another 5 days got in contact said they had to be manually put through expect 24-48 hours asking if i have open disputes when i clearly started i didn't and yet again nothing, legal action will be taken!
I would like to start off by saying I was very excited to order from this new website I found. After adding all items to my cart i saw i could checkout using klarna which was even more exciting! ( buy now pay later. 4 equal payments! Its awesome) so as I went to checkout I ended up clicking on paypal by mistake and placed my order. I immediately realized I needed to cancel this order so I could pay using klarna, only to find there is no customer service phone number, only an email address. So I immediately emailed them in to which hours later I received a response saying they located my order but there was nothing they could do for me. I have never ordered anything online that I could not cancel within seconds of placing the order. Never again will I order from this company.
Returned a dress that my wife ordered but was too big, done within less than a week but Boohoo have refused to issue refund. Parcel tracking says its been picked up by Evri but is stuck in transit...

Probably one of the worst retailers I've dealt with online. I returned a pair of pants that didn't fit well and after waiting for almost a month for the return amount to show on my bank account I emailed customer service. They inform me the item was never received and I needed the proof of purchase for the return. I didn't have it, because it had been so long ago. The mystery remains as to where the return went and why they can't track the return postage. Horrible customer sevice, sub par quality and unprofessional business. I have never had a lost return and am pretty sure they kept the item and screwed me out of $30. Will NEVER purchase from this company again!
Boohoo's customer service is really accurate and helpful. They helped me resolve the problems I had with my purchase and replied very fast.
For me, I had two missing items for my second bag and contacted them. I ordered since the end of March and they told me to wait until April 16th but it never came home. I'm assuming it felt off the wagon or they just forgot to put it in my bag because they were very little ( it was just an eyeliner and a mirror). I didn't really like my second parcel bag that carried my stuffs because it looked old and torn. However, the clothes are really nice and came with the correct size, except my shoes (not the right size). My parcels came on time and everything was lovely! I would definitely recommend boohoo (do not get mad when you have items missing and be easygoing).

These lace up ankle boots lived their life for 2 weeks only and then the soles decided to snap in the middle. The quality is appalling, I did not expect for the boots to come apart after 2 weeks of wearing them. Absolutely gutted I spent so much money on the pair of boots made of cardboard!

I ordered 7 items from Boohoo and they sent all wrong sizes. Size 24 and 26 and I ordered a 18. I should have known because ot took 4 months to get them. This order is a mess and I will never purchse from them again. I guess they sent me whatever was left in the stockroom.

Well, the website products and the prices looks very pretty and reasonable, but don't expect to receive your parcel! I made an order on October, and i have not received my items yet! BooHoo sells cheap clothing at a cheap price. That would be alright if they didn't have such lousy customer service. If you order from them, be prepared to be one big unhappy customer. To prove it, try and find a contact phone number so you can call them. They have so many problems, they can't handle the calls so they don't give out a number.
Ordered 6 items and not one of them fit. Tags marked US Size 14...they were more like a size 10. My entire wardrobe are size 14 and these didn't come close. Clearly most of them, if not all, were manufactured in Asia/China and are not true to US sizes. The styles are very modern but if they don't fit.....

I am really disappointed. I have been buying from Boohoo for years, but recently they have really dropped the ball.
I sent a return which was received on July 10th at their local returns depot, and I am still waiting for a refund almost 60 days later, after about 11 emails and multiple Facebook messages. I have provided proof of delivery, including a signature and name of the person who signed for the package, but they continuously tell me they don't have the items and they are looking into it. FOR 60 DAYS!
I will be reporting them to VISA for breach of their own returns policy, and advise you all do the same if faced with similar circumstances.
