I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.
Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana
I ordered a big order so they had to split it into two orders. Not only was most my items damages. I had to pay import fees that they should of covered. They said to send the receipt and they will send me my money back I have been email them for over a month and every time its someone new telling me the same thing as before no one will help me get my money back. It has been over 2 months. They send me $5.38 it should of been $53.80. I cant get my remaining amount from them because they don't understand. I've sent proof and everything.
Such a horrible place to buy, i returned my one item and keep waiting onto my refund from more than 1 and half month, before they use to reply "Sorry about it we will make sure with certain date that you receive your refund so keep an eye on it" now from 2 weeks they mentioned we transferred your case to specialised team they will get in touch on certain date and no response. Now they keep emailing me to look for my junk/spam they will get in touch i sent them in total 16 emails and still nothing in terms of refund it's scam they don't refund you at all

I had very low expectations based on the reviews I read on this site, but they had a dress that looked exactly like what I wanted and at less than $30 it seemed worth the risk. I'm so glad I went for it! I followed their size guide and the fit was perfect, it feels well made and the fabric is good quality. This is my first experience with them so maybe I just got lucky, but I'm very happy with it!

Pity there isn't a zero star rating choice. I paid for expediting shipping(2/3 business days) to ensure that I received my package in a timely manor so after a week, I reached out to boohoo asking for the status on my package. They told me that if I didn't receive the package by 11/11 to reach back out. On 11/11 I let them know that I still had not received my package... I decided to call Fedex myself and was informed that boohoo forgot to include a certificate that is required by the fda which resulted in my package being held for over a week at a Fedex location in Memphis. They also tried reaching boohoo several times and were unsuccessful... still have no word on my package nor heard back boohoo... going on day 11.

Placed an order for a few pairs of shoes, all the correct size. US 8. However once the invoice was sent, 2 pairs of shoes were listed as the incorrect US size. Believing I made a mistake I bought 2 more, in the correct size, however the SAME thing happened once again and they're listed as the incorrect US size 6. Even though this is Boohoo's error, they refuse to cancel the order or waive the return fee. I can't wait until this company crashes and burns. They already seem to have issues with their IT department

Ordered to pairs of tall cut boyfriend jeans size EU 34 and 36. The site stated that the model had size 38. The packaged contained 2 pairs of remarked jeans that where another model and both measured in as a size 40 instead. Shipping back is not covered by boohoo. Site is in Swedish( when in Sweden) but shipping is actually to the UK thus sending them back would cost me more than the pairs cost. Please stay away from boohoo as they are a fraud.
I returned 3 dresses and received only $56.00 of what was supposed to be a refund 110.00 after logging 6 email requests customer service says i have been correctly refunded guess that cant be bothered checking the info
This company is obviously disorganized. You pay extra money for shipping and it never gets to your location on time. I have received orders from China in 2 days yet this place takes forever. Please avoid.
I paid for expedited shipping. I have yet to receive any portion of my order and it's past the promised delivery date. Customer service reps are rude, argumentative, condescending, and do not respond directly to questions asked. Terrible company. Big F in rating.
What has happened? Size 12 (uk) dress just about fit my size 4 daughter same with tops! Not good for any woman's self esteem they are obviously cutting the material in half and charging same price, I used to spend a lot on boohoo now I don't buy anything, you can't trust the sizing
Customer service is absolutely horrendous. I originally contacted them on the 25th June with an issue that I'm having with a gift voucher. I was asked to wait 48 hours but did not hear anything back. I've contacted them a further 3 times and each time I'm either told to wait another 48 hours or, more recently, to "extend your patience and allow longer for the relevant team to send the resolution for you"…. That was almost a week ago. I've just accepted that I've lost my money and to no longer shop at BooHoo (not that they would be phased by this as losing out on the business of one person really doesn't make any difference to such a big company). Please may this be a warning to other shoppers.
Have purchased from them many times and have always been pleased. Most items have arrived earlier than expected. One package was about a week late once, but no big deal. Quality isn't amazing on all items but given the low prices, I would say it is value for money. Highly recommend.
First of all my order came later than told. I had to send something back so I did that the same day. I wish I had read the reviews of this site before ordering. It has been 3 weeks since I sent my return and I have heard NOTHING. I was supposed to get a confirmation mail if the returns arrived after 7 days, never got it. It also said to wait 3-5 working days for you're refund. Well I still haven't gotten anything. I contacted them on twitter and they're saying they don't have it yet, even though I have proof it arrived at their Dutch warehouse. Such bs. I've sent mails and all I get are automated mails; '' We'll get in touch with you in 24 hours''. I'm never shopping at Boohoo again!

After seeing a boohoo commercial on tv in 2014 I decided to take a look at their site and order a few items. Since then I've ordered about 8 more times. I think their clothing is affordable and of good quality. Packages always came in on time (7-10 working days), except for once, but that was around Christmas. I've never had any problems with returning an order or their customer service.
Supposedly the dresses pictured are the same color and studio lights are the cause for "slight" color variation. Boohoo has no problem with false advertising and then acting unaccountable.
It's now at my expense to return items that were falsely advertised AND incorrect non-subjective sizes. "Fuller Bust" bikinis, even ordered in your bra size will likely be incorrect as they clearly aren't actual bra sized bikini tops.
I spent $15 and some change for expedited shipping and not even half my order came in the given time frame.

I wouldn't bother but at the very least, paying for expedited shipping isn't worth it.
I have been buying from boohoo now for over a year, each month. Their clothing is true to size and quality is on par with pricing if not better sometimes. I was surprised to see the negative reviews as I have only ever had positive experiences with this company. I live in Canada and it never takes longer than 5 days for shipping. All items are super easily tracked. I have only had to return one item before and it was extremely straight forward. I even wrote to them by email once telling them how impressed I was and got 40% off my next order. I'd say that was good customer service. Love boohoo!
Was so worried about buying online after reading so many bad reviews but my experience with boohoo has been perfect! I ordered last Wednesday and my order arrived this morning all in very good condition. All my questions asked trough their facebook page were answered very quickly. Would definitely shop here again and recommend to anyone!
3 orders in the last month getting ready to go on holiday, first wrong size sent, you then have to go out of your way to return which is difficult when working 12-15 hour shifts. Second (you couldn't write it) same issue wrong size sent! Third hasn't turned up and am now being told I have to wait two weeks before they will do anything (this falls after I leave for my holiday) even though it was bought on next day delivery. They tried blaming the courier saying they're busy but said courier turned up today with a parcel purchased yesterday so it's clearly not a courier issue. When complained about I was instructed they do not have a complaints procedure. I would definitely advise steering clear

I purchased a gift voucher on the 8 December 2016. My daughter went to use the voucher but it didn't work. After days of giving me the run around Boohoo finally admitted that it had been activated so said they would refund my money in 5 working days. I have given then my bank details and transaction details 4 times they keep asking for the same info. Now they are not returning my emails. Beware of Boohoo gift vouchers especially if you don't live in the UK. Boohoo has a terrible customer service and having to wait 24-48 hour for a response to each email doesn't help. Why are they so hidden away no phone number no live chat know other emails or ways of contacting them!
This is the worst experience ever! Clothes are cheaply made that I had to return everything. A few months later, I still haven't received my refund. I'm out about 125.00 from this scam of a site. Never again!
Ordered items in 4th Dec paid for next day delivery. Dispatched and now with courier but no delivery or update on tracking. No help from customer service just being told to wait which is outrageous as should have had it following day as paid for this. I urge everyone please report this company to anyone you can e. G trading standards, consumer ombudsman and let's show this company that how they treat customers is unacceptable.
I ordered two items this past Saturday (8/27) with the three business day shipping. It still hasn't arrived. According to the BS tracking service provided on the website, it was supposed to arrive today. It's not here and last time I checked, my package was 1,000+ miles away in New York. Please don't allow your customers to pay extra for shipping when you know you're not going to be able to deliver it by that time. I contacted customer service, now let's see how this goes. Stop ripping your customers off! I feel very exploited.
I went ahead and ordered from this site despite reading some of the bad reviews and now I regret it. I had ordered on Feb 3 and it is almost 45 days over and I haven't received my order yet. I sent multiple emails tracking my order status with them and they asked me to follow up with local usps after the order reached usa. USPS claims that they cant find my package. I am so disappointed because I was impressed by collection of clothes and affordable prices. But their delivery service is just beyond lousy and the worst part is you can only communicate with them via emails. You can't call and get your answers right away. Dont fall for this like the way I did. :(
I've made 3 large orders with this website. The clothes are inexpensive and trendy, similar to Forever 21. I have been semi happy with the items for the prices. They also do size lines in tall/petite/ maternity. If you're looking for fun vacation clothes or festival clothes, this is my new favourite, but its a shot in the dark if you get something cute or incredibly $#*!ty. Their site is a weird one where everything is always 40-50% off, so never buy things in a rare time this sale isn't happening. Also bonus points for this store because their customer service actually replies to you and they were helpful. I'm a 4/6 and I find their size a tiny bit small, so I order size 6 and it's great.
Terrible customer service - no number to call. The standard delivery may take up to 10 days which in my opinion is ridiculous. No company I know has rules and delivery times like this. Make sure you order right items as you cannot cancel or change it at any point even if your order hasn't been dispatched yet and there is still 9 days till your expected delivery date.
