“Orders to Ontario Canada have been fine”

I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.

Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana

At first I was scared to order from boohoo because of the bad reviews but I did anyway with my hopes high. On my order the sizes changed to U. K so I thought they were going to send the wrong size I dm'd boohoo on twitter and they helped me. The sizes convert because it is a U. K. based store, but when my items got to me it was the correct US size I order on November 9th, 2016 & my order came November 15th, 2016, so in total it took 4 business days, I opened my items and it LOOKS exactly like the picture, my set fit me like a glove and the color was spot on it doesn't feel like cheap material at all. I spend $25.50 and the original prices was $52.50. I'm satisfied with my items I will be ordering again. For those of you who are having trouble please beware that in the confirmation email the sizes convert to U. K. but you will receive your correct US size. You have to be patient with this site if your shopping for an special occasion try to order in advance maybe a month or 3 weeks so your not stuck waiting for your items, my order came fast. Be careful at what material you order as well, stay away from cheap material that may arrive see through you have to be smart when ordering from them. But I will be ordering again I'm not sure why orders have issues, patience is key order in advance and be smart. Love my co ord set looks very expensive. Wish you guys the best this is my honest review. Good luck

Wow. Thanks a lot for taking my money and then telling me afterwards that you don't have the dress in stock. Even after you have claimed to have shipped it. Thanks a lot. Please refund me my $$ ASAP.

Absolute rubbish, I tried to return items and they would not return will not order from here again and do not recommend. Bad customer service, you are talking to a robot in the customer service team

I am so mad. I ordered and paid for 4 things, I was very excited for them to come. Only ONE out of four came. ONE. I emailed them, and never heard anything back. Awful service

Items that I did receive was poor quality. One was faulty. Their virtual assistant is a pain. I'm currently dealing with them on my missing items. I wouldn't order from them again

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! FRAUD ALERT! I repeat FRAUD ALERT! Ordered boots from them and realized I ordered the wrong size. Returned the boots the same day that I recieved them and I haven't heard anything back since. THAT WAS IN APRIL. Their customer service is a joke and there's no number to call to talk to an actual person. The quality isn't that great to begin with. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. There are many other honest company's out there... this is not one of them.

I ordered clothes almost 3 weeks ago and never received my items. According to fed-ex the package was empty which honestly is difficult for me to believe. I will never order from this site again. It's just wasted money and time. The reason they don't have a telephone number must be b/c of the amount of complaints they would receive. Lol...
EDIT: Prior to this review, speaking with fed-ex and finding out my items weren't coming, I ordered from the site again. The difference between the orders are, I used Klarna for the first order and paid the total amount for the second order. Received all of my items with the second order. Use Klarna at your own risk. Sticking with the 1 star rating because I never heard from Boohoo via email regarding the first order. That's bad business.

EDIT 6/18/2020: Reached out to BooHoo via instagram and left comments about not receiving my items. A representative reached out, looked up my account and gave me a refund. Changing the rating because they rectified the situation and I received my second order.

Returns are NOT FREE and there is no phone number to call them. There's a virtual assistant with chat that keeps saying you will be connected to an agent but you never so!

Horrible. Order confirmed initially e-mail and then without notice order cancelled by Boohoo 2 and a half weeks later without any other communication or notice. Stay away.

Got a shirt which was not the same colour and the size did not fit me and now when I return it, they have charged me for the return and did not pay the full amount. THE WORST ONLINE STORE YOU CAN POSSIBLY FIND. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Glad I always read reviews before ordering from any website. Always do your due diligence before ordering from any sight that's not recognizable. Guess they won't be getting my money.

I have been ordering from Boohoo.com for over a year now. I have not had any problems until the last few months. The shipping times take forever and most of the time it goes over the 8-10 day time frame they give. The tracking numbers that they give randomly stop working and you are unable to track your package. I ordered 7 items as Christmas gifts from them on Black Friday. I received the package 13 days later and there was only one small package which I found weird for 7 items. 4 of my items were missing from my order. When I contacted them over twitter because that is the only way to contact them other than FB or email they took 3 days to respond to me. After sending them 4 direct messages I got a response saying they would resend my items at express delivery. I was happy with that because the items would come before Christmas. That was on December 13. The estimated delivery date for express delivery was December 20. A whole week for express delivery?! Ridiculous. December 20th came and nothing so I messaged them again. I got a reply at 3 a. M from someone saying "Hey! Unfortunately the packaging on the reorder became damaged and had to be returned to us, once a replacement is sent out we are unable to replace it again". How crazy if I never messaged them no one would have contacted me to let me know my package was never going to come. Now a couple days before Christmas I have to go out and get replacement gifts for the 4 I ordered from them over a month ago. I am horrified by their customer service and will never order from them again.

My friend ordered from Boohoo so naturally I thought it would be fine. Number of issues came up, like products being listed at for example, $8 but showing up in my cart as twice that amount even after using all the proper sale codes. They also have a timer on the website sales, urging you to finish and checkout before the timer ends but the timer literally restarts everytime.

The worst part is that I input my delivery address and my billing address, which are different as I am away at college. When they sent me a confirmation email, the two addresses had been switched... Which doesn't even make sense that I had input them improperly and switched them myself, as my credit card would not have gone through if I had put my delivery address as my billing one. So the business itself mixed the addresses up. Upon emailing them, they lied to me and told me it was going to the right address despite me repeatedly emphasizing it needs to be delivered to the CA address, NOT the MA one. Upon checking the tracking, it said it was still going to MA. They refuse to do anything about something that is completely of their own fault, and this business needs to be reported to the better business bureau. This is honestly ridiculous, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BOOHOO. They follow incredibly malicious business practices.

Order these items, payed €7.99 for express delivery that was 2 weeks ago, express delivery was 2_3 days still nothing, emails send everything cost me €25 will never order for these again

This set don't even match at all delivery sucks
On the grey set the neck part the shirt thick & it's looks cheap the nude set the top is lighter than bottom

This is the worst quality clothing the sizes that were sent to me are NOT THE SIZES THAT I ORDERED I ordered certain sizes they sent me completely different sizes in EVERYTHING I paid express shipping first order got here way late and they want 4 damn dollars for me to return

I ordered from them twice and both times were really bad. The first time I ordered, the set I got came with a broken strap for the shirt so I couldn't even wear it. I only shopped from there for this set in the first place and I have nothing to go with the skirt now. They said they could only refund me half the set and wouldn't just send a new top. The second time I ordered from them I decided to get the same set just in a different color since the other one I got was sold out now. I didn't think it was too big of a deal since most of their clothes are pretty cheap (even though it's $10 shipping every time I order since I'm from the US). When this set came in I didn't even get a skirt to go with the top at all. I emailed and they said they could refund me 50% yet again. Annoying considering I can't wear half a set and now basically got nothing for what I paid. Another thing, and probably the most IMPORTANT is right after I ordered from them the last time I had fraudulent charge on my debit card from the UK. They were the only site I ordered from within the time period so it was 100% from them. Stay away, it's not worth it! (Side note: I've never had to write a bad review in my life. That's how you know this has to be bad)

I PICKED UP MY ORDER TODAY & I HAD THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT. THIS COMPANY IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL & FAULTY! THE SHOE BOXES WERE BEATEN UP & BOTH PAIR OF SHOES WERE THE WRONG SIZE. I HAD PLACED THE ORDER FOR A SIZE 71/2 & RECEIVED BOTH PAIRS ON A SIZE 5! THINGS ARE SMALLER & WRONG SIZES. THE BACK PACK LOOKED BIGGER ONLINE, BUT ALOT SMALLER ON THE ACTUAL SIZE. I RETURNED EVERYTHING IMMEDIATELY! ON TOP OF THAT I HAD TO PAY A $27 RETURN FEE. THIS IS VERY RIDICULOUS! I'M REALLY UPSET WON'T BUY AGAIN FROM BOOHOO! I SPEND $72 DOLLAR MIND IT THIS WAS THE FIRST PURCHASE I'VE MADE, BUT SURE THING THE LAST TIME I WILL ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOU GUYS! I'M REALLY UPSET WON'T BUY AGAIN FROM BOOHOO!

First and last time ordering thru BooHoo. Today makes an official 2 weeks since placing my order. Although I live in Alaska we are a part of the United States, we have zip codes, so I'm unsure why BooHoo would not just utilize USPS who consistently ships and delivers items within 3-5 days. (I order from clothing boutiques on the East Coast ALL THE TIME and consistently in 3-5 business days my things are delivered). My entire order was to be worn this Friday for my husbands Christmas party. Looks like I'll need to spend additional $$$ to find a Plan B. For whatever reason BooHoo utilizes a shipping partner who is slower than molasses! My items sat in Inidiana for nearly a week. Today, they've barely left Nevada. I tried to stay positive but I'm certain my parcel will not arrive on time. It definitely didn't arrive within the 7 business days BooHoo said it would. I'm giving 2 stars because my shopping experience was great, I was able to take advantage of the 50% off pre-Thanksgiving sale. I did try emailing customer service this past Monday morning. I was given an automated response letting me know they'd get back to me within 48hrs. Just like the 7 day delivery time, 48hrs has come and gone. I won't even try to go thru the return process once my parcel actually comes. If I can't depend on this company to do what they say, I certainly won't depend on them to give me a refund. "BooHoo" is right, sad!
