I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.

Wife ordered a dress from this website for a wedding. No dress came tracking said it was delivered we where home all day when it said delivered. Was a hastel to get our money back. I believe this is a regular thing for them. To detour you for trying to get your money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM!
- I had an Order No. ******* with 7 items that was ordered and was supposed to reach in April.
- From the tracking service, I noticed that the parcel reached my country but was returned to the sender due to an invalid address. I had provided a complete delivery address.
- Through enquiry from my local postal service, the package label by BooHoo had omitted an address detail which caused the package to be sent back.
- After multiple frustrating emails with different BooHoo customer service staff, 3 of the original 7 items were shipped out again to me and the cost of the remainder 4 items refunded to me.
- The 3 items re-shipped to me STILL had an incomplete delivery address even though Saqib from Customer Service had confirmed my FULL delivery address via email.
- When I communicated this to Customer Service, a different person replied, completely ignoring the issues I had highlighted and my request for a refund, and said the items have reached Singapore and should be reaching me.
VERDICT: Do not order from this site. You may have had numerous successful orders without a hitch, but it's a matter of time before things go awry.
I will never order from here again, nothing to do with Boohoo, but because of the fact they have hermes deliver their parcels. If they had a reliable company like DHL or DPD i would order from here.
I PLACE AN ORDER AND WROTE MY CORRECT ADDRESS and when I FINALIZED I SAW THAT MY ADDRESS WAS CHANGED TO 2 houses after mine. I emailed them before getting it shipped and they told me they can't changed the address. When the item was delivered to my neighbors I told them I want a refund because I never got the items and the neighbors lied that they didn't get it. Bohoo told me THIS IS not their fault. I spend $80 and never got my refund for THEIR MISTAKE. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I ordered from them on February 16th, 2023 and have not received my products. The dispatchers informed they could not locate my package. I paid $300 dollars and now am completely robbed.
I ordered three dresses at the beginning of May, and the quality was absolutely awful-- the fabrics felt like sandpaper and plastic, one dress was completely see-through, and the sizing information provided was completely inaccurate. I ordered based on my measurements and received garments that were completely unrelated to the numbers they advertised. Not one of these dresses fit correctly and were off by several inches. I couldn't even tell you they run big or small because each garment and point of measurement was completely random.
Normally if something is low quality and doesn't fit, you can at least return it and move on with your life, but I haven't had that option due to Boohoo's customer service being just as awful and chaotic as its products.
They received my return shipment WEEKS ago and refuse to return my money even though I've provided proof of shipping (more than $18 at my expense) and delivery. They refuse to even look into the fate of my shipment, simply sending me the same rude form letter over and over again telling me to wait. I have BEEN waiting. It is nearly July. This is ridiculous.
I should have just filed a claim for defective/not as described merchandise. I would have had grounds, given the horrendous quality and wildly misrepresented sizing, and I would have had my money back right away without losing almost $20 out of pocket sending this garbage back.

Absolute worse service I've ever had! Package super late, supposed to get to me days before I left, even paid for the expedited shipping. But got it literally hours before i was heading out of town (for which i needed my items for grad pictures). I ordered 6 items and got 3. NONE OF WHICH WERE ITEMS I ORDERED! Not even as much as right items wrong size/color. They were completely wrong. Cant talk with customer service on phone. Only what's app or email which makes it that much harder for faster responses. But, while they communicated with me, did nothing for the fact that the item was sent off late, and nothing for this mix up. Only offered refund (which is standard considering you can get full refund for returns anyway), and free return shipping (which no sh** bc I'm not paying to return items that aren't mine) said they would send my things but, can't get it to me when i need it and my guess is it would take forever anyway. Absolutely terrible! I know things are difficult with covid but come on! This has always been a online shop so there really isn't an excuse for this!
After ordering I tried tracking my package and my tracking number didn't exist. I contacted them and they contacted me back sayinggive them 48 hours to contact me and give 4 days after their delivery expectancy. I did as they said. My order came the morning after the USPS delivery expectancy. The number that was non-existing was the USPS tracking number which they didn't have my package at the time is why it didn't exist and why we had two tracking numbers. It transitions from one to the other once your package has reached USPS. Other than the late delivery, I LOVE MY ITEMS AND WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN
I ordered something from the website on Black Friday. I received a tracking number from them a week later. The tracking number said my package was delivered either at the club house or my house. TELL ME WHY THE TRACKING NUMBER WAS SAYING I ORDERED BACK IN JULY. This is impossible since I ordered in November. I messaged them and they tell me twice that they aren't going to do a refund and I have to re order. So I proceeded to explain and attach pictures of my order to show the date I ordered my package. I receive another message from them saying it was delivered but I have not received it yet. They tell me they aren't going to send me out my package again. I will have to reorder, I will only receive a refund if I agree to the 6 terms and conditions. Which is the police coming to my house to see if I received my package, I can be prosecuted if I'm lying, I have to tell them when I get the package. This is sad, ridiculous, and unprofessional on boohoo.

As a first time customer of this site, i must say that i am very disappointed and displeased with the service that i have received thus far. I placed an order for 12 pieces of items amounting to USD $137.19 on the 28th of November, 2016. Tracking my order from the royal mail site, it said that the items left the royal post office on the 5th of December, 2016 and was handed over to the international mail service. I know it would take about 14 business days for my items to arrive in the United States of america at this address ( 4411 NW 74th Avenue, Miami FL ******* United States) TODAY IS NOW THE 20th of December and i am yet to receive my items or even hear anything from this site. I am so very disappointed, for i was hoping to have already gotten my items before Christmas. Please i would really appreciate some assistance regarding my matter.

I've ordered from boohoo in the past without expiditied shipping and I thought I would get my package within a week but I didn't get it til two weeks or so after so I couldn't use what I wanted for going out.
This time I gave it another try really pretty off the shoulder body con dress. I expedited it 15 dollars and it came exactly two days after I ordered it which is great I can wear it for my baby shower! It was just like the photo and the fabric in my opinion wasn't bad at all. Especially for 20 dollars (originally 40 but 50% off) I wouldn't think something from UK would actually make it to Brooklyn so fast but it did. So I can't complain or agree with everyone else who has been writing these painful reviews (I know not everyone's situation is the same so I feel for you ladies/men) but my experience was a great one.
The only reason why I wouldn't give 5 stars is just because my dress came very freaking dirty it looked as if it was ran over or something all over the front and back, but I'm gonna try to take it to the cleaners see what they can do hopefully the dirty runs come out cause the dress is beautiful.
I just did a review on Boohoo, I gave Boohoo 5 stars but I wasn't aware those stars were for Boohoo I thought I was being asked to rate the sitejabber site, I was giving them 5 stars for having such a site. NO, Boohoo can never receive 5 stars from me, they don't even receive any stars as far as I'm concern.

I ordered 2 bathing suits in June 2020 it took several weeks to receive even thought i kept getting my receiving date pushed. I finally received my order and was so excited to get my 2 bathing suits for a mini vacation that i was leaving for in 2 days. What I received was 1 very tiny grey sweatshirt. Never ordered a sweatshirt. I emailed the cs department and they emailed me back with a template email, which each email you send they say takes 24-48hrs to process lets just say almost 10 emails were exchanged and finally the very last one gave me the label to return the sweatshirt(which I did) after having to send them 3 different emails with pictures as proof to them as they requested. I never received what I ordered all I received was a notification that my credit card was being credited for $28.00 when I spent almost $40.00 they will not refund shipping. On top of that I had to purchase a return bag at the post office because the bag it was shipped in was so thin that it was taped like 4 times and could not be salvaged. So with the bag that I purchased to return the material $2.95 plus $12.00 for shipping and other taxes and cost they got me for $$14.95 and I never got anything in return but a headache from the bull that you have to go through. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM!
I sent a package pack to the return address on Dec 27th - it was received at that address on Dec 29th yet I have heard nothing about my refund! Not to mention I placed my order on Nivember 28th and didn't get it until Dec 23rd!
Today is 12-21-16. I'm having the same exact issue as everyone else. For starters, I ordered an item and it was the wrong size so I shipped it back on December 6th. On the same day I went back to the site and ordered the correct size. The tracking number shows that the item I returned had been received by one of their agents two days later on December 8th. However my return has not been processed nor have I been refunded for the original order. Meanwhile I still have not received the second order with the correct sized item. I received emails last week telling me that my item has been shipped and that I should expect it on December 14th. It never came. The tracking information isn't telling me anything. I sent an email 3 days ago and still haven't received a response. Between these two orders that I have made, this is my first time doing business with this company and will definitely be my last. If I don't hear something soon, I will be forced to do chargebacks with my bank regarding both orders.
Firstly, there was no return label and NO invoice in the package. When checking out as guest you do not get sent an email. So be warned, if you want proof you've ordered and an order number you won't get it checking out as guest unless you pay via PayPal. I was lucky I paid via PayPal as this was my only source for an order number when I 'tried' to return something. The return link on the website took me to a closed URL. Further poking about their website I finally found a link that worked to generate a return. BUT clicking on the returns link a warning comes up that you are going to an unsecure website. This is EXTREMELY SUS that you are on an unsecured site to have to process your return. I continue to the site though as I want my money back. My order pops up when I enter the order number that I only have because I paid via PayPal. However none of the items have a price showing what I paid. I continue and select the item I want go return. It asks where I want to drop off the item I select Aus Post. Takes me to another page and asks for credit card details... On an unsecured site! Wants me to put in my card details to charge me $15.00 for postage! To return something that would cost $7.00 at the most. So Now I'm not returning this very poor quality item as it will cost half what I paid for it. Into the ragbag it goes. I will NEVER buy from Boohoo again. The lack of return label and order details is very telling of their scruples.
I never had problems with them before but this time my delivery never came. I ordered some dresses for my cousin's wedding and ordered them over a week in advance. When they had no arrived I had to chase up the delivery myself to find out that they had in fact made an attempt but couldn't find access (a problem that never occurred before). Boohoo states that the the courier will try 3 times to deliver the package before sending it back to the depot but they did this after one attempt. This meant that my dresses were to be sent a day after the maximum days and on they day i was supposed to leave for the wedding. The courier did not come so I had to leave LATE without them. No one could tell me anything every time I contacted boohoo and Hermes (the courier). As i was leaving I told boohoo to not attempt to send them again as i would not need the dresses anymore and the address was not mine but they did anyway 14 days after my purchase meaning that now my family members have to deal with returning it for me. Not only did they make a supposed happy occasion very stressful for me but for my family members also. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN

I really wish I would've reaserched the company before buying anything! Spend almost $100 on this website and afraid it'll be just crap. I ordered my things on 03/07/16, and picked the least expensive shipping that said "up to 8 days"... it's been 10 days and I haven't received $#*!. And if you want to get technical and say it's business days, I should've received it today! I'm leaving for vacation next week and was hoping to take the things I bought specifically for this occasion but I don't see that happening. Tracking never gets updated. Like one of the reviews below, mine too said it was in Inwood NY for the longest! Checked the tracking today and it's still in NY! WTH! I will definitely be reviewing this all on YouTube once I receive the clothes because apparently the youtubers who have reviewed it, was all sent to them for free so duhhh they are going to only talk well about sorry $#*! Boo Hoo. Please if you are reading this review, save your money. Go shop on Forever 21 or any other reputable brand. Ughhh still so ticked off I won't be getting my package before leaving for vacation.
