I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.
Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana
This company takes the biscuit when it comes to incapable customer service, ordered something on the 04/05/2017 (worth up to £40), they failed to get it delivered to me via their courier (MyHermes of all people), claimed that it'd been refused by myself (which it hand't even the courier apologised today for the previous courier holding my parcel he never bothered delivering it at all, they're gone to the dogs this company literally.
I have therefore informed trading standards via Citizens Advice (The CAB) and going to inform them that this is completely unacceptable conduct by a company, saying I refused it when another courier actually apologised today for the previous one refusing to deliver to my address on the 05/05/2017 as promised in the order by boohoo.com.
Not going to bother buying anything from these idiots ever again that's for certain!

The app doesn't accept giftcards but they don't advise of this apart from in the T&C's (who's actually reading them) not me, I assumed they had created an app that worked considering they promote it. I put my work points towards a giftcard and I never should of because it's been a massive waste of time and money. My giftcard still doesn't work after using it on the website and on a desktop, like they said. Customer service is terrible, no one actually answers your query.
Customer service $#*!ing sucks one of my items came dirty and the black jean shorts I liked out of everything I got faded after the first wash. Id still to forever 21. Plus I paid for faster shipping and it still didn't arrive on time. I sent my returns out over a month ago and still haven't been able to contact a real person through customer service. I'll come back and edit this if they end up putting the money back on my card.
Never order anything from this site that would be for an important event or needed in a timely manner. The expedite is a joke. They charge you $15 for 3 day shipping to the states and on 3 different occasions i never received the items in time. Although after writing on twitter i did

Delivery is quick, package has always been nice. Products I have ordered always have came looking exactly the same as in photos. Once I made a mistake writing wrong country in delivery address, I only found that out after a few days, but Boohoo team was very understanding and when I contacted to them they redirected package to my address. Service is really good and they answered to all my questions very fast. Only thing I could advice is to contact with them through their official Twitter account writing them on DM.

You have to PAY to mail back returns, and when u do, they will not refund u anyway because they are con artists. They owe me $75 from October and are refusing to refund me. I'm disputing the charge with my bank. Never ever shop here! They do not deserve a dime of your money. The clothes are god awful as well. I hate this company and if I could spit on them I would. Spread the word, do not shop here. They need to be shut down.
I ordered a sweater from Boohoo. It's not as snug at it looks in the picture, and it's made from an itchy material. Not great quality, but I love their customer service. They always get back to my emails super fast. I'll keep browsing boohoo, but watch out for a lack of quality.
The price of items is very cheap which is good if you need an outfit for one night only etc.
However, the quality of items is so bad! One time I ordered some trousers and throughout their first use (after only a couple of hours), they split completely down the front and for the rest of the night had to be covered by a jacket tied around my waist - not a good look!
I'd rather pay more money for something of better quality as with these clothes your money is wasted on a couple of hours of wear
If I could put no stars I would. The quality of the clothes is extremely poor and very badly fitting, probably the worst quality I've ever experienced. Cheap material, nothing like the pictures online and extremely overpriced for the awful quality. But more importantly, their lack of empathy or true customer service is none existent, they are purely driven by profit, not service. I will never use them ever again.
3 weeks after I've placed an order and I have received nothing. The tracking shows it has not even shopped. Customer service sends a form letter every time I contact them stating they will contact the courier and get back to me. That is BS.
Ordering online can be a leap of faith and I was hopeful this would be a reputable retailer. It is not. I would have used them over and over if the clothes are as represented and arrived in a timely fashion. I am even ok with lateness as long as there is an honest response and effort. This is abysmal and another lesson in ordering online.
I waited a whole month for my clothes when I paid for shipping that was promised in 7 days. My parcel apparently got lost while being shipped and it took multiple emails for the boohoo team to realize this. After many complaints and questions, I was promised a $10 gift voucher that I did not receive. 1 of my items were then out of stock when they replaced my order. Once I received my parcel a whole month later, my jacket and one of my shirts were 2 sizes too big than the size i chose. They're good quality clothes but not worth the wait, stress and inaccurate sizes.
Poor customer service, no exchange for poor sizing of shoes - which run at least a half size too small. Unfortunate since their styling is cute, but I will never shop there again. Spent almost three times the cost of a pair of shoes in shipping charges and still not receive a pair of shoes that fits.
I ordered a dress 10 days before a wedding. I paid $6.99 for faster shipping so it could arrive in time. It showed up a week later than it should have, in total a little over 2 weeks. After three emails where I thought I was being incredibly clear about my situation I was at a dead end. They refused to refund even just the postage for the inconvenience, they refused to pass me on to their superiors and they made no effort to compensate me whatsoever, not even a $10 gift voucher just as an example!
If a company wants to continue their success they must treat their customers fairly and properly.

I have been buying from boohoo.com for over an year. They initially had some delivery related issues (late deliveries, products dont arrive but appropriate replacement or refund was provided) but i have noticed the same has improved in the last couple of months. The clothing material is good, but they do have some cheap type clothing too however I feel this is reflected in the price anyway. So far i have found their clothes to be of good quality.
I ordered 5 pieces from Boohoo last week and my order arrived within 5-6 business days to Australia with super saver shipping. I have ordered from Boohoo in the past and have paid for express and standard shipping but they always came within 5 business days. Quality wise, you get what you pay for. Some items of clothing are worth it when they have 50% off sales. The items I bought all fit perfectly, they looked exactly what they looked like in the pictures.
Overall it was a good experience and I would buy from them again.
If I could out no stars I would. I ordered a pair of boots well over three weeks ago for New Years and I still have not received them. It's now 12/27/16. I emailed them yesterday and they sent me an email back saying my shoes will arrive on 1/2/17. There is no way a pair of shoes should take four to five weeks to get to me. This is ridiculous and I will never order from here again. I'm livid
Just don't waste your time and money. I received only two pillowcases after having ordered those, a duvet cover, and a set of sheets. They claimed the entire order was sent. My credit company took their side, and I have to pay over a hundred dollars for two pillowcases.
The products take long to deliver and when u track your package it gives wrong information. The clothes are horrible quality and not true to size. I'm going to return and am nervous about getting a refund because i see a lot of people have yet to receive theirs
I did a big order and the only decent items were the jewellery, all clothing items either very cheap looking or bad sizing, the bodysuits don't fasten as there too short. One T-shirt had holes in it and another with dirty finger prints and clothes had a horrible smell!
Been using boohoo for a long time now and their customer service does change quite often! But mostly it is quite good. And very fast delivery times and good pricing so i will definitely continue to use!
Their returns policy for US residents is confusing and not customer friendly at all. I'm a frequent online shopper and other 'smart' companies usually provide a shipping return label at no additional cost because they understand the value of keeping the customers happy. However, for your company, I'm expected to pay out of pocket to return something that doesn't fit properly? Your site advertised the fit incorrectly and now it's the customer's fault?
I hope the management team gets this message. Because your company isn't willing to provide a return label for $4 USD, they've now lost a lifetime customer who would have purchased exponentially more and because of the dissatisfaction, will spread the complaint like wildfire. That, in itself, sounds like a bad business decision to me.
Hopefully, your company's bad business decision won't lead to your downfall such as the bankruptcy of Forever21.
For years I was a die hard customer of Boohoo and never had issues with orders and clothes are good quality. However recently they began to use a new carrier (Royal Mail) of which lost all 3 recent orders. It was a hassle to go back and forth with Boohoo through email. They eventually resent one order through different carrier. The other 2 refunded. Unfortunate Boohoo will no longer be the reuptable co. It once was due to this carrier.

Do not buy anything from them. Customer service is horrible. Trying to get the correct items sent to me has been a hassle. They have no customer services skills or quality control! This has been the second incident. Gave it another shot because I understand mistakes happen. But no one has the time or money to be inconvenienced.
Used to like this site. However now the clothes are very poor quality with questionable sizing. Returns are expensive if you are in Australia and they take forever to refund your money. There are much better sites with cheaper return options and better quality items. Boohoo sale items are cheap for a reason! Will not use them again.
I purchased a few items from this business and they shipped it to my old address, no way of contacting customer service, have to contact them by email. When I sent an email reporting where the package was going, I was told go to the address and get the package from whoever lives there? Wth? That place is over 30 miles away and Im not walking up to any stranger's. Lost my money and items and not boohoo, or UPS offered any resolution. Worst customer service I have ever seen.
