I ordered a hoodie in size medium and they send one in large. I notify them about this and they said they will fix it so that it never happens again. So, i return it and i buy another one in size MEDIUM just for it to come in a size large AGAIN. Absolute primates working over there
I ordered two pairs of boots, received one pair. I reached out to customer service, and they said they'd check the footage of when it was packed. They came back to me saying both pairs of boots were indeed packed and subsequently delivered, so they would not refund me.? I sent them PROOF of what I received, which was a package that would ONLY fit 1 pair of boots. I asked them to show me this so-called footage they reviewed. No response. They are complete and absolute liars. I've never seen customer service this bad anywhere. I followed up several times and never received a response. The good thing is that I'm only out about $30. But it's the principle of it more than anything. I will never ever shop at Boohoo again.
Everything in my order was absolutely wrong. Every blouse was the wrong size and I used their sizing chart. Some items missing and one blouse was large enough to cloth an elephant. The quality of every blouse shipped was extremely poor and the materials used was the cheapest you can buy. BOOHOO is exactly what it means because you will be crying when you receive your order. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I recently purchased 8 items via KLARNA but they only shipped 2. After I reached out for help they refused to and told me that all items were shipped and they aren't refunding or replacing the items. It's also weird how they didn't include receipts or order information, no paperwork at all. Plus there's no way that all the items I ordered fit into this little bag they sent! BUYER BE AWARE! BOOHOO USA IS OUT HERE SCAMMING PEOPLE!
Placed a very large order of over £400, was recommended as they offered a lot of tracksuits so wanted to get a few and see which I liked/ disliked to return etc. There was 14 items altogether in my order. I received 6 items out of the 14! 2 when I chased this were apparently OOS so I'd be refunded for them. Fine ( this also wasn't done until I messaged to ask where the other items were) upon opening this complaint for the rest of my missing order totalling £250 I have basically been called a liar and they've refused to reply to anymore of my emails as they've checked their footage in the warehouse x3 times and all items were sufficiently packed. They however cannot share this said 'footage' due to GDPR. Cannot give anymore information on escalating the complaint or what address where to send a letter too! They just expect me to give up and pay the money just because they've got a a video. Seems it's a recurring fault with BOOHOO by the looks of other trust pilot reviews. Customer service is rude and abrupt and I honestly don't usually complain as I work in customer service myself but my god this is the worst treatment from a business I've ever seen I will be taking this further with the ombudsman. This business cannot keep getting away with scamming people. It's such a shame they think they can get away with things like this, it's been such a stressful experience that I really did not need.

I've ordered from boohoo several times and probably about 70% of the time my order is amazing and the other 30% it's so completely off the mark that I ask myself why I keep ordering from them. I ordered two pair of cigarette style pants and they were incredible! Fit me perfectly, nice lightweight pants for work for the summer, and so versatile. Previously, I've also bought a maxi dress, a couple of blazers, and a pair of faux leather pants in my size but when I received my order, the blazers and faux leather pants were two entire sizes too big. I ordered an 8 and a 10 and received a 12 and a 14. RIDICULOUS. Forcing customers to pay return shipping for orders that are completely incorrect is stunningly poor business practice because it was clearly an error on their part and the customer did not receive what was ordered. So, in my opinion, even with the orders I've received correctly, odds of 70/30 are not good enough when you won't get your money back. Also, there really should be customer reviews for products on the site, not only to keep Boohoo accountable, but so that customers can get an idea of fit and feel before ordering an item. Going forward, I'm only ordering from Boohoo when they're having a big sale. If it doesn't work out I'll just give it away.
WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!
I purchased from boohoo online twice. The first one went through without a hitch. So decided to give it a second go.
They lost my package. Never contacted me about it being lost or delayed in my delivery time.
The package is still LOST and they refuse to offer me a refund.
I asked to get connected with their management team and no one connects me to them.
I've now spoken (emailed cuz they have no phone) to 5 different people and it's the same response- wait 21 days for us to find the order.
I've given up on this company and ever getting my money back.
NEVER EVER SHOP HERE! This company literally stole $ from me and didn't send me my missing items even after they claimed to have "carefully" reviewed their footage! Such a dishonest, disgraceful and terrible company. They will never get another dollar out of me! Thief's!
I recently bought a pair of trousers from Boohoo. They were lovely, apart from they would only fit someone who is over ten feet tall. I'm 5'7 and they were almost as long again once I put them on. It's a real shame because they were lovely, just way way too long! I've had to return.
I placed an order on their website, paid for next day delivery, six days gone and nothing received, sent an email to their customer service, I was told to wait another 7 days before they can process a refund, who on their right senses would pay extra for a next day delivery if items aren't needed urgently! Stay away from Boohoo if you love your peace.
My 1st order on Boohoo and definitely my last. I just recieved my sequin(Plastic) tshirt dress. And this is NOT sequin. It's layers of plastic rounds. And it makes noise at every touch. What a shame
Good News - Product shipped extremely quickly and tracking was very helpful. Bad News: The quality was HORRID. There's a reason why there aren't any reviews listed on their site. Stitching was loose in areas, material was extremely cheap and 100% see-through and not comfortable whatsoever. It's not even worth the trouble of returning. DO NOT BUY "Blazer & Self Fabric Trouser Suit Set".

Such a horrible place to buy, i returned my one item and keep waiting onto my refund from more than 1 and half month, before they use to reply "Sorry about it we will make sure with certain date that you receive your refund so keep an eye on it" now from 2 weeks they mentioned we transferred your case to specialised team they will get in touch on certain date and no response. Now they keep emailing me to look for my junk/spam they will get in touch i sent them in total 16 emails and still nothing in terms of refund it's scam they don't refund you at all
I'm 5'8", 176 lbs (curvy) and I wear a U.S. womens size 12. I purchased 11 maxi dresses and the quality of 9 were really great. The other 2 were 100% cotton maxi dresses and the material was super thin and totally see-through (just like the 3 wide leg pants I purchased prior also 100% cotton.)
I've worn 2 of the dresses, one for a outdoors baby shower (strappy double layer maxi dress in orange) n the other (tie shoulder plunge maxi dress in yellow) for my birthday dinner. I received so many compliments both times and got asked where I purchased them. It did take about 2 and a half weeks to get here to the U.S. from the UK but definitely well worth the wait.
I will definitely be ordering from them again.
I had very low expectations based on the reviews I read on this site, but they had a dress that looked exactly like what I wanted and at less than $30 it seemed worth the risk. I'm so glad I went for it! I followed their size guide and the fit was perfect, it feels well made and the fabric is good quality. This is my first experience with them so maybe I just got lucky, but I'm very happy with it!
