I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.

Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana

I found this site by chance & was reluctant to order because they are U. K. based & I didn't want to wait forever or pay customs. I've never paid a dime! I have ordered multiple times. Received most items within a week & have never had an issue with the quality or sizing. I am shocked by all the negative reviews because I have nothing but positive things to say! I will continue to shop & highly recommend :)

I ordered 4 items and got them in about 8 days. Everything was true to size and fit the description and pictures pretty well. For the price everything was decent quality. I'm overall really happy with my purchase! Will order again!

I ordered a parka jacket. I finally got my package and it was missing some hardware and it didn't suit me. I processed a return. They then refunded me minus the shipping cost which I paid for. So, I contacted customer service to ask why. Their response was rude. They said because I didn't contact them prior to my return. Why would that matter when obviously this jacket was going back because it was damaged.
Boohoo refused to take responsibility for their shipping error. They are very unprofessional. Will never shop with them again

I ordered on 12/6/20. I received a shipment confirmation and tracking #. On 12/18/20 the company emailed me claiming weather delayed my delivery from Fedex. Called Fedex today 12/22, they haven't received a package the company only made a shipping label. There is no phone # had to Whatsapp them waiting on a response. Will never order from them again these were Xmas gifts. I now have to try and find the items at another company in time for Xmas. Horrible company!

Absolutely terrible experience. Trust me this company has some shady practices. Through their fault, they delivered my purchases to the wrong person.
They would not refund me!
I told them this was illegal. No difference. Not able to telephone so you get worn out trying to email, just to receive the same response but no refund. So you give up and lose my money.

I like to shop at Boohoo because of their great deals, everything is 50% off most of the time and every now and then you'll get a 60% of deal if you receive email alerts from them. The only issue I've ever had was ordering a purse from them, I felt the only photo was misleading making the bag appear larger than it really was. The picture made the tote-like purse seem longer by about 2 inches compared to the actual bag I received. I reviewed the bag on their site and expressed this concern and they never responded. I've reviewed a few other products on their site as well and Boohoo responded grateful for my reviews. I love the quality of the bag and I wear it often just as I do the clothing I've bought with them. Overall, I would recommend this site just be sure to read the dimension details for each product and covert measurements if necessary because they're a UK brand.

I placed an order on their website, paid for next day delivery, six days gone and nothing received, sent an email to their customer service, I was told to wait another 7 days before they can process a refund, who on their right senses would pay extra for a next day delivery if items aren't needed urgently! Stay away from Boohoo if you love your peace.

Love the quality of the clothing however I was missing a T shirt. Rukhana was very helpful and polite. 10/10 for the customer service they were able to help address my needs swiftly. Keep up the great work Rukhana. Thank you.

My daughter bought a dress from Boohoo for her grandads funeral, when she opened it there was a hole in it, which looked like a scissor cut, firstly an item should not have been sent out like this, I had to repair it the best I could as we was limited for time as the funeral was the next day. Although what's even worse I emailed Boohoo and they requested photos of the hole which I emailed nearly 2 weeks ago, and I still haven't heard anything! Terrible service at such a distressing time anyway, and don't have the decency to reply or even bother resolving the issue. Absolutely disgusting customer service at anytime but at a time like this

Wow. I ordered several dresses. They sent the wrong sizes which I had proof of so I requested return shipping costs to be covered, but they insisted they were not at fault. Only after a parade of emails did they finally agree to reimburse shipping. I received MANY emails. Twice they asked for my credit card number and information to be sent via email in order to reimburse shipping costs. Sounds a little fishy. One email assured that my shipping reimbursement would take 3-5 days, another assured that return order refund would take a "maximum" of 21 days but also stated that the "majority" are completed in 7-14 days. *26* days later they will not respond to my emails asking where my refund is and I have received no explanation whatsoever. An extremely unprofessional and suspicious company.

I just received my order from Boohoo and was greatly pleased!
The items arrived a little late as what was said, but considering I live in Eastern U.S.A. and the order came from Great Britain is quite understandable!
The items fit perfectly and were not cheaply made.
I was feeling apprehensive after reading quite a few bad reviews, but now totally disagree with them all!
I plan on ordering again from this company!

The quality of the clothes I receive has always been good, and I have made 9 orders from Boohoo, but recently their service has been awful. Shipping to New Zealand is meant to take no more than 8 days, but my last two orders took more than 3 weeks. I recently ordered on Monday, and they say my order will not be dispatched until Sunday which is absolutely ridiculous as all previous orders were dispatched the day after I had ordered them. I had previously been very happy with the prices and quality of Boohoo but recently I have been very disappointed with the delivery and customer service and am considering not wasting my money buying from them again and instead buying from a shop that will send me my products in less than a months time. (to make this sound worse, I ordered makeup from the US and it arrived in 5 days.)

Bought alot of items and never had an issue but bought this set and wore it once for few hours-washed it that day and when I went to wear it next found the material of all tearing and disintegrating. Won't buy again,it's too hit and miss.

The first two pics are of the shorts,the third pic is the long sleeved shirt.

I ordered two coats. Same size (12-40). One was too small for me, the other one too big! :/ Not to mention the colours were quite different from the ones in the pictures. I ended up wasting a lot of money for the shipping ( especially to send them back, bc of the weight) It is not worth it at all! They should be more accurate in describing and sizing!

I have been ordering on boohoo for a couple of years. I have never expected the greatest quality, but of late the material being used is useless after one wear let alone one wash. Sizing differs from item to item. I don't ever bother to return, I just throw away. Have never had trouble with deliveries. I think a better description of the material would be a great advantage. I have had lots of dresses that I am unable to wear because they cling or are so this they hang like a dishcloth. Plus the prices are going up average was £10 not not a lot under £15.

Worse shopping experience. I read all the reviews after I placed my order by then it was too late. It's been two weeks and my order still hasn't arrived although I paid for express shipping. From the reviews they should remove all the shipping options and just say it will get there when it get there.

Hopefully my items (whenever I receive them) or at least decent.

At this time I don't think I'll be shopping with boohoo again.

I am usually a small to medium and ordered the UK 10 which would be a medium and nothing fit! The clothes are awful! Not true to size and very poor quality. Do not recommend. They don't have reviews on their website like fashionova does for this reason.

Ordered a dress on 26 November for my daughter's birthday, paid extra money for extra quick delivery, it is now 28 December and still no sign of the dress. There was apparently something wrong with my address, but was never told what exactly. Gave them the same address, phone number just in case delivery guy had to contact me how to get to my house. Still no sign of my order. It was ignored completely and my order was "closed by system" - whatever it means! Cancelled my order today. They better not have any problems with returning my money! This website is a waste of time. Don't recommend it at all and I will never shop on this website again!

I really wished I read the reviews before purchasing. The clothing is definitely different than what's pictured on the model. POOR QUALITY and thin see through material. Weird leg shapes in one of the jean shorts. Save your money!

I spent around £100 on clothes for my daughter. All the size 8 fitted except for one skirt. I asked Boohoo to swap it for a size 6 and they insisted that I paid another delivery charge (around £5). Also, their Customer Services was horrendously slow in responding to my request.

Quality is poor. Sizing is all over the place. Terrible customer service. They send wrong sizes out. They lost my parcel and refuse to give me a refund. I have written to them twice and they wont acknowledge me. Ignorant. Please do yourself a favour and dont buy from this retailer!

I had an issue with my Credit card and was only able to speak to some random robot on WhatsApp who did absolutely nothing to help! I called the bank and they indicated that the issue was on Boohoo.com's side and that they needed to resolve quickly. The entire ordeal was super frustrating and left a bad taste in my mouth for this company. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your energy ladies

I ignored the bad reviews, thinking that I everything will go well with my delivery.
Well guess what. My first delivery, and they already let me down.
Don't order from BooHoo ever. Please. Just don't. Order from somewhere else, even if it more expensive. You'll just lose money if you order from BooHoo.
Their items are low quality, refunds take long and you end up losing money.
BooHoo is a total scam.

Received a pair of pants. The stitching is awful. They look like something from the dollar store. When I saw the item online it looked very different. They fooled me once. I won't be buying anything ever again online from these unknown scammers. Will not wear them. They were very expensive when you also include the shipping.

The excess material in plus fitting makes you feel like a clown. It is not proportional. I took a chance and it did not work out very disappointed. I won't take a chance again since there are no returns.

Tip for consumers:
I should have read reviews and the return policy.
