I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.
Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana
Instead of the 45.5" bust, 38.5" waist, and 48.5" hips promised by their size chart, I received a jumpsuit with a 58" inch bust, a 43" waist, and 56" hips. Instead of replacing it, and apologizing, they wanted me to return it for a very small refund, and asked me to endorse them. BooHoo is definitely a name that is also a warning.

I have always had great things to say about Boohoo have spent hundreds of dollars with them in the last few years. I must say I am very disappointed with my last 2 orders and shipping. I have paid extra for express shipping yet don't get for days over express time. They used to use DHL, and now FedEx. I am not sure I will be ordering anymore from Boohoo because of this.
STOP! Recently ordered a $50 dress which was a cheap piece of see through fabric. Returned it and my package "mysteriously" never made it. Sent them proof of my postage payment and they refuse to reimburse me. I should have listened to the reviews! Plus, they don't even have a telephone number to speak to someone-Don't make the same mistake I did!
I made a purchase with several clothes. The most expensive of all was sent in the wrong size. Ask for a return of the piece, and they demand that I pay by mail. Their team is bad. 2 Attendants assumed the error, and said they would solve it. 1 attendant said that they have no obligation to assume the error. Lousy service
I ordered from boohoo.com and my order never arrived after 3 weeks with express shipping. Customer service does not get back to you if you email them as suggested through the site link. I used an offer code for 50% off but they charged me full price, the discount didn't go through. I made them aware of the incident and they said they would refund me and honor the 50% but they never did. They disappeared and never got back to me again; and I followed.
The fleece jacket I bought also arrived new with a huge hole ripped in in the pocket. The clothing is very poor quality. Beware.
From customer service, to shipping and returns, terrible company to deal with! Do not shop here. Representatives are not helpful and lack empathy. I received an order with the wrong sizes and they wanted me to send it back and pay for the shipping! Most recently, I ordered clothes for Easter, paid for express shipping, did not receive my order in time and they refused to reimburse me my express shipping costs. Save your time and money and find a reputable company to order clothes from online!

Tried to cancel an order I made within 20 min of making it because it wasn't going to be delivered in time for my event and all customers service said was to return it when it's delivered and they would do nothing more. So I have to pay for shipping twice when you could literally just cancel the order? Do better at customer service. Definitely will never order from here ever again

After going back and forth with the customer service, they stopped responding to my e-mails on 2/5/2022. The problem in question was the refund (or better yet - a lack of one) for an item I paid for and returned within a week. They said they would look into it and get back to me on 5th of Februaryy. I had then sent them another e-mail and another and another and got zero replies. Shame on all of you at the customer service.

My package took forever to arrive, the sizes were totally incorrect ie the stated sizes online are not the correct ones. Sizes are way too small, very misleading. The customer has to fund the return post for the incorrectly sized garments - never ever buy from Boohoo.com. Its a take it or leave it attitude
I've ordered two dresses from boohoo. The first dress was fine. But the second one looked nothing like the picture, and the quality isn't good. The shipping took forever and I don't think it was worth the price I paid. I don't think I'll order anything else from boohoo.
You will order a US size and they will send you their UK size which is about three sizes to four sizes bigger from your normal size and then if you return something to them there's a $4 charge to be returned to them that you have to pay for shipping item back to them! The quality of their clothes is horrible also they do not have a working phone number so you're talking with a bot. About your order and some of your items can be faulty meaning they will have a hole in their in the sleeve or just plain sewn wrong never ordering from them again

I'll keep this short a sweet. Do not order from this company. Especially if you live in USA they treat you with no respect. After waiting 20 days for my order, I received wrong products. I was told that because I live in the US im responsible for shipping. I'll take my money elsewhere.

It's been 3 months now and I still haven't received my items that I bought on their website. I ended up asking them for my refund I get a automatically email from them. They sent my item to the wrong location do yourself a favor and do not waste your money on there site.
The first order I placed with this company I ordered three body suits. I was really excited to get them but when they arrived only one of them was in the correct size. I tried to overlook this and order from them again because they do have cute clothes. I ordered a body suit for my halloween costume and paid $16 for express shipping so that the top would arrive this Thursday. The body suit is now set to arrive next week, after Halloween. As a college student who is already struggling with money having to pay for the return shipping and now a new halloween costume is not something I can afford. I have not been told that they will refund my cost of shipping and when I spoke to customer service the answers were vague and unhelpful. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I am extremely disappointed in what could have been a great company. I will never make the mistake of buying from Boohoo again and I recommend no one else does either.
1st (and last!) experience has been awful, simple enough reason to make return, the system is slow, full of problems, eventually managed to organise a return via evri with printing label ourselves, problem is the returnlable to print "has failed" ie it does not exist to print, now cannot get any so called help from Boohoo to recognise the problem or even understand the problem!

I emailed them multiple times! They have no clue where my package is, and they're making me wait 1 month to claim it lost! I could've ordered from a different website and had my package within 1 week!

I've been consistently lied to. Claiming my refund is on its was when in fact you have done nothing.

Never received 1 order that still shows pending since Aug 2020 now January 23,2021. The other order missing 50% of the items. Customer service is saying the order # doesn't exist though I have the email confirmation and their site shows the confirmation order number.

Then order a jumper and hoodie using their size guide and wow.:: horrendous sizing, the jumper was 2 sizes to big and the hoodie, I ordered an XL and it is a tad bigger than my partners who wears a SMALL... terrible sizing and the quality isn't good either
So wanted some sexy undies for me and hubby, put it on its huge compared to size ordered pink set more frumpy marshmello cheap material very tatty looking I could have cried got three sets all the same awful first time buyer never again lace is awful too
There has been 3 times where they either send the wrong sizes, items came damaged, and constantly scamming money on shipment. Took a month for my items to arrive after paying for 4 day shipping. Never will I order from this company again.
Don't get me wrong... I've been a customer of Boohoo for quite some time. I'm located in America and realize things take a bit to ship from the U. K. That being said I ordered a holiday outfit 11/28/16 for a party I was attending 12/10/16. Plenty of buffer room right? 12/20 passes and no package still. I've already gone around circles with their "customer service" twitter and email alias. The items arrive that night 10 days too late and every item the incorrect size. I reach out asking for a refund because it's past the return dates and I don't really want to wait over a month for my Christmas money back. They only refunded me the $6.00 in shipping! I am irate at this point and dealing with their awful service team and no one will give me my refund. They literally proceed to block me. I can't wait to see how many complaints arise from the holidays and how many customers they lose. This business is a disgrace and full of theives!

Pay for a years next day delivery, items haven't arrived after 5 days, but payment taken, getting past from one rep to another with broken English, best they can offer is a £5 voucher, no refund or cancellation of my next day delivery fee.
