I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.
Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana
Received a pair of pants. The stitching is awful. They look like something from the dollar store. When I saw the item online it looked very different. They fooled me once. I won't be buying anything ever again online from these unknown scammers. Will not wear them. They were very expensive when you also include the shipping.
I had an issue with my Credit card and was only able to speak to some random robot on WhatsApp who did absolutely nothing to help! I called the bank and they indicated that the issue was on Boohoo.com's side and that they needed to resolve quickly. The entire ordeal was super frustrating and left a bad taste in my mouth for this company. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your energy ladies
Order never arrived, contacted customer support multiple times but had to wait 16 days for boohoo to investigate the issue with my items. After the 16 days waiting time + shipping expected wait time which is now 4-5 weeks long, they informed me that the parcel has been lost and half my items are now out of stock and can only issue a refund for them and ship the other items out. Needed these items before I went on vacation and now I will not get them in time and also receive half my items after around 1 month and a half...
Awful experience will never recommend to anyone
I was super hesitant to order from this company because of all the poor reviews I found online but my experience was EXCELLENT! My U. S order came in exactly six business days as their website stated. The dresses were of high quality however two of the dresses were too small. I printed the free return shipping label, and shipped off my return. In about a week I received an email saying they received my return and will process my refund. In about three days my refund was in my account. They did everything that the reviews said they don't do. In addition, after I placed my order, I wanted to confirm that I ordered the dresses in U. S size. I reached out via Facebook direct message and through the chat on their website. In both instances, a representative responded within five minutes to answer my question. I am very pleased with their level of customer service and will continue to order from them.
I made a purchase from BooHoo about two weeks ago, and when the package arrived (three days ago), I found that only 5 items out of 9 arrived in the package. I contacted customer service and explained what happened. They replied that the package arrived in its entirety and no item was missing. I explained to them repeatedly that the order did not arrive with all the items and I even sent them a picture. It really didn't interest them, they simply answered me that an "inspection" they did with the security cameras saw that the package was packed and all the items were in it. I asked them for the photo of the security cameras but they refused on the grounds that it violates privacy laws and that I would not receive compensation or the possibility of a return. Their service is terrible and you should not buy anything from them. It can only be described as a $50 steal from the order I placed. I will make sure to post this everywhere I can!
Just make sure everything you buy your 100% sure of from shopping to typing in your address. Customer service is horrible, they take forever to respond, don't type grammatically correct, and they don't have alternative for getting a refund when your package doesn't arrive. Spent $100 and they lost my package in the mail and never refunded the money. Not worth it unless you can be 100% sure... and I thought I was responsible and careful.

As with many of these fast fashion sites the sizing is almost always all over the place!
The quality is hit and miss. Most the the fabrics are similar- the stretch fabric is of decent quality the cottons are usually very cheap. Don't wash wel and generally what you pay for. I have got the jackpot a few times where the cut and quality is excellent so again. It's hot or miss and for the price you can't really expect more than that.
So I emailed the company to ask have they received my returns. One email said they haven't and the next 2 days, another email was sent, stating that they didn't receive it and can I send proof of postage? As much as I shop online, my packages have never been lost. Mind you, I am in Maryland, the warehouse is in Georgia, it only takes 2 days to get there. I went through the same thing Missguided. I don't have proof of my tracking number, is that there way of stealing my money! This seems to be prior practices according to other reviews!
My wife wanted to order some items so when we went online, we saw that men's items had 40% discount so I thought I'd buy some trainers etc.
After trying a free delivery code, which had been accepted, after I paid for the items, I noticed that the discount had changed from 40% to 30%.
I emailed them about it and was told to provide evidence of the 40%, which at the time I didn't have but my wife had, so later emails I sent the image.
The reply to the image was that I have been charged 30% discount but no mention of the 40% or the free postage so I am at a loss of around £15.
I will certainly not be buying from these ever again.
It's disgusting that there's no phone number to contact them on either.

I have been ordering few times from BooHoo. The web site is ok but quality of the items and their prices are not a well match. If the prices were a bit lower than they would have more satisfied customers!
I got a basic mock neck maxi slinky dress that had a little bit of a flair on the back. I loved it, and it fit well. The quality is fine, very "slinky" for sure. Took a while to get the package from overseas, but it was well worth it.
Received a jacket in the mail with a giant hole in the back shoulder. Did you think I would not notice? Do you even do quality control before dispatching your items? Boohoo is a complete disgrace to online shopping. The price should be much lower for the lack of quality. I don't even know if I'll pay $5 for any of their jackets. It's really not even worth anything.
I ordered 6 coats from Boohoo because they were on sale. I selected a combination of sizes 4 and 6. I received all size 14. All the coats were enormous and had to be returned, which cost me $50. Customer service was unhelpful and refused to admit fault, enough though my entire order was wrong. Avoid at all costs

I returned a top two weeks ago and have still not received a refund! Emailed 4 times now, they replied saying I'd have my money in 48 hours this has now been 3 days, I've still not had my money back! Never going to use again and I'd advise everyone else to do the same! Avoid!
Their fashion is a little "out there" for me, but occasionally I'll find something that I like. But this is why I have only ordered from Boohoo.com once so far. I had no issues with the payment and shipping process; I ordered two dresses, and was grateful for the free shipping. They're based in the UK, and me being in Australia I understood the delivery time would be a little extra.
My dresses took about two weeks to arrive. One dress had a brown stain, kind of like a dirty finger print, and it was very obvious due to the bright colour of the dress. Both dresses came with poor plastic belts that were useless; they were far too long and flimsy, I had to wrap the belt around my waist twice for it to fit. The dresses come in different sizes, but the belts don't, as if they expect one belt to fit sizes from 6 through to 18.
The dresses, however, fit me to a T; they were the perfect shape and size.
This company is a joke. Do not order anything from them. As you will see from going on any of their social channels, they failed to get orders that were gifts to others for Christmas in less than 30 days. On top of that they have no customer service, and will fail to compensate for any of THEIR shortcomings. Worst experience, please do not purchase from them and let all your friends know to beware.

I was a first-time customer and the two items I ordered were poorly made and one was damaged as well. I have contacted customer services three times in just over a week and have received no reply beyond an automated acknowledgement email. This is the worst service I have ever received and I shop online a lot! They also do not have a company telephone number which makes me very suspicious. Don't risk it with this company.
They have a really good photographer/art department because their items look so beautiful on their website. Do not believe it.
The fact that they dont allow for reviews on their actual website on the individual items says a lot about the company. Their clothing is junk. And they know it. So they lure in trusting, unsuspecting new buyers with their pretty pictures and discount offers. Steer clear.

This company has taken so much money off me so I am utterly disgusted at how I have been treated! They got something wrong with my order so I wanted a refund/replacement and also to send another thing from this order back which was nothing like described AND clothing from a previous order too. So they delete all my previous orders to prevent me from doing so and ignore my messages via WhatsApp and Twitter!? Shocking customer service! Oh and they conveniently have no phone number for you to call. Wonder why?!
I ordered a Prince Tshirt from these- It arrived and was pure orange and clearly poor merch if official at all. I contacted customer service and was told that it is the same picture just brighter in colours
I am truly appalled by their customer service and the fact they ship poor quality goods and think it's ok to do so.
I tried twice to get the right size from them and both times they were wrong. I also ordered a blazer and a romper. The quality was poor and it just looked cheap on.
I contacted boohoo and their customer service replied within 24 hours. I tried 15 times. Not once was any kind of resolution offered.
Buy from them if you want, but they are a joke.
