I made a purchase to their site for $59 woke with a text from my bank asking did I purchase $465 from a cosmetics company when I logged into my account it was not just $465 but over $1000 in purchases to this store made at 1a - 3a cst. I can only correlate my purchase from this site to these fraud charges because not once did I see a charge for the $59. Im cancelling the whole purchase and starting to say F these online boutiques with their cheap clothes the pictures come from reputable sites its rarely ever their product when you get the clothes they are cheap replica versions of what you saw in the picture. I work hard and am blessed to make good money I guess I need to act like it and stop cutting corners. Either go to the actual store or only purchase from a reputable store. Forget these pop up shop cheap boutiques with their ill fitting horrible seamed clothes! (I will Post this review as many times as I can)

Boohoo has provided me with amazing, on trend styles throughout my college years and now into my professional field.
I used to look EVERYWHERE for affordable, tall women's clothing. It was so hard to find and many companies would charge extra for a few extra inches in length.
Boohoo has so many affordable, stylish options for a girl with a budget.
Sure, the quality isn't the top of the line, but what do you expect with such prices.
I've never had to return anything, so I don't know the struggle there. But, whenever I had to interact with the customer service, it was nothing but pleasurable.
But, especially to my tall lady friends out there, check this bish out!

Customer service is the worst. The measurements they give on their site are not the actual measurements (yes I checked how to measure, etc.). The order arrived 3 weeks after the time frame they tell you it will arrive. Items were ripped, defective. Items were missing from package. What they tell you or have written on website is never the same a 2nd time (not honest). Just a bad experience from top to bottom. I am waiting (of course that's what you do with them) to see if I will receive proper refunds, if not (I don't expect much from them) I have other options to deal with them. So disappointed
UPDATE: things only got a lot worse with them well after this review. You could not pay me enough to ever do business with these people again. Holy cow. No.

I placed my order for 300.00 worth of items during their half off sale, when I went to check out it didn't go through and tried charging me full price. I emailed them and received no response and then I Facebook messaged them and they messaged me back and basically told me I'm S. O. L and that I need to pay the full price! Will never try to order here again

I ordered everything from jeans, sweaters to cardigans and the quality is abysmal. The jean pockets are thin and aren't even deep enough to hold a wallet and the cardigan feels like a thin dishcloth.The belt sized L/XL would only fit a 25 stone man. I can't make it to a post office so I'm hoping they will cooperate with a courier pickup.

The item was not as advertised. When I returned it with a tracking number and proof of delivery to them, they claimed they never received it and would not refund me. They kept asking for additional information and after 26 emails with them, I opened a Complaint with Paypal and was finally refunded after 2 months. Their name "Boohoo" says a lot.

Boohoo has great prices and discounts on their clothing but their delivery process is horrible each time I have ordered its taken almost 3 weeks to receive my clothing so this time I paid an additional $10 to get it here in 6 days because I have an affair to attend tomorrow my package should have been here 3 days ago! I ordered from Boohoo.com after hearing about it through a blogger. I had the worst experience with the company in not being able to track my package and having to go back and forth for days via email with different people about the whereabouts of my package.
To top it all off, when I received my package, the bracelet I ordered fell out of the bag IN BROKEN PIECES! None of my clothes looked anything like it did on the website and nothing fit right! The clothes are poorly made and have no shape! I was so disappointed! I wanted to return my entire order but got so busy with my job that I kept forgetting to return the merchandise and get my money back. I guess I will have to trash everything.

Do not buy from them, they will send you the wrong items and give you hard time to send you the right one wasting your time. It's really disappointing and frustrating, not worth going through all that. I will make sure that every possible potential buyer is aware

The saying is true "you get what you pay for". One cannot expect to get excellent quality for thrift store prices. So here's the good, the bad & the ugly truth about this store. The good: cheap prices, the bad: each article of clothing is not the same in sizes due to the materials use to make the item. The ugly: its a gamble, hit and miss. You will have a love hate relationship with them.

This is my third time that i buy clothes from here and they are pretty awesome! Never late with my deliveries. Just last week because of the snow storm here in new york the deliveries were delayed and I contacted customer service and they were very helpful! I love their clothes! Great website

Was so excited for my big order to come in the mail. Shipping took about a week which wasn't bad at all. Then I opened the packages and was very disappointed with the quality. Everything had loose strings coming off of it and the fitting was terrible. The fabric on everything didn't breathe and just felt gross on my body.

Don´t buy anything on this site... you order site 8 they send you size 10... and then when u send the item back the ask you to buy the posting slip 5 euros and they tell paypal you have never sent it back.
They wait till last day so telling you that you have to wait 28 days for the payment to be processed... they tell you that they processed the payment back to your paypal and you will have it in 24 hours and i am still waiting... Horrible experience

I ordered for the first time form Boohoo and am very disappointed. First I paid for fast shipping and it was late, this is most likely post office error however.
The skirt I ordered was the wrong item inside. The shirt I ordered when I opened the package reeked like perfume and when I put it on it is obvious it was worn, washed, and shrunk then sent to me. The sleeves were so short and it was shrunk up in the body but very wide in the torso. This really gross me out, the smell especially!
I have started a return which I have to pay 15$ for. Not to impressed!
Tip for consumers:
Seems quality and attention to detail not important to Boohoo.

Great quality material my dress was awesome & my two piece suit says white but it was more of an ivory. I still enjoyed my birthday pics l paid for express on one outfit & they came like a day apart so I wouldnt recommend express. Eveything was great Thanks Boohoo

I reviewed Boohoo and was highly upset over the delay of my package. It arrived today, a little over a week and a half of when it was expected to arrive, and while the wait was not enjoyable, the shoes are absolutely wonderful. Bought a pair of Chelsea boots and they're gorgeous, comfortable and everything I could want. If you don't mind playing a waiting game with the company, the quality for shoes at least is definitely there.

I am beyond disgusted from this website. It is NOT trustworthy to shop here. Don't believe me? Go to their website and see for yourself. They advertise that "they pay for duties and taxes" and that there "will be no surprise charges". However, I am being SLAMMED with duties and taxes (I live in Canada). I am beyond livid because that is the whole purpose I shopped there, and spent over $100 which isn't pretty with taxes and duties. Under their terms and conditions it says that the customer is responsible for duties and taxes. So how come they are advertising that THEY pay for them? Who runs a business like this?! Their customer service is horrible as well, I have sent 5 e-mails regarding my purchase and have not had one back in at least 2 weeks. I feel like I'm being scammed. I hate boohoo.

I ordered a dress on a next day delivery but haven't received anything and you can't get any support as customer service is not helping at all. My bank account has been charged of course. This has been done quickly! It is simply theft! I will definitely report them as it is simply not acceptable. They gave me a tracking number that is not working. I am even wondering if they actually sent anything.
Also, you can't call them, you can contact them only by email, facebook or twitter wich is also unacceptable. How is that allowed? They dont reply or when they do, it is to tell you to send a private message even when you have already done it 2, 3, 4 times and didn't get any reply!
I will definitely report them and even use the Ombudsman association if I have to.

Abysmal service. Late deliveries. Rude staff. A CEO who can't be bothered to acknowledge emails with a resolution. No customer care whatsoever. I sent my items right back without bothering to open the package due to the poor service I received from them when I wanted an item for my birthday and paid extra for this. Their website allowed me to book the day I wanted the item to arrive, to only be told later it would arrive late - so why did the website give the option for this and it wasn't mention in the Covid-19 banner that there would be a delay! I will never shop there again - this is further reinforced by the cold emails I keep getting from them that don't look at what I've communicated!

Returned items over 2 months ago, no refunds no emails to say they received my items when i question they said they got them, refunds not processed. Then told refunds processed 5 days later no money, again i contacted said failed again another 5 days got in contact said they had to be manually put through expect 24-48 hours asking if i have open disputes when i clearly started i didn't and yet again nothing, legal action will be taken!

I would like to start off by saying I was very excited to order from this new website I found. After adding all items to my cart i saw i could checkout using klarna which was even more exciting! ( buy now pay later. 4 equal payments! Its awesome) so as I went to checkout I ended up clicking on paypal by mistake and placed my order. I immediately realized I needed to cancel this order so I could pay using klarna, only to find there is no customer service phone number, only an email address. So I immediately emailed them in to which hours later I received a response saying they located my order but there was nothing they could do for me. I have never ordered anything online that I could not cancel within seconds of placing the order. Never again will I order from this company.

I ordered seven dresses, all of them were suppose to be the same size, they all came in different sizes, and three were defective. I emailed them right away, to return the items for a refund. They ignored emails, I kept emailing, then they asked for details, they kept asking for more things like rewrite the entire items codes, send picture etc. I jumped through hoops, and they didn't want a return. I involved Paypal, we waited weeks for a response. I had a trip, and told Paypal that if they respond while I'm out of town I won't be able to reply. Paypal said it was alright, if that happens the case would close but I can reopen. This happens, I'm then informed I can't reopen, but I can start a dispute using Visa. They then lied to Visa, claiming that I haven't returned the items which is why they couldn't refund, and that I missed their return time period. But they are the ones who took MONTHS to respond to Visa, weeks to respond to Paypal, and to my emails. They did this on purpose, and found a way to prevent having to give me their address, and a return shipping label. Out of 7 dresses only 4 are wearable and they are all the wrong sizes but listed at the same size.
