Awful customer service. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
I returned items to them more than 2weeks ago, and have received confirmation from the courier that they were delivered to them 2 days after they were sent.
No refund came through so I contacted them and have just been given the runaround-One agent advised they were not received by them but did not seem to think this warranted further investigation despite the fact I used their return courier service, and another agent implied they had been received (but did not actually confirm this) and when asked why my refund still wasn't processed ignored me completely. I have sent 2 follow up emails, including a complaint through Paypal but have not received a response from the company, and still haven't gotten my refund. Avoid this company at all costs. I certainly wont be using them ever again and will be advising everyone I know to stay away from them!

Felt I had to write after looking through all the negative reviews. I have been a customer of Boohoo for a few years and have NEVER experienced any of the issues described in some of the negative reviews. Any items returned by me (not because of any problems, just the outfit didn't suit me) have always been refunded without any issue or complaint. Orders placed with next day delivery have always arrived next day. Even orders placed on general delivery arrived within 3-4 days. I cannot fault this company. I have and will continue to purchase items from their site. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you know you exact body measurement before ordering (not what you think you'd like to be), I am a standard UK 10, 5'3" and the size 10 ordered through Boohoo has always fitted.

So, since i see quiet a lot of bad reviews, i thought that i should talk about my experiences here, and i am quiet shocked with the bad reviews and issues, since i had no, seriously NO issue whats soever, once my package was lost in transition but the site immediately refunded my money. And i feel the clothes are of superb quality and worth the money i spent, i have been shopping a lot from this site and they are the best. I would say dont trust the bad reviews here, cox people hardly come up with good reviews.

Difficult to deal with. No phone number robotic response. Tried to get my delivery address changed as it was going to my old address cant do this for security reasons now a stranger has my delivery with no way to chase this

DO NOT order from Boohoo, especially if you are from the U.S. if you return items they will tell you they never received it. Hence you will never get your refund. BTW they don't have a phone number to contact so you have to email back and forth. Save yourself the heartache.

I ordered from boohoo.com on 6/26/15 and I received my order in the mail today. Fast service, the quality of the clothing was what I expected, I had no issues with them at all! I will definitely order from them again in the future.

Order some clothes for my daughter, every time they take money and cancel my order, refunded money will take 5 working days, went through their what's up number ask them why r u cancelling my order, no one know that's called their customer service plus they took money for delivery which they said it's non refundable, I paid and now my money is stuck for 5 working days, horrible now I can't even order for my daughter because I have no money

Boohoo is very opaque on its environmental and labour impacts as well as on its policies. In order to improve its rating, Boohoo could start by disclosing information and being more transparent about its practices.

I ordered a package from boohoo on may 17th I paid and additional 14.99 for expedited shipping it is now may 27th 10 days later and I reached out requesting that they refund my shipping and they refused it is a complete scam to charge someone for a service you do not provide I paid 14.99 to have my package in 5 days it is now day 10 and I still do not have a package I want my shipping charge refunded now

Bought 2 dresses, paid for the express shipping (1-3 days). Item was scheduled to be delivered on the 3rd day, but was rescheduled. It was again scheduled to be delivered no the next day 7pm, it didn't. Contacted the shipped via WhatsApp to let them know of the delay, they asked me to wait 24-48 hours. I told them it was the weekend and that I had paid for the express shipping for a reason, they didn't care. Turned out, UPS said that they found damage with my package and were no longer going to deliver. Contacted seller again, showed them that my item was no longer going to be delivered and said that if the could over night the dresses I was willing to still accept it. They told me I had to wait 20 more days before they were to do anything about it. Had to initiate a charge back on my credit card in order to get my money back.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from them, not worth it.

The sizing is confusing. The clothes I bought didn't fit me right. And when I returned them, they said that they never got it back. But I tracked my order and it had gotten there 2 days after its shipment. I checked in a week later and they said that they never got them. Horrible horrible service

Purchased an item that didn't fit, returned it on Dec. 2nd, my postage tracking shows they received item on Dec. 5/2016, still getting the run around and have not received my credit back yet and it is Feb. 21/2017!
I have gotten nothing but the run around with multiple emails back and forth, no where near worth the hassle!

Had been using this store for over a year. With season change, made a big purchase of a couple hundred. Package has been stuck in Chicago since 4/19. USPS tells me that Boohoo needs to reach out. Boohoo tells me that I need to reach out. Boohoo has given me multiple dates and multiple reasons for why I haven't recd my package. Customer service has been so slow with at least 24 hours between messages and completely unhelpful. I have been ripped off and at this point, just want my money back.

After having waited about 10 days past when my order should have arrived, I contacted the customer service, which couldn't tell me anything about where my order was and told me to wait two more days. Then when those 2 days had passed I contacted them again and then they told me that the order had been lost in transit. They offered zero compensation and didn't offer me anything to make up for it, and they couldn't even reship my order. Obviously they had to refund me the whole order as I didn't get any of the items I ordered, but that was it. There was a sale when I ordered so now everything is much more expensive and they told me it was just too bad and if I wanted those items I'd just have to order again (and then hope that that order will arrive) which I obviously did not do.

I ordered 5 XXXL shirts from them for my brother on Christmas. Went well he loved them.

I just ordered 4 more shirts for my brother's birthday. The shoulders on all the shirts were way too snug and did not fit him at all. I complained that I went by their sizing and it was not my fault. They said if I returned them, they would not be refunding my shipping fee and on top of that, I had to pay additionally to ship it back to them for a refund!

They have deleted their contact page off their site and hide their customer service contact on twitter. They will send you canned responses and they don't care at all. I lost money because of their incompetentence. I wish I had seen the reviews sooner. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had ordered a few things from boohoo and paid for shipping that would take up to 8 business days. It's been weeks now and I still haven't received my items. I reached out to customer service about the issue and they said that things with the shipping company is taking longer than expected and my items could come wayyyyy later than the estimated date. They also refused to refund my shipping even though my items aren't coming within the timeframe that I paid for. I also never receive shipping updates. Will never ever order from them again.

This company has terrible customer service and engaged in unscrupulous and unethical business practices. I placed an order based on US sizing instead Boohoo switched my order to UK sizes and additionally changed my size 9 over the knee boots to a size 7. It took weeks and numerous emails to get a response and when I did they LIED and said the sizing I ordered was the UK equivalent, WRONG! I am an avid online shopper and I am fully aware of the differences in sizes. After two months I received an email starting they refunded my money. No apology and no further explanation. Please be mindful of this company. I have NEVER had this happen to me by an company so I can say wholeheartedly I will not shop there ever again.

They sent me the wrong item. Emailed back and forth with customer service for hours. They told me all I could do was return my item and they would refund me. So they send me the wrong item and I have to pay to return and ship the item back. BULL$#*!. This website is a joke. Their clothes are terrible quality and so is their customer service.

There is a daily offer on free delivery which is a con. It is not possible to make the code work by applying it to the order. They also email. You a discount code which does not work when. You try to. Add it. This company does not have a manned phone number so you cannot speak to anyone. There is a phone number which is just telling the caller to email or message on facebook.

So I returned 2 items on the 10th of March and it's now the 15th of April and no refund. I emailed them a few weeks ago and was told I have to wait 28 days before they can process my refund (which is an absolute joke) I still heard nothing after 28 days so emailed again and was asked for proof of postage and a list of items returned. I already told them what I was returning on the returns website before I posted it so they should know this. I don't remember the names of what I returned they should be able to find out. I've sent them proof of postage so I guess we will see what happens. Don't order from boohoo once they've taken your money they have no interest in helping you. The clothes are very poorly made as well and look much nicer on their website compared to when you receive them.

I order 3 items 12 days ago and have been trying to return it every since! I tried to complete the On-Line Return Form and it kept telling me that "my order did not exist"! I have emailed them 4 times and still have not received a return address here in the USA.

I placed a $180 order however when I submitted my order I never got a confirmation number. I inquired about getting my confirmation number but they informed me my order was never processed BUT they took my money! Then they gave me the run around for 3 months before they refunded me. They were rude and short with me and kept telling me to just wait for an email. Not once did I get an email informing me of what was going on not even when they finally did refund me 13 weeks later. I would reach out to them weekly asking where my refund was and they would just say we'll bump this to the appropriate team... I asked if I could speak with anyone else and they told me no! I will NEVER suggest them to anyone.

Tip for consumers:
Don't do it...

You will never receive what you ordered or get your money back it's been 2 months they never send it and when you ask why can't you get your order they will lie saying they will refund you the money on this date and when the date come they will say ohh no we can't refund the money I'm sorry if you care about your money don't use this app it's a scam.

I spent almost £200, with Next Day Delivery for last Tuesday. Didn't arrive, on Thursday I was messaged by a girl from Lincoln saying she had my package, I live in Southampton, Different name, different address. Boohoo were aware of this problem and did not tell me, there was no notification of delivery, for all I knew my package was still in transit, it took the honesty of a stranger to make aware of this. Boohoo have still not got my package back to me, they tried to get the girl have it posted to me! It is so difficult to get in contact with boohoo, I never had problems before so I hadn't noticed that they do not have a phone number, and with all of my emails a different person replies, who are rude and simply do not care. I previously had praised boohoo for their cheap prices but if you have to compromise on customer service for cheap goods I'm afraid Im going to have to shop elsewhere.

So I spent over $100 with boohoousa when I finally got my order everything was the wrong size! Not because I got it wrong but because THEY got it wrong. I had used a promo code that was no longer available and they don't do exchanges EVEN when they're the ones who messed up. No customer care number. Horrible service. They did absolutely nothing for me!
