I ordered a pair of boots a size 8 to be exact, when i got my confirmation email, it said a US size2. That is not what i ordered, i ordered a 8. I quickly sent them an email asking them to please send me the right size and that a US size 2 does not exist!. I did not receive a reply back till 48 hours later and their policy clearly says 24 hours to receive a reply. My order had not shipped and i was hoping they put a hold on my order. I received a reply 48 hours later asking me to verify my information. My order number was clearly the subject of my email. Well my order shipped and from the email i got, boohoo sent the wrong size. Lets not add the fact i didn't get free shipping. Boohoo's customer service is such joke. I am so disappointed, now i have to go through the year long hassle of returning the boots back to boohoo. (Yes it takes what feels like a year to return items to boohoo).

My package has been sitting in a station across the country from me for the past week and I contacted them and they told me to wait until after my package was expected to be delivered. When I messaged them again, they told me to wait ANOTHER 15 days because they were "looking into it" I told them im going on vacation and one of the pieces of clothing I ordered is in my pregnancy announcement photos... and they didn't care. They just said I had to wait and they are looking into it. And IF they send me another package, it wont be until 2 days before I leave on Vacation. So I wont even get it on time.
So disappointing.

I have bought a pair of grey joggers and a pair of leggings. Good that I have ordered 2 sizes bigger (the joggers) otherwise they would have been small on me. Should have done same with leggings - though they are ok but wish they were longer.

I got an email that my order was damaged by Fed Ex and I would be refunded. They only refunded $16 out of $73. They are thiefs! Don't order from these people, you won't get anything and they won't give you back your money

The second time I order, and the second time I do not get the items. I got a next day delivery, they not only did not deliver the next day, but its been a month and I still waiting. They blame the shipping company but apparently they did not provide information at all, not address no contact number, nothing. After I did myself, I do not know what happened but they send the package back to boohoo, they still haven't given me the money back and they say they need to investigate why the shipping company failed.
After all this I never saw the package, I do not know what they have to wait for. They need to sort it out themselves.
I have to keep explaining what the story is because they change agents in the chat every time I send a message and they don't bother to read up. I been explaining over and over again the situation every day for 3 weeks, I honestly just want my money back.

I generally love the quality of Boohoo clothing however I will not be ordered from them anymore. This is the 3rd time I have received the wrong size. I wear a 20/22 and they ship me a size 12 as if I'm not going to notice. If you don't have my size, just cancel the order and refund me, instead of having me have to take my time shipping the item back and waiting to be refunded.

I bought a dress during a 'flash sale' where the dress was 50% off. After I put in my credit card information, the total in the cart reflected the 50% off price. However, I was charged full price on my credit card. When I contacted customer service, I was given the run around. They have no way to know when a flash sale happens, they will send my dispute to a manager, do I have any proof of the flash sale such as a screen shot. It was way more hassle than it was worth. Refused shipment and disputed the charges with my credit card.

I ordered ONE item from boohoo.com in late December. I didn't receive my item in the mail for over a month. The jacket I ordered was too big for me so I returned it on February 6th. After sending THREE emails to their customer service, I still have not been refunded for my purchase. I order online often and I've had little issues here and there, but I have to say; Boohoo.com is the WORST site I've ever ordered from. I should have read the reviews first. At this point, I may never get refunded. No matter how many things you see on their website that you like, DO NOT ORDER FROM BOOHOO.com. They will bull$#*! you in their email response and, like me, you'll still be waiting and waiting for your money back.

I counted 14 messages sent to you for a refund and you first tried to convince me that I received the package, later I gave you the wrong address, then you scared that I would not reply because I insult you, then that I have to confirm that I really did not receive the package in 7 points and in every message I did it, I have enough. You make people dumb because you're not going to give your money back anyway. Thieves and scammers, that's about it.

I ordered a dress from them early June was tracking it never came never came never came finally FedEx investigated for me here it was in Memphis empty nothing was even in the box so I try to get my money back or another size and they tell me they have to investigate for themselves and then just tell me they're going to refund my money when I said I want a different size they no longer make the dress but the dress is still on the website. Awful experience can't contact customer service. Don't waste your money or your time

I order from boohoo.com and have done for about 2 years not.
I recently placed a order for a dress and a necklace.
The dress was SHOVED in a bag was not folded. And the necklace i ordered had a black piece missing, it was not in the packaging.
I will be sending back both items and may think about ordering from there again.

They sent me wrong size item and asked me to pay return shipping for their mistake, and they won't refund the first shipping i paid for my orders. So I have to pay shipping twice for the mistake they made. It's a scam website and their customer service suck. They won't help you and they don't care!

Ordered my items on a Saturday, arrived to NY on a Tuesday! The items were of good quality, reflecting the cost of each item. A few items were a bit big, so they were returned. (Returned items were sent out on a Tuesday and refund was confirmed that following Thursday!) I would shop here time and time again!

The website looks great but the items are misrepresented and when they arrive, you WILL be disappointed. Quality is terrible, sizes are wrong but that's all in the game, the real problem is after you receive you junk, returns are extremely difficult. The dispatch a label that you pay for, then you take it to the post office and it is the wrong label. The post office can not refund the money you paid Boohoo and issue a new label. They can issue you a new label but you will be out the money you paid Boohoo. Don't do it. You'll be sorry.

I recently made an online purchase of the Presidential Box from Stately, and I couldn't be more disappointed with the entire experience. The clothes I received were of shockingly low quality and very random styles. It was almost like I received a pile a clothes that retailers couldn't sell and just threw away.

I recently ordered from Boohoo. I paid for expedited shipping but still waited almost 2 weeks for my order. The packaging was a mess. I ordered 3 of the silk pajama sets. They are true to size, however ALL OF MY CLOTHES WERE DAMAGED. One shirt has a hole and the other two shirts came stained with what looks like dirt. I‘ve washed them to get the stains out but I will NOT be ordering again.

I ordered well over 3 weeks ago didn't get it delivered on the expected date so I contacted the customer service and reminded them I paid for fast delivery and they said unfortunately there is nothing we can do. I paid $15 extra to have it shipped faster. So the second time around I still don't have my order and there response is we can't do anything about it. This by far has been the most unprofessional way to handle this entire situation. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my items and not even one apology from them. Kind you I paid for expedited delivery and no refund for that even. Neverever again. Folks please DONOT order from them if this wasn't my first time I would have never going to this pain. I returned my order in October. It is the end of February. They told me that since I didn't have my tracking number they could not process my return, basically I was sh*t out of luck and it was my fault. I disputed with my bank, my bank called and magic happened... all of a sudden they found my package, wouldja look at that! Pooooof! Magic. Yep. They were not going to refund me until I got my back involved. Lesson learned. They are con artists. This place is a scam. The fact that I had to wait till feb to get refunded for an order I returned in October is appalling, and what's even more appalling is that I ONLY got my money back because my bank got involved. They had no intentions of refunded me. Once chase called, all of a sudden they found my package. If you are having a similar problem, get your bank involved or kiss your money goodbye. I'll never order from here again.
