Very poor customer service from Boohoo.
On the date I ordered, the website clearly stated 28 days to return an item. The website still stated 28 days to return items on the date I tried to start a return.
However, the website would not allow me to initiate returns.
Nicole, Aimee and Ashleigh who work in customer service were very unhelpful saying that they'd changed the return times to 14 days even though the website still stated 28 days. I have a screenshot of the website to prove it states 28 days to return.
They've left me no other option than to initiate two credit card claimbacks to get a refund for the poor quality clothing.
I have been ordering from Boohoo for a while but the quality of clothing has deteriorated and I have to send more items back on every order.

I purchased few stuff and didn't received my package. I tried to reach out to the company several times and i couldn't get a respond, there's no way of contacting them, so end up loose. What kind a company is this cannot respond to their customers,this is stealing and cruelty, i wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase here and i will never purchase anything from boohoo again..

Ordered a pair of size 10 shoes and after two weeks they finally come... one is size 10 and the other is size 11. After contacting costumer service asking if I could exchange the size 11 for a size 10, all I would get are these automated-styled responses saying to return the order to process a refund, even though the shipping costs would cost about the same price as the shoes.
Also, the quality of their products are POOR.

I placed an order on the 30th of November and boohoo is telling me that I will not be able to receive a refund or credit until January 3rd. There customer service is horrible. Not to mention they do not have a line to call.

I swear I thought this company was fine! I saw a youtube video on clothes from the website and it looked promising! I paid $54.19 for the items and I was highly dissapointed in the products. They were badly made and did not look like the original picture. I attempted to return it but from California, I had to pay $12 to ship the ugly clothes back. And when they finally get my package, they return a total of $49.20. I emailed them and they said they took out the $5 for carriage! I paid for the carriage myself and I had to pay the shipping cost to return something I did not like. BEWARE! Don't buy from this company, you're better off buying it from somewhere else.

So I ordered two jackets, a fur one and a curdoroy one. The overall quality on the two items were decent at best. However, you could tell that by how cheap the items just by the price. Like a fur purka, only $40, so obviously it's not be Canadian Goose level. I was more worried about my order getting here in a month, like what most reviews said what had happened to their order. But I got my two items in 5 business days, which they said it would be here in 8 business days, so that relieved my worry. So overall, if your like me if you care more about how clothing looks and not that much about the quality, and very cheap, I would recommend boohoo. Oh yeah, the items fit me okay, too.

I ordered a dress on the 25th of April that was supposed to arrive 8-10 days after it was ordered. This dress arrived on the 9th of May! I emailed several times to get the dress returned to the sender for a refund. No one has reached back to me. I've emailed 8 times to explain my situation yet they are incapable of replying or helping me figure out the situation. Impossible to reach anyone to help!

Very upset, once an order is placed within the minute of ordering it you cannot change the details of delivery. Boohoo had my school address as my default address as soon as I realized within 30 secs after I tried to change the address. I also contacted customer service a minute after and they said they couldn't change it a day later. Well, they just lost me as a customer I needed this for an important event and they are not accommodating.

Ordered several items and returned the unwanted ones within 3 days. That was around 22 March. I was checking my credit card statement and noticed that my money from boohoo hadn't been returned. I emailed them about 5 pm and by 8.30am the next day the said they were refunding me my money. No explanation as to why they hadn't done it in the previous 3 weeks.
My concern is that at what point would they of refunded me my money if I hadn't contacted them first. And how many people just presume that boohoo automatically send refunds and don't bother to double check...
Top I bought from them was ok but I won't be ordering from them again as I don't trust them now.

If I could rate this negative stars, I would. I ordered three items from Boohoo. Two of the products were such thin, terrible quality that I may as well have been wearing a napkin.
These things happen right? So I contact them letting them know I need to return the items. I followed their instructions to return the products to Atlanta and I (thankfully) held onto the receipt.
After hearing nothing for over 2 weeks following the products being returned to Atlanta, I contacted them letting them know of the issue. I received an email quickly, letting me know I needed to wait an additional 2 weeks, which I did.
Following that 2 weeks, I contacted them again and they told me that it still had not been received by them. At that point they asked for a picture of my receipt and a description of the product, which I gave them. At that point, after tons of emails and an incredible hassle, they refunded me $14 of the $40 that I spent. My experience wasn't pleasant.

This company is great. I got my order to the United States in less than a week. The dress I ordered for me perfectly and was great material! I couldn't have asked for a better experience from Boohoo. Don't be scared to order from them.

They changed the price of my items last minute when I was checking out. Then, when I contacted them about it, they said they couldn't change the price of the items. An order that originally came out to $36 turned into a $50 order due to their error. Now, I have to pay for shipping to return the items. Stay away! Especially with what's going on in the news about the company and their inhumane practices.

I purchased some dresses in the fall of 2022! The dresses didn't look nothing like what was shown on website. They didn't fit at all and looked horrible. Therefore, I returned them by spending $58. However, I have not received any response from the company! I ended up losing about $225 of my money. I have no dresses, no refund and no response! I have been humiliated and disrespected and feel like I have been abused! I wish I could get my money back and I hope nobody else purchase from this company so they won't have to go through what I have been through! This was a horrible experience for me!

They don't give a $#*! about what they're sending. Since their site doesn't support polish signs the adress came out a little efed up, so I quickly sent them an e-mail correcting it. They didn't take it into consideration and... get this: they just ignored the parts that were formated wrong and sent the package to my city and country. That's all the information they put in. Not my name, neither the street or anything else. It's like people who work there have no brains, they can't think. Now they're not responding to my messages and e-mails (I contacted them on every possible platform). So I'm going to have to wait 2 weeks till the packed comes here, another two for it to get back to them and then... who knows. Maybe I'll lose my money, maybe they'll send it back. I'm so pissed and I don't even know what to do.

The bad reviews that people post about this site may discourage you from buying. "poor customer service", "late delivery" and all the works. I would encourage anyone to try them out, have your own experience often times when people get there stuff with no faults they dnt bother to leave reviews hence the ratio of bad reviews to good reviews. I ordered my items on a Monday chose express shipping, the item was dispatched Tuesday n delivered by Friday. The items were in good condition however I must say in person they dnt look exactly like online, cuter online but they alright. So for anyone wanting to order from the site do not let the bad reviews discourage you, just measure urself so u dnt have a problem with the size when it comes and order. Have your own experience.

Affordable items are always well liked however the company isn't run well. I ordered 2 dresses and paid $10 shipping. Few days later they send me email saying I was refunded for the dress I was mist looking forward to saying it wasn't on stock. However the website still shows it Instock. They refuse to refund me for the shipping. I said to cancel the order and refund me the full price they still refused. They said when they went to get the dress in warehouse it wasn't available. However it's been showing instock on the site since the day I have ordered it. So what's going on? Paid $10 for shipping and didn't get the dress I want and they suggested I go ahead and order it again AND pay $10 shipping again. This is pathetic and not professional.

Appalling service. Bought several items on 12th December with Premium next day delivery. Items never arrived. Only resolved/refunded today. They excused themselves of any responsibility by blaming Evri. Customer service is obviously offshored with standard templates replies. Might as well banged my head on a wall. Asked them to refund the premier service charge (only bought to guarentee Xmas delivery lol) and they are now refusing. I'd strongly avoid using them.

Returned my items as I was not happy with them. I used the label they asked me to use to send returns back along with a tracking number. I have checked my tracking number now several times and it stated the returns have been delivered. They tell me they have not received my returns and now iam still without a refund to my credit card. Very unhappy customer will not be purchasing from boohoo.com again.

I order my clothes from 7 days ago and it is still not here yet. They refuse to refund me 3 days shipment, because they did to investigate the claim. I showed them screenshots of the order. They guaranteed the items to be here by April 21st and today is April 23rd. While it is 3 days shipment, I am here still waiting on my 8th day.
Seriously need to question their customer service and delivery service. Marketing shouldn't advise it if the business can't deliver it.

Try to buy is 2-3 weeks in advance or else you may be frustrated like me close to the deadline.. on when you need the clothes in by.

If I could give zero stars I would. I tried to order the same order twice, and had it cancelled both times. All customer service could tell me was conflicting information... telling me that they have no clue what they're doing, they're lazy or that there is zero common sense. Their help consisted of, ummm you could try this? Won't be ordering (sorry... i wasn't even successful) will never try to order from them again. Brutal. Take your money elsewhere. A company that can't be bothered to train their customer service properly or have staff that cares enough to help you, is not worth your money. There are waaaay better companies out this.

Their customer service sucks! They have no contact number only way to reach them is threw twitter or email and twitter they reply every 4 hours and email every 48 hours! Number two they send you a confirmation out and when the delieverydate comes it says it was delivered at your front door.! Please dont buy from them everyone is complainin about this company and that is so disappointing Placed an order about a week ago which I did the four day shopping after all the run around I'm receiving an email saying I canceled my order which I didn't... my question is what happen to my cash that came off my credit card... what I can say though this is a high level of dishonesty but it won't have a second time.

I bought a few tops, some joggers and pjs for lounging around in, delivery was fine but cost a fortune!
One of the tops had a hole in, the pjs were poor quality and the joggers were not as expected. The website shows them to be a standard jogger/sweatshirt material, but they were a sort of slippery neoprene and they were super itchy. Not impressed at all!
The returns process was good, although I wish I didn't have to use it! I just went to Asda and printed off a label to stick to the package and put it in a drop box. Easy!

Not only are the clothes terrible quality. But the fact that they flat out lie about paying duties for shipping to Canada all over there website. When I messaged about the fact that I have to pay 40$ Each on the 2 packages they sent I was told to contact them on Facebook and they would refund me. I contacted them and sent all the screenshots of the duties I paid. I was told I'd be refunded to my card by the 3 of September. It is now the 8th and I know there will be no refund. Complete scam stay far away!
