I found out about Boohoo on an online forum, of a discount store's website and boy am I glad I joined that conversation! For the past 6 months, I have been doing a lot of online clothes shopping, and found just about everything I needed... except sexy dresses that come in longer lengths. When I first visited Boohoo.com, I was instantly attracted to the clothing - I found just the type of dresses I was looking for. After a couple of weeks looking through the site, I finally placed an order. I was very excited when I was sent a first time buyer discount code to use on my order.
The website is great! I loved being able the see the dresses on the models, in all the different colours, with one simple click. And what I was especially impressed by was the clean, professional video clip of the models walking in the dresses. Awesome! That made me REALLY want the dresses.
I was skeptical about ordering from Boohoo at first, because I usually only order from the USA, but the lovely products, nice website, great prices and very reasonable shipping rate sucked me in like a magnet.
I received my package in good time and thought it was a lovely, creative packaging, resembling the UK flag.
I absolute love my items! They are all great quality, and just as sexy, yet sophisticated, as I thought they would be. I will definitely be ordering from Boohoo.com again. Thanks!
Tip for consumers:
I would give this advise for all stores - Know your fabrics, so you can buy what you like. Know what thy of fabric is good quality and what is cheap... If you know this, you would be happy with every purchase.

Placed my first ordered ready for Christmas. Chose to have it delivered to a HubBox address. Later the next day that I paid delivery for I got a message via MyHermes (they are a joke in themselves) saying they tried to deliver to my home address., even though I chose the HuBox. To make it worse I was in all day as my work plans changed last minute but no one pressed my intercom in my apartment, and no neibhour got buzzed as there is only 6 of us. BooHoo has no number to call just Twitter messaging and that's where it get really stupid. They accused me of choosing a delivery point that cannot be guaranteed, and this is after I had to prove I selected the HubBox in the first place. All they keep saying is it is out for delivery tomorrow. After 5 times of telling them I'll not be here tomorrow they just said they cannot do anything. BooHoo or BahHumbug.

I've ordered from Boohoo several times now, first time was great, next time was less great. I ordered shoes that were a Canadian size 8, received the shoes and they were FAR too big. They claim them to be a UK6 which is supposedly a CAD8, this is not possible. These shoes were almost 2 sizes too big. They want me to pay the return costs on the shoes to swap them out. NO WAY. Their sizes are false and shouldn't be advertised this way. Overall bad customer service. Do not recommend.

I made a purchase on December 2nd the money came out instantly as did a shipping confirmation and after two weeks of waiting for my package I tried to track my shipment and it showed absolutely nothing. Even my order confirmation was no longer valid. I sent them an email and they refunded the $10 USD shipping and promised my package was shipped but held by customs. They then proceeded to ask me to review the products that I NEVER recieved. It is now December 23 and my package is finally at my local post office. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE 21 days to deliver a package... even overseas.

I ordered a hoodie in size medium and they send one in large. I notify them about this and they said they will fix it so that it never happens again. So, i return it and i buy another one in size MEDIUM just for it to come in a size large AGAIN. Absolute primates working over there

Well. I bought jeans, bodysuit and top. The jeans doesnt look like on the picture, bad size, the waist is smaller then hips, that's great BUT, How can I put on over my hips, when waist is smaller? No stretch. The top is completely transparent, I don't know how I can wear this, because every bra you can see under the top. I understand, that some white clothes are a little bit transparent, but this? Next, the bodysuit is too small. I bought XS and it's like xxxs. I am really dissapoitment and I'll send it back. I just made one mistake on the address, contacted the costumer care immediately, they said they could not change the address, even when the product didnt left the warehouse. They said its not going to be a problem, so i waited. Contacted them a lot of times and the local carrier.
In the end no product and no refund. Wouldnt buy for sure from them again.

Ordered one item on October 25th. It was supposed to arrive on November 5th. It is now November 30th and the last tracking update on the item was november 2nd. Customer service has been the biggest pain in the $#*! and is currently doing nothing. No refund or New item. Would not order from here, took my money and never shipped out my goods.

I ordered clothes on 1/26/17 with an expected delivery date of 2/1/17. It is 2/3/17 and I still have not received my merchandise on any updates as to where it is in the last 3 days. The only way to contact the company is through email or twitter. The response you get from email inquiries is a automatic response generated through their system. I checked my order today only to find that now the delivery information shows that they have no record of my order. My advice to anyone thinking about ordering from this company is to do your research and save yourself the headache and money. I have no merchandise and no way of tracking it, and no definite response from this company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

The clothes looked good, but never came to me at all. They claimed that I wasn't there when the package arrived and that they sendt it back, but did I ever get my money back? No, I didn't. I also checked the date when the package arrived, and surprisingly I was home at that time. They are pretty much big liars and won't respond to my email.Do I even get the package? All in All just a huge dissappointment.

So I bot a peacoat with wool blend. Like 26% wool. When I recieved the coat, I look at the tag and it doesnt have wool at all. I'm not really upset but that is false advertising. I didnt spend a lot on it but if i knew it had no wool it should cost even less.

The only problem I had with this site was the delivery process. When I tracked my package on their website it said it would get to be on 26, which it didn't. It was pain trying to find the delivery that they use because I didn't know which delivery service they use. After searching on all the delivery options I figured out they use USPS and I was able to track my package directly through them. My package finally arrived almost two weeks after the expected date. When I got my clothes they fit AMMAAZZIINGG!. I bought a skirt, high pants and a shirt, I am an xs and usually I have to get them altered because my stomach is smaller then my waist. But the pants fit PERFECT! And the skirt fit amazing as well. I would shop here again its just the delivery is longer then what they write on their website.

I hate boohoo
Hi, I hardly do such reviews but my experience with boohoo was really stressful and lengthy I ordered from boohoo on the 5 July 2019 and today is 29th july 2019 and I still don't have my Oder. I ordered it for a vacation that I have to leave for in 8 days so I am guessing you understand me but the boho team doesn't since them I have spoken to 10 different boohoo team members but no one has been able to help me. On top of that the package came to me on 27th july but wasn't delivered because the delivery guys asked for some extra money as custom charge and now it's been sitting in the post office since then but I haven't received any update
PS. The website didn't mention any extra charge my mother was harassed by the delivery guy for money and please I would advise you to not go for this website unless your really desperate this should never be your first option or in my case any action

This store is the WORST store I've ever seen!
The package have arrived. But nobody have told me, and then the package gets back to them.
I ask to them to send me the itens again instead of refund me.
What have they done?
For don't pay the delivery, he didn't send me the package, and NEITHER have refunded me the money. And when I talk to them, they have abandoned me, 15 days waiting them to contact me and nothing (they aren't even thinking on contact me again). And then, they doesn't want to give me the delivery costs...
It's in the law they HAVE to refund me ALL the money.
But ok. I was waiting the refund. Again. And nothing.
I'm going to the police.
DONT BUY ON IT.

The KING SIZED COVER duvet that was supposed to fit a KING SIZED duvet doesn't fit! I spent almost $200 Canadian on it. While the quality of the cotton is lovely, when I asked to return it (because it didn't fit) I was told "any item purchased by error or ignorance are exempt from being returned or refunded." Very rude to speak to a customer like that. They ended up refunding me 20% which is better than nothing. But I had to cut up the sheet that came with it to make the cover larger to fit a normal sized king duvet.

Been using this company numerous times over last few years. I have paid for annual next day delivery, it is never really next day always a bit late. I ordered items 31st jan now 3rd feb still not received all it says on tracking will be with courier shortly. Contacted boohoo was told need to wait until 12th feb before they will replace missing item. As I pointed out to them the issue is at their end so why can't they resend it or let me cancel. Was told they can do neither option before 12th feb, I find this pathetic customer service and not willing to rectify their mistakes. I was told that if I wanted sooner to reorder then send other back?
So just to clarify pay 2x. Really Boohoo is this good enough?
