Do not deal with boohoo unless you are comfortable losing your money. I was fraudulently double charged for my order and though I emailed them as soon I saw that this had happened, they dispatched both orders anyways. When both arrived I immediately emailed them and was told this in return:
"I understand how concerning it is when 2 order go through. I have had a look at your account and can see you did not pay for shipping on both orders. However, if you accept 1 parcel and rejected the other one it will be returned back to us and once we receive it back in the UK warehouse you will be refunded automatically for it."
I did this, but of course you do not receive a tracking number when you simply reject a delivery so I have no way of knowing if it arrived. Nearly two months after this incident I have not yet received my money back. I have no doubt that it has arrived and they are withholding my return just because they can. In the most recent email I was told: "As you have chosen not to follow our returns process, we have no way of chasing this matter for you". I am absolutely appalled by this customer service and will never make an order from this company again. I advise that you do not either. It's just not worth it.

BOOHOO IS THE WORST ONLINE WEBSITE I HAVE EVER SHOPPED AT. I ORDERED A PACKAGE AND DID NOT RECEIVE IT UNTIL 3 WEEKS AFTER MY ORDER DATE. THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHERE THE PACKAGE WAS LOCATED. IT TAKES 21 DAYS FOR ME TO GET BACK MY REFUND FOR MY ORDER. IT'S CRAZY THIS WEBSITE IS LIKE A SCAM. I paid $15 shipping to receive ONE ITEM in 4 working days. It has now been FOUR WEEKS and I still have not received my one item.
The so called 'tracking number' they supplied me with does not work on the carrier website they claim is delivering my items, they said that my item was dispatched THREE WEEKS AGO and they do not supply you with any phone numbers to call when you have an issue.
I send in an email about this issue a week ago and all I received was an automatic reply saying they would reply after 24 hours. It has been A WEEK!
I am SO angry and I will NEVER EVER buy anything from this company ever again.

I placed my order, was sent an email a few days later that my package shipped and then nothing. No updates whatsoever, and the little tracking information they provided was useless. And the main way of contacting them is through email, to which 99% of the time, they give a BS excuse that completely disregards what I wrote in my email to them.
I ordered my items over a month ago and haven't received any updates on my package. Basically the only information I've received over three weeks of correspondence with their customer service team is that there's a "delay at customs". They expect me to believe that my package has been held up at customs for over three weeks, when my friend who ordered the same day got her package two weeks ago... this is a complete sham and sad excuse for a business.
Also to note, one customer service agent said that my package cleared customs and was on its way to me, and then other agents told me that my package was still at customs... obviously they're just making up excuses to seem like they have their sh*t together.
I still have no idea where in the world my package is. So save yourself the grief and never shop here!

I am really satisfied with my order! It took 3 WEEKS to arrive which was really frustrating because At that time I was convinced I would never receive my package, but I finally got it, so better late than never. I have been ordering with Boohoo for years. Most of them were hits and 2 were misses and when I say misses they were REAL MISSES.
One thing with boohoo which looks to change recently is their delivery. I live in the states and have paid to have my order rushed and did not receive it on time. Not sure if was because of the delivery they were using or customs but it was terrible. Reaching out to their customer service agents during this time was also a nightmare. They do not have a contact number so you must email or reach out to them through Twitter. Twitter is a slim chance that you will get someone that actually helps. You will get a "I'm sorry that happened what is your order number" and the person disappears along with the titanic. And if you email it says we are experiencing more orders then usual so give us x amount of time and some times it's past what they say. Recently for rushed orders to the US they are using DHL for the first leg and i could not be any happier!
I love the clothes and how they have so much on the website. But when Boohoo messes up they really take a tumble

Had came across this website a few times in the past and finally decided to make a purchase. My main concern shopping from online websites is the the return policy. I always want to make sure that I can return the items without losing much money so I read their entire return policy. The return policy advertised "free returns" and a "return label" inside the package and claimed it was an easy 3 step thing. BEWARE THIS IS NOT TRUE! At least not for US customers! If you reside in the US you have to go to your local post office get your shipment weighed and then they charge accordingly. I paid $25 to get my package shipped back to them! Not to mention their size chart is NOT accurate, hence why I am returning some items. The quality of some of their clothes was horrid! I received a "red" dress that looked like it had been washed 20 times causing it to look faded. I tried reaching out to their customer service which was no help. So if you want to lose out on some money then shop here at BooHoo! I sure won't be.

I have ordered a pair of beautiful earrings from their website, for my New Years Eve program, thinking that those will perfectly match and complete my outfit for that night. After I placed the order their system showed me that I bought the last pair of those earrings, which made me even more happier about it. Instead of the earrings I have received a GREY WINTER COAT ( have no idea how did it got so f-ed up). After I changed like 10 emails with their customer service, it turned out that all they can do is that they will refund me for the earrings, but only after I sent back the coat, and there is no way I am going get those earrings, because they are no longer available at their site. The best advice they could give me (2 days before the New Years Eve party) that I should check their website time to time, because MAYBE the earrings will be back in stock again (or not). Never buying anything from them again.

I GOT CHARGED TWICE IN THE SAME DAY BY THIS COMPANY WHEN I NEVER WENT INTO THEIR WEBSITE! I have the habit of checking my balance 3 times a week on my Bank and credit cards and saw this 2 pending charges for $280 and $286,71 from BOOHOO.COM. I called my CC and they say we needed to wait until it posted and then start a dispute. I got a new CC to replace the old one.

I was so excited when I finally had enough money to order some of my favorite clothes from here. But after 1 wear the satin skirt broke (i made sure to get a size up aswell so that wouldn't happen as satin is fragile!) and then the bikini snapped after 1 week! Out of everything i got the only thing that i was happy with is the velvet dress. Such a huge disappointment and i never got refunded despite the shocking quality of the clothes. Firstly in the same order I was sent a faulty product and then another product 3 sizes too large! Their returns process seems straight-forward but please take this as a warning... It is not!
They refunded me for one less item than they should have and I have been going round and round in circles for over 2 weeks trying to get this resolved and am still getting nowhere! I usually either get no response whatsoever or some sort of useless generic response... And then occasionally! I get someone that looks like they may actually be able to help me only to then have someone else reply to my next email and just destroy all the progress I seem to have made! The fact that they do not provide a customer services phone number as well is very suspect...

I ordered some women and men clothing from the Ontario website, which claimed that the company would handled all duties fees and that the shipping was free. Once the items arrived at the post-office, I was told that the order wouldn't be handed to me unless I pay for the duties (30% of the order value!), and of course an item, which I paid for, was missing. Customer service is giving me the run around... I should have read the reviews before purchasing from this sham of a company. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE!

Ually have no problem with boohoo. This time I ordered a body suit and a bralet to wear together for a hen party. The body suit was badly damaged and was very visible on wearing so I had no other option than to return for a refund. I received a refund for the items but not postage (with I think is extortionate) apparently if you return a faulty item along with an unfaulty item they will not refund postage... absolutely outrageous. I had no other use for the other item due to the faulty item so I had to return.

I don't get all the bad reviews! I order from them all the time and always receive my items in about 7 days, sometimes even less. I have the off shoulder wrap midi dress in 10 colors now. That dress is so forgiving and really holds you in well. No spanx required unless it's one of the lighter colors. I'm 5'7 138 lbs and usually wear an 8 tall. The tall shop is great for tall girls. Some of the pants are the longest I've ever seen! One pair was literally as tall as my head! Of course I returned them but how great for a really tall woman to have this option. Anything bodycon I can wear 8 in boohoo but if I don't want it fitted I'll go up to US 10. Some items I can wear a 6. Their clothes run smaller. I normally wear a US 4 anywhere else. You can zoom in on their pictures and get a good idea of the quality of each item. And let me tell you how fast they refund... I can ship a return to them and my refund will be back in my account in like 2 days! This is why I continue to order from them over and over, because I know the return process is free and fast. I've included photos of emails from. Them to show how fast I get refunds. Like 2 days after I print the return label they email me, I'll get an email that my refund is on the way and I'll check my bank account and the refund will be there. How awesome is that?

I have ordered 3 items and I only received 1 pc. I already informed them that I need the items on a specific date since it will be used for an event. I received 1 item one day before the event so I was so disappointed and asked them why it happened. They have so many excuses and could not really solve the dilemma. I paid all 3 items plus the shipping fee even if I just received 1 pc. So I send them email on what had happened. Cs has no use. They just telling me that I can order on their website so I feel a little okay with that. But when I was trying to finalize the order, I saw that I will be paying a shipping fee again. So I emailed them again and explained that I should not pay for that anymore since all the fault was on their end. They just gave me a bull$#*! reply saying and I quote "We regret to inform you that we cannot refund any shipping fees, please stay tuned since we do have sales and discount codes on the website.
