Impossible to contact and my money for next day delivery was wasted just like my time waiting for it from 10am to 10pm. It says that the Hermes courier attempted to deliver it but clearly those are lies.no one has left any coordinated, evidence such as a card or ACTUALLY KNOCKING ON THE DOOR at all. Please that mysterious self enplyed courier I'd u don't want to deliver stop spoiling the name for boohoo or Hermes. At least could of called or sent a text like good companies do. I would give no stars but this site is too kind. I'm not going to ever order anything from boohoo or Hermes ever again.

This company is a scam. They sent me incorrect items and now I cannot process refund as my "order number doesnt exsist". I have contacted them multiple times but they send me automated emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I place my order based on pictures Boohoo posted of their clothing/apparel.
Quality is not as it appeared in pics. Very cheap quality.
Package came with a return slip that was shredded/damage. There were no contact information available except for their email which no one ever respond to.
I had to go on their website to find the return address & did a return in hopes that they get it.
No online Chat available for questions or inquiries.
Only to send it with proof of return slip w/the post office which cost me an additional shipping fee of almost $15.
I did not like anything I received & returned everything purchase.
My cost was $53.40 & Boohoo sent me a confirmation email that they received my return afer a week an a half only to Refund partial payments made of $47.
Why did they do this I wondered? My email from Boohoo said that was after the discount applied to my order.
I can't believe they tried to cheat me out of a full refund & of course this doesn't include money lost from sending it back of almost $15.
I call my credit card company to dispute it & thank goodness they took care of the charges from Boohoo however I still lost the shipping return fee.
Don't be fooled by Boohoo. They will take your money however they can.

I paid over $17 for express shipping (3-5 days) because I needed an item by the weekend. I ordered Sunday, the 22nd and my package's ETA was originally the 24th but it quickly changed to the 31st. I contacted them because the shipping was more expensive than any of the 13 items I ordered. I asked to be refunded the $12 extra I paid for express. They replied via WhatsApp and they told me I was wrong that 5 business days from Sunday would be the 30th (WRONG). Even if the 30th was 5 days (which was actually 6 business days) the package arrived the 31st and they still refused to admit I was right. No refund and the clothes were $#*!. So disappointed.

If I could have given no starts I would have. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive in 5-8 business days on Jan 14th after going back and forth they told March 6th. March 6th came and went and didn't receive my package. I dispute it with my bank. March 8th the package arrives. I cancel the dispute as the company agreed for me to return and refund my order. I was told I would receive my refund on March 26th It is now March 28th no refund and they expect me to wait again. At this point I can no longer dispute the transaction with my bank as it has passed the allotted time.My order was for over $300 that is now lost no products no refund! They are scammers. DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE!

Im an online shopper so ive had bad experiences with CS and clothing so ive learned alot, the clothing are real clothing good quality period what is int he picture you get, ive never had an issue with that im in the US so i was very specific about sizing charts and ive never been wrong always know your measurements and always read reviews to see how it fits and you wont be disappointed i LOVE the fact that it tells you what size the model is wearing it helps me alot! And the fact that they ALWAYS have random 40-50 percent off takes the cake for me

Use to love shopping at Boohoo. Key words. USE TO. Over the last couple of years the quality has rapidly declined, along with the customer service and delivery time. Yes the items look great on the site but dont be fooled- in your package youll find cheap, flimsy and often damaged items. And nothing like the photo. Save yourself the money, Kmart is cheaper and better quality!
The last few purchases Ive had issues but continued to give them the benefit of the doubt and another chance:
One time they stuffed up and sent the wrong size. My order was correct they just packed wrong.
Next time I was missing items
Ive had items lost in the mail
And the last straw was recently when I received a damaged pair of trousers and was told the only option I had was to send it back at a mere $8 postage cost. The trousers were only $13 in the first place. They couldnt seem to understand my frustration at this.
That was the last straw and now Ill be ensuring everyone is warned about the crap products and lousy customer service!

This company is a total scam. The clothes are garbage, poor quality is an understatement.
If you have a return, good luck getting your refund. They won't issue the refund although the item was returned to them within their return guidelines.

I order from boohoo so often it's so convenient shipping to Ireland is so fast free return and quality of the cloths and shoes are good only thing I haven't liked I baught from then was the stick on bras that was not one bit sticky and knickers which were awkward material I have messaged them and they asked me to return them but I haven't had time and left it to long now but other than that I will continue to buy cloths from them just no underwear anymore

Pure FRAUD. ORDER WAS NOT THE CORRECT ORDER. NOTHING ABOUT THE ORDERED BOOTS WAS CORRECT. Big mess trying to return: getting many emails from 4 different sources--none are resolving the return problem. Classic scam of deceive the buyer and blast fake emails so the buyer gets frustrated abd gives up. I am not giving up.

Hello, I received my items and all I want to say is how sad, disgusted and disappointed im with boohoo, the delivery was a problem full of lies. The quality of the products very very poor. I went though the reviews and I came across a few saying they had the same problem,

I am very confused and very disappointed. It has been 2 weeks since I 1st ordered my items and I have not received them. I track my package on your site and it says I will still not get it until 7/30/15. But when I track it through your carrier It says my package is out for delivery in my town as of right now. BUt... I just went to check the mail box and there was "my" package from boohoo addressed to me with my address on the top like normal. Then... When I go to open the package it contains 2 items that are not mine! I never ordered these dresses EVER. And it had a Delivery summery paper listing the items with someone else's name: Veronica Sparrow from 33 St John Ave APt #1 Binghampton NY *******. I am really upset because does this mean my clothing items got delivered to someone else!? I have been waiting for 2 weeks just to find out I got the wrong items! I was planning on wearing the items I ordered and waited for to my friends wedding this weekend. Can Boohoo please explain how this happens! I need all my money back asap! I had purchased 2 items on December 14th. By December 16th i got an email saying they were shipped. I paid the extra money so that they could be sent to me by the 21st. In total i spent 74$. My products have been sitting in a postoffice in NY since December 18th. I just received an email saying im being refunded 20$ because my items are out of stock! Both items were over 20$. Im highly pissed offf. Customer service doesnt work and basically doesn't exist with this business. If i could give negative stars i would. I did the site quiz about what size to buy and it told me to buy 16 so I ordered a size 16 jeans when they came I couldn't even get them past my bum, I always order 16 everywhere but I know that sizes are different for each store/ website so I sent them back and ordered plus size 18 instead they came and still don't fit, the last time I bought a pair of jeans (size 16) I was 1 stone heavier so I know it's not because I have gained weight or anything, I also ordered a plus size 18 dress which is fine in length and around the stomach but on my chest it's too small, I usually buy size 16 for that aswell, the clothes in general are nice and are exactly what they looked like but the sizing is all over the place.

I would give no stars if I could This place BOOHOO advertises a size which is the wrong size then you pay for postage and you send it back and pay for the postage again and you have no top no money and you are out of pocket even more money. They do not have a exchange program and if you want the right size you have to pay for the postage again so a $18 top will end up costing you double at least
