I almost didn't buy from this site after reading so many poor reviews. But I am so glad I did. I ordered my goods on the Friday, I was given tracking information which was updated continually and my goods arrived on the following Thursday. The items were of good quality, reflecting the cost of each item. Cut was great. The sizing is fairly standard if a little on the smaller side. Luckily I allowed for this and ordered the size up, which was a perfect fit. Very reasonably priced items. I would definitely recommend Boohoo.

Do NOT order from this website unless you want to just throw your money in the trash. Their clothes are horrifically poor quality and just forget it if you want to issue a return. They will claim they never received your item and refuse to give your money back. Unbelievable horrible company!

I seriously do not understand the amount of bad reviews on this website. I was skeptical to purchase from here at first because of it but now I am fricken obsessed with this website! It's like I need rehab. The clothing is fine quality, it's better than forever 21 and that's where most people shop and they love it. The shipping is extremely fast considering I live in Michigan and the clothes come from the UK, I've never had a single issue and I seriously buy from here like once a week. I'm obsessed. Don't listen to the others

Its been a month, where my $#*! at?… Oh standard shipment takes up to 8 days they say! Ight, here i am a month later, where my $#*! at? Then I decided to get on here, and look at the comments just to find out the quality is terrible, refunds are impossible, and customer service is broken. Wow! Now i wanna go slap the mfwka who referred me to boohoo. Like damn, am I stupid! The name says it all. Its like all I'm doing right now is complaining, and they probably sitting upstairs saying boohoo mfwka, btw thanks for the bread.

When I received my package in December of 2016 one of my items was damaged and quite worn looking so I contacted boohoo for a return following all the steps. I was told that I would receive a refund for the shipping cost for sending the faulty item back and after countless e-mails explaining my story over and over again I have still yet to be refunded and it is April 8th 2017 (4 months and no refund). Most disturbing customer service experience!

My package did not arrive, customer service takes 30 minutes or more to contact. You can not call them, only chat or email available. I was told I had to wait 30 days to "confirm" package was lost before I could even get a refund. Will never order anything from them again.

Every thing is pretty crap. The quality is bad and the shorts I've posted I literally got YESTERDAY. The sweatpants I got are already ripping a little at the seams and they're loose on me, I didn't get them too small. Won't be ordering again that's for sure. Would highly recommend avoiding this brand!

I received my order today, and out of the 8 pieces, there wasn't a single piece that was decently made or wearable. All items were see-through and thin and were made with a weird t-shirt material, and it just wasn't cute. Also, just learned that they paid their worker close to nothing and were exposed for exploration... so best to stay away from this disgusting website.

This maybe long. I ordered some clothes for an event. I had a particular outfit in mind. When I received my order, the pants I prepared to wear was the wrong size. I reached out and informed them they asked me to send pictures and I did. I asked for my expedited shipping to be refunded. I was told no because I ordered the wrong size. I corrected the association with proof boohoo was wrong and asked for a supervisor. No one reached out until I went to instagram. Then another associate again told me that it was my fault. So I sent pictures for the second time. Then they said ok, you're right but since the other items were on time they weren't going to refund me. I had 3 service failures including, the insult of being wrongly corrected by boohoo. 15 dollars is all I asked for and I was denied.

The clothes look great on the website but in person there is something wrong with the way the clothes are designed and cut. They don't hang properly and the proportions are off. The materials don't lay correctly. I've never seen anything like it.

Tip for consumers:
I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. Poor quality clothing.

Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this company. She in has the same items, cheaper, best customer service and way better shipping time. I ordered clothes from this people and first I have to wait 2 days to get in contact with someone who can help me, ny package is lost and there is nothing they can do they made me have to wait 20 days for them to be able to do something about it, they won't return my money nor send me my clothes. WORST customer service and service overall EVER.

I ordered a sweater, two weeks later I received a jacket. I immediately got in contact with the company and returned the jacket and requested a refund. This was my first time buying from this company. My refund came two months later after I that to practically beg for my money. This company is horrible. Never again.

I believe Boo Hoo to be a company that gives an excellent service. The quality of some clothes may not be up to standards however the price for these clothes are so cost effective, one has to accept "you get what you pay for"
When I shop in Phase Eight for instances I expect to get quality because of the huge costs I pay for. Having said that some of the quality of BooHoo clothing is too good for the price they charge
Returns with Boo Hoo are easy and refunds are quick with no quibble. Their styles and sizes suit pretty much all ages. I give them a 5 star anytime

I bought 5 items from Boohoo. And I returned 4 of them. First off, My body size is average and usually I wear a size "M". But the clothes I got from Boohoo were a big too small. I would need a size "L". Secondly, The material made my skin feel itchy (if you don't wear anything underneath). And finally, it's probably less of a concern but the clothes came with strong and unpleasant smell...

They put up Black Friday Sale and offered free delivery on all orders. This is 9 days, you don't get told until you have already paid. I send them a long email and they reply with a short, rude and mispelt email which sounds like a 15 year old wrote it.

It is horrific, I normally order from here but I think I am done.

I ordered a leather jacket and it came defected lol I'm sad also it looks nothing like the picture. I think your way better off ordering from shein or romwe tbh same quality but cheaper. I think this brand is a rip-off. Also, the jeans r horrible. I'm not going to return them b/c it's too much of a hassle with this company to do. So, I'm going to try my best to fix these clothes myself so it's not a waste of money.

I used to love boohoo. There was always a sale and the shipping time was pretty decent. However, the quality of their clothes is HORRIBLE. Very thin and see through. I ordered a turtle neck Leo from them and the neckline loosened very quickly! I washed it once and there was a hole on the side at the seams. Ugh! I also purchased a white Leo. Every see through. No matter what color bra I put on with it. I'd rather spend good money on good quality.

I have ordered from boohoo before and had no difficulties. However, my recent order I received has caused me much bother and is still continuous. I ordered ripped jeans, black heels and a bodysuit. Although I recieved a play suit instead of the bodysuit. After getting in touch with their customer service (it was slow but has been helpful so far) and found out that instead of informing me that there were no more bodysuits in my size they decided to send me a completely different item. After much back and forth I sent all the items back for a return (the jeans were too small and shoes too big). I have now recieved an email saying they have got my items and are refunding me but only for the jeans and play suit. This has taken almost overall a month to return them to then find out they wont be giving me all my money back. I am so disappointed. I used to love shopping with them but I can assure you this will be the last time.

I checked their sizing guide but I would have been able to pitch a tent with the dresses I received, so I returned them. Their customer service timelines are pretty awful. It took three weeks for their warehouse to register that my return parcel had arrived. I have had to email them about three times to prompt any communication about the process. Still am waiting for a refund. By the time it's all over I bet the whole process would have taken about two months. Not purchasing from this company again, which is a shame because their clothes are cute - but just not worth the hassle.

I spent $140 on this site, with expedited shipping - never got a package, never get more than an automated response both on email and Facebook. I am submitting a claim with my bank. This company needs to be shut down!

You can get cheaper clothes at Forever21 for much, much better quality! I ordered some clothes from the Boohoo but, when I received them they were terrible quality even if they were a higher priced item. Very cheaply made items!

I ordered a boohoo eyeliner and I am totally disappointed from it. When I opened it, there wasn't any black pigment to put on your eyelids. Instead, there was a dry colourless pigment that can't be used. So, I needed to crack the whole eyeliner to make sure that it is absolutely useless inside, it was empty. Total waste of money!

If only I'd read the reviews before I purchased. Here is hoping that I can save someone else the trouble! My order never arrived - no response from Boo Hoo. I am having to pursue the matter with my bank to get my order refunded. DONT SHOP WITH THEM! Their tracking system does not work as they use third party carriers who claim no responsibility.

I ordered a few things from Boohoo.com back in June 2017. Due to poor quality I returned my order as soon as it was delivered. Today is 30 days since they got the returned items back, however, I still wasn't refunded. Also, i paid additional $ 20 to return the parcel.

I think the website is scam. Try to avoid it unless you don't mind to waste money.

It's already 40 days passed. I sent them clear pictures of the receipt as well as a delivery confirmation. Then they asked me what items I returned and I even sent PDF with detailed descriptions. I think they never refund anyone. I was dummy not to read the reviews first. What a waste of money. They email me the same thing: it takes 21 to 28 days, please provide proof and so on. Well, I provided all they asked... it is a scam!
